Great place if you need a delicious cake for a special occasion. I recently ran late to pick up an order I made and unfortunately wasn’t able to make it in time. Because the cakes are made to order, there was no chance of me getting a refund for my order. Chris the owner of the shop was understanding of my dilemma and offered to issue me a credit towards my order which I appreciated very much! Thank you!

I recently placed an order at Nothing Bundt Cakes in Burlington and an incorrect suite number was entered by me! After realizing my cake didn't make it to the right person i called the shop thinking it was a mistake on their end. The Owner Cindy called me and after going over the address that's when we realized i keyed in the wrong suite number. Cindy arranged another order and covered the cost of the Uber delivery for me. This was total unexpected and definitely not her responsibility it was 100% my error. The commitment to customer satisfaction is rare, especially when the company isn't at fault. The product is great but the outstanding customer service sets this location apart form others. I highly recommend the Burlington Location and Cindy the owner is by far the best!!!!!!!!

I went to pick up my birthday bunt cake and Nothing Bundt Cakes never disappoints! Their cakes are always delicious and perfectly sweet. But what really made my visit special was the service from Chris. He was super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Great cakes and even better customer service. I am so satisfied with the customer service of this place. I received a wrong order and they not only refunded me all my money, they gave me another cake. They were so incredibly kind and I will be going here for all my dessert needs in the future. Cakes were also incredible!!

I love this place! While I didn't think I'd be the biggest fan of bundt cakes, let me tell you, they are delicious. I like how they have small/personal sized ones but also full-on birthday cake sized ones. Both are equally yummy, especially the funfetti flavor. I've ordered their cakes on multiple occasions - once for my mom's birthday and once for a friend's birthday, and these were a hit both times. The decorations were pretty and the staff was helpful and reliable.

Staff is always so friendly when I drop in. Their seasonal selection of flavors are awesome, from key lime pie to pumpkin. Whatever you pick out, it's never a bad choice. And the little bundtinis are perfect for office birthdays!

Nothing Bundt Cake is a family tradition every year for our family. We always order the 10" Chocolate, Chocolate Chip cake as it never disappoints! This location is spotless with friendly service! Highly Recommend!

Their Bundt cakes were love at first bite! Ever since we had it, we crave it all the time. It's now a birthday favorite! Red velvet is so moist and sweet with a great amount of chocolate chips, perfect amount of cream cheese. Lemon is also another favorite. Strawberries & cream is their limited featured flavor! The birthday set comes with the cutest decorations for the cake and a card. The Mini Bundt cakes are the perfect size for 1 or 2 people for $5.25. The larger cakes start at $28, good for a small party. If the store was closer, we would have gotten it more often! The Burlington location has a huge parking lot and they are very efficient and quick when it comes to service.

LOVE this place. Came in for my free bundtlet for my 18th birthday but didn't have a code! Chris was so nice in helping me and was able to give me the cake without my code! I got the lemon flavor and it was fantastic!! Will definitely be back!

I went there to order a cake for birthday. Cindy helped me with the options. She was very patient and helped me throughout the process. One of the best customer experience. The shop is super cute and the cake tasted fresh and delicious. This place is nothing less than perfection. 5 stars for customer experience 5 star for decor 5 star for delicious cake. Friendly staff, clean store, and cakes taste delicious, fresh, and moist. Since working in the area I occasionally have a sweet tooth and my first impression of this location was very welcoming. Chris is always pleasant and asks how my day is and how business is which is always a joy to experience. Chris goes beyond measures to make me a happy customer. The only complaint is how addicting Nothing Bundt Cakes are 10/10 good!!!

Wow! I just picked up an 8" inch Bundt cake for a birthday party tomorrow and realized when I got home that I had ordered the wrong flavor! When I was ordering, I had two flavors in my cart and accidentally deleted the one I wanted! I called the store and told the staff what had happened. I knew that they might not be able to take back the incorrect flavor but asked them if I could swap it for the correct flavor. The staff were very accommodating and said I may keep the one I had and I would get a free 8" of the flavor I had actually meant to order. This location and staff were very understanding, compassionate, generous, and patient with the situation

Love it. I know it's a chain but their cakes are superb. I feel like it's so easy to find bakeries that have dry cakes, but not here. Through out all the times I've been to this location, nothing Bundt perfection. Whether it's getting a birthday cake, anniversary cake, "guilty eating at home by yourself" cake, it's always been moist and flavorful. You can really tell the owners of the bakery really care about the quality of cake and customer service. This bakery is super accomodating and always so positive! My experience here is a total 5/5. I highly recommend.

