Nostalgia Kitchen & Cocktails is a whole vibe, from the staff to the ambience of the restaurant and of course the food! Everything we ordered was theeeee absolute best! I came here for my birthday with my family and we all enjoyed ourselves! Kelly L is very nice, caring, professional and friendly! Kelly L kept checking on us and provided all around top tier service!! We will definitely be back🤗

So I went to this location with friends to celebrate my birthday 🎂 🥳 🎉. Regina was our waitress and did awesome. She was attentive and very suggestive with explaining the various menu items. I had a white sangria to drink. We started with the jerk rolls and crab claws as an appetizer. The jerk rolls coulda used a lil more sauce on the inside to make it juicer, but it was good none the less just dry. The crab claws were seasoned to perfection 🥰 omg, they were super delicious. For our meals, we had the lamb chops dinner with Mac n cheese, basmati coconut rice, and collard greens. Listen, the lamb chops were seasoned to perfection, and the collard greens make you want to slap yo momma!!!! It was good. One of my friends had the rasta pasta with chicken and shrimp, and another had the same with just chicken only. They stated it was very delicious 😋. One friend had the red snapper with the collard greens and mac n cheese. She stated the red snapper was seasoned well and good. The last friend had the braised oxtails with the basmati rice, brussel sprouts, and sweet potato souffle. The brussel sprouts were AMAZING! She stated the oxtails were tender, seasoned well, and the sweet potato souffle was great, too. To top the night off, we had tequila shots at the end. Overall, everything was great. The service and the atmosphere were top-tier! Please go visit. We will definitely be back 😁😁😁

There were plenty parking. The crab cake was heavy salty, I’m assuming the gravy was salty and heavy poured on top of the cake. The salmon slider was dry and cooked too long. Now it was barely any sauce on those. Check out the broccoli in the pic below for yourself. The soul egg rolls were not fresh and tasted old. The drinks were pretty. Lastly the server wasn’t helpful at all. It appears you’re not able to change your mind once they type your order into their machine. I would be open to giving this establishment another chance but is skeptical about the quality of food.

I love this spot! I've been twice both times early day. I believe they have a Karaoke night I'm wanting to checkout. Atmosphere is so nice, it's ambiance is welcoming and relaxing. Let's talk about this amazing food! OMG! So for an appetizer I had never heard of a soul roll it's definitely got the soul down, reminded me of Thanksgiving.The Nostalgia Turkey Wings, you have got to try the turkey wings when I tell you they are so seasoned and tender wow! The Rasta Pasta is very 😋 tasty! For sides we tried the Brussel sprouts,I had to say I normally would not eat a brussel sprout! I don't know what the recipe is or how the chef made those things taste so good!!! I mean I really couldn't stop eating them! The only spot I'll eat brussel sprouts. As for the drinks they were nice nice. The Rum Punch you cannot go wrong with! All in all for me it's a 10/10!

Food was fantastic and the atmosphere is wonderful. Love the set up. When you go ask for Key!!! She made our date night memorable with excellent service and recommendations. Oh and shout out to the bartender for the strong drinks. I will be back.

There are not enough STARS to rate this establishment. The food was 20/10. Our server A.K. was professional and very attentive. The aesthetics, design and overall atmosphere was amazing. We came for brunch and will definitely be back for dinner. I traveled from Alabama and I will be coming back for dinner next weekend. Thanks Nostalgia for a great experience.

Service was not good, was sitting for about 10minutes before going to the bartender to ask about our server, and they still didn’t come right away. I work at restaurants with a 60s greet time max so this would’ve been unacceptable. Also ordered a hookah but about 10-15mins later their server informed me there was no person making hookahs (which he should’ve known) so he had to make it himself. I was almost ready to go by the time I got it. Souls rolls were 10/10 along with brussel sprouts, salmon sliders tasted very fishy. Probably wouldn’t come back unless I did a food take out.

I will start by saying this place has a lot of potential. I went on a Sunday a little after 5pm. The service (Nya) was good, the atmosphere was very nice, my drink was tasty, but I left disappointed with my food. The crab claws were the best of everything I ordered. The salmon had the smoke taste from the grill which I loved, but it had no flavor (very bland). The Mac and cheese wasn’t the worse but they could have left the top layer of cheese off and could have added a little salt and pepper, the Brussel sprouts weren’t bad but I’ve made better at home. I took a bite out of everything (except crab claws I ate them all) and asked for a to go box. I saved it for lunch for the next day (after doctoring it up). The portion size was good for the price. After heating the Mac and cheese and Brussel sprouts, there was an overload of grease left on my plate 🙄 The salmon I used for a salad I made for dinner. I will most likely return for a drink or something one day but not my first pick in the coming weeks or months. I’ll hold off recommending for now though.

