Best pediatric care in town! We started seeing him when my son was almost a year and we won't be going anywhere else. Even though we sometimes have to visit more often than some, he has always been kind, willing to listen and troubleshoot. We are finally getting answers to some of our sons medical needs, and Dr. Oriel and his persistence and patience is what led us to where we are. We are forever greatful that his little people are his bestie, and he treats them like they are! He seems to speak to my son in a way they he gets and gets information out of him much easier than we can. Geatful for his time, his amazing knowledge, and his great attitude when treating our boy! Thank you for being such a special provider and for always caring. 10 out of 10, my son would say! :)

We've been seeing Dr. Bruce Oriel for over ten years. He is genuinely one of the most kind and caring physicians I've ever met. He cares about the children, is extremely knowledgeable, and is also just very helpful, which you don't often see in the medical field. I will follow him to a new practice even if my insurance doesn't cover him.

Dr. Oriel came highly recommended and I schedule appointments for my two children. My Son's appointment went smoothly, but that quickly turned into frustration and disappointment. We were unable to make my daughter's intake appointment and was told at the time we could reschedule. However, when we called later we were told that Dr. Oriel would not see her because of our missed appointment. This policy was not conveyed to us. Poorly communicated, rigid, arbitrary, and insensitive polices do not elicit trust. Also, I cannot justify having my kids seen by two different physicians. I thought we had established a relationship with this office after my Son's visit; I was mistaken. I will advise family and friends to steer clear.

Dr Oriel is the best Pediatrican I have ever been to for my daughter. He is highly educated, extremely friendly and pleasant. My daughter adores him and he has been wonderful. He will explain all of your options on any subject pertaining to your child with you without any pressure whatsoever. He takes his time in his appointments and will spend as much time with you as you need, you will never feel rushed by him or his staff. His office is absolutely worth the longer drive for me. He always personally remembers our names and everything that is going on with us. Also has a clean, sanitized office and very friendly staff who are always there to promptly answer your calls and schedule your appointments. Highly, highly recommend!

My two boys have been seeing Dr Oriel since the day they were born and as long as I can help it they will never switch to another pediatrician. I trust him wholeheartedly to do what is in my boys' best interest. He always calls to follow up personally. He is the most dedicated physician that I have seen. We started seeing him in Auburn when my oldest was born in 2002 and we have followed him to his new practice at North Tacoma Pediatrics which is a 35 min drive on a good day. My boys are worth it because Dr Oriel is the very best one can find in a pediatrician. He takes his time, he is very thorough, he listens, and he CARES. My boys love him and feel comfortable in his care. I can't say enough good things about my family's experience.8

We have been seeing Dr. Oriel for a year now and he and his MA Kat have been amazing for us first time parents. He is super responsive to MyChart messages (and I love that he utilizes MyChart). He comes in early, stays late and always fits us in when we have urgent medical needs. He is super patient with questions and has a great network of specialists he reaches out to if he needs to research something further. Could not recommend Dr. Oriel enough.

Dr. Oriel is by far the best Pediatrician we have ever had. He has seen 4 of my children since we moved to Auburn. Our youngest is Medically Complex and has a team of specialists. Dr. O. is quick to get in contact with his specialists anytime there needs to be more involvement from them. We too followed him TWICE to keep him. The drive is about 40 minutes, but I wouldn't change it. His office space is handicap accessible, clean and the staff is great. Dr. O. always takes his time to make sure we as the parents fully understand everything. My kids are very comfortable being open with him and aren't afraid when I say it is Dr. O. day. We love you Dr. O. You can never retire :)
