Northpoint City

A very big shopping mall with 2 wings. There are a lot of shops for eating, snacks, shopping and entertainment. You can spend quite a fair bit of time here since the mall is quite big. And you can also lose your way too since the area is quite huge. The mall can be quite crowded too since it is also popular with the residents around the area.

Amazing mall up North North Wing and South Wing Too many resturant and eateries. Restaurant highlight: XiangXiang Hunan, Nakon Thai, Genki Sushi, JiangBianChengWai Grillfish, Hot Tomato Kopitiam, Bagus Halal foodcourt, Msia Boleh foodcourt Fastfood Chain Mac, Texas, LongJohn One of the largest and busiest Fairprice Supermarket, DonDonDonki, Scarlett Bakeries, BubbleTea Bank Services, Electronic, Jewellery, Optical, Sport and wellness, Fashion, Household, Bookstore Childcare Education centre, Enrichment class, Dance, gym, Library, Rooftop outdoor waterplay Conveniently located next to Yishun mrt 🚆 Link to Bus interchange at Level 1 🚌 Link to community space at level 2 and Link bridge lead to Yishun neighbourhood coffeeshops . . .

How can a shopping mall having no one manning the customer service counter!!! It’s on a weekend somemore!!! I reached the counter at 2.30pm and the sign showed this which means I have to wait until almost 4pm for the person to be back, then is the mall paying for my parking fee for waiting more than 1 hour? I do understand staff have to go break, but how can no one cover when the staff go for break? It’s a shopping mall on a weekend, it’s not a government office! If only 1 staff working then no choice he/she needs to take the meal at the counter. The building mgmt should look into this, I wanted to buy the gift card urgently but seems like I need to beg for them to sell me the gift card! I called the number provided at the sign and this super rude security guard shouted at me, I was asking him if there are another number that he could give me that I can reach their mgmt office or sorts that someone can help me with this, instead of helping me he shouted at me and just asked me to wait, if I can wait I wouldn’t have to call right. What great help is that and after that they sent a security person here but he just told me he will look for his colleague and then he went off, left me there hanging! Utterly disappointed!

This mall is massive! It's like a maze and easily can get lost and got to re-collect your steps where you came from and where you wanna go to. Plenty of dining options and alot of shops to do shopping at. Had a pleasant shopping at Triumph, so happy they are there in the mall. Parents with children will have a great time here as there are activities for children and can spend quality time together. And also, Golden Village is just right beside, a great place to spend a whole day with family to do shopping, dining and even movie time!

The baby changing room was very dirty. The sink was covered in mould and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for one or two months.

Northpoint City is a huge and lively mall with almost everything you need under one roof. The layout is spacious, and the mall has a wide variety of food options, retail stores, and services spread across both the North and South Wings. It’s directly connected to Yishun MRT, which makes access super convenient. The place can get crowded during weekends and after school hours, but there’s plenty of seating and open areas to move around. Overall, it’s a vibrant and convenient neighbourhood mall that’s great for shopping, makan, or just hanging out.

Tbh, there are lots of things to see and do but also equally confusing to get around. It has a North and South sector but lack of proper directory and can get lost easily if you are not a frequent visitor. I personally do not think it is a good place to relax and read a book because there are so many people and the noise level is hard to concentrate on your work. Going for food and casual = ok

Many facilities I need are all there including banks, library, community centre, supermarket, resting seats in a mall, etc. It's a pity the post office there has relocated. Overall, I find it a place with almost everything I need. Healthy, balanced crowd level. The last star I keep it for some irregular service level I get there and other facilities I might have missed or could only be found elsewhere. Overall, it's so far my favorite place.