OUSTANDING customer service! I ordered 1 dozen bunditini's for Thanksgiving. I only ordered 2 specific flavors but got home only to discover that I had been given an assortment of flavors. This was at 4:00 p.m. on a very busy Wednesday before Thanksgiving. When I called the store they apologized profusely and asked how they could make it right. Knowing how busy they were and the fact that they were closing at 6:00, I told them it was fine. The manager could tell I was disappointed so he sent an employee to deliver my corrected order to my home. This was way above and beyond and I really appreciated it. The bunditini's were moist & delicious and a big hit. I will be ordering soon for Christmas.

Have gotten cakes delivered from here multiple times. The cakes are not too sweet but very flavorful and have a nice density. As someone who doesn't usually like cake or frosting, I always finish my slice of these cakes!

To get the basics out of the way, Nothing Bundt Cakes are beautiful, delicious and the perfect celebration treat. They have lots of delicious flavors and convenient sizes - even a gluten free option that's yummy! But I'm writing this review about this store in particular, and its manager Chris who recently provided the best customer service I've experienced anywhere! I called the store in a panic on Thursday evening realizing at the last moment that I needed to send something to my father-in-law who lives in an assisted living facility, is British, and was really looking forward to the King's Coronation this weekend. (I live across the country in California). I told Chris my situation, asking if by any chance they had something that would pass as a coronation cake. He said "Not exactly, but give me just a moment and I'll figure something out....we've got you!" He did not dissapoint. Moments later he texted me a photo of a cake design that was "close" and he creatively came up with some modifications that would make it perfect. He was so kind and helpful through the entire ordering process. The next morning, a BEAUTIFUL cake with custom King Charles coronation decorations was delivered to my father-in-law who was moved to tears. He loved being able to share the cake with his friends and staff. I'm grateful to Chris for going above and beyond to make this so special. I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I get these (delicious) cakes every month for our office's birthday celebration and they're always a hit. This month, I accidentally placed an online order to the wrong location. One of the owners at the Burlington location, Chris, was able to help me out making sure I was able to get what I needed while reaching out to the other location to cancel my incorrect order for me. It was a huge help and saved me an hour and a half of driving so just wanted to give a shoutout to Chris's service and this store's constantly great Bundt cakes

The service is always super friendly and accommodating !! All flavors are amazing:) my favorite is the chocolate chocolate chip. The mini bundtlets are great for parties with a variety of seasonal flavors.

This is more like a 4.5 because my only fault was how chaotic ordering and the line was but I think a lot of that was because it was the Saturday before Mother's Day and you likely have a better experience when the store is less busy and you can go inside. We decided relatively last minute to get a bundt cake for Mother's Day (and I knew from the previous week when we were looking for cakes for a birthday that this location was not open on Sundays) so we stopped by mid-afternoon on Saturday. They had a nice display of cakes ready to go outside of the store and a line. Several people cut the line so that was frustrated. They asked if you knew what you wanted and ignored us twice, then another group went ahead to ask questions which was frustrating. The cake display was beautiful though and it was great to see them before you ordered. We went with a strawberries and cream bundt cake and decorations were amazing. Just beautiful with a paper bird and a special message. A little pricey but so well done that I didn't mind for that visual! On to the cake - it was excellent. Yummy cream cheese and the strawberries were wonderful. Easily fed four people with about 1/3 of the cake left over. My mother loved it which is what matters the most! I'll definitely go back for future cake needs.

Cindy went above and beyond, could not have been sweeter or more helpful! I had 2 littles with me 2 & 1 yr old and she not only let them explore her store she also carried my order out to the car and helped me corral the kiddos. A+ customer service! Thank you Cindy! The cakes were good too! ;)

The flavors are simple, but very real. The red velvet cake we tried recently was fantastic! The cake itself has a consistency between a fluffy cake and a brownie- really nice to enjoy. It is not super sweet, just a tad less sweet and I love it. What makes the cake sweet is its cream cheese frosting. They offer all cakes with or without this icing. The way you like it - regular sweet with icing and less sweet cake if you choose without icing. Loved it and will definitely return.

I came here for the grand opening and was not disappointed. This was my first time trying their bundt cakes but was amazed at the flavor and how moist the cake was. I was worried that it could be overly sweet but the cakes are PERFECT. The staff and the owners are very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a sweeter cake, get the white chocolate raspberry. I would have to say my favorite so far is carrot cake but look forward to trying them all!

Earlier this week I submitted an order for my Masonic Installation last night and the food and service was excellent. We ordered finger sandwiches, calzones, salad, fruit salad & a 1/2 sheet strawberry shortcake. Not only were they on time for my 3pm pickup, but they helped me bring everything out and load it in to my van. I have the say that the calzones and cake were delicious and brought a lot of compliments from everyone present. Farmland will definitely be one of my first options when it comes to future orders like this.

