The app is really confusing to use. I tried to scan before entering, but it didn’t work—so I ended up tapping my credit card instead. Now I can’t find any receipt and have no idea how much I was charged. On top of that, the fresh produce isn’t actually fresh, and it’s frustrating that random products from Trader Joe’s and Aldi are all mixed together.

Nourish + Bloom is one of my favorite places to visit. The staff is always friendly & makes you feel welcomed any time you visit. I usually order a Jamaican dish but today I tried a protein bowl & once again they did not miss. The portion size was perfect. The salmon & veggies were well seasoned and didn’t need any sauce. With that being said the jerk bbq sauce added another layer of flavor that I enjoyed. I wish I could get this dish as a meal prep option because I would order this weekly. I can’t wait to try the other options. But for now, this is my favorite protein bowl😋

Google
I tried the rice bowl with grilled salmon, steamed broccoli, carrots, and sweet Thai chili sauce and the pineapple ginger juice, and it was absolutely delicious! Good portion and super fresh and flavorful! The bowl can be customized to your taste and dietary preferences which is nice. Definitely will be my new go-to healthy food option!

The rice bowl is simply delicious. The customer service is superb! Spoke with one of the founders briefly I’m inspired by their story and the reason they opened this storefront. I wish them much success.

You should taste their homemade pineapple ginger juice. It's to die for, especially if you are a lover of ginger. My friend and I got a bottle and a cup of it. She drank it off immediately and the owner gave her a free refill.

The salmon bites with chili sauce!! 🤩sweet potato fries were perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft inside! Black owned +👏🏾

Interesting concept and clearly designed to take all of the wealthy Caucasian money because this market is definitely expensive. I didn't even bother to check out the market area. Why? Because I already know that the same basic items that you can find at Walmart are going to be way over priced at this market just because they are targeting the wealthy Caucasian. Ordered two coco breads, two curry shrimp patties and a mild beef patty. Seasoning in the beef and the shrimp patties was good. Price too expensive.....a basic Jamaican patty should not cost $4 and a coco bread should not be priced at $3! For such a small order in an empty place it took too long for us to receive our order. Was going to order a jerk chicken plate until I saw the high $18 price....changed my mind. I'm all for supporting black owned businesses but I don't support greed!

Awesome, good selection. Keep up the good work, I hope you can expand to other states soon!

Yelp
One time visit to this market and here are my thoughts! Items on the market side can be purchased for way cheaper at a Walmart..... don't waste your money. Ordered a few Jamaican patties from the restaurant: $3.50 for one piece of coco bread is outrageous. Beef in the patty was seasoned right but it took forever to receive the order in an empty place.....was just me and my son waiting for food. Was going to order a jerk chicken plate until I saw the outrageous price. When a basic plate with chicken and rice starts to cost $20+ I have to take my $$ to another restaurant. I feel like this little market is expensive and way overpriced just because of the area and snobbish customers that it's selling to. WON'T RETURN!!!!

Yelp
Food: chicken was tasty Service: Good Ambiance: Not much of an ambiance....but, you can order food, eat inside or out & pick up a few light groceries. Appears to be a black own business, which I. Always down to support. However, $18 for only taco is disappointing

Yelp
We had a chance to visit yesterday, and it was pleasure and a true privilege to meet the owners and to support. Get the Pineapple Ginger when you go. It was a delight to experience the future of grocery shopping, and this is just the beginning. You have to download their app and upload a payment method/card. The owners were on-hand to answer questions and we even had the opportunity to meet some members of their family. Consider that with this store, being open 24 hours, you are paying for the convenience, so the prices are a little bit higher but they have a remarkable array of healthy, vegan, plant-based, and non-GMO options. It's comparable in types of items to Whole Foods or Sprouts, but the difference is that it is Black-owned, autonomous, and open 24 hours. Ride the wave of the future, and support them often and always. I'd love to know if they are are accepting investors or have a crowdfunding platform so that I can support in other ways. I'm delighted to learn where they are expanding to next, but I know that is the first store and they are still interested in making this the best it could be, and it is already quite awesome.

Yelp
Cool concept! Amazon type store with a bistro attached with some pretty good food. I've indulged in the special menus items such as the jerk chicken as well as the Thai shrimp sandwich. I've also purchased some organic jasmine rice in addition to some strawberry cocktail syrup. It's worth mentioning that my initial reason for visiting the store in the 1st place was to obtain organic produce. Although said produce wasn't available in the store section they found it for me & sold it to me at an extremely reasonable price. The shrimp in the Thai sandwich were a little rough for my liking but the jerk chicken dish was extremely authentic & tasty.

