Great hummus (although I always want a gigantic portion for the price). Lots of vegetarian options. The falafel is excellent as well. Perfect spot for a quick bite in Wynwood & typically not too crowded when I’ve gone. The vibe inside is a little boring but the food was good so that helps! Haha

WARNING: Moldy food. Beware and read other reviews about flies in food and dirty conditions. I wish I read sooner. The servings were huge but the food wasn’t very good. The server was nice but not always attentive.

Google
Looks like dog food. Taste like crap. They say pork gyro and it’s pork shish kabob. Lamb gyro was burned. And lacking. 4 small pieces of meat. 2 slices of tomatoes. Pita uncooked. And all gyros missing fries when it advertises it comes with it. Never ordering from here again. Seems like a ghost kitchen btw. Spend your money elsewhere. Almost 17 dollars per gyro, my dog didn’t even eat this.

I’m a Florida Native and grew up near the largest Greek community outside of Greece, Tarpon Springs. While exploring in Wynwood, we stumbled upon this fun restaurant. The staff is super friendly and welcoming. We both ordered a platter, it’s a huge 12” plate full of delicious flavorful Greek fusion. I had the gyro platter and my other half had the souvlaki platter. I couldn’t resist to order a side of maduros which were so delectable. We cannot wait to come back. You get a lot of value here and wonderful dishes.

Google
3.65⭐️ I noticed the high ratings, so I was planning on trying it for a while. In summary, not bad, but I was expecting more. First of all, let me say that the prices and portions you get are excellent! The meats are too greasy for my taste, as well as Gyrolls and the rice in the bowl, but they taste good. The sauces and the pita were okay, but the fries were not good, and the cabbage was too bitter. What throws me off a bit is that flashing light outside and the colorful lamps indoors, along with the hookah, but it is Wynwood at the end of the day. All in all, not bad! I will come and try other stuff from the menu.

Well, first, I must say that the idea of two different menus in one location is disconcerting. When we arrived the restaurant was completely empty and remained that way until we left. The music: Rihanna all the time. The waitress service was linear, if not insufficient. She was friendly, but she didn't know the dishes on the menu, which forced us to order dishes that we already knew. However, I think that the quality of the food is totally worth the visit to the restaurant. As a appetizer we ordered Hummus and Pita; the hummus was perfectly seasoned, tasty, and the Pita was hot, with spices and a good quantity. For the entree we ordered Chicken/Pork Souvlaki; It came accompanied with yellow rice, a Greek salad with Feta cheese, tomato, red cabbage, green mix, and onion, yogurt sauce, Pita, and the Chicken/Pork souvlaki. Everything was delicious, plenty of food, the chicken/pork was very well dressed and cooked, the salad was my favorite, with an exquisite dressing. I'd be lying if I said I won't be back.

Google
The food was 4 stars but the service was bad. My waiter sat scrolling through his phone and it was hard getting his attention. When it was time to pay, I was offered 3 choices for a tip, 18%, 22% and 25% !!! After closer inspection I discovered the service fee was already added and these options were ADDITIONAL tip. It felt scammy.

Google
BEWARE!!!! PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE DINING HERE!!!!! If I could give this business NO STARS I would. We ordered the gyrolls and two santorino bowls. One of the bowls had a dead fly in it. How disgusting l, sickening and unsanitary! This resturant is not clean 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 I thank God that I was paying attention to what I was eating, otherwise…I would have eaten a dead fly. As you can see in the photos taken, the fly could have been easily missed. I DO NOT recommend this establishment. Do not eat here.

Yelp
I could not decide if I wanted a falafel or a gyro. But after salivating over other guests gyros as it was being served I decided to get a gyro. The gyro hit the spot and the meat slices were generous. I was impressed with the paintings on the wall. It created a warm ambiance. It made me feel like I was at a Greek setting. There is an awesome painting of an Adonis-like figure on the wall that you can't miss.

Yelp
We were looking for a casual lunch spot and stumbled here. The food is good, it's greek/cuban and we ended up ordering cuban. We had some ribs with fries and tostones with pork. Service was friendly and quick. The drinks were strong and delicious. I also liked the playful decor of the restaurant, very Miami. Overall had a good time!

