"The North Loop Galley food hall has been an incubator for a number of buzzy Twin Cities restaurants. Stop by for gooey Detroit-style pizza from Wrecktangle, chicken katsu from Ono Hawaiian Plates, or steaming bowls of tori ramen from Ramen Kawae." - Justine Jones, Alex Lodner

This place has great restaurants to choose from and a spacious bar with lots of tables to chill at while your wait for your food, which comes out pretty quick! This place also has a great happy hour that usually runs from 4:30-6:30 on (most?) weekdays.

Google
Really cute little food hall in the loop. Had an ok espresso martini. Good people watching and what you’d expect from a food court or food hall.

Google
celebrate my birthday here and it was sooo fun! Manger was super nice and friendly. We sat at the patio for drinks and food, ordered pizza, ramen and drinks. Everyone had a great time! Pizza was sooo good the crust was cheesy and crispy, ramen was so flavorful and the soup and pork was delicious and fatty. Drinks were made fast and delicious.

Great food spots to choose from, games available, places to sit outside. I loved the vibe and atmosphere.

Google
The food and the people who served the food were amazing. My problem was the bartender. I asked about a couple ciders, he seemed annoyed right of the bat. I told him just to pick 2 and said thank you and went back to my seat. Second round, I'm standing waiting for my turn, 2 couples clearly budged in front of me, annoyed but fine whatever. Finally got to bar only to watch the same bartender pass me over multiple times serving people who clearly came after me. I waited 20 minutes watching people get served without even acknowledged. I have never felt so small. I was a server and I usually tip very generously. This time 4 tap pours I gave him $4, would of gave way more. To the bartender with long curly hair in baseball cap, you made me feel like crap, no idea what I did to deserve this kind of service.

Google
The ramen and gyoza here are fantastic! I eat here whenever I'm in the area.

One of the best cocktails I had in my life. A perfect sweet and tarty flying dutchman! I totally recommend this place for a fun get together with friends for food and drinks.

Google
In my opinion, the food was quite bland and expensive for the little service you get. It is like a school cafeteria. I suppose it is probably a hangout for locals but if you are a visitor looking for good food and good service, try some place else. This isn’t it.

Yelp
Another city, another epic food hall. Ok maybe this is more like a galley, like the name implies, but it's no less wonderful. Sitting in one of Minneapolis's most desirable neighborhoods, North loop galley features 4-5 eateries and a bar, with both indoor and outdoor spaces to lounge as you enjoy a diverse group of pop up eateries. There's even a wide selection of board and table top games to enhance an already fun space. I've had my fair share of Detroit style pizza, and Wrecktangle is up there as some of the best. The m we my features so much more than your ordinary red top. Ingredients like hot honey, burrata, and even pork belly make these pies not only unique, but absolutely satisfying. Feeling tropical? How about Ono Hawaiian, bring a little bit of Hawaii to Minnesota. The luau bowl is a mountain of food. Chicken katsu, kalua pork, rice, and macaroni salad. This looks and feels exactly like some of food I've had in Hawaii, and it's every bit as good. The pork is bursting with flavor and the chicken katsu couldn't have been executed any better. The katsu sauce takes it to a whole other level. This galley is so many things all once: Great food, great drinks, great meeting place, great entertainment, great hangout in all seasons. Simply put....North loop galley is a Vibe!

Yelp
I like food halls so checking this one out was fun! I actually went to celebrate my cousins bday here. It was nice because we were able to grab a table and use a QR code to order food and drinks that were delivered to the table. There was a minimum purchase order for drinks ($15 I think) to order via the QR. food and drinks came out fairy quick. They had stations where you could grab additional plates, utensils and stuff. The outside patio was pretty packed but super nice with fireplaces and seating. Overall seemed like a really cool place to hangout.
google avatar

Yelp
The galley has, in my opinion, the best happy hour in the city! Their cocktails are half off and their menu is fun and creative. It also goes until 6:30, which for the Twin Cities is later than average, so you have more time to take advantage of it. You also get to enjoy foods from different vendors if you'd like, and it is all pretty tasty as they are reputable restaurant booths. The vibe here is laid back but still fun and lively and is a great place to stop by for drinks or meeting friends.

Yelp
Best happy hour in NoLo!! $3.50 gin and tonics? Half off adorable cocktails? Amazing. They have a select number of food vendors, but all of them have great menus. Tried Wrecktangle pizza (the best shareable option) when I went, and it was the perfect accompaniment to the drinks. The other options looked delicious, just not as shareable (need to try on my own next time). They also have games to help pass the time if you need, and a fire pit by their outdoor seating. Went on a Friday after work and stayed until 7:30ish, the place got really busy! Super fun crowd and nice ambiance. Plenty of seating too.