Yelp
Great presentation! the store has well thought out inventory. I tried the freshly made ginger & pineapple juice that was addictively good. The curry Jamaican chicken patties were outstanding. The customer service was top-notch made me feel at home. The entire process of how the store operated was explained to me and I can't wait to come back the next time I'm in the area.

Yelp
Stopped by Trilith to take a look around. We got hungry and checked this place out. They have a very good menu with different options. The day we went the had two Jamacian dishes, jerk chicken and oxtail. I personally did not have either, but the people I went with had both. I did try the oxtail and it was VERY good. The jerk chicken was also very good. I had a steak sandwhcih that was awesome! The bread it was on was very flavorful and soft, and the steak was shaved ribeye. It was overall a great steak sandwhich. The fries... the fries were AWESOME! I could go back there for just the fires. The employees were very nice and helpful. They also allow for anyone of modifications to your meal as long as they have the ingredients. There is also a little grocery shop there. They carry a lot of Trader Joe's brand items. So if you are craving that cookie butter, you know where to go. I really enjoyed this place and would go back again!

Yelp
Love the business model and the hot food is great. Oxtails if you missing that down home cooking, the salmon bites over quinoa is my favorite. The ginger drink is a must (buy the bottle or larger you won't be disappointed). The service is great and the store does a great job using technology while shopping. Parking is also easy and accessible to the store. Great people again...

Yelp
I just found out about this place a few days ago. Think I ran across a local news article online. Black owned too. Drove 40 miles from north Dekalb to here today on a cool and sunny Sunday morning. No traffic. Easy parking in the back. When you walk in, you see the entire store. It's really small. It's the type of local store to grab snacks and some novelties. Not really a place to do major grocery shopping. Download the app before going. It will give you a barcode to scan and enter the main store. Once you grab all of your items, scan the barcade again to exit. Your receipt will appear via email and app. Pretty fun and amazing.

Yelp
I love the store's technology and ambiance. It was a great experience and I would stop in again for the jerk chicken; it was my fav. Zena

Yelp
I go in here at least once a week for grocery basics and multiple times a week for hot food. Service and convenience are unmatched and the food is amazing. Try the house-made pineapple ginger drink - you wont me disappointed!

Yelp
I love this BLACK OWNED quick mart in Fayetteville GA. The thing I love the most is that they are becoming 24 hours. All you need to do is download the app and take whatever items you want. The app will charge you whatever you took out when you leave. The owners and manager are really nice people. They are more health focused!

Yelp
I'm just in awe of this entire place! For starters it's a BOB (Black Owned Business) which in itself is exciting! One of my TikTok followers actually recommended I check this place out. So after I read the article about the story behind this grocery store I had to go see it myself. To lay out this experience: *You have the nourish bots that are super cute to interact with. *You need the app WITH an account set up in order to shop. Set up is super easy and takes 5 mins tops. *You use your phone to enter the space! They're still working out kinks so I would recommend coming with an open heart/mind b/c it's technology we're talking about! The entry was the most rodeo us because it has to accept your QR code to open the gates! *Though the store is small it packs all the healthy essentials you'll need for a normal grocery run! *Anything you pick up is assigned to you so it's VERY IMPORTANT to remember to look with your eyes not your hands. Because of this I HIGHLY RECOMMEND knowing what you want prior to coming because technology is flawed and I would hate to tamper the experience because of miscellaneous charges from picking up random items. *As you exit the card that's on your account is charged. *I would recommend bringing a reusable bag to hold your items as the bags and baskets were limited. *The frozen food isn't under the same technology yet so you actually use a "self check out" station for it and the bistro! The bistro is awesome. The food smells SO GOOD and also taste really good. I got a turkey and cheese sandwich, fries, LIME-ADE (which was a first for me) and a cookie! The limeade is from the Caribbean and I'm was ABSOLUTELY perfect. Not too tart and not too sweet! All in all, I can't wait to see this establishment grow. I hate that it's 50 mins away from me so I won't be visiting often but I'm so happy I did get to come out and support in their opening stages!

Yelp
Soooo cool. There was an employee there to orientate me on how to get started. Connect to Wi-Fi, download app, set up profile, connect payment to profile. Then scan and go in. Take what you want and walk out!! you'll immediately get a digital receipt. The place is very small. The item for sale are upscale but in the healthy, organic, natural family. Theres also a small place to order food and fresh drinks. I got to sample to pineapple ginger and it was lovely. The whole place reminds me of a bodege. Like if Whole Foods was a bodega. I could see if you live or frequent the neighborhood, theres things you could run in and get really quick.