Yelp
Authentic and Delicious!! My sister and I had a craving for Greek Food-what a great find in Nostimo :) Food and service were all FABULOUS (Greek Salad, Souvlaki platter and Sangria)!!

Yelp
I absolutely love Mediterranean food and I heard this was the best spot for it in the town so when we landed, we headed here and it did not disappoint. I believe it's in the art district. I may be wrong but lots of street art and music being played through the air, the restaurant was very clean. The servers were very polite and happy to see us made us feel very welcome. We sat inside. I ordered my gyro and chicken pita for my friend and for dessert, we had the chocolate baklava absolutely amazing I wish I had a time machine to go back to sitting on the deck, looking at the street view of Miami.

Yelp
Not giving it 5 stars because it's a bit deceiving. It's actually a Cuban/ Greek fusion spot. Initially came for Greek food and based on a Groupon deal I found. Once we realized it wasn't a full blown Greek spot, we decided to order Cuban. It would be good if there was a way to know about both so you what you're getting into. The waiter was nice, service was good, food portion and flavor was good as well. Paid $65 for 2 plates, 2 beers, 1 coke. Tale note that gratuity is already included. I added more not knowing that. Ambiance is very chill. Very wynwood feel "hole in the wall" feel but clean.

Yelp
Went here on Christmas Day. Trader Joe's and Whole Foods were both closed so dining out was the way to go...only had to find out what was open on the holiday what is where the challenge was. Kudos for the friendly staff working hard and serving up grub on the holiday. I am a long term vegan aka strict vegetarian so the options on the menu were limited. Still the biggest problem going to a pure veg restaurant is too many options. For vegans, plant based, or vegetable forward folks two main options here including falafel wrap that comes with fries or falafel platter. I went with the latter aka the falafel platter. Affordable for the area and hearty filling portions. The falafel platter came with fries or herbed rice. I went with the herbed rice that was quite alright. To keep it vegan asked for no tzatziki and no feta. Appreciate the staff for hooking me up with some hummus at no additional cost since I didn't get the tzatziki. It also came with pickled red cabbage and a salad with a nice flavorful dressing. The ambience was simple yet very cool Miami centric art and memorabilia all around aka Miami Vice posters etc. Check them out!

Yelp
It was very good Fresh & delicious I would have gave it 5 starts but they forgot my tiziki sauce on my Togo order but accidents happen still very delicious, the lamb has great flavor .

Yelp
What an amazing experience. Jonathan was extremely attentive, sweet and gracious. The food was excellent. The decor was absolutely hysterical. This place definitely gained a new customer. The decor was absolutely hysterical.

Yelp
Hey Guys Hey! What more can I say??? I'm in absolute love with this cute little Mediterranean spot. Omg, the Greek salad was an absolute hit. Just the right amount of onions (I'm salivating as I write this) olives, feta cheese, and peppers. The shrimp were a nice size and grilled to perfection. I will absolutely recommend this place and I might even go back once a week. As a treat to myself lol I have nothing bad to say. It's cute, clean and in my favorite side of Miami.... One last thing that I felt was a little off putting....I received a 15% coupon from Yelp once I checked in. The instructions said to alert an employee to redeem, which I did and was told by the waiter that I couldn't use it. That sucked but other than that, a wonderful experience

Yelp
The service at Nostimo is friendly and what you'd hope for at any restaurant. However, the food did not exactly live up to the hype of these amazing reviews. The food was not bad, but definitely could have been better. We ordered a platter, green salad, and loaded Greek fries. The fries were plain and we were not told about them no longer making the loaded fries until they showed up at the table. The chicken was a bit dry and the rice had very little flavor. We did enjoy the tzatziki was tasty, as was the Greek salad, although I would have preferred a bit more dressing. Atmosphere was lively and open air to party central out front. Parking was no issue on a busy night.

Yelp
I came here for lunch and we were the fourth table of the restaurant. I know they were short staffed with a single server and I didn't see who was in the kitchen. The service was incredibly incompetent. The single server didn't take notes. Checked three times to confirm the order. Twice she said it was ready only to never appear. We ordered drinks, which took 15 minutes for here to take out of the cooler next to us. Then we waited 10 minutes for a class. Then the food eventually came, it was ok. At least it was hot. No metal silverware or glass glassware. I would give it another chance but probably won't find myself here again with all the good choices in Wynwood

Yelp
They worked with me on a custom order for a small catering order. Very good customer service and great food.