NostAlgia Kitchen is definitely a VIBE! Food:10 out of 10 hands down! Service: 10 out of 10! Ambiance: Hellz Yes! If you are looking for good music, a beautiful scenery, great food! Go! They did not disappoint.

Went on February 1st. So, let me start off with J was our bartender, waitress and she was amazing. When first walking in this spot is very nice. We loved the ambiance and decor. We had a few hiccups because there were a few call outs and it's still fairly new but when I tell you J made up for that!!! Let's talk about this food. OMGGGGG it was a party of 11 people and we all got something different. That food was DELICIOUS, AMAZING and so Damn good we forgot to take pictures. We asked to see the cook so we could thank her. We will be going back soon. Oh and if you like Hookah's, the flavors we had were good.

I met up with a new friend at Nostalgia for happy hour two weeks ago, and it was pretty cool. First, I did pass the parking lot initially because it wasn't well lit and the sign wasn't visible from the street. Once, I got into the parking lot I just couldn't get it together with the parking (which I'm still not sure if it was a me problem or a lot problem). However, once I got inside, it was cool. The decor was very breezy and beautiful. One of the employees told my friend that they were having a private event so we only had an hour to eat. So I would definitely say check out their Instagram before you go. Nostalgia definitely has an amazing happy hour menu with select items ranging from $6-$10. I ordered the soul rolls and the mango habanero wings and a lemon drop. The lemon drop was not good at all. It was lemony but no (sugar) drop. Instead of asking for simple syrup, I was able to replace the drink with a rum punch. This came out much better. The food was very good! The wings were crispy, the sauce wasn't too hot and the blue cheese dressing paired well with the wings. The soul rolls were good and I must say that no ingredient in the roll was overpowering. My friend ordered just the wings, and rum punch and she was satisfied. I definitely want to come back in the new year to experience more of the atmosphere.

From the entrance to the inside, the place is very nice. Service was top-notch, very polite and knowledgeable of all dishes.. music was on point also that night. But the star of the show was definitely the food. Can't wait to visit this place again. Had a great time.. definitely recommend this spot

Nostalgia Kitchen has a Happy Hour! Happy Hour specials include food, drinks, and hookah. There's free parking and it's nicely decorated. We enjoyed great service and ambiance with the R&B playlist. For appetizers, the soul food egg rolls were a hit! We also tried the fish tacos, which surprisingly had barbecue sauce on them. The fish tacos were okay, just not exactly what we thought they would be. For entrees, the lamb chops were pretty good; they had a chargrilled, smokiness taste; they were cooked well-done though I requested medium-well, so keep that in mind. The snapper was good. No complaints on the side dishes, including the sweet potato soufflé my friend loved. I was pleased with the drinks! Very good drink special, and the bartender mixed it well. I would try again. It was not very busy on the Thursday night I went; hopefully, they'll see more customers!!

We stopped in for an early dinner. Kie was our server and she took care of us. She gave for recommendations. The sides are $8. The macaroni and cheese was delicious. The greens were tasty, too, filled with turkey meat. I thought the jerk rolls, $13, were just ok. The cabbage was a bit too crunchy. I got a side of jerk sauce to dip them in. The jerk tacos, $13, were better. I liked the pineapple on top. The salmon sliders, $13, were good, but would be better without the Sprouts. They had an earthy after taste. The ambience was nice. There's a wall with an electric when you enter. This would make a nice date night. You can dress up or down. They have cute round booths and hightop tables. The bar has 4 tv screens. The bathrooms were nice and clean. They had great music playing. The strawberry cheesecake is delicious. They also add an automatic 20% gratuity to the check.

Great time having our group members birth celebration. Wish the bartender would've cared more about the service like the waitress did, but I guest she cared more about her regular customers. With more than a 100 new people that could've been regulars.

This place is so nice I had to return. I came on a Thursday when they just opened to get there karaoke night set up in full show. I enjoyed the oxtail tacos and the punch plus a margarita. Will I be back again? Of course.

