The roasted whole lamb is awesome and tastes well with the chilli powder and fresh garlic/onion slices. Just one minor suggestion is to provide some lemon salt for those who can’t take spicy food.

Came here on a whim after being disappointed in another spot we had tried earlier. We picked a few dishes and we were not disappointed. • Liang Pi • Braised Beef Noodles • Cucumber salad with shank Definitely cannot go wrong with any of the above. Staff is friendly. Food comes out pretty quickly and is nice and hot.

Google
How wonderful to find authentic, delicious Northern Chinese food. This place is a gem. When you come, join their wifi network (code at the front counter), and look up their menu. Ordering can be tricky with English, but the pictures on the menu are very good. I get the sense that you can order any item and get something delicious. Here is the hand pulled noodle soup with lamb. Tastes just like the real deal that you might find in 山西. When I was here there was definitely a language barrier for ordering, but the staff is SO nice and helpful that it’s not a problem. What wonderful people that work here. They clearly care about the food and their customers.

Total Score: 3.33 Bathroom: N/A Didn’t use the bathroom Customer Service: 1.5/5 No service basically except serving the food. Overheard their convos in Chinese and apparently they were out of a lot of things and kept on replacing things with other things in door dash orders?? Ambiance: 3/5 Some “fancy” decor (they had a LV statue and some goats??) but the tables were weirdly sticky and why was there nobody here???? Food: 1.5/5 Got the liang pi and it was just okay. Very spicy so only really tasted the chili oil. Veggies/sides/addons were minimal so wasn’t really a cohesive dish. Could have made this at home cuz apparently it wasn’t hand made. Wow: 0/1 Normal Chinese restaurant Total Score = (CS + 2*AM + 5*FOOD + WOW)/0.9

My family and I had the pleasure of dining at Northwest China Cuisine last weekend, and we were blown away by the exceptional service and cuisine! Our server was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, helping us navigate the extensive menu and making excellent recommendations. The dishes we ordered were expertly prepared and presented, with flavors that were both bold and nuanced. We were particularly impressed by the restaurant's commitment to using only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients. We can't wait to come back and try more of the menu!

Google
Fantastic experience at Northwest China Cuisine! The food is absolutely incredible, with bold, complex flavors that you just can't find at most Chinese restaurants. The cumin lamb skewers are a must-try—they’re perfectly spiced and packed with flavor. I also love their hand-pulled noodles, which are so much better than anything pre-packaged. The cold sesame noodles were also amazing! The service is friendly and the ambiance is warm and inviting. This place has quickly become one of my favorite spots for authentic Chinese food!

Google
Northwest China Cuisine is a must-visit for anyone who appreciates bold, flavorful Chinese food. The cumin lamb is a standout dish—it’s packed with smoky, spicy goodness. The noodles are made fresh to order, and every dish is perfectly seasoned. I’ve also tried their fried rice and spicy chicken with peanuts, both of which were delicious. The service is excellent—attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant has a cozy vibe, making it perfect for both a casual meal or a special night out. Highly recommend!

Google
I absolutely love Northwest China Cuisine! The dishes here are full of flavor, and you can really taste the authenticity in each bite. The cumin lamb is so tender and flavorful, and the hand-pulled noodles are amazing—chewy with a great bite to them. I also highly recommend their spicy stir-fried eggplant, which is both crispy and perfectly seasoned. The service is always friendly and efficient, and the restaurant itself has a great, relaxed atmosphere. This is one of my favorite Chinese restaurants in town!

Yelp
To go order: 4/10 Lanzhou Beef Handmade Noodles - Bowl came with 90% noodles. There's exactly 4 thin pieces of meat which is horrible protein portion ratio. Noodles also seemed low quality. They were not chewy but rather more like spaghetti pasta. Broth was mid. Overall highly do not recommend.

Yelp
Wanted to support rare Chinese cuisines. The Chinese "burger" was too spicy and a bit too oily too. The Uyghur noodle was too oily as well, same for mutton fried rice (this was my favorite in Uyghur restaurants).