These little cakes brightened my day! The whole state is currently under a "shelter in place" directive due to covid-19 so I've been stuck working from home for 2 weeks. I decided to treat myself and I'm happy I did! They delivered the cakes right to my car door - fast and efficient. Strawberries and cream is the seasonal flavor and it's so light and delicate. Red velvet is rich and moist. My all time favorite is tangy lemon! The staff is super friendly. I'll be back, often. I usually go to the locations in Vegas and the Bay Area - and I'm so glad there's one here now!

I was super excited to stop by for the Grand Opening of Nothing Bundt Cakes in Burlington this morning. The staff was cheery and the cakes were delicious as usual. My first experience with the company was down in Florida and I was happy to see a new location pop up just a few minutes from my house. If you could describes these cakes in 3 words -- they are creamy, moist and flavorful. I know that I will be back and I can't wait to try my awesome flavors. If you are in the area and looking for a sweet treat make sure to head in.

I have NEVER had such amazing service and experienced such sheer delight both in the cakes themselves and in Chris, OMG I believe he is just an amazing human! The cakes... Ok let's just say I'm a foodie and love love love cake, so much so there was a time I could tell you who had the best cupcakes in 3 states! So, with that being said I saw the sign for the Burlington store off the side of 95 while traveling North... Well it was cake and I was going LOL... I went into this visually delightful store, the Cirque du Soleil of visual eye candy, seriously you must treat your eyes, even if you don't eat cake.... Get a gift for a friend! I waited my turn delighted to gaze about and Chris came out from the backroom help a lovely girl who was waiting on customers... Chris was OUTSTANDING and gosh I hope I remembered his name correctly, I was in visual, olfactory and salivating overload LOL He was soooooo knowledgeable and so nice to speak with and he even gave me samples to take home and try! Ohhhh and try we did! My my my how delectable, moist cake that was just the right texture and the flavors, OMG I am now hooked on Lemon, but if lemon isn't your jam, they are all superb.. My picky carrot cake eater loved his carrot bundt, finicky hubby devoured the chocolate! Daughter gobbled the rest... Seriously, if your doing a Wedding do the personal bundts for your guests, you can decorate the containers and personalize with Bride and Groom tags... Barn wedding choose to do a bundt Wedding Cake.. Baby Shower, Anniversary, Seriously there is no end for these amazing little and big cakes... Hopefully my mother-in-law doesn't read this because she is getting one for her next birthday! The store is amazing, the product is amazing and Chris is amazing, and I bet all the rest of the team are super fabulous too! I will be back, and back, oh and did I mention I'm going back LOL Thanks again and sorry for the weeks delay in getting this review up!!! Best experience ever! From the minute I phoned in my order, Chris was so helpful. When I got to the store the guy behind the counter was incredibly pleasant. Chris came out of the back with the warmest greeting. Super helpful, friendly and all around amazing staff. The cakes were to die for! I'll never get another cake anywhere else. I highly recommend this location for your cakes!!Cindy was amazing, she went above and beyond with my order/delivery. I live in CA and my son is MA, I wanted to make my son feel extra special by ordering cake and balloons. Since this location didn't carry balloons, Cindy offered to pick up balloons from Party City for me and deliver along with the cake for my son. I honestly couldn't believe she would do that for me, I am forever thankful and grateful for her kindness.

Stellar customer service. I exchanged a few emails with Chris about contactless delivery. When I went online to order, I saw that I had missed the cutoff for the day. I wrote asking how far in advance I needed to order in the future and he said he would personally deliver my cake still today. I was so appreciative! Not only that, but when I told him it was for father's day and my kids were going to decorate it, he surprised us by setting up this whole amazing decorating package for us. Seriously, he couldn't have been nicer and very generous and thoughtful. He arrived super quickly after I placed the order, communicated well, and totally went above and beyond. Absolutely delicious mini and full size bundt cakes with delicious cream cheese frosting. Every flavor has been amazing. The chocolate chocolate chip and the carrot are my favorites. They also have an AMAZING gluten free chocolate chip cake variety with perfect flavor and texture for the celiac team. My only criticism is about the lemon cake. I wish they would amp up the lemon flavor. The flavor is so light that it almost comes off as regular gold cake rather than lemon. It makes for a good gold cake though LOL. Highly recommended!!

These were absolutely delicious. The lemon is my ultimate favorite. The frosting is just perfect, not overwhelmingly sweet.

Just went back for the first time after they've re-opened during Phase 2, and the cakes are even better than I remember! this place is a gem, we went in coincidentally because we were in the plaza & I'm so glad we did! I've heard about it before but never got the chance to actually go. The store itself was so cute, customer service was amazing ( Chris ) & the cakes were phenomenal. Couldn't choose between snickerdoodle or strawberries & cream so ultimately ended up buying both and I'm so happy I did! I will definitely be going back to try every flavor Thank you guys!!

