Google
Highly recommend. Wonderful indoor, bar, and outdoor seating. Great selections of beer and cocktails. NA available too. The pretzel and feta cheese was delicious and mouth watering! Must try the Norton Burger, plenty for two people to share! Definitely would go back.

DJ & Photo Booth

Google
BringFido App - good choice! Plenty of dog friendly outside seating, and great food at a good price! Spent much more @KC’s Bar-K for sub par food and drinks. Definitely a choice place to save for trips even without Molly!

Decor was random but fitting. Food and service were top notch. Would definitely recommend for anyone downtown looking for local flavor.

Nortons Brewing Company in Wichita awesome spot, great food, and super refreshing craft beer! Definitely worth a visit! ♥️

Google
This is my first ever 5 star restaurant review that i have given. The big axe burrito is delicious and humongous, by far my favorite dish. But it is only served on TUESDAY so remember that. Totally worth it.

We enjoyed a good lunch at this nice restaurant/brewery. I chose the chicken fried steak, which was good and a generous size. A member of our group ordered a salad with chicken, the salad was a large serving, however, the chicken had quite a few pieces that were dry and tough. The venue has a good feel, nice atmosphere and attentive staff. Several in our group ordered a flight of several small servings of their beers and definitely found a few they enjoyed. We would go back, more for the atmosphere than the food. I did hear, from another customer, the hamburgers are very good.

Google
Great chill place for families. The food and beer are great. They have live music often. The outdoor seating is dog friendly, but the outdoor menu is limited. Probably my favorite brewery in town because I have kids. The only thing I would improve is adding misters to the outdoor seating.

Yelp
My first time trying it this weekend. I was killing time before a concert, and went in for a sandwich and a beer. Sunday evening, place was hopping pretty good. Surprisingly (to me), it was a lot of younger families with kids. And of course, the usual hipsters. Anyway, my waitress (Chantelle? Sorry, sure I misspelled it!) was awesome. She was short handed but still managed to check in on me and keep my beers coming. The sandwich (Train Wreck) was phenomenal. Never had anything like it in Wichita, and it was cooked perfectly. If I could change one thing, it would be the batter-dipped fries. I prefer "regular" fries, not those weird Spangles-style fries, but regardless, they were crispy and good. It was fun, didn't mind dining alone in there, and I'll definitely be back.

Yelp
Came into town to visit family. Got to escape to grab a quick beer. It was busy, but also this was Friday evening. We sat the bar, I was worried it would take them a while to see us. The bartender came down quick. It was loud but was able to hear him well. The beer was good and hazy. I loved the I wake up for vengeance.

Yelp
Love the fact I could walk in, find space at the bar, and folks are so friendly I want to stay longer! The flights are the way to go but the hoppy hefe was a standout as this is not your usual beer you can get just anywhere. I had the French onion burger and it was good, but the burger with grilled cheese sandwiches for buns is going to have to happen!

Yelp
Our server, Conrad, was magnificent!! You should ask for him. This place is fantastic!!! The food was really great. One of the best chicken fried steaks we've had. My wife and I shared it. The bacon crack was excellent. The beers and cocktails were tasty. It was a fun night!

Yelp
Delicious food, always a great atmosphere, and great drinks! Always a good time and good drinks

Yelp
4 stars overall for the large inside and outside seating area, friendly staff and casual vibe. I didn't try the food, so this review is just for the craft beer. I would say the beer is higher quality for comparable Wichita breweries (in the top 5 just behind Central Standard up the street). However, not as good quality as where I am from so would not say it is "can worthy" to carry any back home, except for novelty in the name and location. I sat at the bar and enjoyed watching whatever sporting events were on that evening. All and all a worthwhile visit if in the ICT. I still don't know who/what Norton is and not sure if related to the antivirus/security company

Yelp
How lucky were we to be in town for taco Tuesday at Nortons Brewing Company?! Recommended by our hotel bartender, my colleague and I took a walk to Nortons and we're blown away by the delicious food, wonderful service, and GINORMOUS taco! Nortons is an amazing local brewery with solid food, friendly staff, and a great beer selection. The menu features interesting food items, and I highly recommend trying their bacon crack appetizer and mac daddy fries!

Yelp
While walking downtown Wichita, we happened upon this place when they were opening up at 3 PM. The day we went, they had four dollar beers. We were not hungry, but we did order the fried pickles. The fried pickles were pretty good. I am very picky about my fried pickles and this place did a good job with them. I'm not a big beer person, but I typically can have a light beer or a stout. They did let me taste two different beers and I ended up getting Czech yo'self (light beer). It was easy to drink. It was smooth. The place has inside and outside seating. The outside seating is dog friendly and there's plenty of room. If you sit inside, a waitress comes to you. If you sit outside, you have to go to the window to order. There's plenty of street parking nearby. It seems like a fun place with activities. Our waitress was super nice and even gave us pointers at what to do while we were in town.

