the nicest customer service i’ve received, I had a surprise planned for my partner and ordered a delivery to my place , my order didn’t arrive and my front office provided me with the information that no order was delivered there as well , I called the store knowing there was nothing that could be done from their end but I only called to see if they had a number they could give me to report the driver through uber eats , they saved my life and placed my order all over again instead and allowed me to pick it up in person . thank you so much for your kindness . something so small to them made my whole day . I had the toughest day tryinh to organize everything , I will always remember this kindness . thank you girls at bundt cake ! ♡

The service was outstanding from start to finish. All the staff were super friendly and attentive. They were able to answer all the questions asked about the flavors and gave quick service!

They have started a remodel of the front of house but service is still spot on. They have a cute purple canopy out front to help you under and service was fast. Cakes were delicious!!!

CHAOS. I made a reservation to pick up my cake at 330pm on Christmas Eve. I get a text the day of that I needed to get my cake at 10am. I get there and was it ready? NO. I stood there with 15 other people for nearly 30 minutes. Why have a reservation process if you are going to follow it?

This cake is so good that I am at a loss for words. This is the best cake I have ever eaten in my life!!! It's like God came down and personally blessed your bakery, a little slice of heaven quite literally. That is no exaggeration either. I have the biggest sweet tooth and soft spot for cakes especially. I redeemed a birthday reward and selected the double chocolate cream cheese frosted Bundt. The first bite about flatlined me from pure bliss. It was like my taste buds had died and awoken in heaven. My tongue has never ever been graced with such pure perfection, a chocolate symphony of flavors seranading my taste buds. It spoke to the deepest creveces of my soul. The chocolate types are perfectly balanced, fully complimented by the soft, moist, cloudy cake and cream cheese frosting. There are no other words to describe the perfection that graced my mouth. I encourage and BEG you to try these cakes. Once you bite into one, you'll never go back to other cakes. It's that good. Also as a full disclaimer you'll most likely loose all form of self control when eating these cakes. I also have to give props to the baker for offering these cakes in a personal self size, which unapologetically takes all the guilt out of downing a whole one in a single sitting. Absolutely brilliant!

The cakes are so delicious and fresh. Customer service is amazing and very friendly. Love all the different designs you can pick out to decorate your cakes. Our favorite is white chocolate raspberry cake

first time trying Bundt cakes and first time trying nothing but Bundt cakes this is the best cake I've ever eaten and I wish that they kept this pumpkin cake all year round the cake was packaged nicely and decorated very cute. The flavor is absolutely there and very strong. I love it. if you want something amazing and taste good and has a good pumpkin flavor the pumpkin Bundt cake is definitely the best choice so yummy

Tried to get Buy 1 Get 1 Free today, was told it was online only. Tried to do online ordering and it's so confusing. So just left.

I love all the bundt cakes here, but my absolute favorite is the new limited Churro bundt. It was amazing!! I picked it as my free birthday bundt. The store is very clean and has cute merchandise in the front. The staff was friendly and quick. I unfortunately did not take a picture of my bundt cake because I devoured it.

I love it here they do all my birthday cakes and I love it. There are a variety of styles to choose and if you are wanting to try they sell mini versions of the bunt cake. Please do try them if you haven't already.

Unfriendly staff. Got to this location to pick up Bundtinis since I placed order in the morning and would pick it up after work and it was not ready and no one updated me on how long it would take or anything I was just standing there for 20mins with no update at all. Second time coming here and felt uncomfortable by staff.

Can not express the quality of these cakes and the consistency in the freshness, the variety, the way these cakes are packaged and the great staff that are so helpful and making sure that their customers are happy when they walk out the door! I have never been the least bit disappointed with these amazing cake! I hope that they continue to make these cakes exactly the same way they began with!!

We visited Nothing Bundt Cakes during the week around lunch time. There was no one else inside the storefront. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. We shared a confetti/rainbow/birthday mini bundt. Their desserts are very sweet so we try to limit it to a few bites on special occassions. If we are in the area and feeling celebratory, we will stop in for a treat. I recommend you do the same.

Gosh these cakes are so good! My personal favorite is the chocolate chocolate chip. The cakes are so moist and the icing is magical! We bought a 10 inch confetti cake for my daughter's birthday dinner and everyone talked about how delicious it was. They take pre-orders but I was able to go in there the day of her birthday dinner and wait while they nicely decorated it. If you've never tried this cake, go in and get a sample bite....they are delicious!!

If I was basing this review solely on the cakes, they would get 5 stars, because they are amazing and have a gluten free option. However, I'm giving the Pasadena, Texas location a 1 star review because when I was there in September 2019, my credit card information was stolen and sold. I got a call from my credit union a month later that the card was used at a Publix Supermarket in Miami Florida. I rarely use this card so this is the only location where the information could have been stolen. For anyone who's had this happen to them, they can relate. It's such a hassle having to deal with this. Needless to say I will never visit this location again and I will continually tell people about my experience there. If you choose to go here, bring cash.

The staff is so friendly, helpful, and attentive. I work close by, so this is a go-to for my coworkers and I when we need a sweet pick-me-up! My favorite flavor is the lemon cake. For the holiday season, they have a peppermint chocolate chip cake which is essentially their chocolate chip cake with a peppermint icing. It was the perfect pair and not too overwhelming of a peppermint flavor - more refreshing.

The staff at this location are all so so nice, we come here often. It was extremely busy around Mother's Day and they had extra staff helping and getting your order while in line. Very efficient! This location is nice, easy in and out and the bundt cakes are delicious! Confetti is a favorite.