Wow! I was in a jam and needed to get my son cupcakes at his school for his birthday. I was in Florida, his school is in Massachusetts. I called around and everyone said they were understaffed and couldn't deliver, even with 48 hours notice. One place gave me hope and said they'd call back, they never did. Seems to be a sign of the times. Anyhow my wife suggested I try nothing Bundt cakes and see if there was one nearby...I found NBC in Burlington, which was about 15 miles away from his school...the owner Chris, immediately offered to personally help out and make sure we got some cupcakes to the birthday boy and his dorm mates...truly and above and beyond experience that made our son's birthday and a lasting impression on us, in an era where good service seems to be a thing of the past, Chris and his team at NBC Burlington really are a cake above!!! Highly highly recommend...not to mention my son said the cup cakes were 'epic'!

When I had my first bundt cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes (Burlington, MA) - I was HOOKED. Even though I do not consider myself as a "cake person," there's something about these bundt cakes that are absolutely delicious, moist, and rich in flavor. All of their tasty treats are fantastic and the presentation is beautifully done! I have no idea how they make each strip so perfect on each bundt cake. These bundt cakes are definitely a "party-bringer" that will WOW the crowd - no doubt! We have been sharing these tasty treats with our friends and families and they are now hooked on it too! Highly, HIGHLY recommend!!! I guarantee you these would be the best cakes you will have ever tasted. The owners are also so incredibly nice too!!!! :)

Loved the lemon flavoured cake. But the reason I am giving 5 star is - our little one wanted cake and we thought of giving them a try. The door was closed and the note on the door said the official hour is till 6 pm. We started walking back to our car and then something amazing happened. The shopkeeper called after us because she saw us standing outside with a little kid reading the note on the door. I appreciate her thoughtfulness and admire how she went above and beyond her duties for customer delight. I did not expect them to entertain us but yet she did. A big Thanks to her!

Got this cake for a birthday and it tasted super good! The flavor was awesome and the cream cheese frosting was made super unique and delicious. Very nice staff, great location (near highway), and delicious cakes. Recommend!

I've been to this location a few times and have never had a bad experience. Today I placed an order online and the staff accidentally gave me the wrong flavor for one of my cakes. When I called and explained the situation the staff apologized, the owner took the phone and offered to meet me where I was going to give me the correct cake & a couple extras- plus a card signed by the staff apologizing for the mixup. Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced and I will definitely be back & telling all my friends to support this small business!

Nice little spot, clean and cutesy nice idea for something different, cakes are good, probably something nice to bring to somebody's house if that becomes a thing again, but the biggest takeaway was the friendliness of the young girl at the counter today, great representative of the company, best of luck

Yum, yum, yummy! I'm eating nothing "bundt" these bundt cakes! I have had so many cakes from here since it has opened: vanilla, confetti, lemon, lemon rasberry, pecan praline, and red velvet. These cakes are absolutely a dream come true! Every flavor is delicious, but what truly stands out to me is the quality and the service provide! The cakes themselves are so moist and fluffy! It's straight out of my childhood dreams of eating clouds made of sugar. The cake isn't too heavy or rich at all, rather they are soft and light on your pallet and in your stomach. You can eat as much as you want and you won't feel like a glutton because they are so light and airy! And the frosting is amazing! My friend was so obsessed with it that she just licked it all off of her plate. They have various sizes from "bundtinis", which are the size of a cupcake, to 10 inch ones. They also offer the option to stack them as a tiered cake. My favorite size is probably the Bundlets, little bundt cakes that are the size of a large muffin. They're perfect for treating yourself or splitting with a friend and you can try as many flavors as you want without committing to one or feeling guilty. Treat yourself! Everytime I have recieved a cake from here I have been waited on by the same girl, Susana. She is very knowledgable about the cakes and their flavors and always has great reccommendations, you can tell that she's very passionate about baking! She is an excellent employee with great taste, I always trust her reccommendations! My favorite flavor is probably the Pecan Praline but it's so hard to choose because they are all amazing!

My mom just came home with two Bundt cakes about half an hour ago. It was SOOOO good I jumped right on Yelp to write this review because I am so excited. I had the salted caramel and red velvet and they were the most delicious cakes I have ever tried. They are extremely moist, literally a perfect flavor and consistency. I will be back for my sisters birthday in April! 10/10 recommend.

These are yummy cakes shaped like Bundt cakes. The workers are very sweet and I hope the business makes it through the pandemic.

Moist and flavorful cakes. I hope they sell plastic flower decorations together. I bought a 10inchs cake for my daughter's birthday. It was too big for five people, so I ate leftovers the next day. But taste didn't change at all. I tried chocolate chip but I definitely try the other flavor soon. My kids want me to order cakes for Christmas in this cake shop.
