Northpointe

So far I love living at Northpointe. Management is incredibly friendly, responsive and seems to take concerns seriously. My move has required some accommodations and they have been more than helpful. The day I moved in the toilet was not flushing reliably and maintenance was there within hours to fix it. I couldn’t even tell he’d been by! I’m a bit neurotic and a lot to deal with, admittedly. Mahlia and Nick are absolutely top notch and you can tell they are truly only here to help. I cannot say how much I truly appreciate their efforts. The amenities are terrific too! I cannot wait for it to dry up outside and use the roof top patio. I’m excited to use the gym- and what a nice lounge we have! It’s quiet, I can’t even tell I have neighbors, and with the controlled access I feel really safe. I could keep going but come and see for yourself! This is a perfect place for single professionals and working couples, or thruples if that’s your thing!

Management has been amazing, responsive, & flexible. I’ve lived here about 3 months now, and don’t have anything to complain about! Moving/signing process was laid out very clearly & everything has been smooth since the moment I came to view the apartment. I love being able to walk to Mississippi with my dog. Property is nice & clean. Package delivery is an easy/reliable process. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience moving into Northpointe Apartments, thanks in large part to Abbey! She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, answering all of my questions and making the process feel smooth and easy. This was the only place I toured in person because it had everything I wanted—a great price, well-maintained grounds, and a genuinely nice community feel. The building is clean, with no lingering pet smells or issues in the common areas, and the neighbors are respectful and quiet. Before choosing Northpointe, I reached out to other places in the area, but their leasing teams didn’t have the same warmth or responsiveness I got here. Abbey stands out for her professionalism and prompt responses, which have continued even after moving in.

The staff at Northpointe are what really help set this place apart from all the options in the area. The managers (Malhia & Abbey) are truly wonderful and special. Regardless of how busy they are, they always can manage to find time for your concerns and address them swiftly, promptly, and to great satisfaction. They truly work tirelessly day in and day out to make the resident experience at Northpointe awesome and amazing. They pay great attention to detail, and really follow through on their duties. They are always super friendly and nice. They make themselves very approachable whether you have a concern, a need, or just want to chat. They are really the best and I think you would be hard pressed to find anyone else that matches their professionalism, demeanor, and care. The staff work extremely hard to keep the place looking nice, clean, and tidy. This is a well-organized and tightly run ship. Repairs and fixups around the property are always timely and done with great care. It is a place where a few dedicated people work their butts off so that the residents here can have a relaxing place to call home. The staff do a wonderful job.

I wanted to post a review for our showing. We called last minute and let me tell you we have not had luck seeing apartments in newer buildings or in older areas like Goose Hollow area. Of the 12 apartment buildings we asked for viewings, we had luck at two. Now, let me tell you about our experience at Northpointe! We called and we accommodated graciously by Lily, the leasing agent. We drove from our hotel in Beaverton in light traffic and upon arrival we’re welcomed with kindness, and a warm smile. Lily was so prepared for our visit, even though she squeezed us in between clients, she made sure to answer ever ask, and fill every need in showing us apartments. My husband has disabilities and a difficult time walking far. We were shown perfect examples of available options that met our needs, wants, and price range. Not only did Lily have incredible options to show us, she was patient with our touring, and answered all of our questions so professionally. We left feeling like we knew home. Lily was able to share how quickly we could apply and have a second spot in Portland, one closer to medical care, school and work for me, all new changes in our lives that are coming at us all at one time. Lily made this experience so easy for us, and with such little time to secure a place before work, surgery, and holidays next week, we really need the experience we had there at Northpointe with Lily. Finally an experience that was a breeze! Lily and Northpointe made fans out of my husband and I. I cannot wait to move in and become a part of the community there. And Lily, well she will be receiving a very nice thank you for the holidays. Update: after 1 month. From day one we have been treated with respect, kindness, and professionalism! We had dealt with some really less than average situations trying to see apartments before calling and connecting with Lily, who went above and beyond to meet our out of town needs, and was well prepared for us when we arrived. We were not only impressed but very grateful that we had stumbled upon a gem. There is a sense of pride in the staff here at Northpointe. From the leasing office to the cleanliness of the building, the security, the maintenance team, we feel at home, and we know that the team is looking out for the tenants best interest. They reply promptly, and that kind of leasing office is hard to find so we are very pleased. We really like the layout of our apartment, it’s a home away from home for us right now, it’s quiet, we love the big windows and underground parking. Our tiny dogs are happy, and well- so are we! I can’t say enough about our experiences so far. Thank you!

We have lived at Northpointe since Aug. 2021 and have enjoyed living here. Management is responsive and friendly, as well as the maintenance team. The shared spaces and community amenities are well maintained and kept clean. Management has sought out ways to make improvements as well as plan for fun community events to provide an opportunity for residents to meet. The location is also very convenient, and we enjoy being able to walk to nearby restaurants, stores, and local parks. Thanks to all for making Northpointe a great place to live!

I initially moved into one of Northpoint's studios, thinking it was going to be a temporary situation until I found a better place to live. After my lease was up I made the very easy decision to rent a much larger apartment in the same building! I have been living here close to 3 years! The staff has always been very helpful, especially within the last year, and when they say they will get back to you, they definitly do! The maintenance team is top notch, too! Ryan, who is part of the maintenance team, is always so professional and willing to help. He goes above and beyond anytime I have an issue in my unit, which is NOT very often. The common areas are always neat and sharp. Units themselves have HUGE windows which allows for lots of beautiful natural light. Which make it feel like home, and not just an space to live.

I have lived for a year now. I have lived in a few apartments in this area and Northpointe is by far the best. There staff genially care about the residents and host events for community engagement. I do not have anything bad to say about this place. They maintain amazing upkeep of the property, are always able to be contacted, and they put forth efforts to engage in the residential community. Very well located next to Mississippi and the max line. Only comment for people who are thinking of living here is to try and get a parking spot through the apartment. A lot of cars on the street get broken into.