Yelp
Stopped here yesterday for happy hour with friends. I had the old fashioned, which they do very well. My favorite thing about this place is that on HH, all drinks are half off. The old fashioned was $6! You can't get that anywhere else in the cities. I like the open concept of the food hall, however it does make for a noisy environment. Last night was jam packed and extremely loud, so we braved the heat to sit on the patio where we could actually hear each other. Fortunately their patio has ample seating. Overall, would recommend as a place to stop by for a HH drink and it's good for a group meal outing where everyone can order from a different food vendor if they want.

Yelp
OVERALL: A great spot for groups with a great happy hour! FOOD: my go-to here is always Ono Hawaiian plates, the prices are good and the portions are huge. There are other spots like wrecktangle pizza, ottimo, and Kawae. DRINKS: I love their cocktails. I'm genuinely impressed with the quality! They also have wine carafes too. PRICE: During happy hour the drinks are only $6! ATMOSPHERE: they have a fairly large patio and a lot of indoor seating.

Yelp
Perfect for groups or indecisive people. Truly has something for everyone. We like to order family style and share everything. We tried three out of the four restaurants + bar and they were all a hit! Wrecktangle Pizza: Ordered the Shredder, a delicious red sauce pizza with pepperoni, pickled jalapeño, and whipped Cry Baby Craig's hot honey. The pepperonis were crisp and curled and the jalapeños spicy. Bar: a classic margarita; I ordered through the QR code and was a little sad I didn't see an option for rim request because I usually like tajin over salt. It was strong but still tasty. Ottimo: Double A arugula salad & Pesto chicken sandwich with fries. The sandwich came out warm and fresh with super buttery bread. These fries were crispy and so yummy, they only needed an aoli or special sauce. My family liked the salad, I would pass next time as I am not a big arugula fan just wanted to try it. One Hawaiian Plates: Got the chicken katsu and pork plate which came with macaroni salad and a scoop of white rice. Sadly, this is the only thing not pictured as we gobbled it down!! Macaroni salad needed some salt but the both meats were flavorful and moist. The sauce was so good I wish it came with two cups instead of one.

Yelp
DRINKS: We came for happy hour, and boy it didn't disappoint!! From 4:30-6:30 Monday-Friday, drinks are 50% off (which means $6 cocktails). They have a great selection of drinks, which includes both cocktails and local draft beer. My pineapple cocktail was INCREDIBLE, and I will be sure to come again! SERVICE: Even though it was fairly busy when we came, the bartender helped us right away and brought out our drinks super fast! He was very nice too! AMBIANCE: The inside ambiance is okay, but if you go out to the patio it is super cool! I always choose to sit by the fire, which is great in the fall/winter:) Perfect spot to socialize with friends! LOCATION/PARKING: Right in the heart of North Loop!! It's a great location, and is surrounded by a few other restaurants as well (in which they share a common space for bags, bocce ball, and other yard games). Parking is tough to find in this area, so if you can walk you definitely should!

Yelp
We stopped in for some Wrecktangle pizza at 1:00 on a sleepy Mother's Day and took a seat at the central bar. This was the second food hall we enjoyed on this trip to Minneapolis. The first was Graze a couple of blocks away from the North Loop Gallery. BTW, this space has nothing to do with art. It's a poor choice of name. Even if "Food" was used as an adjective before Gallery, it would make more sense. Sean was our charming bartender, and his sincerity helped brighten up an already beautiful day. We spoke of the wonders of the Twin Cities while enjoying beer and pizza. That's a close to perfect Sunday in May.

Yelp
Food: there are four different restaurants to choose from which creates a lot of options, including vegetarian and vegan-friendly choices. My burger with volcano fries were delicious. My friends ordered the poke bowl, veggie bowl, and chicken + rice plate and all of their plates looked equally delicious. This was my first time here and there are so many options I'm dying to try that I'll have to come back! Service: our group came for trivia and servers bring the food out to you after you order on your phone via QR code--you can also order food directly from the vendors. Service for basic things like napkins, cutlery, and water was lacking during our visits so we got most of those items ourselves from a cart placed inside the door. Ambiance: like I said, we came for trivia so this was a fun experience! we sat on the patio in June and the vibes were vibin. This food mall also had a bar right in the middle with a tap beer and cocktail menu. Would recommend the Snake Eye gin drink. Deals: They have 1/2 off happy hour every weekday 4:30-6:30; mimosa flight specials on weekends; Trivia on Tuesday (except on major holidays, like the 4th).

Yelp
What an awesome place to eat with friends. Its kind of an upscale food court, seems like this is the new vibe, several variations of this type of eating are around the cities. Here at North Loop Galley its open seating and you can either order at your table and pay through their site or order at one of the restaurants inside. I ordered from Ono Hawaiian Plates and tried their Kalbi Short ribs. Very flavorful, however a little fatty.
google avatar

Jenae C.

