This place now only serves the Asian food next door. I used the kiosk to order pad Thai, which nearly always can be trusted to be gluten-free, as the menu itself had no indications of allergens, and there wasn’t an employee in sight (this should’ve been a red flag). I placed the order and proceeded to wait a very long time. Finally, an airport worker also waiting on his food asked about his order, as he needed to get back to work. Suddenly, his food was ready, as well as mine and the food of two others. I opened the bowl to find noodles covered in red sauce! Everything else seemed to be what you’d expect with traditional pad Thai. I ate it because I was hungry and had a flight to catch but would go far out of my way to never come here again. Overall, the lack of human interaction at Newark Aiport makes for a very subpar customer experience.

This is probably the worst place I have ever been, not only took a long time to get the order, but the “Suadero” tacos were horrible, I trashed the whole plate after one bite, they were cold and tortilla disgusting. Why would they put “Suadero” if they serve shredded beef ? This place should close, look at all the reviews , it is located in the Bazaar food court area of Newark Airport

First, it’s all tacos and no bowls. Besides having to wait almost 30 minutes for these “Impossible Tacos” which seemed to be impossible to make, These were by far the worst taco I’ve ever had in my life. Yes, I know this is airport food and shouldn’t have high expectations, but I think anything even Taco Bell would have this place beat in flavor, service and quality of the food! To make it tolerable I had to mix the “tacos” with the rice and beans which didn’t make it taste any better!

Terrible service. I thought there was an actual sloth working (slow)...seriously...3 stores combined and they dip and share untensils from each. Server thought pizza sauce was salsa and went to the pizza joint next door to get me some sauce....no pickled onions as advertised and server didn't know what pico de gallo was. Food was okay or so I thought and about 2 hours after eating was wishing I could throw up from the nasty feeling in my stomach. There are no bowls only tacos that they serve open face on a container, beans were disgusting.. My tortillas were burned to a crisp and hubs weren't even warmed. If you eat here expect a long wait, expensive, and nasty upset later.

The place didn’t have 1/2 of what is in the pictures. “Braised beef” was shredded rubber. You will be happier avoiding this place. Not that you should have any expectations of customer service at all whatsoever in the food court area. And it’s not cheap.

SERIOUSLY the slowest place I’ve ever been. Ever. I could see the chips and guac but no one was there to give it to me 15+ mins. I only got guac, and it was $16 for this TINY amount. Seriously anywhere else is better.

I've eaten here before, but never noticed that they have large signs for "bowls" but that's actually not an available menu item. My wife is on a restricted diet and wanted a bowl she could customize. Waited in line to order just to find out we couldn't order what we wanted.

In the running for worst Mexican food I’ve ever had. It’s like they have only seen Mexican food in pictures and were able to nail down the look but had no idea what it was supposed to taste like. Impossible meat was bland. Rice was so bland it was basically non sticky Asian white rice. Beans, no flavor. Guacamole seemed like just smashed avocado with nothing else added. $20 for two bland tacos and rice and beans when Taco Bell (whose prices have gone up sadly) can still give you better tasting Mexican food for half the price. Stay away unless you have no taste buds.