The cakes here are awesome! I've tried every flavor, and they are all good. The lemon is my favorite. I wish they made the chocolate turtle flavor year round.

These cakes are always moist and delicious. There are so many flavors, everyone can find a favorite. Recently I tried the sweet popcorn and was delighted to find this new treat. If you haven't tried it, you should!

This place is devine. Soft cakes topped w cream cheese icing. All the cakes are good! My faves are the chocolate, carrot, and raspberry white chocolate. I also love the pineapple upside down but that is a monthly special. Sure wish they would put it permanently on the menu!

I love this little shop. The ladies working have always been nice and every flavor cake I've tried I loved. This time around I ordered a cake for my husbands birthday. The cake was tasty, moist and the icing was deliciously sweet. I've never ordered any item and been disappointed here. This order was carry out but I have had them deliver to an office before and haven't had any problems.

Their cakes are really good and moist but what I really loved on my visit was the customer service!!! I had a nice young girl, I believe her name was sarita, she was so helpful with me and helped me decide what kind of decor to put on it!!

The ladies at Nothing Bundt Cakes care tremendously about ensuring GREAT customer service and are always willing to go above and beyond expectations!!!! Not only do they make the extra effort for customers that enter their store, they do wonders for the community in which they serve! Whether it's delivering cakes to fire stations during Hurricane Harvey or dropping by birthday cake to an elderly lady whose husband had passed, the impact they make on the community is priceless! AND THE CAKES ARE DELICIOUS!!!!

I placed an order for 200 on Monday for Wednesday. It was ready on time, packed perfectly, tasted great and everyone LOVED them! They did a great job and I will be using them again and again!

They put the wrong color on my son's graduation cake. I wanted red and white to represent the University of Houston, but they gave me yellow and white instead. The cakes are good. Just make sure the cake decorator isn't color blind.

Well it's definitely for sure that they do not answer their phones!! I've been calling for the past 30 minutes and no one has answered! Tried to call in an order but it's impossible. Don't waste your time!

Terrible slow service. Don't bother ordering online thinking that will expedite your order. Wait time has been 20-30 minutes WITH an online order. If you have an event to go to and you are picking up a preordered cake give yourself plenty of time to wait at the shop for your order.

Visited this new business during the "Grand Opening" weekend. They were having a fund raising event for cancer research by providing 20% of all purchases to M.D. Anderson Hospital. The cakes I bought were met with high praise by my wife's co-workers. The cakes are made in shop and the employees seem to really enjoy themselves while serving customers.

You can't go wrong with these cakes! Employees are always so sweet and quick to prep your order.....and TEACHER DISCOUNTS are what keeps me coming. Yum yum!!!

Nothing Bundt Cakes has fueled my love for cake period. This location is apparently new and their official grand opening is this Thursday Jan 14th. I stopped by last week during their soft opening. They close earlier than other locations (6p rather than 7p). I got there at 5:50 and was relieved to see that they hadn't closed their doors early (after all it was a Friday evening). The staff is super friendly. They had samples of the red velvet Cake (my favorite). I passed on the sample (which I now regret) and bought a marble bundlet. I've had many of their flavors, but this was my first time trying the marble. It's good, but not as good as the red velvet! The little chocolate chips and the icing! Wow it's so good! I love that you can just walk in and pick up a bundlet cake for a treat or the bundtinis or their larger cakes for an event or a party. I've never ordered a cake with special decorations, but I have done the bundlet tower at the location in Pearland. This location is kind of hidden. It sits near the Academy behind the Jonny Tamales and Popeyes. The flavor of the month is chocolate turtle and I can't wait to try it! I will definitely be returning for more!

Everything about this place is excellent. My wife's b- day cake was perfect and everyone enjoyed it. The customer service was excellent and the employees had a bright, happy attitude. The only thing i would change is their hours of operation, As a shift worker a place closing at 6 is tough to deal with.

I love this place! I'm not one who enjoys many sweets but I absolutely love the red velvet cake they make. Haven't had any of their other pastries but as far as the red velvet cake goes, definitely 5 stars.

Just had to show my appreciation by giving an awesome review! I showed up a little after 6 and they were closed! Me and another customer went to open the door and it was locked so we left - they came out and called us back! It was my daughter's birthday celebration and they definitely saved the day! I've had the cakes a few time at events, but this was my first time in the shop. I was immediately greeted by two very happy, very friendly employees. They gave samples, explained sizing and flavors, and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, despite the fact that I was just purchasing one mini bundt cake for $3.99. The atmosphere was clean, energizing, and sweet (just like the cakes). I had the white chocolate raspberry and it was absolutely delicious. The prices are on the higher end, but the quality of the product completely makes up for it. My guess is that the cost is only high because the ingredients are high end and the staff is paid fairly. I hope that's the case because this is the kind of business I love to support

Best customer service. Went to pick up my cake order and couldn't find a particular cake topping I was looking for. The manager was very helpful and went beyond to assist me in ideas that can be done as cake toppings.

Amazing cakes, and the workers are so friendly! We got a cake, candles, and balloons all in the store which is convenient. They are very fast and the cakes are gorgeous.

This is by far the best Nothing Bundt Cake location. I pass by one on my way home from work but I will go out of my way to come to this location every time. The staff is wonderful and the cakes are alway moist and delicious!! I have never had a bad experience here. Love it!!!

Gotta agree with another poster.....I called at 9:40am and the hours said 9am - 6pm and the phone rang and rang until it went to a busy tone. Guess you don't need my business. You might want to think about posting DIFFERENT hours if you don't want to answer the phone before 10am.
