Finding a locally owned business that caters to your project needs, is always available to address your concerns, and delivers quality work and customer service can be difficult. Look no further. I contracted NSP to redo my driveway, and like most, I had no idea of the quality of materials or what to look for when paying for such a project. Andrea and Antonio (owners) were very informative about the materials used, the process, and the aftermath of what NOT to do to prolong the life of my new driveway. Service is about the experience first, and my experience before and after was phenomenal. I definitely recommend this company!

I received my quote from the company after I commented on Yelp. I don't know if this was a coincidence or prompted by my comment. In any case, I have withdrawn my initial comments. Thanks Yelp.

They were hired to put in a new driveway as well as a sidewalk and steps. The driveway was done so poorly and it took forever for them to come out to "fix" it. Water still pools when it rains. I had another company come out and they said NorthShore didn't put enough gravel down and didn't tamp it enough. With the sidewalk it is not level and they left a gaping hole on the side of the steps....Called numerous times to fix, the guy came out to fill it. He covered it up with wood stating he would be back the next day to remove it and make sure it was good. Never came back so I removed it. I see why he covered it! The hole was still there. Took pictures and sent to the owner, Antonio. Antonio said he would come to do it himself.....Had a date of Aug 17th 8 am....never showed up never called. Would NOT recommend for 2 reasons. Poor workmanship and poor customer service.

Would advise highly as they don't honor their warranty. A new less than 1 year old concrete driveway was cracking and chipping away and they refused to address the issue. The concrete was mixed incorrectly causing huge chunks in each segment of the driveway to pop out. The agreed to only fix "one" piece leaving all 7 others to keep cracking and popping. Argumentative and difficult to work with.

Needed a culvert replaced in our driveway. Took awhile to get the job done, but that was understandable because the asphalt was not ready. Initially we agreed to get the culvert replaced, the driveway sealed and a concrete step fixed. They made a point to say they would get it all done on the same day. Well, after doing the culvert, they informed us they would come back for the sealing and the step. A day or two later they came back for the sealing, but did not do the cracks or the step. They have partial money down on this and now are not returning phone calls after a week and a half. Seems they do good enough work, but they do not seem reliable at all. Would not recommend based on my experiences. Find a place that won't take money down and then not return calls.

As previous posters posted - absolutely horrible customer service. Won't return phone calls or honor warranty. Less than a year old driveway is chipping. Also contacting BBB.

Wish you could see our driveway...we now have a lake or 3 installed at no extra charge!! The president (Antonio Gomez) kept telling us he'd correct it, lies lies and more lies. It cost us $5,000. which we had in savings and now all we have is a drive with very deep large dips. We trusted this company and Antonio, what an expensive lesson it's been. Don't forget not only do we have a lot of unwanted standing water when if rains, when it freezes we have ice. Grrrrr We aren't through, we are looking into sueing them.

Had a concrete driveway put in, crack down the middle, chunks popping out all over. Called the business 10 times before I received a response. Came back to patch chunks, looks terrible. Antonio (the owner) will not answer any calls or respond to texts. Worst business I ever had to deal with.
