Came in for my first consultation came in just testing the waters to see what I needed since I hadn't seen a dentist for quite a bit definitely for my first time had a great experience with the person that did my x-rays very informative on everything and every question I asked she answered. Dr. was great as well I ask her some question and she explained in depth what I needed . Lastly, the two girls at the front desk Mayra and Jackie great lovely ladies , Mayra explained the financial part of my work needed , No pressure what so ever ! Appointment review to follow :)

I'm a U.S. Marine and I really value good work, effective communication, and customer service.,Out of all my experiences over the past 60 years, I had a particularly good one in an EU country. I once jokingly told an office manager that in my opinion, dentists aren't allowed in Heaven because they're crooks. Just my opinion, of course., I discovered Healthy Smiles through my GPS when I searched for dentists nearby., What I found at Healthy Smiles was truly exceptional. The place is professional, honest, and rare in its quality., Unlike some of my previous experiences, I wasn't frightened or coerced into a treatment plan. I felt like my concerns were genuinely listened to.,Dr. Jacklyn Nargas, the dentist, really blew me away with her attitude. She's just really nice. Mayra, the office manager, played a big role in convincing me to make an appointment. Her willingness to answer all my questions, including those about costs, impressed me and led me to schedule an appointment for the next morning., As a person with disabilities, I always prefer exceptional service, and that's exactly what I received at Healthy Smiles. I'll definitely be coming back with my family from now on., A big thank you to Dr. Jacklyn Nargas and her staff. I love your office and your team!,And to anyone reading this, if you visit Healthy Smiles, let them know that 'Walt', the tall guy who had deep cleaning and antibiotics injected, sent you. You won't regret it!

Dr. Took very good care of me explained everything very thoroughly and was extremely patient. The TC was very understanding and explained everything. Highly recommend.

If i could give this dental office a 0 stars i would. I called to make an appointment and they offered me an appointment for the following week. I also asked Jacky if i needed a Deep cleaning if I could do it the same day if needed and she said "Yes of course" . Before hanging up the phone, Jacky asked me to call my insurance and tell them to send over the fee schedule to my insurance . That should of been the first red flag ,but i still decided to go in still since i have HMO and i was assigned there. I didn't know that it was the patients job to call their own insurance and ask them to send it over to the office through fax. i went in at 11am for only xrays and exam and they didn't explain my treatment to me I waited until 1:30 and still they had me waiting on the xray chair. There was nobody in the back only me alone because everyone went to lunch even the doctor. I asked them if they were gonna take longer and they said they were on the phone with my insurance. Not sure why this office took so long to verify my insurance when they should of done it at least at day before. So i had to leave so i left . Before leaving they explained to me that they will call me later that day to explain the treatment plan. Instead i got a text message at the end if the day which was on a Thursday that shes sorry ,but shes going to have to call me that coming Tuesday to explain my treatment to me threw the phone. I was so confused and worried. I felt like they were avoiding me and i felt so uncomfortable. I didn't receive any calls or text messages that tuesday they were supposed to "CALL" Me so i ended up calling them twice and the girl with the blonde hair with botox i believe her name is Mayra said that she was gonna call me back to explain my treatment plan to me, instead i told her to just email me my treatment plan and she did but there printer was running out of ink so i could hardly see the codes and treatment i need . DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE. Its a waste of time and money . I still don't know what my treatment plan is and they haven't even tried calling me or anything for a follow up. HORRIBLE DENTAL OFFICE!!

I had my first routine cleaning today with this clinic. I was nervous just because dental visits in general are nerve wrecking for me! But I'm satisfied with my overall visit. The staff were great and so kind and the Dr was also pleasant. Will be booking my next visit with them this year. Thank you!

I've recently started coming to this dental office, both of my experiences here have been great. Everyone has been really welcoming and the dentists are very intelligent and walk you through every step. Will definitely be coming here for all my dental needs.

Today is our 2nd Dentist appointnent since new management took over from our previous Dentist for 24 + years same location. My experience with Dr. Farshid & Mgnr. My family has been going to this establishment for more than 2 years now after our previous dentist retired. They are very welcoming and they make you feel like family. Their dentists and staff are awesome! Very knowledgeable on their craft. I would recommend this place anytime!