Be careful entering the parking lot. Entrance is on busy Memorial drive. Ample parking space in there lot. The lot can use some care, but once you enter the ambiance and decor is spectacular. Modern decor. Lounge seating, private seating areas, full bar, stage for Dj and live performance, hookah station. I didn't get to explore the entire lounge. But what I saw was spectacular. Bartender was awesome, not pushy but helpful. Food is as described. Only thing is they need to update their prices. I was charged more than what was on the menu. For this price I feel it should have came with sides. An omelet for $18, MK. Also note they add 20% gratuity. Which seems to be a standard at most places outside the perimeter. Went on a Sunday. I didn't feel rushed. They serve bring on Sundays 12-5. The reopen at 6 for dinner. Also music thru the speakers was great.

If you're looking for a grown & sexy vibe with a gorgeous atmosphere this is absolutely the place. Did i mention FREE PARKING as well. Food here is delicious. It definitely gave us a Caribbean + American Vibe. Favorites were oxtail tacos & Turkey wings. Red snapper also good but could use a little more flavor. Drinks are on point and by the time it hits around 9 pm on the weekends except a lit dance floor and a dj! They also have hookah land happy hours. Service is great Perfect vibes for dates, your girls night, or even if you want to go to solo and vibe at the bar!! You have to check them out. I will be back for happy hour.

This spot was not ready for all these jeepers The bar was backed up hour and some ppl didn't get they food it was a mess. We made our own dance floor per usual . The pasta came out half cooked , fries cold needs work.

I came here on a Friday night. I really liked the vibe. Old school meets modern vibes. I really loved the live music. It really set the vibes. The food was delicious. Towards the end of the end service was a little slow and I really wasn't feeling the comedy acts. Plenty of free parking in their parking lot. In all, I would come back.

The vibe is very nice. I loved the decor. It was my friend's birthday and she is a foodie and loves to dance so I know this was going to be a hit. Parking is free so that was a plus. The food was ok. If you order the gumbo make sure the rice is fully cooked. We had a couple of issues with that but it depends on how you like your rice. As far as drinks, I recommend the tequila lemon drop. The server was very friendly and she kept it together being that it was a large group of at least 20 or more. Ask for Kierra she was the best! The dj played a lot of reggae so it was a vibe since our group was mostly Jamaican and of other decent. There was a variety of music played as well. Shout out to the dj. All in all I would recommend this place for the grown and sexy. It's very chill and very nice.

Nostalgia y'all REALLY let me down. I am SO disappointed! I've been here 3x before and recommended this establishment for my cousins birthday. Why when we showed up they had no record of our reservation. Absolutely ridiculous! We had a reservation for 8:30 and didn't get seated until after 9. Service was EXTREMELY slow and no sign of a manager when my cousin asked to speak to one upon arrival. Imagine how embarrassing it is for it to be your birthday and they mess up so bad. She got her meal late as hell and a half of a table of people that still haven't gotten anything. I used to like yall but it's nothing worse than recommending an establishment and they making you look bad. Not one apology was immediately issued and usually when they mess up or it's someone's birthday they give complimentary shots but NOPE! They didn't pop up with birthday shots until my cousin literally pressed our server to get the manager after 2-3 hours of being there. My aunt wanted to know the manager's name and she gonna tell her she doesn't want to get into the middle of it! WEIRD! UNPROFESSIONAL! Disappointed is an understatement smh management DO BETTER! Never coming here ever again bye

The Interior decorum is beautiful, modern, clean and spacious. Our party of ten arrived for dinner on a Friday evening. Appetizers were delicious: oxtails tacos, Bam Bam shrimp, jerk chicken egg rolls. The shrimp was my favorite. Our meals were delicious as well. The Turkey Wings dinner was flavorful and tender (one dinner is enough for two!). The Red Snapper dinner is out of this world, Cheeseburger, Salmon Sliders, Salmon Dinner and Oxtail Dinners were enjoyed by all. No complaints ... All were delicious! The owner Phillip aka "Jah" came over to our table to see if all of us were pleased with our meals. That was a very nice personal touch. The reason for the 4star rating is because when our server took drink orders of which mine was first, she brought all of the drinks to the table except mine. I waited thinking the mango mock-tail maybe takes a little longer to make(?) but she never said anything to me about it. Then when she came back to take our order it was apparent to me that something was wrong ... she had either forgotten about my drink or never put it in. I inquired and she went to place the order in and brought it back ASAP. Then when the dinners started arriving at the table and again myself and now my husband didn't receive our meals. We waited and waited then when everyone was almost finished with their dinners our meals were brought out. Our waiter (Tatiana) never came back by to check on us regarding us not receiving our meals. Though the turkey wing meal was tasty but by the time we received it I had decided to just take my meal home with me. I also felt that our waiter was just a little unprofessional with her sarcastic joking and quippy remarks. She said that this was her second job. She seemed tired and impatient at times and seemed bothered when my husband asked her for water refills. No matter what, one should always serve guests with professionalism and be willingness to make sure your guests want for nothing. We were very nice and polite to her (no issues from us). My daughter is a manager at a restaurant in LA. She is known for her ability to make customers enjoy eating there and trains her staff to do the same. Our server missed the mark this evening but collected a healthy tip. She then asked us to give her a good rating in Google by name(?) Wish I could give 3.5 Stars but this is not possible on this system. Would I recommend this Restaurant? I absolutely would. I will return again and hopefully I will be able to change my rating to five stars.