Victor G.

Yelp
Northwest China Cuisine opened where a pho biz once was. decor minimalist. service the same. upon entrance, was quickly greeted by "manager"/owner?. order taken and food brought out by members of the kitchen who are wearing their white kitchen aprons, not waitstaff attire... QR codes doesn't work/buggy. ordered on staff tablet. prices much higher than posted on internet. offerings: seafood, beef, lamb, salad, house specials, owner's recommendations, soup, salads, appetizers. eats:cumin lamb (16.90) -a mix of a few large tender lamb pieces and small fried chewy lamb bits, all immersed with globs of chili oil, cumin flavoring. green onions, chopped chili pods. entree had no spiciness. liang pi-shanghai cold noodles (9.80) -cold noodles mixed with lots of heatless chili oil, carrot shreds, cucumber slices, fried tofu. good portions...didn't expect chili oil....not spicy didn't order rice, wasn't asked if i wanted any.. tea free, basically tea bag with hot water. 3.5 stars doubtful repeat. quality lacking. chili oil wasn't "hot", not even burning sensation. no mala here. leftovers: -large parking lot -gets busy noonish.. -one of toilets didn't have toilet paper... -kids are running around near rear entrance. not child care, probably related to owner/employees...

Yelp
Your [below] average mom and pop Chinese restaurant. The owners are very friendly, but the food is average and the service is very slow. Food was on the salty side and the "burgers" we ordered were dry. The dessert we ordered was a date sticky rice but they did not remove the pits in the dates and I nearly chipped a tooth biting into it. I would not go back again.

Thomas C.

Yelp
My wife went here and said the Liang PI was solid. She brought me home a spicy meat dish (I believe it is cumin beef) which was amazing. Now we have plans to go back and I will give them a complete go. High hopes and the return visit.

Anna C.

Yelp
This place has opened for a while but never got any interest in visiting bc its indoor environment doesn't look very inviting! But we finally went today because some of our coworkers highly recommended it. Well, they are right!! The noodles are hand pulled, very chewy texture and the soup just right, flavorful but too overwhelming. Another good thing is I don't think they use any MSG, no dry mouth after the meal. Highly recommended for hand pull noodle fans!

Jeff C.

Yelp
If you ever wonder what is it like to eat a bowl of beef noodle soup or spicy cold bean noodle in Northwestern china mom and pop noodle stall, this place deliver that experience. From the food to the service to the ambiance, this just feel right. The Liangpi (cold bean noodle salad) are really on point, so was the hot beef hand pulled noodle. Definitely will go back again if I want Liangpi!

Yelp
This is the BEST Northern Chinese food I've had in the Bay Area. Authentic and really good Chinese food generally has a 2.5 -3.5 rating on Yelp for 2 reasons: - Most of the Chinese people who know the authentic stuff are finding these places on other apps in Chinese, word of mouth and don't use Yelp. - Don't pay Yelp for promotions and struggle with translation and technology. Y So you're left with reviews from people who get upset about not finding orange chicken on the menu, complain about service, or don't know that Chinese food has multiple regions and therefore don't know what to get. Also, I find that Asians tend to be more critical in ratings for Chinese food so anyways, so if you LOVED the food, but left 3 stars...consider changing things up b/c you're literally helping to kill locally owned, authentic places... Because what you'll get is a bunch of Asian places that have 4/5 stars that are bigger chains or for an Americanized palette. This pushes out the unique and more delicious and authentic mom-and-pop places, which is a shame. Now on to the food. ------ If you want carby, lamby goodness. COME HERE. Also to educate yourself you can look up Northwestern Chinese food (which also borders Chinese Islamic or Uyghur food) for the best things to get the menu. There shou zhua (lamb ribs) are the BEST I've had. Obvi is also good for Liang Pi. I'm excited to try the big plate chicken and other lamb things. They also had a peanut, jujube sticky rice that I loved. (Healthier than 8 treasure rice - no lard). The rice was the softest I've ever had - generally the stuff in restaurants taste like it came out of a can and is dryer due to oversteaming or being from a can. Yelp hours are wrong. We came over on Saturday at 5pm and got takeout. Google says they are open until 7pm.