Yelp
Service was great, location is cute dead in the middle of Wynwood with great outside seating. The food just did not do it for me though and when I checked in, I got a 15% discount which I was told I could not use it. Overall great vibe just not for food.
google avatar

Yelp
I don't know anything about the food here. Just the drinks and they're alright. My friends and I stumbled into the patio area of this restaurant one night during Art Basel after we weren't able to get into a party we waited in line for an hour for. The DJ was really doing his thing playing a mix of Caribbean music and afro beats that we could dance to. The vibes were immaculate all around. Truly an underrated spot. Hundreds of other people were standing in line at bars all up and through Wynwood and we made this place our party.

Yelp
The baklava is delicious! 10/10 I highly recommend ordering from here. The delivery is fast and the service is excellent!

Yelp
What a let down. Food was mediocre at best. What really drew me in to try the place was the picture of the Santorini bowl on the website...mostly the curry garlic aioli. When it was brought out, it didn't have that aioli. And honestly for the better...because when I asked our waitress to bring it out, that curry garlic aioli sauce was notttttt it. Wayyy too curry flavored. We got it with lamb and it was fine, but dry. I didn't like the rice but my aunt thought it was fine. The we also got the falafel platter and....I had read reviews that the falafel was flavorless....they overcompensated because it had a weird flavor that overtook it and did not taste like regular falafel. The Greek salad was *eye roll* - whatever. Tried the gyrolls with lamb. I liked it but my mom did not. The sauce it came with though was really good. That sauce came with almost every plate, so you can tell they know it's good and has the possibility of saving dishes. Now we gave the homemade baklava a try to see if it could bring my 2 star review to a 3....man....they OD on the honey and it was way too sweet and not crunchy. Such a shame. Oh and they also have Cuban food...we got the yuca fries and it was not worth $8 at all. Service was quite blah....waitress was nice but not very attentive. Good mix of Latin music playing - mostly salsa, which was great. Place was empty on a Friday night. 3 people got a table while we were there and I almost wanted to walk by and save them by whispering "leave" to them : But if ya couldn't tell by now....you should pass on this spot.

Yelp
Had a really yummy dinner here with the family. We went on a Thursday and though Wynwood wasn't at its peak, between dirty rabbit across the street and the club next door, it was soooo loud. Not the restaurants fault tho, just something to be aware of. We also chose to eat outside so that was on us. The service was quick and the food was great. I'm sure it's a great take out spot too.

Yelp
Nostimo Greek Kitchen is my go to lunch spot when I'm working in Wynwood. Whenever I'm craving a gyro with taziki sauce or a nice chicken or lamb platter, the food here is always on point. I have brought several co-workers with my here and they all ask when are we coming back. During my first dine in here we met the manager which was very courteous and attentive. Unfortunately some of the servers here aren't as enthusiastic as the management here and you may be stuck with someone who doesn't know the menu or gets lost for some time when you need assistance. This isn't because of busy serving times because a few times we were the only party eating. The bathrooms have a dimmed light, the restaurant is clean, and the food is fresh. The pita fries are a great starting option for an appetizer. they have been doing new construction on the main access road to the restaurant so you do have to make a slight detour to enter but it is worth it.

Yelp
Delicious!! The food was superb. Pricing was great. As you can see this platter is big enough for two. The food came out promptly!

Yelp
Cute, casual, and located in the heart of Wynwood, Greek restaurant Nostimo is one of the newer additions to the neighborhood.  I especially loved the murals on the inside - Zeus, Santorini architecture and flying horse. I found it unique since hookah was offered. Street parking of course. There were a few tables for outside seating but overall on the smaller side. Now for the delicious food. I'm biased but anytime I see a platter at a Greek restaurant,  I typically will pick that over a sandwich, salad, etc. My husband and I both ordered the lamb platter. Lamb is a classic and almost always my favorite anywhere I go.  I ordered mines with seasoned rice and salad with no feta and a pork souvlaki. My husband ordered it with fries and a chicken souvlaki.  First of all, our platters were large. I couldn't finish and when I had my fill, I felt the food coma settle in. Signs of a good meal! My favorite on the platter was the lamb, buttery rice, red onion and tomato salad and the red cabbage which was a surprisingly great addition. I think the pork souvlaki however was a bit chewy and tough. I sampled my husband's chicken souvlaki and I prefer that since it was tender and juicier. Otherwise, a solid visit. I will be back.