Yelp
Such a cool food hall in north loop! There are fewer vendors than others in the city, but there's plenty of seating and is a great place to meet up with friends. We tried the Ono Hawaiian plates and I now have a new favorite burger in the twin cities. The OHP burger is a must try-- unique flavors and the loaded fries it comes with are amazing. Wrecktangle pizza was good too, the staff was nice and helpful. You can order from the table or from the stalls and they bring the food out which is nice! It wasn't packed on a Wednesday at 6 with plenty of tables open. Only street parking which is super hard to find around the area.
google avatar

Charlie P.

Yelp
Great spot for any occasion! Lots of seating, both indoor and outdoor. There are fire pits as well for cooler nights. They host trivia often which is so fun. TVs to watch your favorite game. There are about 4-5 different vendors to choose and a great variety. There is also a full bar with speciality cocktails available. It can get loud depending on when you go. It is stroller friendly. The parking is tricky in North Loop on the street especially on weekends.

Yelp
The food options here have all been great (I've been twice), the ambiance is nice and lively, and the restaurant style/service (being sit, scan QR code, and they bring food to you) is convenient. This is a great option for a large group and has a really fun vibe. They also have trivia on Tuesdays which we played! But I can't reiterate enough that I've enjoyed the food a lot here. FOOD: I've had both the Hawaiian restaurant (Ono) and Ottimo. The Hawaiian restaurant is truly top notch with great portion sizes, incredible flavor, great value, and great selection. I got the vegetable curry with chicken Katsu and the savory flavor is unmatched! I also tried the fries at Ono and they were crispy and had great flavor with the added sauces. Ottimo was also very good and exceeded my expectations. I got the "Double A salad" with chicken and it comes with fried pita which is a unique and great accompaniment. The food choice here at North loop galley really stands out. AMBIANCE: great for a group. It's a bit loud but I think that's the vibe and design of the place. I'd definitely recommend coming here with a group of friends. SERVICE: this is a "sit, scan, order, and they bring it to you" establishment. You can also order at the restaurants/vendor stands.

Yelp
Fun spot with drinks, food and games. We sat at the bar and the bartenders were lovely. They were attentive, knowledgeable and kind. The place is setup like a food hall. There's multiple places to get food from, wrecktangles breakfast pizza was my fave - so delicious! Overall, I'd recommend checking this place out!
google avatar

Yelp
food: Had to stop by when I heard there was a new ramen spot open in north loop! Having multiple food stalls in the North Loop Galley is really convenient for satisfying cravings in an entire friend group. A friend and I ordered the shoyu and tonkotsu ramens which were really comforting for the snowy Friday afternoon. Overall, they were pretty solid bowls with amazing pork belly but the soup felt like it could be a little richer in flavor. ambiance: Maybe it was the snow or the holiday coming up but most of the tables were open on a wintery Friday afternoon. It was the perfect cozy setting for a one on one conversation and the 2000s playlist they had had us jamming in-between bites. I'm excited to try the other stalls here in the future!

Yelp
Amazing location with multiple food spots inside and place was Mainainted so well. I loved this place and it's huge with nice seating.
google avatar

Shelby H.

Yelp
I really like this spot. It's busy but never too busy, is low key, and plenty of seating space inside. They offered street parking but there is usually tons around. I tried the Detroit pizza from Wrecktangle pizza and it was pretty good. I also tried the burger from the new spot Ottimo, and we tried a chicken and rice dish from one of the other vendors. Overall, I thought the burger was pretty good, the fries were great, and the pizza was on point. The chicken and rice wasn't our favorite but that's okay, everyone has different taste! We also ordered wines and beer, which was reasonably priced. Overall, this spot is on the pricier side as well, just keep that in mind!
google avatar

Andrea K.

Yelp
Been a few times and enjoyed each one! It's a very modern food hall with four different food options and a bar. They bring the food to you and the staff is generally pretty friendly. It's loud if you go on a Saturday night and they do some fun activities on weeknights to get people there.
google avatar

Eduardo G.

Yelp
The place is loud! So definitely expect that and it is probably not the place to come if you wanted to have a good conversation. The food is ok. It wasn't surprisingly good but it was bad either. The service was actually good. I was surprised based on the type of space that this is.
google avatar

Rakim M.

Yelp
Ordered a Spicy Scandinavian. Potent, but a bit heavy on the spice, turning the wonderful flavors in this drink into tough bitterness.