food took forever, after ordering 30 minutes later the waitress say they don't have what I ordered no more. Very inconsiderate of my time, if ya'll was out of the food I ordered I should've been notified about it sooner rather than 30 minutes later, it smells bad in there also and very unprofessional.

I went here for my bf birthday and the food was great. I had the crab claws and bam bam shrimp and it was wonderful. The lamb chops were bomb with a great sauce and the Rasta pasta was with a filet of shrimp And chicken and was bomb! My man had the red snapper and loved it! The Brussels sprouts and collard greens were bomb too. The hookah was sooooo smooth and when you come... ask for KiAra... she was patient and wonderful. I would def come back when on this side of town

A new restaurant/lounge in Stone Mountain! I loved the vibe here. They have a dj, hookah, and good food & drinks. The crab claws were good but a little tough. Once I saw the oxtail tacos on the menu, it was a given I had to order them. They were soo good! I was pleased with all of the entrees I tried. Also, the drinks were good and strong. They also have mocktails on the menu. The presentation of everything was very alluring. Our server Ki was great! I can't wait to return to try their happy hour.

Nostalgia Thursdays are my favorite. The 7 dollar drinks and wings . The soul food egg rolls were a bit disappointing but from the wings, truffle fries and lamb chops definitely makes up for. Great service! Great vibes!

Nostalgia is new to the scene, but it's definitely a restaurant you have to try! The food is inspired by a Caribbean fusion menu with delicious cocktails and cocktails! They offer Jerk Grilled Lamb Chops, tender Braised Oxtails, Sweet Potato Souflle, Mango Jerk Wings, and the most incredible, aesthetically pleasing Dessert Tower. The service was wonderful. The ambiance is cozy and luxurious. Can't wait to go back soon

Ambiance is nice but food could be better. Service definitely needs an upgrade. Owner was very apologetic so I'll return to see what changes are made and then update my pose

What a pleasant surprise!!! This establishment is deceiving from the exterior. The ambience/decor is absolutely amazing. Our server Kie provided exceptional customer service and also provided recommendations. I started off with a beverage Lemon Drop and appetizer Soulfood egg roll aka Soul Rolls. I opted for the Rasta Pasta with Oxtails. All was 10/10. Looks like the Eastside is making a comeback!!!!

Recently dined at Nostalgia for a private Influencer event. The interior was beautiful. The DJ was playing the jams. To start off, one of my peers offered me a crab claw. The meat itself was tough. I had to yank the meat off. Soon our drinks arrived. I ordered the 24k Gold which was really good. My boyfriend ordered the Watermelon Jalapeño margarita. The jalapeño was very overpowering. For our entrees, I ordered the Salmon with coconut rice and brussel sprouts and my boyfriend ordered the Rasta pasta. Neither one of us was impressed with our meals. The salmon lacked seasoning. The brussel sprouts were undercooked. The coconut rice was good though. My boyfriend stated that the pasta was bland. We finished with the Turtle Cheesecake. This was okay. I'm used to Turtle Cheesecake with an Oreo crest and a creamy cheesecake. This is just my preference. We did like the hookah and free parking.

I haven't even left the restaurant yet and I'm writing a review. First of all I called January 23rd right when they opened and made a reservation for my birthday dinner on 1/31. I get there and they tell me they don't have my reservation, so of course I'm instantly pissed. I asked for the manager a number of times and all the workers kept saying is that "he's coming" he has yet to come. So they finally get my party of 12 sat and it's taking FOREVER for the drinks. Entrees are coming out before appetizers and the drinks. This has been a TERRIBLE experience and I will never come here or recommend anyone.