Yelp
Look no further than Nostimo for delicious, authentic and affordable green food in wynwood! we went all out in our last visit and had the lamb platter with rice, the Greek salad, falafel and homemade baklava for dessert. Very single plate was absolute perfection! so yummy and with ingredients perfectly paired together. The falafel were soooo full of flavor! Make sure to save room for dessert--- the baklava is TO DIE FOR! Highly recommend.

Yelp
First time ordering from them and the chicken came raw inside. I'm hoping i don't get sick after this. Please don't Try this place

Yelp
For the price this place could use much improvements! I ordered the shrimp salad and got what appeared to be small shrimp appetizer for $20! Whereas my coworker got a massive chicken gyro for $13! Ingredients did not taste fresh but overall the food was edible. Would not return but if your feeling a Gyro on a budget this is your spot for lunch!
google avatar

Catera W.

Yelp
My server was great! He suggested a great option. The chicken gyro platter was awesome. I def recommend this item. This is a cool little spot. The have outdoor seating and music. I also think they have great portion sizes. Oh, they also serve hookah.

Yelp
BEST MEDITERRANEAN FOOD WE HAVE HAD! We came here for our last meal before we flew back to Texas! Saw this 5 star restaurant and had to give it a try. Parking: Like almost all of Miami, You do have to pay for street parking (pay by phone) so be ready to do that! It was only $3.50 an hour so not bad compared to south beach! Ambiance: LOVE!! The rap music and the blue decor in the restaurant made this restaurant super chill. There's graffiti painting all over their restaurant outdoor, super cool! MUSIC WAS BUMPIN!!! Food: the best part. I ordered the chicken souvlaki.. BIG BIG PORTION, definitely can be shared between two people. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and not dry! Pita bread.. my favorite / super warm and soft with a little crisp to it. My husband got the half and half chicken/lamb gyro! Wow, the meat was PERFECT. The lamb, fries, & tzatzki in that gyro definitely made it! The tzatzki was delicious, not too salty, very creamy. *** MUST TRY THEIR CURRY GARLIC AIOLI SAUCE *** Never had this before until this place.. but I could probably lick this off a spoon!! So good!! My husband doesn't like curry and he used it on every bite with his gyro!! Customer Service: we didn't get his name, but he was so awesome and nice! Greeted us before we even walked into the store and recommended us what to get (it was our first time here)! He even offered the curry garlic aioli sauce and iced water without us asking! GREAT FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE! If we are ever in Miami, we will definitely come back! We thought we already had the best Mediterranean food in Texas .. nope! THIS IS THE SPOT!!
google avatar

Jessica A.

Yelp
YUM! That's how I'd describe this spot. So, so good. Spotted by for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. The guy who owned the store was friendly and very welcoming. Great service from him! He offered us a platter that was $14 pp that includes all the different kinds of meats and a salad. So delicious. I couldn't get over it and went on to tell my other friends. Overall, delicious food and service. I'll be back here again very soon!
google avatar

Alyse J.

Yelp
The food was pretty good, but it was definitely oversalted. I was very disappointed that we were one of the few customers dining in when most of the orders were takeout or doordash/grubhub type delivery orders, but we waited a very long time to receive our dinner. Not only did it take a long time, but I had ordered a chicken gyro and I received the lamb gyro because they told me chicken would take too long. I wanted to enjoy this place and give it a good review, but I just can't justify it with our experience that night... and like I said, the food was really good but it was also oversalted so thankfully I was starving and in a rush to leave that we just made do.
google avatar

Nicolas L.

Yelp
My wife and I stopped at Nostimo for lunch this past weekend and tried the Lamb Gyro. The gyro was delicious! Soft pita was filled with seasoned sliced lamb, creamy tzatziki sauce, juicy tomatoes, crisp onions and savory French fries.
google avatar

Oswaldo H.