Lemb B.

Yelp
This place brings me back to China. Anyone has spent any significant time in China will recognize the flavors as being authentic Even the novice will register that it is delicious without having to process it too much. We tried the chicken noodles, sauteed chrysanthemum leaves, beef non spicy soup, and the Liang pi. So fricken good. The non spicy beef soup base is clean and subtle. The others will hit you with flavor like a ton of bricks. It's spicy but not Indian food spicy. It's manageable. All their noodles are handpulled. Can't go wrong. Pro tip: it's a QR code menu. 4g network is terrible so sign into the wifi first. The password is under the QRcode. If you have an android, select the Chinese text and it was ask you if you want to translate it for you. You're welcome...

Yelp
Happened to be in the area and found this place and SO GLAD I did! Ordered the lanzhou noodles with beef and fried noodles with beef. Both were so delicious. Best noodle and beef soup I've had! If I lived closer I would be here monthly. Nice people and nice atmosphere. Nothing fancy but the food is on point.

Xiao Z.

Yelp
I'm so happy that I saw this place! I don't understand why the rating is so low, but oh my, this is legit Chinese food! Very authentic northwestern Chinese style. The lamb was so good with the pepper salt dipping powder. Beef noodle soup, pork feet, frog leg, liang pi. They have everything I wanted and I wish I had a larger stomach will definitely come back

Yelp
Cash and card accepted. Northwest China Cuisine is located in the same plaza as Who's Tea and offers a lot of parking. My friends and I (party of 3), went here on a weekday at 11:00 AM and got seated right away. We were asked if wanted drinks as soon as we were seated and got water and tea. They have menus and electronic ordering on a tablet and it was easy to review and order. We got the spicy beef noodle soup, non - spicy noodle soup, and dry green beans. The dry green beans were the best out of all 3 dishes. The spicy and non - spicy noodle soups were ok but the balance between noodles and other ingredients was a little off: there were way more noodles than broth, meat, and veggies. Overall I would recommend trying this place once but probably wouldn't go back too frequently.

Yelp
It's hard to find quality northern cuisine but this spot delivers! The food was delicious, the place is good, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Not sure about others but when we went, the staff was on top of things, they were friendly and helpful without being overbearing. We were seating quickly and didn't have to wait very long for our food. The place looks good and was very clean. It's big enough to accommodate for large groups while still having seating for those dining in small parties. The food itself was the best part. All the dishes we tried were delicious. They also had Arctic Ocean to drink so that's a big plus. The Liang Pi Noodles were to die for. I'd highly recommend you get them as they are amongst the best we've had in a long time. Very authentic, chewy and delightful. The frog legs were fresh and crunchy with a little bit of a kick. The stir fried beans were also perfectly seasoned and well prepared. Overall, our experience was enjoyable with the Liang Pi Noodles being the highlight of the meal.

Yelp
This is a mom-and-pop place for authentic Xinjiang (Uyghur-Chinese) food. Tons of roasted lamb and porridge options, along with traditional country-style cuisine (flat iron cooking and dry pots). The prices are fair -- most dishes are somewhere between $5 and $23, plus tax. That said, the flavors emphasized here are tailored to Xinjiang cuisine, so if you're disappointed because you were expecting a more Cantonese/Shanghainese/Americanized take on the food, that's on you and not the restaurant. Some of these negative reviews here seem to be expecting the type of flavors and service you normally get at a seafood palace, and this is simply not a seafood palace either. Please be more considerate of local businesses when you review them. You wouldn't go to Maine for soul food or Idaho for Tex-Mex, so please don't go to a regional mom and pop and wonder why everything is not exactly the way you're used to it.