Yelp
I think ppl are sleep on North Loop Galley... i know i was. It's located on Washington Ave, on the same block as Bunkers, good luck with parking if you're dinning in. If you're doing pick up, there is a short term pick up parking spot directly in front. (You're welcome, lol) It gives me the same vibe as Graze, a few blocks away, in the sense that you're able to choose from 3 or 4 restaurants housed inside of the NL Galley and there is one bar. So in a sense it's reminiscent of the Graze, because you get to graze thru different restaurants in one venue. Currently there is an Asian restaurant Soul Fu, a pizza spot and a Hawaiian spot called Ono Hawaiian. I honestly thought it was a college food court when I walked by once, but I remember thinking, 'For what college?' LOL Anywho, you're greeted by a friendly employee of NLG, who during heavier Covid times made you sign in, make you sanitize your hands and send you on your way! Practice is probably still the same. Reminiscent of a food court, with a higher end feel, you can sit where you want, order what you want, they'll give you a number to locate you when you're food is ready. I've seen adult bday parties there, they have good music (at least the days I've been in there, which have been multiple since I first checked in many days ago!) and the drinks are pretty good. I feel like the bartenders aren't as focused on customers the way the personal businesses are, but that's just my opinion.... which is what you're here for! Atmosphere is good; it's clean, spacious, nice crowd, mixture of ppl, and there's an outdoor section with a firepit for outdoor dining, if you can snatch a seat. Looking forward to visiting again. I've dined in 2x and have had a lot of pickups since I first posted these pics. Check them out!

Yelp
Came here to celebrate my friend's birthday. Got the soupy ramen here and it was pretty good!! There's so much space here so they could accommodate my group. There's also a lot of communal events that happen here like trivia and paint and sip. Next time I come I want to try the non-soupy ramen.

Skyler Z.

Yelp
I went last Saturday with some friends and had some of the rudest service. My friends and I sat at a table near the bar which had a QR code to order food and drinks, so we did. The first server was kind (per usual) and gave us our drinks with no issue. The second two men (taller and one had a black eye) were extremely rude and just sat our drinks on the table and yelled at us for ordering online. I made eye contact with the non-black eye one when he was at the bar afterward and he just looked at me and shook his head. I'm not expecting anything grand, but this was rude and disrespectful and made us all leave after finishing our drinks, which they all had little to no alcohol.

Yelp
We love going here and have gone a few times! I've also ordered take out from here which was super easy to pick up (as long as you can find parking). We like having the option to try different restaurants whenever we want. Although, we are sad the chicken wing restaurant is no longer here, we recently found out the vendors only have a limited time here - which is sad but nice considering it gives others a chance to be here as well! Parking is mainly street parking!
google avatar

Alyana S.

Yelp
I've visited the North Loop Galley twice and it never disappoints! I always get the Hawaiian bbq and it always comes out fresh and hot! I love how filling it and comes with a side of rice, teriyaki sauce, and Mac and cheese! My fiancé got the mahi mahi burger and my mom got the pork roast. They were also delicious especially the pork roast and it cut through like butter! Definitely recommend this spot as they have a variety from ramen, Mexican, Hawaiian BBQ, etc.
google avatar

Alexandra M.

Yelp
I have been here a couple times and always enjoyed it. I've only eaten here once because there are not a ton of gluten free food options which is why I gave it 4 stars. The drinks are all really good and it's a fun establishment with huge tables, games, TVs, music, and a large shared patio. The parking is typical for north loop so a lot of street parking. Overall, I'll be back here for drinks!
google avatar

Shelby S.

Yelp
Went to North Loop Galley for the first time today. I was excited to try a new food hall out. When I first walked in I was a little confused as to where the restaurants were because they were hidden behind the bar area. But there was lots of seating and a nice atmosphere. Each table had cups/water at them which is a nice addition. I decided to order a Detroit style pizza from wrecktangle pizza and I also got 1 spam musubi to try out from ono plates. The pizza was $12 for about 6 thick slices. Which is a good deal. It was filling. It had pepperoni, peppers, cheese, and a red sauce. The crust was really crispy. I really like Detroit style pizzas so it was cool to see one here. It wasn't my favorite pizza ever but it wasn't bad! The spam musubi was not so great. The rice was hard and I wish it had a bit more flavor. I felt like something was missing. I would definitely like to go back to try something new next time!
google avatar

Sarah B.

Yelp
We have been back multiple times and have stuck with the shredder pizza from wrecktangle pizza. I don't know what it is about that pizza but it gets better and better each time. We have only branded our to the one with corn and the plain pepperoni pizza - the corn threw me off, I wasn't a true fan of it but I know others like it! The chicken strips at thigh times are still delicious but the more we order them the more they don't impress me anymore. The sauces are amazing but the last time we are there I noticed the strips come out of a freezer and get plopped into the frier - nothing special. The wribs are still where it's at with thigh times. A little more on the expensive side but delicious, full of meat, and great sauce. We haven't branched back to soulfu yet but I want to try the bahn mi soon. The Hawaiian is something we haven't tried eitherZ the prices throw me off when I go to visit the menu. Definitely more expensive then the other places here. I had a mezcal drink last time we were there and I will definitely be ordering it again. Staff is still super friendly and awesome. This place is making it and I hope it only keeps going!

