First of all, I want to say how amazing Soon (forgive me if I spelt your name wrong) was. From the moment we walked in she was super nice and super helpful. She even was the one who found my engagement dress for me. I am very picky and certain of what I want and don’t want and Soon helped me to be more open minded and I tried something she picked that was totally opposite from what I wanted and I ended up going home with that dress. She is definitely someone you want around when looking for a dress with 35 years of experience, she really knows what she is doing! I appreciate your help and we will be back! For the store itself, they have a large variety of dresses you can choose from and they are all color coordinated which was very helpful. All the dresses they have are in style and very beautiful and are very good prices. You will not beat their price compared to anywhere else. The store is very clean, each dress is covered in plastic garments to prevent from damage which I really liked and all the staff are very sweet and helpful people. If you are looking at the reviews of this place, I hope you come across my review and take this as your sign to definitely take that trip to come visit this store!

The staff was so incredibly amazing even though they were short handed because of the recent storms. They were not very busy when I first got there, but even throughout my visit when it got busier, the staff was still very friendly and helpful. They may not have a huge selection of dresses, but the dresses they do have are stunning. I planned on going to a different dress store but they were closed (hours online were wrong), so i went to Nouri. I am so glad that the other dress shop was closed because otherwise I would not have known about this amazing store. I was amazed by the kindness of the staff and the comforting environment they have. They even do their own alterations there, and pretty quickly. I got my dress yesterday afternoon and have already received a call that it is ready! While trying on dresses the workers show you different ways that they would be able to alter the dress to make it absolutely perfect for you.

I really loved shopping here!! They helped me find the dress that looked the best on me. The visit felt very personal. It felt like shopping with family! I didn’t feel like just a costumer. I had a very great experience here. This is the only place I will get my dresses from in the future.

We live in NC and were looking for a specific Amarra dress for my daughter’s Senior prom. My best friend’s daughter found Nouri online. When I called, they were able to order the dress straight from Amarra. Another boutique here in NC told us the style couldn’t be ordered. From start to finish Cindy and Soon (sp?) were amazing! They answered any questions I had and kept me in the loop about the dress. We just got it this week, and it fits my daughter perfectly. 🥰 Thank you so much for making my daughter’s dream prom dress a reality! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

Nouri provided exceptional service from start to finish! The staff was incredibly patient and really took the time to listen to all of my concerns. They catered to my every need and want, and helped me find the perfect dress in no time. They even altered the dress quickly, making sure that it fit me perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and will definitely be returning to shop here for any future formal events!

We were knocked out of the park with EXCELLENT customer service from these ladies!!! Arrived early on a Saturday morning and had the place to ourselves. My daughter was treated like a princess, and the ladies had her in and out of 15+ dresses in under 30 minutes. We did not feel rushed. They were just that efficient! Great selection of plus-size dresses at every price point. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beautiful dresses, amazing staff. Very patient and attentive. Love that alterations are done in store. This will for sure be our new go to fro dresses!

Lovely dresses, very nice people. I was last min getting my daughter a dress and thus was my first stop and found one. I called and told her the sizes I would need and she had them layed out for us to pick from when we got there. She also altered the dress in one day ready for pick up the next day. Will definitely go back

My daughter was so excited when she tried on the first dress she picked out. The staff is very easy going and skilled in what they do. They took time to answer any question or concern we had. They even offered to the dress the very same day. So we would be allowed to take with us. Definitely will return and highly recommend to anyone looking for any occasion. Thank you all so much.

We found this place because of my daughter, whom in turn was looking for a certain dress that she could wear to a school event, and as it turns out I have four granddaughters, and they are all needing a dress to wear, the staff was on point upon first meeting, and we agreed on a dress and the price. we were told that we could pick the dress up on Wednesday at 12:00 p.m. so when we called to let them know we were coming to pick it up, the lady that I guess is an owner begin to tell me I needed to pay the rest that was due because people had been ordering dresses and did not want to pay up, I assured her that was not the case with us, and little did she know I was wanting to bring my other Granddaughters to prepare them a dress as well, but I believe she did not want our business, and once I asked her about a material warranty or if a seam or thread would come loose, she immediately let me know that I did not need to bring it back, period! With a look that let me know we cannot ever do business again. I had plenty of cloth made by many good and hard-working tailors overseas and state side, but this is the norm for people of my culture to assume we do not have enough money or are thuggish too much to probably afford her cloths. But as I told her son ALL of mines have had a good education and work to get what they want. I will continue to do my business as always out of State.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I pointed out an issue on a dress I was trying on and they almost rushed me out of it so they could fix it for me even though they knew I probably wouldn't be buying it today. I haven't bought a dress yet, but I'm very likely to return because of fantastic service.

Tried this dress shop for the first time after going to several other places and found the perfect formal dress. I walked in the door told the staff what I was looking for and they got busy pulling several options that were awesome. They were so helpful with trying on dresses and made everything such a breeze. Within 30 minutes I had a dress! So glad I tried this place out.

I cannot express how great this store was! they were so sweet and helpful. found so many great dresses and the girls even helped decide!! love love loved this place and will definitely be returning for prom dresses next year

If I can give this place 1000000000 stars I would. I bought my formal dress and I am super picky. They helped me tremendously on helping me look my best. All of the girls will ask where I got my dress from and I will proudly say nouri's. Definitely love and totally recommend this place.

I brought my sister here to try on dresses. She is not very comfortable with her body and wanted just me to see the dresses. There is a policy that only she could be in the dressing room and the sales lady has to help her zip up. That would be alright except the sales lady would completely open the door to zip her up. Also we could not take pictures. Our mom is the one buying it so she had to have her approval and we couldn't get it. My sister was apparently taking too long in between dresses and the sales lady kept tapping her foot and shaking her head and sighing. Very rude. Also I brought a drink inside (I didn't see the sign that said no drinks) and the lady was very snappy. She cake from across the room and pointed it out. I said "oh I'm sorry I didn't know." She said "there's a giant sign right when you walk in!" Needless to say, even if my sister had found something she wanted, I wouldn't have felt comfortable buying it there. Very very rude.