Yelp
We didn't have anything to eat, but my husband and I loved the two hazy IPAs we had: I Only Wake For Vengeance & Ozone. Cold, hazy, fruity, hoppy... sitting outside watching all the family fun going on (we're in our 60's) on a beautiful spring day. Super

Yelp
The service and food is outstanding. You won't be disappointed. I definitely need to try the Tuesday Taco special.

Yelp
Beautiful day. Lively patio. Fantastic seating, food, and drinks menu. Hangover burger with fries and Bloody Mary -- Hit. The. Spot. Staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend. And return. Enjoy!

The food and atmosphere was very chill. I would definitely recommend grabbing a bite to eat here!!

Yelp
I love this place!! It was so cute and festive for the holidays! The staff were super friendly and checked up on us repeatedly. We got friends and the bacon crack was pretty good. The sauces for the fries were different and super good. I got kobucha which was good but didn't like the flavor that I got. I got the chili pineapple and it tasted like I'm drinking kimchi.. lol love the flight of beers which was fun to try different types of beers. Overall great vibes and good drinks. Will definitely be back!
google avatar

Justin H.

Yelp
The food here is normally really good, decent bar food vibes is how I'd explain it. Tons of different beer options if you like micro brews and love talk IPAs then this is your jam. Outdoor area is great too when the weather cooperates.

Yelp
A great brewpub in downtown Wichita. Awesome venue with outdoor seating and delicious vittles and victuals.

Yelp
Visiting from out of town, we stopped in for a beer before heading to our hotel. This is the NEATEST place I've ever been!! They brew all their own beers & have such a cute theme. If Halloween is your thing, you'll really like this place. The service was great too! Highly recommend this place!

Cindy M.

Yelp
I knew when I came on yelp this place would have great reviews, but guess what I do not agree. It has music so loud you have to yell to hear each other. Why do this to us and your servers? Next the food was average. The Quesadilla nothing special. Can make that at home. The cilantro lime chicken salad was ok. The burrito was huge and my husband liked it and I am sure he would rate that a 4. I might come back and might not. I would go it others wanted to go, but I would not choose it.

Yelp
Okay! This place was pretty great! We were headed for the BBQ joint across the street and opted for Nortons because it had a cool look to it when we drove by. The ambiance was cool, from the Beastie Boys painting on the wall paying homage to MCA all the way to the hangout space out back. Our waiter was top notch! Very friendly and knowledgeable and we wanted for nothing. Has the bacon crack, was a hit at the table. The youngest among us (8 yr old boy) ordered for himself the Hangover Burger (there were three of these at the table) and ate nearly the entire thing. Hubby had the Philly it was giant! But there wasn't enough cheese. The food was great! I would definitely come back. The only reason I don't give five stars is nothing is perfect but this place was close.

Yelp
Stopped by Nortons for appetizers and drinks with a group of parents while attending the 2024 Midwest Sectionals Synchronized Skating Championships. Greatly enjoyed the apps and drinks.

Yelp
I went to this restaurant/bar two days ago. The food was okay, nothing really special. I wasn't satisfied with the staff because when we were seated at the table, we waited for our water for a good 10 minutes (which isn't too bad; we understand). When we got our food, the waiter checked on us only once during the entire 30-40 minutes we were inside. We couldn't see him for a while to ask for the check, so we waited for about 15 minutes because our waiter wasn't around. Finally, we asked someone else, and it still took a good minute to get it.

Yelp
Nice Job ! Cool location and setup. Very spacious. Nice selection Had the two IPA's. Ordered the Chicken Sandwich. Good flavor it was a bit over cooked looked one side was very dark and almost burnt

Yelp
I'll say that I only had one beer here and it was good. I regret not ordering more but as you can see from the pictures there was a ton of food to be had and I honestly couldn't make any more room. It was in the early afternoon and our party of 4, ballooned to a party of six eventually. Fortunately, we sat at one of their long tables inside and Conrad, our server rolled with it and was super accommodating. I took a look around before sitting down and liked the neo Viking/Deviant/Tim Burton vibe before ordering Belgian Strong-don't see too many of those. One in our group had been here multiple times and said the fried pickles and the 'bacon crack,' the candied bacons were must haves. I'm all for fried pickles, but candied bacon was hit or miss and I had my doubts that it would be done well here. I was wrong, the bacon wasn't overly sweet or candied making the best out of the sweet/savory combo. I ended up getting the double dog-I misread it and thought it it was two deep fried dogs served in a bun instead of two corn dogs. My mistake but Conrad offered to take it away and give me something else. It was on me so I kept but, but also surprised. The corn dog was not overly sweet like carnival corn dogs and didn't need much. My buddy had to take a phone call so I ordered them their house burger thinking it would be less of a mouthful than their hangover burger; not knowing that instead of buns it was grilled cheeses. He still enjoyed it though.