Yelp
It was a rough day. I knew I was going to be volunteering later on and that I did not need to bring my grumbles to the event, so I planned to arrive in the neighborhood early. Initially, I was going to go to The Freehouse, which I adore, but then I saw what resembled a food court with a bar smack dab in the middle. Of course I went in. The sign above the bar said that everything is half off for happy hour. Sign me the hell up. The space is bright, open, and clean. Despite having a lot of hard surfaces (the space has a somewhat industrial vibe, but the tables and booths have a warmer version of sleek and modern--wood, soft black, cool beige... it's super chill) and a good number of people, it wasn't too loud: perfect for decompressing from a bad day. There were lots of people there with friends, too, so it would also be good for socializing. Anyway, I went up to the bar. I was after wine (the bartender recommended the rose when I said I was looking for something on the drier side), but I can definitely say that they are a great place for beer lovers and people who enjoy creative cocktails. Right before pouring me my vino, the bartender made something that had raspberry and scorched rosemary. It smelled and looked amazing! I could literally feel myself unclenching, my blood pressure coming down, and my bad day moving into the past tense. Nice! I didn't eat here, but definitely appreciate the concept. If you want to try something new and people watch, it is most definitely worth the trip!

Yelp
Abbie is awful. Complete phony. Customers see it probably everyone else too but she is sneaky. Many of north loopers will not come back simply because of her even though we want to. What a fake
google avatar

Steve S.

Yelp
Really fun concept. Four restaurants, a full bar, and lots of seating in a well lit, contemporarily furnished dining hall, and highly engaged cleaning / operations staff make the North Loop Galley a welcome addition to the area. It can be a bit pricey but it seems like this has become the reality for the area. My one complaint is that the bar staff tends to be slow, unfriendly, and generally come across as the B Squad or rejects from the neighboring establishments.
google avatar

Connie D.

Yelp
I love the trendy food hall concept, as an "elevated food court experience." North Loop Galley has been my favorite food hall I've visited thus far. Upon walking in, the interior is spacious, and clean. You can tell a lot of work was put into designing this place and I love the clean, simple furnishings. There are lots of long communal tables, a few smaller tables with a booth on one side and chairs on the other. There is also an area that's a little more loungey in the form of a horseshoe shaped big comfy booth and small side tables for cocktails. There are glass bottles of water and cups on each of the tables that are set up, as well as stations throughout the with utensils, napkins and more water. There is a bar in the center and the 4 food stalls are behind the bar. The food stalls include: Soul Fu, Thigh Times, Wrecktangle Pizza and Ono Hawaiian Plates. A menu board is posted in front of each stall. I came here to try Ono Hawaiian Plates and it was delicious! (Review of that is posted on their own Yelp page, so I won't go into much detail of that here.) The little walkway between the back of the bar and the food stalls was fine since it wasn't busy, but I can't imagine how people could view and browse menus if it were to get busy and lines were formed to order. It would get pretty crowded back there. The concept is that you walk up to the stalls to order, you get a number that you take back to your table with you, and the food gets brought out. There are also staff walking around to bus tables when you're finished. The bar has happy hour Monday-Friday from 4-6pm and everything is half off- talk about a GREAT deal! The cocktails have fun names and there is a good variety of local beers. I love the casual vibe of this place. I also saw a few people working on their laptops. It's a cross between coffee shop and restaurant, where it is casual enough to get a drink and a bite to eat and work or read too without the feel that you are just taking up space. The music playing overhead was a little louder than I would have liked. At times, it was hard to hear my friend I was chatting with across the table from me. I did come for dinner, so IDK if the music is as loud during the daytime. As for parking, your choices are metered street parking, or there is a ramp nearby. Luckily, I came on a holiday so street parking was free!