Yelp
Do not come here during your lunch break if it's timed. Oh man, it really took over 27 minutes to have the spicy beef noodle soup come out. No exaggerating. I've been to many hand pulled noodle restaurants in Fremont and all other restaurants came out in a timely manner. Tuesday 12pm lunch time and place was not packed. Came here with a coworker who ordered the same thing as I did and his bowl came out 4 minutes before mine. Yes, at this point in the game, everything gets timed now. The spicy beef noodle soup was good. I will say it isn't worth the 30 minute way for sure. The other downside of this too was the spices they use to give the broth it's taste, was filled inside the bowl. I strongly believe that these should be in some cheese cloth or filter bag left in the pot and not served to customers. Biting into these little things has an unpleasant taste to it the ruins the dish. This place needs some work if it's looking to stay around.

Celia L.

Yelp
You won't be disappointed I ordered the cumin lamb was soo good! Never go wrong with any lamb and Liang Pi. They open 10:00am--2:00pm and 5:00pm--8:00pm!

Dean C.

Yelp
11/24/21 This one was actually ordered through #Weee!, but my gf picked up in person instead of delivery. As you know, she's a #LiangPi fiend. I've written about her story and her love of Liang Pi before, so I'll skip that and just get to the point... (FYI, these are just the names on the receipt exactly as printed, and I doubt that's how it's written on the actual menu): 1. Xinjiang Hand-Stuffed Rice with Side Dishes Lamb Chops: So, translated = pot-steamed rice with chopped lamb chops on top. Typically they use medium-grain rice with some stickiness, but in this case they used long-grain very-little-sticky rice. Haven't seen that in these "pot rice" styles before. Anyway, the rice is beautifully flavored, and perfectly cooked. The lamb was good too, but make sure it's hot otherwise the fat won't taste pleasing. But certainly the lamb is tender and not overcooked. 9/10 2. Toasted Bun with Cumin Lamb Slightly Spicy: Again, translated = aka #RouBurger (2x translated, Rou = meat), aka #ChineseHamburger, aka #RouJiaMo, etc. The truly traditional version is usually not palatable to Western tastes as the bun is extra tough and dry, and totally can be used as bricks for building houses. However, I feel they didn't do a good job "Americanizing" the bread as it retains neither the rustic texture, nor is it really moist or soft enough for me. It's just kinda half-assed in my opinion. The meat wasn't all that either, lacking that epic cumin punch, and also lacking FAT.... and you know, the real deal is loaded with juice and fat. The jalapenos are also obviously not a Chinese thing. 3/10 3. Cold Noodles: translated = LIANG PI. Alright here we go. I do think that the texture is closer to the versions we had in Xi'an, but cut wider (the ones from the region tend to be 1/4" wide, and this is more the versions I see around here, maybe 1/3" - 1/2" wide.) They're soft, very tender, but still with that QQ'ness. Too soft for me, but again, I think this is just the way it is in Xi'an--the originator of this famous dish. Otherwise the sauce is typical. They didn't load it up with cucumbers and spongy tofu or gluten balls--I can do without the cucumber, but I do like that special chewy tofu and/or gluten balls. 5/10 I've been giving bonus points for any restaurant carrying Liang Pi cause it's really special and hard to make, but since we're seeing more places with it now, no more bonus... 3/5 #fremont #weee #xianfood #xiancuisine #shaanxi #xinjiangfood #xinjiangcuisine #chinesefood #chinescuisine

Yelp
Very bad to go experience with this business! I ordered NONE SPICY fried rice for my kids dinner but they gave me the Spicy one ! And my kids can not eat Spicy foods. At 7 pm after a long day work I was exhausted, I have to make another dinner for my kids because the stupid restaurant made mistakes. The owner replied me said this is a common mistake ? Be aware , if you get the wrong food from them just a common mistake. The owner said will refund me the fired rice but until I text her many times she finally refund me that $12 next day.

Jane R.

Yelp
This place has been my go-to place when I crave for hometown food. Their Liang Pi and lamb are super good. Be aware of some one-star reviews. The review that claims this restaurant has been sold to a new owner seems to be false, as I just visited here today (1/22/2022) and asked the staff. The staff looked confused and denied any change of ownership.

Gemma C.

