Nourish Botanica Launches a Sustainable Vegan Food Pop-Up Incubator in Joyland, South Atlanta - Eater Atlanta

"Nourish Botanica is preparing to become Atlanta’s first sustainable greenhouse restaurant. Launching in early March, the venue will serve coffee, tea, juices, and a mostly vegan menu of Caribbean and Southern dishes from local pop-ups and chefs. The cafe and plant shop will feature a large backyard with gardens and a greenhouse dining space. Until the kitchen and cafe are fully built out, pop-ups like Meraki Soul and the Powerplant will prepare food at off-site commercial kitchens to serve on weekends. The venue also offers plant shop services and hosts events." - Beth McKibben

Nourishing Bontica Plants and Flowers is truly an oasis in the heart of Atlanta. The vibes here is soulful! Upoun arrival you’ll be greeted by the owner Q, who is extremely knowledgeable on all things plants and flowers. I was so excited to leave with my newest plant! The plant shop is adjacent to a closed in patio where there’s beverages for sale to cool down while there. Not alone does the plant shop have options of various types of plant, but there are books and plant products that’s available for purchase. This place is a whole welllness vibe and if you’re reading this, I’d recommend you plan a trip to check it out for yourself!

This is my favorite plant shop in ATL. The shop is beautiful, colorful, unique and inviting. When ever I visit Nourish Botanica I leave with a smile on my face and my energy high. I have built up quite a plant collection from visiting the shop and the pop ups. My plants are healthy and thriving! Quianah has a kind, cool and bright personality. She overs great customer service and knowledge for your plant needs. The backyard events creates and hosts are a fun sociable vibe. It takes me back to the days when we met up, ate good food, listened to good music and connected in person with good people. This is the go to plant shop, not only for your dry arrangement and plant needs, but to connect with community and positive energy.

Please go to this nursery. I had an incredible experience. The founder, Quianah, greeted me today when I walked in (along with the sweet shop dog) and I immediately felt at home. She is a bright, beautiful spirit and you feel it immediately. On top of that, the shop is adorable (look at the pic of the housewives Christmas tree!) and the plant selection is great and very fairly priced. Quianah is also super knowledgeable and helped me make the right purchase choice. You won’t regret going. This is now my go to shop for indoor houseplants!

My friends, husband, and I visited Nourish Botanica on yesterday. It’s a black owned plant shop located in the South Atlanta area. This plant shop is super cute, bright and colorful. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable about her plants. She was warm/inviting, and willing to help. She assisted us with picking out a plant. We opted to go with the snake plant and are extremely excited about our new plant baby. Additionally, we purchased some plant food. The prices were reasonable, which was a major plus too. We look forward to purchasing more plants from Nourish Botanica in the future. If you’re a plant enthusiast or looking to become a plant parent, be sure to check out this place!

What a beautiful shop!! My wife and I recently received a new plant and Nourish Botanica took really good care of us. We had a lot of questions because this was our first plant. The owner (and store manager 😉🐶) were very welcoming and informative. We repotted the plant at her shop and bought the pot as well. We will definitely return. Thank you so much Nourish Botanica. We see you!

Yesterday was my very first experience attending the Plant Repotting 101 workshop. It was nourishing to the SOUL!!! First of all I had no idea this beautiful space was 10 mins from me and Quianah is phenomenal. So warm, kind, and very knowledgable. She made us feel at home :) I highly recommend coming here for all your plant needs and please sign up for any one of the fun, amazing and educational workshops that they host. If you're a plant lover like me, you'll deeply enjoy yourself. Also say hi to my new plant baby Neon :)

This Plant Shop/Cafe is an all around fun place to be. It has a very breezy and relaxing feel and the staff is warm and welcoming. There’s a wide selection of plants and plant related items. I came to pick out a replacement plant and the owner, Quianah, was very helpful with picking the right size I needed for the kind of light I have. They also do community centered events on weekends with popups from local vendors. If you’re in the market for something to green up your space, or just need a place to login and enjoy coffee, I highly recommend Nourish Botanica!

Aesthetically pleasing flower shop. The owner was very sweet. I loved the dried flowers because they last for a long time and they are great for office/home decor. I think it would be nice to have DIY station where people could make their own dry flower arrangement.

Yelp
Quianah is the best. I picked up my wedding bouquet and boutonnière on the 23rd, the day before my wedding, and they were genuinely so much more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I sent her a photo of the vibe and she executed it perfectly!!! She was super easy to communicate with and I could tell how much she wanted to bring my vision to life as best as possible. I would (and will) recommend to everyone :)

Yelp
Love this beautiful venue. I visited this store a few days ago, they were having a zen festival. The backyard was beautiful, but the actual flora shop was AMAZING ! I met the owner and she was so kind to me, she explained everything to me & helped me pick the perfect plants .

Yelp
This place is such an asset to our community. It's a lovely space dedicated to holistic wellness through bringing nature into our homes and building relationships through dialogue and collaboration. I love the owner's vision for serving the neighbors - our whole neighborhood - too! It's a joy to support a business that truly embodies giving back. Anyone lucky enough to be able to pop in for a visit will receive a warm welcome and be dazzled by how special this place truly is.