Yelp
With food halls popping up left and right in the Twin Cities, it's hard to choose a favorite one, or even go to them all. And once you get to one, all of the choices can be overwhelming. But I love that North Loop Galley narrows things down to 4 incredible vendors in one well-laid out space. I shared dishes from 3 of them on my first visit. Success! Overall space - Lots of seating, a big bar in the middle, tall ceilings, tons of windows/lighting, and the four vendors in one clear location. Order at each vendor, get a number stand, sit wherever, and the food will come to you. Ono Hawaiian Plates - Finally! Hawaiian food in MSP! We got the special Katsu app, which was so incredibly crispy. We also got a plate that had kalua pork, tuna poke, macaroni salad, and rice. Classic and done right! I loved the smokiness of the pork, and the portions were generous. Wrecktangle - Bless the pizza gods for this Detroit-style angel. Their pizza crust is like a thick focaccia with the edges lined with crispy caramelized cheese, topped with innovative flavor combos. The Shredder with ample pepperoni and cheese, Cry Baby Craig's infused honey, and fresh jalapenos was incredible. One 'za comes with 8 big pieces to share (or scarf solo). Thigh Times - From the good people of Funky Grits (rip). What a fun new concept! These "Wribs" are chicken thighs that "look like a wing and eat like a rib". I was literally just having a discussion with my boyfriend about how thighs are the best the best part of the chicken. Great meaty pieces with multifaceted rubs and sauces. SoulFu - I didn't have room left in my stomach but I look forward to this southern and southeast asian cuisine fusion concept next time! What also puts NLG a cut above is the service. Every single person I encountered (which was a LOT because I sure FEASTED), was so friendly and informative. I especially adored the staff who came around and poured our waters, got us to go boxes, and handed me a napkin as pizza sauce dripped down my face.

Yelp
First Graze and now North Loop Galley - love having multiple food halls in North Loop! I went with a friend for dinner and was expecting there to be more food options but I realize they just opened so hoping more places open soon! There are 4 different food vendors and my friend and I both went with Ono Hawaiian Plates which seemed the most unique. I ordered the Luau bowl which came with pork, ahi poke, mac salad (yes, like mac & cheese!) served over white rice and both the pork and poke were incredibly flavorful and marinated perfectly! A little on the pricier side (my total came to about $18 after tip), but it was a large portion and I'd definitely order it again. The whole space is very open - essentially just one large room with the bar in the middle and the food vendors near the back. I appreciated that each table had water glasses and a carafe already set with staff coming around to bus plates. The whole experience was casual, yet elevated. I saw a flier for trivia so I want to go back for that soon!

Yelp
What a great addition to the North Loop! This place would be great for big groups or just for catching up with a friend. There's plenty of seating and the space is very modern and open. There's 4 different food vendors inside, so there's something for everyone! For food I went to Wrecktangle Pizza and got the Shredder. If you love spicy food, then I highly recommend this pizza. It was HOT and delicious. There is a full bar with wine, beer, and really good cocktails! I tried the 'Games. Blouses.' and the 'Roseberry Beret'. Both were light and refreshing!

Yelp
Food: * Atmosphere: * Service: * Way better food than Graze in north loop but also more expensive. Overall such a cute place to hang out and enjoy some delicious cocktail. Definitely instagram worthy! I recommend a stop by but plan to drop some mulas. Street parking but I believe there's a lot nearby!

Yelp
I was with three other friends and we all rated our food as 3. Not terrible, not great. Nothing to write home about. I had greek pizza, it was OK. I had a Caesar salad, it had a lot of some sort of a grain on it and for $10, not worth the money. My husband and a friend ate at the Japanese place on the end and the service was very fast. It wasn't a very busy time and it was still kind of confusing to figure out who was in line or not. But the dining space was large and they had a person in charge of clearing the plates and stocking the silverware and napkins who did a great job. Also the place was clean and well lit. Parking was atrocious, but to be expected at that location. Disappointed.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite food hall. Modern design food hall that located next to WEWORK Minneapolis. The place would be great for big groups or catching up with friends. They have plenty of seating. Don't forget to tips the cleaning guy, they clean the table for you, place a clean utensil and glass and also refill water for you. They are superb! Parking is an issue! It took us at least 15mins to find a spot on Friday night KC dry rub and Hot & Spicy BBQ Chicken Wribs from Thigh Times Birdhouse amazed me the most! Looks like a wing and eats like a rib! There's nothing better than a crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside! I wish they do not sprinkler the 5 spice powder on top of the cheesy grits cause it overwhelmed the flavor.

Yelp
Great fun atmosphere and good selection of food and drinks. This is an amazing place to meet up with you friends and co-worker after a long day to get some amazing food from their 3 vendors (was 4). They have a Hawaiian food, Mexican, and Pizza eatery here with a strong and abundant menu to chose from. The bar is also an amazing asset to this food hall as well, with lots of local brewery selections as well as craft cocktails. The location is also in the middle of the growing in popularity North Loop where plenty of out-door seating and lounge areas are available when the weather is nice. The best part of this place is that at every table, you can scan and order your food and it will be brought to you, so you don't have to line up and order.