Yelp
Decent Gen Z staff. Appetizer was a huge hit. Both of us had homemade pub fries. My nephew hand the Hangover Burger and it had promise, but that was it. The Alabama Burger was the same. Only one big TV to watch a sporting event. More miss than hit for me!!

Yelp
Brews are something that I very much so love and will always find where they are hiding as quite often it just makes for that much of a better time with dinner and friends of course! Of the many options I went with the berry sour it was yummy and just all around delightful in every way as it was just what I needed at this point in the day! To share we ordered some of the fried pickles they were delicious perfectly fried and just yummy with each dunk of the sauce! To eat for dinner I went with the fried chicken sandwich it was delicious the chicken breast was a huge size it had just the right amount of pickles and sauce on it to make one awesome sandwich that totally filled me up and then some! Their fries were also yummy they had a great crunch to them and were just scrumptious with the chicken sandwich and my cold brew! Overall this is a awesome brewery straight in the heart of Kansas who knows if I'll ever get here again but it's definitely worth a stop if your passing through or if your a local here as if this was in my neighborhood I'd be here all the time!

Yelp
Flew into Wichita coming back from our Vacay and needed a quick place for a bite. My GF's daughter recommended Norton's to us, so we thought we would give it a try. We are not beer drinkers but enjoy a good cocktail. They have a good selection of 'house' mixed drinks and I chose the Island Hobo and she got the Pink Flamingo....both were very good. We ordered the Fried Pickles and they came with a dill/ranch sauce which was much better than the standard ranch dressing you normally get. The fried pickles get a 9/10....crispy and flavorful. I ordered the Alabama BBQ Burger.....with double patties..... and it was big. The meat had a wonderful char-grilled flavor and the bacon was delicious. I thought the bbq sauce could have been a little stronger flavor, but the entire burger was juicy and delicious. The fries it came with were the perfect amount of crispy and tender... and a generous portion as well. As we do not live in the area, it would be tough to return, but if you are in the downtown Wichita area, it is worth the stop!

Yelp
Very good! Highly recommend! While in the hospital we ordered take out. Timely, warm food, seasoned well. Loved the manager took time to make us feel comfortable in our time of chaos. Great location and atmosphere!

Yelp
This is our go-to place when we come to Wichita. The food is always on point and they have the best beer in town. If you're a fan of imperial milk stouts, Don't Poke the Bear is 10/10! It can be a little loud inside, but there's an outdoor seating area if you want a quieter space. Service has always been phenomenal as well.

Yelp
Flew back in from our trip to LA and wanted to eat down town, daughter had this on her list to visit. We were sat immediately on a sunday lunch time. Steve our server greeted us and brought us actual paper menus in spite of the hostess said they were doing paperless. After looking at the "drank menu" we were excited to see cocktail choices as we are not beer drinkers. He got the Island Hobo and I got the Pink Flamingo and fried pickles. Both drinks were tasty and refreshing but the fried pickles were outstanding with its homemade dill ranch dressing:). Steve gave us some recommendations and he got the double Alabama BBQ Burger and I got the fried chicken sandwich with fries. Our food came out in a timely manner. My chicken breast was juicy and had a tasty coating. The extra pickles and aioli were a great addition to the sandwich. The fries were great...I rarely eat fries and these were definitely worth ordering. I got another drank...the Irish Ayes. It was a more mellow whiskey sour. Steve checked on us several times as well as another server. We contemplated getting dessert but decided to pass even though the pretzel bread pudding is enticing. The decor in the brewery was entertaining and had a festive vibe. I liked the out door patio setup. The staff was efficient and friendly, love the vibe and food was delicious.

Yelp
Not what I was expecting from a brewery. The ambiance was a little louder than I anticipated so that kind of set me for a different mood and you had to wait 30min for a two seater table. So my boyfriend and I went to the bar and sat right away. The he service was top notch. Got a few samples of the sours and the gentleman checked on us multiple times. We also order the bacon crack and it was worth it! The sour was amazing too. Perfect balance of sour and sweet.