Tanisha L.

Yelp
Love the concept! Perfect location for those that work or live near to grab lunch from the Cafe or snacks. Not for full scale shopping at this location but I can see the growth with a larger spacing to make that available. I like that it is all automated for shopping and ordering food.

Yelp
Just had the best bkfst bagel sandwich. Just like New York. Delicious. Everything bagel with a fried egg, bacon and cheese. They spared no expense with the bacon. It was loaded. My husband got both sausage and bacon. All I could say is WOW/YUM So glad we live right across the street.

Yelp
This place is so cool! The voice controlled robots were a hit with the kids. The shopping process is super easy and intuitive. Their products are full of clean and nourishing ingredients with no high fructose corn syrups and lots options for vegan and gluten free diets. Love it here and the owners are great too!

Yelp
Cool in concept. Cute layout. Poor execution. Wanted to love it, especially since it's Black owned. "We have too many glitches to be open 24 hours." That's pretty clear. The in-store experience is currently very poor. App definitely needs some help, especially since you cannot shop without it. Items in store are super limited & very expensive (higher than bodega markups). No produce available. Overall very disappointed. Heard about it from a popular podcast that framed it differently than the actual experience. Staff unmasked & super touchy.

Yelp
Nourish+Bloom Market had it's grand opening on 1/21/22 as the first autonomous grocery store with robotic delivery in the US. What is autonomous grocery shopping you ask? To put it simply, it allows customers to walk in, grab what they need, and leave without having to wait in the typical grocery store line or stop to scan, bag, and pay. A genius way to shop in my opinion! As a customer of Nourish and Bloom you'll download the store's app to your phone, scan the app's QR code at the turnstile upon entering the store which creates a digital cart, shop for your items (a combo of cameras and weighted shelves track your shopping experience), and walk out. Super simple! Once you leave the store, your payment method is charged, and you'll receive a receipt on the app. They also have robotic delivery for those within a certain radius of the store. The robots are temperature controlled for convenience so no worries about ruined food upon delivery. The store will have a bistro featuring all day food and drinks with a Caribbean flair, which I can't wait to try on my next visit! Nourish and Bloom truly provides an innovative shopping experience, one that will be appreciated by myself and many others.

Yelp
Lovely store! This store requires you download an app before you start shopping, I was not aware when I first entered but very cool and futuristic! Loved it! They also have great products!

Clayton L.

Yelp
Excellent option here in the Fayetteville area, the store and attached restaurant are great. Good lunch location and the store side is open 24/7.

Yelp
Cool "small" futuristic AI quick mart-like bodega style "app only" shopping. Lots of cameras/sensors and everything is weighted to trigger what to add to the app. Before arriving you must install their app and add your method of payment. As someone else mentioned prices are slightly higher ($1 or so more) for the few items they offer. It's clean but small with lots of room to grow and improve. I like what they are doing. I went to support them on Juneteenth (not to celebrate) but my day off when I was patronizing black businesses. I met the owner. Staff was helpful in explaining how to properly scan the bar code at the kiosk (it was having trouble recognizing) my barcode in the app and I was doubtful when I walked out and didn't see my receipt emailed (they had me turn on both WIFI to connect to their SSID and to location services). I ordered a chicken sandwich with lettuce/pickle..which was tiny but very tasty (about $13-15 w/tax). Expect to pay more for a fuller dish. I inquired about the timeline for them expanding to other larger locations and they said they will one day. I like this husband-wife team's story on youtube (several videos exist covering them) and was intrigued to visit the first autonomous "black-owned" self-checkout grocery. It's a modest but innovative concept venture from a former nightclub owner. Apparently, the 2 small temperature-controlled robots (Nourish and Bloom, respectively) to do deliver take-out orders within 3-mile radius within the Trilith community (those working in the studios as well as Trilith residential homes). However, I did not see the robots (R2-D2 like) the day I visited and it was not busy at all. I meant to ask them about the special vegan food company "greenie tots" they started and had a campaign on Indiegogo website. I hope to see them on SharkTank - only if they wish to be a guest of the show.

Yelp
This store offers gas store products with Fresh Market prices. If you're looking for $7 Chips Ahoy cookies, then this is your place. Hopefully this store succeeds by offering unique products in the future. For now, you're better off going to QuikTrip.