Yelp
This food hall concept was good and fresh. I love what is happening in that area of north loop. It's next to a lot of other spots allowing you to make a night of it any time of the year. There is a Hawaiian, pizza, chicken and soul food station. Definitely different cuisine from other halls I have experienced. The cocktail menu is prince themed. Would like to try brunch but I think this is a good first date/drink meetup or catching up with friends. Not a sports bar. No TVs

Yelp
I have been to a food truck bar and this seems like a similar concept. They are calling it a food court here though, since it's not actual food trucks. They have four different kinds of food places to choose from: Ono Hawaiian plates, Soul fu, Thigh times birdhouse, and Wrectangle pizza. Each different kinds of food for whatever you are craving. I tried the wribs with Carolina BBQ sauce and sweet potato fries from Thigh times. The wribs are just bone-in chicken wings and you choose your rub or sauce on them. It also came with a piece of bread with a cucumber on it which complimented the wings well. The sweet potato fries weren't bad, don't forget to get mayo on the side with them though. It's the best! My friend got the shredder pizza from Wrectangle Pizza. The pizzas are of course rectangle shaped, six slices, and slightly deep dish style. It was delicious and this was one of the top pizza places we have tried. Seriously, try a pizza from here. When you order you get a number to take back to your seat and they bring the food to you. Keep in mind, the food is only open until 9pm weekdays and 10pm weekends so it is not a late night food run kind of place. The bar is open until later though. They have your regular bar with a fancy drink menu with goofy drink names like: Purify yourself in the water of lake Minnetonka. I didn't care for the drinks all that much though. The service was fast and friendly. The food prices aren't horrible but aren't the cheapest. The inside is pretty plain and boring. I'll call it modern with a lot of plants and wood. I wish there was more pictures and lights to give it more of a fun, lively, atmosphere but that's my opinion. It's overall a great place to try especially with a bigger group. Go check it out!

Yelp
I now crave this place and return often, not sure why I haven't taken any food pictures (maybe because I'm too busy enjoying myself). The Hawaiian place I can't live without but most recently we also tried the pizza from the stall next to it - can't stop thinking about that pizza. It was spicy, sweet, crispy and delicious. We did order a can of super expensive iced tea and weirdly it was worth every dollar. Very unusual and delicious. Can't wait for the next sunny day to eat outside.

Yelp
The four food vendors are fantastic, esp Hawaiian and Soul-fu. But this review isn't about the food, otherwise it'd be 5 stars The ambiance....needs some work, but nothing that can t be fixed. First time we came here, was about 730pm, the inside was lit up like a cafeteria. 730pm, the lighting shouldn't be looking like it's last call at the club. Please. Dim. The. Lights. We sat at the bar for drinks first, there were a couple people sitting at the bar with computers n papers looking like they were "working". Come to find out from the bartender they were managers of the food hall and one of the food vendors. Looked really unprofessional, and uninviting to sit next to. I'd suggest going to your desk to work, or sit at a table in the corner or something. Also for the bartender, why were employees on the clock taking up seats at the bar? That's not cool...Id be irritated if I was bartending The noise level in there is craycray! Music was blasting, but it jumped all across the board...stay with one neutral genre please. Dont play AC/DC then the next song Adele.....lol. You also need to look at getting some sound panels as it's TOO LOUD in there, can t even talk to the people you're there with, y ou have to shout at them. Then, after they've repeated themselves the 3rd time you just nod, smile and laugh and hope they weren't saying anything serious. And no, I'm not one to typically complain about noise levels. I'm in my early 30's, read:not THAT old yet. ....Can you imagine what the 50 year olds think??? Your one booth is cool, but it's the only one. Any chance of some other lounge style seating? It would "warm up" the current sterile look of the rest of the place. Parking sucks in NOLO, would you consider valet like Freehouse does next door? We parked with their valet, lol. Don't mind paying for parking, just not into looking for parking...i guess I'm lazy, ha Anyhoo....i think you have great bones to this concept, but you need some work---see above. So many people I've talked to feel the same, I just have a loud mouth, so I speak up. Looking forward to grabbing take-out from Hawaiin and Soulfu again...

Yelp
What a great new concept here at the North Loop Galley! I know there are other Food Halls in the Twin Cities already - but i'm really digging this style of dinning! Have you ever gone out with friends and though everyone wants to be together, you just can't decide on what to get? Problem solved! Come to the North Loop Galley where you can enjoy beautifully crafted drinks and everyone can satisfy their cravings - all while hanging out at the same table!!! On this visit we tried Soul-Fu. It's an awesome fusion twist on Soul Food by mashing it with your favorite Asian dishes. We tried A LOT of things (Fried Chicken Fried Rice, Kimchee Collard Greens, All the chicken wing flavors, Pork Belly Grits, Salt and Pepper Shrimp, Duck Mac and Cheese, and Jambalaya Stuffed Peppers)! If you're a grits fan, the tender pork belly is that extra burst of flavor you need. My favorite dishes were the Salt and Pepper Shrimp, the chicken wings, and the Duck Mac and Cheese!!! Duck breast is hard to do - but they don't disappoint here! Perfectly flavored and moist bites of duck accompanied by creamy mac and cheese! The Salt and Pepper Shrimp had us cleaning up the ENTIRE plate. Not a single grain of rice was left. The bar is amazing too! The staff is great and there's this one cocktail with a strange name regarding Minnesota lakes. There's cucumber in it and it's super refreshing! It's now going to be my go to summer cocktail. On our next visit, we look forward to trying the other restaurants while revisiting some of our favorites from Soul Fu! :)