Yelp
Saw their commercial and have been craving for some northwest food especially cold noodle, so decided to give a try. There was a pretty short line about 5 parties ahead when we arrive around 1pm. We put our name down on the tablet. When I look around, there were clearly 3-4 tables empty but didn't get cleaned, and there were 1 that's cleaned but didn't have anyone sit. After 10ish minutes, I couldnt wait so asked the cashier if she can find someone clean up the table so people waiting could sit. She said yea we gonna clean it, just wait. Then the host who doesn't seem to have hosting experience and the person who serves dishes started cleaning. But cashier didn't seem care to help at all. Finally we got seated, I ordered Liang Pi ( cold noodle), chicken noodle, sizzling cow stomach, and sweet rice (Zeng Gao). Liang Pi is among the best in the Bay Area, Zeng Gao is pretty good. That's about it. The noodle in the chicken noodle dish didn't taste like fresh noodle, it was thick, NOT chewy and didn't feel like fully cooked. Chicken was a bit bland, not authentic at all. And I would not recommend that beef stomach at all!! The store was definitely under staffed. There were one person serves food and one host who serves, cleans and guides customers to tables, a cashier. I'll come back for Liang Pi again. But probably wouldn't order anything else other than that.

Gary Y.

Yelp
Ordered the lanzhou hand pulled noodles. The noodles are good and flavor is okay. However, it was way over the top on the saltiness. The noodles themselves were too salty so you can imagine the amount of sodium in the broth. So yeah, I don't recommend it.

Simon C.

Yelp
food was ok, service sucks, two of us went for lunch, one's orders come sort of quick, another person's order, sort of less value then another, never come, they did not even bother to prepare it until we ask to cancel it. Then they started to prepare to cook it. By then, one of us almost done with his lunch and another one has not seen her dishes yet. Will never go back

Anna Y.

Yelp
Ordered food to deliver, box is half filled, not sure if it happens to all, won't order 2nd time. Taste is okey, home made quality.

Candyapple W.

Yelp
First time ordered from weee. Good portion, authentic northwest taste. Food very well packed. Very impressed. Will come back

Robin J.

Yelp
Got a takeout order of liang pi (cold noodle), ro jia mo (pork burger), and zeng gao (sweet rice). The noodle dish was my favorite by far. There were 3 kinds of sauces to mix into the huge container of noodles n assorted veggies -- it ended up tasting incredible!! All the details of the dish (spiciness and richness of the sauce, the cold slipperiness of the sheet-like homemade noodles, the crunchy colorful veggies underneath a blanket of chili-oil) combined into a heavenly food experience. The pork "burger" also tasted bomb, especially after I toasted it in my oven, but there were a couple pieces of meat that were hard to chew and had to be spat out. Although I liked it, I feel like I've had better rojiamo from other restaurants. The sweet rice dessert was meh.. the red beans weren't sweet at all, I only got date pieces instead of whole dates, and the sticky rice had an unpleasant texture. I don't think I would order it again. Overall a pretty yummy option for Chinese takeout!! Order the Liang Pi for sure!!

Yanli W.

Yelp
terrible food and services. This restaurant has been sold to a new owner, and it's no longer halal restaurant. Don't go!!!!!!!!!

Amy C.

Yelp
I am always a big fan of Northwestern cuisine. I was so excited when I saw this newly opened restaurant. Therefore, at a sunny Saturday noon, I decided to eat out with my husband. The food quality was good. We would give 5 star to the Lanzhou Hand Pulled Noodles! The noodles were chewy and fresh. The broth was very flavorful and authentic! Love it! Okay so.. My husband and I ordered hand pulled noodles, cucumber cold dish, lamb giblets soup and cumin beef. My husband's hand-pulled noodles arrived in the first 10 min, then 20 min later we got the cucumber appetizer. However, after these two dishes we waited for approximately 30 min for the rest of our order. We had to ask the servers to double check if they had forgotten our orders. Apparently this newly opened business is short staffed in weekends. (Literally every server busses tables in the restaurant; servers serving food w/o trays; Cashier handles money then serves food with bare hands... etc.) We can understand they just opened. But these details definitely need to be changed. The food eventually came out fine but the wait time and the professionalism just gave this place some big minus points. We will come back after a while. Hope they could improve!

