Nour - Review - Walthamstow - London - The Infatuation

"Nour is a cafe unashamedly flying the flag for big, gossipy brunches in Walthamstow. Packs of mates, tanked up on strawberry matchas and big bits of news, drag extra chairs over to already-too-full tables, not pausing to draw breath as they give their big work story the dramatic retelling it deserves. And on marble-look tables tucked at the back of the cream-and-gold room, new mums bounce babies while oohing and ahhing over the water feature." - Sinéad Cranna

very enjoyable experience at nour. mainly due to service and attention we received. local joint so parking was the most difficult task when we went on a saturday. the decor is very classic and clean and consistent. our host ayla was very attentive to us and our 1 year old and they made sure we were happy with our food and order. we ordered the roast (only available on weekends), french toast, omelette and a sando to take away. unfortunately no chocolate drinks were available hence 4 stars but the host let us know early. the roast is perfect on a weekend and the french toast was the biggest i’d ever eaten. very rich and tasty. plenty of pistachio sauce and syrup. lamb roast was very filling and the omelette was very homely. we would definitely go back to try out the rest of the menu!

Absolutely love this cafe! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing or catching up with friends. The staff are super friendly and attentive, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Hammad was a lovely waiter who gave us full attention and time to place our order. He was constantly checking on us through out. Great coffee, great vibes, I highly recommend!☺️

Honestly amazing place. The decor is absolutely amazing feels cozy once inside. The hazelnut cold foam latte was amazing definitely worth a try. We had the chicken snitzel and the brisket sando and may I say they were both to die for. I wasn't expecting much from the chicken snitzel but it did blow me away with the flavour of the corn and the homemade potato salad. Ive already been thre times to try different things some times the wait can be a while but definitely worth the wait. Ps the French toast is one of the best I've had, its very light and fluffy & full of flavour

𝑨𝑫 𝑵𝒐𝒖𝒓 There’s a new brunch spot in Walthamstow that will be going viral soon once people discover it (I’m sure of it!) - @itsnourlondon . When I found out the chef behind the menu is the incredible @tiberius.tudor , I knew everything was going to be exceptional. The space itself is stunning. One of those rare places that’s aesthetically beautiful AND serves amazing food. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱: 𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗻 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘇𝗲𝗹 𝗢𝗮𝗸 𝗦𝗺𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗡𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗦𝘂𝗻𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲 𝗙𝗲𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗵 𝗧𝗼𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘄𝗯𝗲𝗿𝗿𝘆 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗮 𝗛𝗼𝘁 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗸 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗶 Harissa Chicken Schnitzel – perfectly crisp panko, with juicy chicken marinated in their signature harissa. Served with creamy potato salad, charred corn ribs (so so delicious!) and a fiery nduja mayo. This was my favourite. Oak Smoked Brisket – tender, smoky paired beautifully with chimichurri, roasted sweet potato and pink pickled onions. Nour Sunrise Feast – the ultimate brunch plate with a mix of everything! The sausage was so tasty!! Mascarpone French Toast – soft, indulgent brioche layered with mascarpone, pecans, agave syrup and poached pear. Perfect for anyone with a sweet tooth. The flavours were balanced beautifully. The Strawberry Matcha deserves a special shoutout - so fresh and delicious!! Honestly, Nour is that spot that everyone will be talking about soon. Incredible food, gorgeous space and serious attention to detail. Already planning my next visit with my sisters!

Food is absolutely stunning and amazingly delicious. Staffs are attentive to customers, helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is nice, it can get very noisy as it is a small space. But overall absolutely worth it. Came back today for the Sunday Roast.

I was the competition winner for Nour🎉 Vip treat for me and a friend to eat once a month for a whole year! The owner welcomed us for my first visit which made us feel welcome. The food was of top range, Spanish latte was delicious. We ordered the Nour feast and oat brisket meal, both were done to perfection 👌🏻 portion size were very good. The desserts were superb.

Wasn’t worth the hype unfortunately. When we entered we were told straight away that there was a table literally ready ready for us just needed cleaning and it would take about 5/10min which to us was great to hear because my partner and I was starving. However every so often they’d look at us and say sorry just another 10mins, up until the point we waited up to 50mins which we probably shouldn’t have done and just left and gone elsewhere, we were very tempted until my partner expressed it was taking very long just for a table for two. They were very busy and the place is quite small however being lied to about the wait time was not nice, so I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re willing to wait 40 mins to an hour just for a table. Now for the food, because we waited basically an hour to be seated at this point we weren’t even hungry we were very restless and annoyed. I ordered the Sunday Roast Trio and my partner ordered the Chicken Supreme. We expressed to the waiters because we waited so long to be seated if they could make the food as quickly as possible and it took 15 mins to get to us and honestly the portion of my food was great however my partners portion wasn’t and the food actually came a bit cold. Flavour and taste was great I will give them that, the meat was very tender and the veg tasted amazing, paired great with the trio meat. The chicken supreme however wasn’t the greatest it was okay but considering the price of these two meals it definitely didn’t feel worth it. Plus the Coke we ordered along with it was £4 and tasted so horrible and cheap DONT GET THE COLA. In terms of the service from the waiters, considering it was quite busy and hectic they were very nice to us and polite and apologised several times due to the wait. But we still don’t appreciate being lied to about waiting on a table. Would I say it worth coming here… I honestly don’t know if you’re looking to have a Sunday Roast this place did have a great one but considering wait time you gotta be prepared to really wait for it so don’t come here hungry!

Amazing breakfast, coffee and sweet treats! We ordered the Nour Sunrise Feast — the brisket was incredibly soft and tender, absolutely lovely. The service was outstanding; everyone was attentive and friendly. Special thanks to Elwood and Khinzar — the Spanish latte was fantastic!