Yelp
We love several restaurants in North Loop and are therefore down there a lot. But we decided recently that we need to try other places on the block. So we decided to try the Galley as a way to change it up the other night. So it's kind of like a super hipster food court if you will. There are four different restaurant stands that are kind of like a food court in a mall. There's a fried chicken place, a Hawaiian place, a Chinese place and a Detroit style (buddy style) pizza place. I went to the fried chicken place and got a six-piece chicken tenders and a sweet potato fries. The line cook was hysterical - he rushed up to the counter and said THANK YOU! And I said, "you're welcome - for what?" And he said I was the first person all day to say "please." LOL. Anyway, the food was pretty good. The chicken tenders were big and meaty with a fine corn meal type crust and what seemed like corn flakes mixed in there. Nice and crunchy and not very greasy at all. The sweet potato fries were yuuuumy. A good thickness, perfectly uniform, nice big grain salt cubes... yum. My husband went to the chinese place and got chicken fried rice and fried mushrooms. The mushrooms were like beer battered mushrooms you get in a lot of bars but not quite as hard deep fried. They were good but I've had better. The chicken fried rice was interesting - it had a pile of fried rice topped with a thinly sliced piece of breaded chicken. It honestly looked like you took one of my chicken tenders and just cut it up all fancy. I think next time we will try the pizza place - we used to live in Michigan and we miss buddy style pizza!

Yelp
This is specifically for Ono Hawaiian Plates. The food here is phenomenal!! It's 5-star dining in a quick-serve concept. They have REAL poke (not the mainland salad stuff you usually see), and perfectly fried katsu pork. I did try the drinks as well, and they were actually really well done. My only suggestion is that the decor could use a little more color or something else. It's pretty spartan right now. But overall very clean, for sure. I will be back!!

Yelp
First, I hate writing a super negative review and this is not a review for every stall for this food hall, just specifically Thigh Times. I actually enjoyed every other vendors here except Thigh Times, which does not have a yelp page so I have to post a review here to warn everyone to avoid Thigh Times for one very simple reason: It is INSANELY overpriced. Like no joke, their wrib is probably the most overpriced food item I've paid EVER. period. Their signature item is a chicken "wrib", a chicken thigh prepped to each like a mix of wings and wrib....but they fail terribly on the execution. For $13 after tax, I got 4 "wrib" ... and they were so small and sad that simply each wrib is about 2-3 bites...My girlfriend thought they were the saddest looking thing I've ordered, with barely any meat on it. You'll probably get more meat from actual wings! Furthermore, the rub I got had so much going on that it was imbalanced and overall just made everything taste like a salt bomb. Imagine if someone butchered two things into 4 portions, fried them till bone dry, and then dunk them in a salt bomb of a rub and charge $13 for them....it's insane. I would be amazed if their food cost is even 5% of what they're charging. For $13, you can get a better half rack of rib at an actually BBQ place or a huge plate of wings at any of the exceptional wings spots around the Twin Cities. Within this food hall, this much get you a huge plate of actually good Hawaiian food or a huge thick crust pizza. Unless they lower their price or offer more food per order, this place would take the top 10 spots on my list of restaurants to avoid. I usually try to find some good in any place I go to but with this...I got nothing. It's just a rip-off and I cannot in good conscience recommend this stall to anyone. I might come back and order one for picture just to show how ridiculous it is....I was too flabbergasted at the time to take picture. Or just look at the picture already here...if you see a plate with 4 sad anemic things looking like wings...that's $13 dollars. Note: IF Thigh Times ever get their own Yelp page, I'll take this review down and repost it there. I don't want such a negative review bringing down that's otherwise a great food hall with 3 other great vendors.

Yelp
The Galley is a great place to meet a group for drinks and a casual dinner. It's food-hall styled with a bar in the middle and lots of indoor and outdoor seating. We especially loved the Hawaiian dishes-you got a lot of food for your money! The cocktails were also delicious- my favorite was the Spicy Scandinavian. The one bizarre downside was, despite being there from 7-11pm, the lights were super bright, which made the place seem more like a school cafeteria than a hot spot for young people to meet up. The ambiance was lacking. Overall, enjoyed the food and drinks!