Sylvia L.

Yelp
I'm always on the lookout for hand pulled noodles. I ordered the beef noodle soup non-spicy friends ordered one spicy and another non-spicy. We also ordered the dry fried string beans add that was a recommended dish. Service was good at first, they gave us the option of hot tea or water and the tea cup was already on our plates. The ordering system is tablet based and the food came out pretty fast. However when the food came out, we got 2 spicy instead of one. After speaking to server, he insisted we ordered two spicy and said it's not too spicy so should be fine. I wanted to ask for our tablet back to double check but since it was our first time there I didn't want to make a scene. It wasn't too spicy but for better business practice in the future, they should have just offered to make it. Also when paying, the receipt said one spicy lol. I'll give them another chance since their soup base was really good as were the string beans but next time hopefully there's no mix up.

Saeed A.

Yelp
If I could give it ZERO STARS,,,,,,,,, I WOULD!!!!!!! Extremely unprofessional and slow, none of the staff speak English........ THAT IS NOT usually a problem in my book but.... Save your money, go next door or any other place. These new Chinese restaurant owners apparently don't understand the concept of business in America. There is plenty of competition and you are not the only place in town. If you want to be successful and last a while serve your customers correctly. You want our money than earn it. We have the choice to go any other place and we will going forward. Waited 20min to get a table even though empty tables were available, they sat us as a "large party" round table even though we were only 3 people. the table and chairs were dirty, oily and with leftover food from previous customers on the table top. The staff is not hygienic, they serve food with the same bare hands that handles cash and tips from other tables and same bare hands that busses the tables after customers leave..VERY DIRTY! the waiting system at the front door is completely redundant and you will get ignored even if your name is on the list. they will sit people who came after you and speak Chinese. We were bumped twice as they kept seating people who came clearly after us but seemed to know the restaurant staff and spoke Chinese. I have never had this type of service before at any other restaurant.

Howie J.

Yelp
This place is a gem, and I wish I could eat there everyday! I've tried quite a few dishes here and everything met or exceeded my expectations. I recommend the Lanzhou beef noodles, and if you can handle or love the gamey smell/ flavor from goat, you should definitely order those dishes with goat. Yes I said goat not that lamb stuff. I highly suspect they got these goat meats from the high mountains of China and that's why they are extra gamey, and delicious, and authentic!

Jun Z.

Yelp
They give you an iPad to order and you can actually place the order without assistance of a waiter, which is good. But it then took us 50+ minutes from placing the order to get the dishes. So what's the point of making ordering food easy and fast? Food tastes okay though.

Song L.

Yelp
Ymmmmmmmmmm.Very authentic Chinese local flavor. The noodles are very delicious. You will never be disappointed.

Rui Y.

Yelp
One of the most authentic Northwest cuisine in the Bay Area. I've been chasing the traditional & original tasty in order to release my homesick since I'd moved here, so my husband and I went to the restaurant once it opened. The most fantastic thing was when I had my first bite of Kung Pao Chicken. Not like others which are changed the flavor to please the local, it's 100% home style. Definitely go back again. In addition, you'll feel sorry if you miss all kind of the hand made noodles.

Kristy G.

Yelp
The food was great, but the service needs work. I usually don't care about bad service in restaurants as long as the food is good, but the owner yelled at us simply for asking for take out box. She said she was too busy. Please hire more staff so you aren't overwhelmed.

Clover R.

Yelp
I have been dreaming about Lanzhou hand pulled noodles ever since I moved to the US. This is the best of all the places I have tried. Luckily, it is also my hometown style. Various local northwest specialities: today I have tried, Fried noodle (炒拉面), BBQ lamp (宁夏烤羊排), fried cold noodles(炒凉皮), 羊肉粉汤配油香...the aftertaste is wonderful. Highly recommended restaurant for the people who want to try the most traditional Northwest food. Have to come back to try the other dishes on the menu.