Yelp
My friend was really in the mood for authentic greek food as her bff's grandfather was a native and we agreed this is the best place in the area. Service was superb and quick, food came very fast and great flavours. Ambiance made you feel like you were back on the Greek islands and words cannot even express how tasty the good was. 20/10.
google avatar

Shannon B.

Yelp
Fresh food, huge portions and not expensive. Ordered the chicken platter and I could have shared it with my friend. Everything was fresh and delicious
google avatar

Juls S.

Yelp
The type of place that doesnt give you a printed check, automatically adds an 18% gratuity and STILL shows you a screen to add 15/18/20%. Of course, the waiter didn't disclose the 18% was already included. We have to start getting rid of this tomfoolery in Miami. Casual place. Good food.
google avatar

William F.

Yelp
Nice little spot in the winwood area of Miami. The pita fries are excellent. The service was kind of slow this night I think because of all the online orders and training new stuff but the food was pretty good
google avatar

Abraham A.

Yelp
I am giving this bad rating due to their forced regulations. I had ordered a to go pick up order. Upon pick up I was asked to pay and when I reviewed the receipt in full I noticed they were charging an 18% gratuity. It was not pointed out to me but I actually had to read to notice this. I questioned It since I was not receiving any table service, I simply ordered a to go order. I was shocked then when they told me It was mandatory to pay It. 1 -Since when is a tip mandatory? Table service or not. Customers have a right to change It. 2 - since when is a 18% tip mandatory on a "take away order" with no table service. If they did not have this I would have given It 4.5 stars for their gyros and lamb souvlaki. But I have to give the worst rating possible since I feel like I was just scammed out of being forced to pay their employee wages. I normally do tip for take away, but not based on percentage like a server would be. I travel all over the world. And lived in Miami all my life. Never have I experienced such a thing. This is just plainly insulting that a restaurant in the city I am from is doing this and getting away with It.

Dave C.

Yelp
Efficient ordering, lots of staff, and kept clean. The food is pretty expensive compared to other places. The gyros I had was really dry and didn't seem freshly sliced. The egg lemon soup was really quite good. Would go back for the soup on a cold day.
google avatar

Minerva M.

Yelp
Cool little place in the middle of too many tacos definitely need it for the area. However the food is not that good. Greek salad was just plain and not what you would expect same with the chicken kabob. Not a place I will come back to
google avatar

Raquel T.

Yelp
I was in Wynwood attending a Yelp Elite event and was hungry. A quick Yelp search led me to Nostimo Greek Kitchen and I'm glad it did! My food was delicious! I ordered the lamb gyro platter which comes with your choice of fries or herbed rice, tomato, red onion, and red cabbage, and tzatziki. I wanted something filling but not heavy so it was perfect. The lamb gyro...*chefs kiss*. It was flavorful & tender. The veggies that came with it paired beautifully with the meat and rice. It also comes with pita but I'm not a pita fan so I did not try. It was soft though, it didn't seem old or stale like other places I've been to. I would absolutely return to Nostimo when I'm in the area.
google avatar

Alice L.

Yelp
Server was kind and sweet. Generous portion and decent quality food. It was a Friday night and the dinning room was pretty empty. I don't have comparison in Miami as this is the only Greek restaurant we tried but it's not as good as where we used to live in LA, CA. Probably won't go back for a second meal but if you are craving for mediterranean and didn't want to pay $30 a plate, you will want to check out this place.
google avatar

Fahad A.

Yelp
Foods are very delicious. I got leg lamb and Greek salads. Both were good and the service was excellent. Thank you and keep up the hard work.
google avatar

Marv P.

Yelp
When you need a quick Mediterranean fix this is the place to order from. But stick to the gyros which are actually really good. This was my second time ordering from here and decided to go with the bowl. Upon arrival my plate was extremely heavy upon opening it, there was already 5 pounds of tzatziki over my lamb over rice and salad. I literally had to scoop out the sauce, I think it was enough for a family of 20 (not exaggerating) I think they should be considerate and maybe put it on the side. I hate when there's no love put into a dish.

Tessy T.

