NOTOS Rooftop

We had a great experience here. Beautiful sunset views, good music - mix of house and live music. Service was great, food was excellent, cocktails and wine delicious - best meal and experience we’ve had so far in Italy. If we ever come back to Rome we will definitely book here again for a dinner. Compliments to the chef and thank you to the waiters who looked after us!

My experience at Notos Rooftop was exceptional on two consecutive days. Andrea and Leonardo delivered outstanding, thoughtful, and seamless service that truly elevated my time at Six Senses Rome. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine warmth made every visit memorable. The blonde Italian hostess at the entrance also deserves special recognition—she was incredibly friendly, gracious, and perfectly embodied the signature hospitality that Six Senses is known for. Having stayed at Six Senses Douro Valley in Portugal, I came in with high expectations, and this Rome property continues the brand’s legacy of excellence. From the entry-level restaurant and bar to the scenic rooftop, every corner reflects exceptional design and an emphasis on wellness, comfort, and curated guest experiences. Notos Rooftop offers exceptional service, a fantastic menu, and stunning views! Our server, Davide, was knowledgeable and attentive throughout the evening. We asked about the chef, and to our delight, Chef Valerio personally came to our table to introduce himself—warm, professional, and clearly passionate about his craft. If you’re looking for a culinary experience that will truly impress, go for the Prefix No. 4 (Chef’s Selection). Every dish was outstanding, each one topping the last. Absolutely unforgettable!

Our last night in Roma was spent at Notos Rooftop. Everything was perfection from beginning to end. All of the amazing staff were so lovely and their attention to detail was second to none. The food was absolutely outstanding. It was the best end to our Italy experience. Thank you.

Nice ambience, good friendly service. Portions were small, tasted bland. Great sunset view. Still sunny when we dined. Sun was shining right at our faces initially. Quite pricy.

A nice roof garden, with a nice atmosphere that calms you down. The view is beautiful, but not spectacular . The finger food was particularly expensive, for two brioche and the 3 mini canolli we paid about 60€, overpriced.

One of the best views of the sunset, but… service was unpleasant. Made us feel a bit like a burden from the beginning, and while there we asked for more water and didn’t receive it until they dropped off the check. They’re trying to go for a high end vibe, but the food was uninteresting. Cocktails were quite tasty, though they felt overpriced. And the music was pretty loud dance/pop when we were there, which was not the vibe I expected. Bottom line: Views: spectacular Drinks: very good, though pricey Food: meh Atmosphere: change and turn down the music? Service: needs work

A hidden gem! The best view and ambiance. A bit complicated to get there but definitely worth it! A large terrace with views and great cocktails, excellent service and unbeatable decoration. Spent there a couple of hours and it's top of our list of places now.