A hidden gem in our own backyard of Stone Mountain. Walked into a beautiful atmosphere. Kie was our server who did a magnificent job. The ambience, the drinks and the food were all great. I will definitely be back to enjoy R&B Karaoke Night.

Finally, we don't have to drive to midtown for a grown and good time. Nostalgia delivers great food, relaxed upscale vibes and cocktails that get the job done. I went with a large crowd. I expected Jamaican food but was happy to find more of a Jamaican fusion restaurant. For appetizers, we had crab claws (*chefs kiss* - my personal favorite), lemon pepper and jerk wings, oxtail tacos and soul rolls. Only bones went back to the kitchen! For dinner we had the Rasta pasta with salmon, fall off the bone turkey wings ... let me take a minute here to celebrate the coconut rice. Who knew the rice under my wings would be one of the best parts of dinner, chicken gumbo and salmon with a sides of Mac and cheese, Brussels, greens, and coconut rice. We enjoyed many crafted cocktails but loved that our waitress allowed a few of us to customize (their lemonades are delicious in with an extra boost of whatever you like!) They had a wonderful band that had something for everybody and between sets we laughed with the comedian and danced with the DJ. All in all, we were there until the lights came on and we'll be back.

The food and service was so awesome! Very friendly staff and the food and drinks was so good! Kierra was phenomenal! We ordered jerk rolls, soul rolls, and oxtail tacos as appetizers. We also ordered the Jalapeño Watermelon Margarita and 24k Carat Gold and they were great! As our entrees we ordered turkey wings, oxtail plate, and black bean and pumpkin burger. Everyone enjoyed their meals! As sides, we ordered mac n cheese, brussel sprouts, and collard greens. We definitely recommend this restaurant! The ambience and music are great and so is the decor!

Kierra was my waiter today on cinco de mayo!! She was soo sweet and personable!! She recommended the jerk chicken tacos which was amazing and I had the soul egg roll. Will be back!

Nostalgia has a dope atmosphere and a great layout. I enjoyed the versatility of having the option to sit in the dining area as well as the lounge area. The appetizers are very tasty with plenty to select from. The entrees are good as well. I had the oxtail but feel it could have used more season/flavor. I like the selection of alcoholic beverages. I went with the flight drinks. And the dj gave it an enjoyable vibe.

My wife and I had brunch Sunday afternoon after observing the renovations for several months. We were not disappointed. We had the Cajun entrees shrimp and grits and catfish and grits, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The food presentation was top notch. Prior to the meal we had enjoyable cocktails and after the meal we treated ourselves to a slice of cheesecake, which easily served both of us. The furnishings and decor were first class and a welcome sight to my side of town, that is overflowing with fast food restaurants. The owner of this restaurant realizes there is money to be made in higher quality dining and that residents go to the "other side" of town for an experience like this. I welcome the opportunity to have my dollars circulate n my neighborhood.

New spot off of the not so scenic part of Memorial Drive, very nice ambiance and good DJ, came here for happy hour, the oxtail tacos were a 10, the turkey legs were flavorful and falling off the bone so tender!!!! My server Key was so sweet and knowledgeable I will be back

We came here for Cinco De Mayo. We found thos location on IG. Straight VIBE! plenty of free Parking. No wait to get seated. Drink, taco specials. The atmosphere was BOMB! Very chic and elegant. Drinks were strong. Food was seasoned. DJ was bomb!! Will definitely be back!!

First time here and it was excellent! Our table had truffle fries, chicken wings, gumbo and salmon sliders. Portions were huge, service from Kie was excellent, as was the vibe!

The food and service was sooo good. I had the crab claws for appetizer and turkey wings for entree and my friend had the shrimp and the lamb chops and we loved all of it. Also Kie was an amazing server. Very attentive but also not rushing me and my friend! I will definitely be back.

Came here for brunch on Sunday afternoon. The service was outstanding, attentive and friendly. Ambience was beautiful and food was delicious. We had shrimp and grits, and I had cajun grits and catfish. We'll be back, highly recommended.

I had my birthday celebration with 25+ attendees. I really felt special that night due to the special touches the manager provided, the service was impeccable, the food was so delicious, the decor was breathtaking, and the DJ was on point (playing R&B, hip hop, old school soca and reggae.