Yelp
We rented igloo for an evening with friends. So much fun! We grabbed an island hobo and lemon squeezy drink to start along with bacon crack. French onion sandwich and grizzled cheese sandwich, both with fries. So good! Our server was so friendly and helpful. Such a fun night!

Sue D.

Yelp
Nortons has just about the best atmosphere of anywhere in Wichita. The family friendliness means a lot. And the food and beer are pretty darn good
google avatar

Dana S.

Yelp
Best food and service. The atmosphere is great we love to eat there when we have our kids here from out of town. The outdoor space is cozy but fun for kids.

Ian B.

Yelp
Love love love this brewery. Great spot in Wichita. The beer and the food were fantastic. And the service was even better. Took a few minutes for the service to come to our table, but after that they checked in frequently to see if we needed anything else. We came in on a Wednesday evening, and the place was still pretty packed. So you can tell it's a popular spot in town!
google avatar

Abby S.

Yelp
The bacon appetizer was delicious. The ambience was fun: a great place to watch a game. Our server was helpful and kind!

Yelp
This was our first time to visit Nortons. We ordered a plain Jane and Thee fried chicken sandwich. Both were delicious and we will definitely go back.

Yelp
Ordered my food at 1:03 pm, waited at the bar as instructed, it's now 3:01 pm and my food still isn't ready!! NEVER got waited on WTF?????

Yelp
From CA visiting family. Fantastic beer. Fantastic burgers. Highly recommend it. Will go again for sure.
google avatar

Olivia T.

Yelp
Service was great and very friendly. The burger really hit the spot and was just enough food for lunch. The inside of the restaurant/bar is really cool with art and plants. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!
google avatar

Christine M.

Yelp
GREAT food, decent beers, and a really fun Pop-Goes-Punk aesthetic (with killer soundtrack to match). What a fun place! Monte Cristo served on funnel cake instead of French toast (subbed a raspberry lemon drizzle from the cheesecake menu for the standard grape jelly - SO good!). Bacon Crack (!!!). And the fries slay. If I'm ever in Kansas again (doubtful, but whatever...), I'll deffo be back.
google avatar

Raeley G.

Yelp
I love this place and the fun vibes it has indoors and out on the patio. They have a good beer selection and very tasty food as well. Good for a fun date night or a large after work gathering.
google avatar

Candy T.

Yelp
Norton's is a great Wichita experience. They say it best, "we are a fresh, scratch kitchen, pouring love onto every plate. Except for the Fruit Loops and servers pour that shit from the box." Gotta love it! Yes, they have the freshest food I've had from an establishment. Crisp salad with delicious dressing, nothing from a bottle. The burger patty had the most amazing crispy crust, my favorite way! Of course, if you go to a brewing company, you have to try their brews. Not big fans of IPA so we opted for stouts and pilsners. See the attached photos for names. The service was impeccable we just loved Sophie! Don't miss out on this gem of Wichita.
google avatar

Stephanie A.

Yelp
Best craft brew in a town with excellent craft beer. The cucumber lemongrass gose (Becky with the Good Hair) was a revelation; Aloha Mr Hand was a bounce off the wall confection of coconut, pineapple and vanilla; the Dropping Bows wheat wine stunned with its faithfulness to a rare style. Something for everyone, as there is also a cocktail menu. A long line was observed on Saturday night; we walked right in on a Tuesday afternoon. Note: there is no happy hour here but the 4 5 oz taster flight for $8 is a great deal.
google avatar

Nicholas E.

Yelp
The beer, the food, and the atmosphere were spot on! Where else can you find such awesome people and staff?!? Well, if you're looking for just that, this is your place!
google avatar

Susan M.

Yelp
My family and I had lunch here on Sunday. Hubby had the bbq burger.. forgot the name it was good. I had the French onion burger also delicious

Maria P.

Yelp
We were in town visiting family and our lunch at Nortons was one of the highlights of our trip. The food was great, the vibe was super cool and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nancy G.

Yelp
This was so much fun! Such a great vibe! Our service was awesome and everyone was friendly.
google avatar

Christine S.

Yelp
Great location and atmosphere especially if you want to sit outside! It also is a good place for larger groups. I love seeing all the families and children enjoying this restaurant. I enjoyed the beer selection and had a dark ale which was delicious. The appetizers were good but the mail dishes were just okay. So my advice go heavy apps and get a beer slushy!
google avatar

Cammie K.

Yelp
I love the burgers. The vibe is great. And I just discovered Taco Tuesday. Simple Tuesday-only menu, food doesn't disappoint, and the taco? Well, bigger than your head. I cannot wait to try the burrito next.