Yelp
Quaint little restaurant to have lunch and maybe enjoy some Latin music on tv. We found out as we ordered, this place serves both Cuban and Greek food, that was cool! So the menu we ordered from was Smugglers (Cuban food) I'm a coffee drinker and ordered Cafe con Leche. Very good as it was made on the spot. For our meals we ordered Bistec Empanizado and a Cuban sandwich. Knowing neither we gave both of these a try. The sandwich was amazing, very tasty and I loved how it was served on a plate with a Cuban News wrapper under it. The Empanizado; neither one of us really liked. It seemed very dried out, difficult to cut and heavily breaded. We weren't sure if that's how it's supposed to be or not since we hadn't tried Cuban food. The restaurant was inviting upon entering, clean as was the restroom. Our waitress, Desiree really did a terrific job especially being this was her 2nd day. You made us feel welcome and was very personable! I would definitely come back and try another Cuban dish. So we found this location as we walked by it was named Smugglers and the receipt shows Nostimo Greek Kitchen. We were told that you can order from either menu but mostly the Greek food was take-out. Just FYI

Melissa G.

Yelp
I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I must say when you walk in, it doesn't look like a Greek restaurant at all honestly. More like a sports bar. The reviews were good, and it was one of the only spots open in wynwood at 2 in morning so we gave it a go. Their prices were decent too. It wasn't until the food arrive that I realized we really got a bang for our buck. Portions were huge! And honestly, the food was so satisfying. All of it was flavorful: falafel was fluffy and fresh, rice was perfectly cooked, even the salad was delicious. It might of been a little on the salty side for some people but I personally tend to like things on the salty side. I would say to skip the baklava though! Dry and stale. The Nutella somewhat saved it. For 2 am in wynwood, this meal certainly exceeded my expectations. Will be back.

Yelp
I had an extremely delightful experience here!! My friends and I stopped by because the food looked great and a recent friend recommended this place. I was immediately welcomed with warm energy from the staff! They were extremely friendly and accommodating as well. My friends and I ended up trying their lamb and chicken platters / gyros. The platters come with your choice of fries or rice (the rice is my preferred), the meat, purple cabbage, tomatoes, and purple onions. Wowowowoowoww the food was so good and filling. The cabbage was DELICIOUS. I didn't expect a simply veggie to taste so good but wow. Whatever light sauce they added seriously brought the tastiness up a notch. The whole meal was extremely filling and it was well worth the price. We came with a pretty large group of maybe 8-10 ppl and they ended up giving us a complimentary appetizer!! Extremely sweet people and you can tell they genuinely want to give the best customer experience they can. I would highly recommend visiting this spot. I wish I lived closer because I would have showed up today. I am definitely returning though! They have outdoor seating on the weekdays and they also do delivery I believe. I am going to give the gyro a shot next time because my friends' order looked SO good. They also have this Nutella bakhlava that I wanted to try but I ordered so much already so I held off.

Yelp
Awesome food, this has been one of my favorite meals that I have been missing for over 25 years since leaving Europe. My family truly enjoyed this delicious ethnic food--the salad brought back so many memories

Yelp
I walked in to place a to go order and waited there I. Front of where they prepare the food. First of all they completely forgot my order then they got it wrong. I thought third time is a charm but nope. The fries were cold and the gyro meat was all chopped up like they scraped the bottom of the pan. My souvlaki was undercooked and what Greek restaurant doesn't put Feta on a Greek salad? So disappointing! I hate leaving bad reviews and I rarely do but they had 1 chance to make a good impression on a new customer and failed. Only positive is the flavor was good.

Yelp
Why does this place need to be in an area that I completely despise? But that's life. I love this place. Great service, the staff makes you feel welcomed and after a few visits they know your name. I enjoy the lamb gyro and don't be afraid to get it spicy they'll make it for you. The egg rolls are delicious and unique and so are the deserts. Also keep your eye out for the great duck Athena, she is great and powerful. Be sure to pick up your reward card.

Yelp
Amazing Greek food. The food is so authentic and the flavor of the food are exactly like Greece. If you are thinking of trying this food you need too.

Yelp
Ordered food for delivery and it was horrible! No pita bread came with the platter and the fries did not taste fresh. They were dry and cold. The pork was not cooked! I also ordered falafel which was dry and hard like a hockey puck. Never again.