天森

Yelp
Food is really good. Even their service is not perfect! But all I ate worth it!!! high recommend their 手抓羊肉!

Muhtar O.

Yelp
The restaurants pretty good also food is delicious "牙签羊肉" is one of the best food !!!! Highly recommended

Qingpeng N.

Yelp
Be cautious. The noodle and soup all cold in covid 19 period. And no chopsticks provided if not ask. They won't tell this ahead. Also even wait for 15 minutes to have the noodle. Wonder they prepare for that 15 minutes. Plan to have a picnic and buy food here and drive to a beautiful park and then discover cold noodles and cold soup. Really terrible experience. They should tell it is cold and no folk and no chopsticks ahead.

June L.

Yelp
The staffs are friendly. Sautéed chicken wings with chili and pepper are crispy and tasty. Boiled fish with bean sprout in hot chili oil and fish filets in hot chili oil are yummy. It reminds me of the good food in China. It is definitely one of the best restaurants to have lunch or dinner with friends and families at. Highly recommended.

Zhao Y.

Yelp
We ordered lanzhou ramen Togo and the moment we opened the veggie and meat box, there's a cockroach coming out. We were grossed out. I'm traumatized :(

Kyle Z.

Yelp
The food quality is just ok but the management is beyond terrible. I came for the lamb stew and lamb feet, but unfortunately, all lamb related food are unavailable. Eventually, I ordered two cold plates and one bowl of Lanzhou ramen. The cold plates were salty and hard to chew. The noodle was good but they forgot about my order until I remained them one hour after I placed my order. At this point, I think this restaurant is far from ready to serve customers.

Cathy Z.

Yelp
I would give 0 star if I could. Never come to this restaurant. They charge you extra tips after you leave restaurant and think you would not find out. It's really ridiculous new restaurants do this without thinking about customers returning or posting on Yelp. Shame on you!

Qiaomu Y.

Yelp
Food is too salty, noodle is better than other Chinese ramen. Service is bad, waiting in line for almost one hour while all others in front of me got served, basically u can go and sit if there is empty table. Checking is too slow, ordered roujiamo, they almost forgot about until I remind them. I would rather spent 2mins in chipotle than spending 3hrs for not so good food here.

Joel J.

Yelp
First time here the liang pi was very good . The spices and the cold noodles melted in your mouth like a waygu steak. This was the only dish I tasted however I will be back to try more.

Tiffany S.

Yelp
They give you an iPad to place orders. Service is quick. One star off because the spicy fish stew is very salty. Laingpi (cold noodle) is good. The beef noodle soup is tasty. Everything is in big portion.

Alan N.

Yelp
Food is decent but the service is horrendous Walked in at 5 as the second group, then was told they're not serving food until 5:30 ... So we patiently waited and asked for the menu, next thing you know they gave the menus to everyone else but us (3rd, 4th, 5th ... All other groups but us) Wasted 15 minuets sitting there and decided to walk out. I can deal with slower service but this is a deal breaker

Yelp
Fantastic meal. Very authentic Northern Chinese flavor. Ordered eggplant with ground beef, fish in hot oil, and spicy hand pull noodle soup. Chef makes the hand pull noodles right in front you which is impressive. Big portion on the fish. Eggplant fried lightly and did not feel heavy. Staff was quick to sit us and serve. I definitely recommend this place as an delicious and authentic meal.

Yelp
Today is the first time I ordered delivery from them ever since lockdown. I decided come here to wrote down my review to support their business because I have been surprised by how big the portion they made! I ordered lamb with vegetables and the lamb are so much I can't even finished! I know it's been a hard time for these restaurant businesses but I can tell they are still doing their best to serving their customers. Please everyone help our local community business as much as you can!

Yelp
The Hand pull noodle tastes like what I had back in China. The beef cold dish is spicy and tasty. I like the peanuts came with it. The cold noodle is also good and their dish is much larger than the other two store I've been to.
