One of the most beautiful hotels we ever stayed in, with a personalized service worth of the best palaces hotels in the world! Sifnos is a dream island, and Staying at Nos made it a very beautiful one. Eva, her team, and every single person we encountered, went out of their way and were just OUTSTANDING!! We will be back soon ❤️

We’re still in awe of our amazing stay at Nos and can’t stop talking about how incredible it was after we left this morning. The staff took such wonderful care of us from prior to our arrival (helping book a last minute automatic car rental at a great rate, reservations) to our departure when we were packed a boxed breakfast to enjoy in order to catch our early morning ferry. Evdokia was our main point of contact and was always responsive and helpful throughout our numerous communications ahead of our stay. She was there to welcome us personally when we arrived and showed us around the property, complete with the sweetest personalized welcoming ritual. By the time we met her in person it felt like we were friends and you’ll love her bubbly personality. The facilities were all gorgeous and we were inspired to redecorate after our stay! Nos was the perfect place to relax and unwind while being walking distance from some of Sifnos’ attractions. The spa is absolutely worth the splurge - I’m still dreaming of hearing the waves crashing against the rocks while indulging in the most opulent services. Nos perfectly captured the essence of warm Greek hospitality. We were there to celebrate a special occasion and it was clear how honored the staff was to be a part of that - something that’s sometimes taken for granted, but not at Nos! We truly had a magical stay and cannot wait to be back.

Thank you to the excellent staff at Nos for making our four-night stay last week relaxing and memorable. We were met with friendliness and an eagerness to insure our experience was top-notch in every way. The hotel is beautifully designed and the rooms and grounds were immaculate. Breakfasts and dinner was fresh, tasty and creative. Would highly recommend Nos if you’re visiting Sifnos.

We booked a room with private pool. On the website, there were photos presenting an open terrace with a double mattress, where you could lay down if you wish to suntan. There was no plenty of outdoor space, as advertised, we got a room with a covered terrace and no place to suntan lying flat. If we knew how is the terrace of the room ( shade everywhere), we would not have chosen it for a getaway in October. The private pool was a plunge pool and the « supposed » sea view is just partial from the terrace.

Have reflected on Nos a lot since our stay, I've landed on describing this hotel as "Fine/Average". I think, with time, Nos can grow into its pricepoint and its 5-star rating, but I do not think it is there yet. ||The staff was very nice and eager to please. They printed maps, arranged taxis, and helped us with our bags. We were on our honeymoon, and they upgraded our room, and left a bottle of wine. We had to check out early to catch our boat, and they packed up to-go lunches for us without our even asking. Very thoughtful. ||There were little things that were inconveniences throughout - we couldn't use both showerheads without the bathroom flooding; the light switches were glitchy and didn't always work; the TV connection was frequently on the fritz - we just settled on watching a movie from our laptop; one day the maid/staff forgot to service our room. Our room was nice, but perched right on the road, and while the traffic wasn't bad, you're sitting on the patio with cars and mopeds whizzing by. By the end of breakfast, most of the fresh fruit and other fresh stuff is gone and not replaced within an hour of close (or at least that was the case when we were there). ||We are not especially picky people and these were not dealbreakers for us in any way, and I do not want this review to make it sound like we had a bad experience. Not at all. Pool is perfect temperature, and the aesthetic and facilities (gym, pool bathrooms, dining areas) are very nice. We just left with the sense that the pricing is not reflective of the facilities in full, and that's why I opted to go with the 3/5 review.

JUST WOW!!! I don’t know what anyone could have to say negative about NOS. From the second you arrive, you are warmly greeted, and welcomed in like family. The staff is absolutely amazing. The rooms are immaculate. Housekeeping was great, the pool and service was phenomenal. The attention to care of its guests are clear. Ensuring you are familiar with the island, offer help at every corner you turn. True white glove service and were on top of anything you needed. Amazing town of Faros in a short walking distance. Just an absolute gem of a hotel and stay. Cannot say enough good things about this resort as a whole. It set the bar VERY high for the remainder of our trip across the different islands and NOS was by far top notch and will be remembered. We are very select travelers when it comes to attention to detail at 5-star properties and this one earned it. Highly recommend and would come back in a heart beat! Thank you to everyone here for making a memorable and unforgettable experience and treating us like family rather than a transaction.

We had the most amazing time at NOS. The hotel itself is stunning, spectacular views, great location, and the room we had was perfect, with a small private pool. The team is even better, you feel like someone has welcomed you into their home, and they take care of every little detail of your trip in Sifnos. For us it was more special as I proposed to my future wife, and the team at NOS organised a boat to see the sunset with champagne - everything was perfect.

We had plans to stay at NOS for part of our Honeymoon in September of 2024 and we were so excited about it! We booked our reservation in early May and continued with planning for the remainder of our trip. Then, on August 22nd, less than a month before we were scheduled to arrive, we received an email out of the blue from NOS stating that our reservation had been canceled. This obviously had me quite concerned so I called the hotel immediately. The women who answered the phone was pleasant, but told me that I had to email the reservations team, which I did immediately after we spoke. A number of hours passed with no response so I called again and asked to speak with the manager of the hotel. The manager was kind as I shared the details of the situation and she communicated that she would escalate to the reservations team. The next day, which was a Friday, I received an email stating the following: "We had a cancellation request for September from another guest with the same last name as yours and first name starting with the same letter so there was the confusion made. Please find attached the confirmation of your reservation and we apologize once again." This was a big relief as we were once again under the impression that our prepaid reservation was still valid. On the following Monday morning, 3 days after I had received assurance that my reservation was valid, I received another email from the reservations team at NOS stating: "We regret to inform you that due to a system error we will not be able to accommodate you reservation for 19-21 September, since the hotel is fully booked. We have now refunded the amount of your accommodation and we sincerely apologize." This all felt highly disingenuous in multiple ways, and we were left not knowing what to believe. My first thought was perhaps they wanted to make space for a VIP and simply canceled our reservation and blamed it on a technical issue. This review is simply meant as a warning to others out there to perhaps seek another lodging option that is willing to honor your reservation and not complicate your plans, especially those as important as a honeymoon.