Yelp
OMG this place is a gem!!!!! The owner is so nice and helpful, such a beautiful soul. They have some great varieties in here. I never really considered dry flowers but these arrangements are works of art! The potted plants are clearly really well taken care of which is important when bringing new plants into the home. As well as lots of little tools to help take care of your plants. Cant wait to attend an event in their super cute outdoor space.

Yelp
I thoroughly enjoyed the Grand Opening of the 2nd location, Nourish Boutica. Everyone was so helpful and the owner, Quianah is always sweet and kind. I purchased another houseplant, the Alocasia Regal Shield and she even gave me another one, where the leaves were burnt to bring back to life. Our house plants that we previously purchased are already thriving and we're looking forward to purchasing many more. The prices are reasonable compared to other boutique plant shops in Atlanta! She also sell pots and candles from other local vendors. If you're in or around the Ponce City Market area, make sure to check her out! The plant shop is in front of Reformation!

Yelp
Quianah couldn't be a more perfect business owner! She's EXTREMELY knowledgeable about all the plants in the shop and won't make you feel silly when you have questions. Nourish Botanica is not only a place to purchase plants but a place of peace! I always feel lighter when I leave!

Yelp
This place gives off the best vibes! I'm on a mission to turn my place into a jungle, and this spot has been my green guru. They've got everything sorted, from beginner-friendly plants to the rare gems. The staff was awesome - they even shared the backstory of the place and spilled the beans on their future plans, which got me all excited! I'm definitely bringing my mom here; she's a plant enthusiast. They also host cool events right outside the shop, and I'm itching to join in on the fun. The prices for the plants are pretty fair, especially considering the quality and care they put into them. You can tell these folks love their leafy friends. Can't wait to make it a regular hangout!

Yelp
Great selection of flowers and plants and the owner was very helpful. They also do a ton of community events for all ages.

Yelp
I've experienced Nourish Botanica on both sides as a customer and as an event facilitator - making purchases in the space with the help of the owner, and working closely with her to rent out the space for wellness events and all I can say is there is NO place like Nourish! The owner's love for each and every living thing in the space is a testament to the embrace you feel when you walk through the door! She is so educated on the variety of plant offerings, and teaches you how to care for your plants to help them thrive once you take them home! The store is strategically organized in a way for you know what level of maintenance the plants require - from beginner, intermediate, to advanced plant parents. Plus she also assisted me with repotting for no additional cost after I purchased my new plant baby & pot! As an event host in the space, she was easy to work with and provided support during my set up and breakdown process - and the venue itself is unmatched and a reflection of the love that she's poured into creating this haven for creatives & plant lovers alike! Thank you for creating this amazing space!

Yelp
Nourish Botanica is such a special place. From the offerings, to the community it is a great place to gather and enjoy thoughtful creations. I have supported the brand for years now and I really love how actively involved the business is when it comes sustainability and access to wellness for all. Thank you for existing

Yelp
I've been coming to Nourish since it's grand opening a few years back and I've always had the MOST pleasant experiences. Q, the owner, is absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and special. There is an incredible selection of plans to choose from and at a great price! They arranged by easiest to most difficult to care for to make it easy for anyone with any skill level of plant care to start their plant parent journey and my plants have been of excellent quality from the moment I brought them home. Q even gave me a birthday gift and posted me to the business page when I got my new plant baby! So much love for this place!!!

Yelp
On need of a little plant therapy? Look no further than this black woman owned, community spot! Quianah keeps a good selection of plant favorites and seasonal rotations in stock, and that's just the fresh varieties! There's also a dried flower bar where you can pick out your perfect arrangement or create one yourself! I love how open and warm Quianah is t everyone, no matter your comfortability with plants--from first time plant owners to seasoned plant moms and dads, she has something for everyone and is very helpful when trying to pick out a new plant "friend." This spot hosts lots of community events with local vendors, and there's a great outdoor space for rent that's perfect for an outdoor event. I've gotten so many plants from here, and unlike any other place, I don't have to deal with bugs or unhealthy plants. I highly recommend this spot! The vibes are great, and the plants are lovely! Looking for a specific type of plant? Ask Quianah, and maybe she can order it for you! All positives, no negatives!!!

Yelp
I found this place on Instagram and the owner did not disappoint. I loved the shop and it smelled lovely! My friends and I needed to repot a plant and diagnose another. The owner was informative and friendly in explaining to my friend. To do with their monstera and fiddle leaf! I had to buy a plant to support, so I got a black raven (ZZ plant), and my other coworker got her first snake plant! Can't wait to come back for an event in the backyard. She seems to have several community building events for plant lovers and those that aspire to be. We'll be back Ki!

Yelp
Such a beautiful shop! A friend hosted her birthday here and I was absolutely stunned by the beauty and uniqueness of the flower pieces and the overall decor of both the indoor and outdoor spaces. The prices for fried bouquets were very reasonable and you can tell that the bouquets were made with love. At the end of the party the owner was super kind and helpful in locking up. Highly recommend!
