Nourish Cafe

I was in Conroe, TX two weeks ago and my coworkers and I chose Nourish Cafe for lunch because it was close by to our training facility. I ordered the turkey avocado sandwich (comes with a bag of chips). The sandwich is made with seeded harvest bread, parsley/lemon mayo, muenster cheese, sprouts, turkey, avocado, and pickled shallots. It was delicious! I could only eat half because I was full (maybe it's my age that caused me to feel full on half a sandwich...haha). Anyway, I finished the other half about an hour later. My supervisor had the same sandwich and he was besides himself (he's a big sandwich guy). He was so pleased with the sandwich, he went back inside to thank the employee who made it. My coworkers were all happy with their choices. The next day, we decided to try a different restaurant further away and we were not happy with that meal. So we went back to Nourish Cafe on our last day of training and again, they did not disappoint! Yummy! Oh and we had a surprise in the parking lot - a tortoise!! Hope he found his way home.

4/30: Came back to try some pastries: Brown butter chocolate chip cookie-3/5 (the butter has a subtle aftertaste I don’t care for) Crispy treat-3.8/5 (I was hoping for a softer bite and didn’t care for the candy on top) Cinnamon roll cookie-4.7/5 (great taste and texture overall) Glad I was finally able to try this establishment. I had a modified avocado toast! 🥑 🍳 🥓 I wish there were more gluten-free and dairy-free options. All of the bakery items on display looked so good but I was unable to try due to food intolerances!

Nourish Cafe is a delightful from-scratch café offering daily soups, satisfying breakfast and lunch plates, and a great selection of artisanal drinks and coffees. I’ve worked my way through nearly everything on the menu—and I’ve loved it all. The soup of the day is almost always a must-try, and the sandwiches are consistently fresh, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. **Salads** are crisp with dressings that complement the theme There's also rotating selection of dessert pastries, a sweet finish to your meal. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or a satisfying lunch Nourish will make you glad you stopped In.

The souls working were so delightful and the food was fresh and delicious. The house made tomatillo salsa was excellent on my omelette! I don’t usually eat refined sugar or bread but the Almond cake was so beautiful I went for it. And DID NOT REGRET IT. It was perfectly moist, moderate density and not overly sweet. I also got the gluten free chocolate chip cookie. I highly recommend!!!

Thank you so much dear friends at Nourish for making my sons first birthday cake! The BEST lemon blueberry cake I’ve ever eaten and my guests loved it too! The cake was delicious moist and beautiful! I added some flowers from my backyard to make it more whimsical for our Alice in wonderland party! Loved it so much! Will be getting his cakes here from now on!

The atmosphere here is very clean and calm. The customer service is quite wonderful. When you’re greeted with huge smiles and happy barista’s, and the food looks happy too… you end up leaving with such a big smile like I did! The viet cold brew is amazing and quite strong. I loved the strawberry-basil lemonade. The breakfast sandwich was really tasty and bigger than I expected. I’d definitely return to try more on the menu!

I LOVE this place! The exterior is a little unassuming as it’s inside a medical office building but the cafe is so good! The girls that work there are the sweetest and the turkey sandwich is the best thing in the entire world. I literally think about it every day until the next time I get it! There are tables and chairs inside the building and it’s a great lunch spot!

I LOVE and have been so blessed by Nourish Cafe. Their specials this week are by far to die for-DELICIOUS ✨ The ladies working this cafe are absolutely wonderful. ❤️ Harvest Bowl arugula blend, roasted butternut squash and leeks, quinoa, goat cheese, dried cranberries, maple walnuts, balsamic vinaigrette 5/5 Turkey Pimento pimento cheese, boar's head mesquite turkey, caramelized onions, rosemary dijon mayo, on sourdough. served hot. 5/5 (I did not take a picture) Thank you 🤗 - “And there ye shall eat before the LORD your God, and ye shall rejoice in all that ye put your hand unto, ye and your households, wherein the LORD thy God hath blessed thee.” Deuteronomy 12:7 🙌🏻

Nourish is a weekly lunch spot for me. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is wonderful! I highly recommend this become a regular stop for your lunch needs.

Great food , very healthy! However, ambiance was lacking since it is at a medical building .
