Superb service, attentive and friendly. The ambiance in the evening could be improved with some warmer lighting and design. We chose the tasting menu with wine pairing. The food was good but didn’t have a ‘wow’ effect

We had dinner at Nostrano on a Monday evening. The entire meal was a spectacular experience – truly breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and every bite was a burst of flavors. Beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. We can only highly recommend it.

Very good surprise on the seaside of Pesaro. The cuisine is creative and tasty and reflects the passion of the chef. Every dish is very well balanced and includes many ingredients. The personnel is young, nice and professional. The location is nice, just in front of the sea.

The food is so good, we scope here every time we visit Pesaro. Although the chef combines different flavors the dishes aren't exaggerated or pretentious. He finds a way to blend the flavors without losing their integrity. No fish was over bearing they were all hearty and pleasant.

Loved this place! The food was excellent and the staff were really friendly and attentive. A few courses weren't quite to my taste but all were technically accomplished and the other courses were so good! Would highly recommend!

Outstanding. One of the highlights of a food-themed trip to Le Marche. Service, food, and general attention to detail all excellent. We would absolutely come back to Pesaro just to go back to Nostrano.

My girlfriend and I were ready for a special evening at Nostrano in Pesaro. The expectation was high, but was unfortunately not matched by the restaurant. We waited for about 20+minutes from sit down till we got water and service. Not a very busy evening, 60% full. The food was ok, but for the price you pay - not worth it.
