Fresh juice, no pretty packaging, good prices.

Rude! The customer service was terrible. The employee completely ignored me when I walked in. She was talking on the phone the entire time I was in the store. She never asked if I had any questions. I have visited the other locations (Newbury, Winchester & Medford) and always had a pleasant experience. She continued to remain speaking on the phone as she rang me up. I asked her to cut some on the Almond Butter and banana out of my smoothie and she told me no, that the smoothies are pre-made.

The smoothies are great. Like to see a place like this near the hospital. I don't remember her name or if I even saw a name tag. But she seem annoyed when I was ordering. It's not good feeling to feel pressured mind you no one is in the store but me. I stopped going after the 3rd time. Sorry, if you are going to run a business make sure you have welcoming staff it makes a huge difference. Maybe, I'll try again later and update this rating.

It was one of my worst experiences in Boston. The waitress was not friendly, they don't write the prices, the wifi mysteriously doesn't work, and my salad was not bad but it was expensive (10 dollars). I stayed only because I was really hungry.

Google
I ordered an açai bowl for 13 dollars. It was tiny and kinda warm. The service is also pretty terrible — the person serving me was rude.

Google
Excellent service. Delicious food.

Google
My favorite spot in the city to enjoy a green juice! I love the quality and the fact that they're using lots of local ingredients.

Yelp
1. Tasty juice. 2. Nice vegetable+fruit combinations 3. Juices are pre-bottled ONLY- so if you're used to going to a juice bar and someone manually feeds the veggies+fruit in a chute and into a cup, this isn't it 4. Friendly service 5. Expensive at $11 a bottle

Yelp
9/5/19 Came her today. Lady didn't acknowledge us when we walked in the door. Although, she was only waiting on 1 man. You can still speak with helping another customer. Prices for smoothies 12oz $7.50 16 oz $ 10 or $11 The fruit is all prepackaged for the smoothie you order and pulled out the freezer. So not sure how long things are frozen and kept. I ordered a 12 0z and I promise the lady put it in a 8 oz cup. $20++ for 2 smoothies. A little pricey. Will never go back!!

Yelp
They have a nice selection of ready made salads, wraps and juices. FYI - they are not made at that particular location and are brought in every couple of days. Still, I had a shot of pineapple, ginger, black pepper and turmeric juice. Delicious. Reviews of the quinoa salad were solid. It's a small place but good to go for a smoothie or something quick.

Jackie C.

Yelp
Delicious smoothies but extremely expensive/overpriced. The shame I feel from wasting money is just barely outweighed by how good the smoothie tastes, which is why I keep coming back.

Yelp
I ordered a smoothie and a juice though Yelp/Grubhub and was very pleased to have that option; it was necessary after a night out. I ordered the green glow smoothie and a green lean juice. I preferred the juice over the smoothie because I don't really like the taste of banana in my smoothies. I did drink the whole smoothie but should've drank the juice first because I ended up not finishing it. Both were refreshing but the green juice had more of the earthy taste that I was looking for. It was difficult finding a smoothie that had exactly what I wanted in it without being there to order it in person, but once again I'm grateful for the delivery!

Yelp
Ugly place, empty and sad, also way expensive but at least the cold pressed were tasty.

Ali M.

Yelp
Love this little spot! Their menu is expansive and all the staff is super knowledgeable. They have a ton of different powders you can try in your smoothies to spice them up. I like that they have options outside of just juices/smoothies. Price is high but fairly consistent with similar places in Boston. Would highly recommend!

Shuang Z.

Yelp
This place is really overpriced. over $10 for a bottle of celery juice. and the staff is not friendly and helpful at all. Def not a place to visit if you want to nourish your soul...

Fini I.

Yelp
Worst açaí bowl in the entire Boston area. The only toppings that come with an $11 bowl is some stale granola, way too much coconut, and honey. The açaí itself is blended with some other random ingredients and it does not taste fresh at all. This place needs a menu overhaul. Extremely overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend at all.

Noelia C.

Yelp
I loved this smoothie place. I ordered the Berry Smoothie and it was full with fruits and protein because of the cashew milk. The menu was extensive and the staff was very helpful.

Celmira E.

Yelp
Wow, Nourish Your Soul was simply mind-blowing. From the staff to the atmosphere to the prices, no complaints about Nourish Your Soul. I enjoyed everything I have ordered there. Staff is extremely pleasant and definitely will help you with everything. Definitely recommending this place to my friends!

Yelp
Up and coming! They have been open a few weeks and are a welcome addition to the area. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable as well. I had one juice and one smoothie, both of which were delicious. The prices are fairly competitive compared to nearby Pressed and Cocobeet, and they have a pretty extensive menu too. Keep up the good work!

Meghan M.

Yelp
Nice space with friendly staff and, it appears, fulfilled a need in this neighborhood. Unfortunately, I was not wow'ed. They do not make any green juices without fruit so I had to go for a celery juice. Not cheap ($8 vs $7 at Juice Press) but not bad..."a-okay", three stars.

Korinne N.

Yelp
I love this place! There almond butter smoothie, tuna, and cold pressed celery juice are my go too! The lululemon location is a beautiful space and great for getting some work done at their window seats overviewing newbury!

Mia D.

Yelp
It's a bit of a plastic haven. Everything they sell comes in plastic and with plastic byproducts. Ingredients to their smoothies are stored in plastic bags. Not very 2019 and I won't coming back until they have shown some responsibility. It's a shame because their menu is fine and I live nearby. Just can't justify the amount of waste that would go into purchasing something here.

Jenna C.

Yelp
Smoothie bowls are tiny and don't have fresh fruit on top. Way overpriced, just go to the juicery on Salem st instead

David M.

Yelp
Great vibe and selections plus they fill your plate and I'm a meatatarian. ...plus draft kumbucha

Darren T.

Yelp
I wandered in off the street to grab a quick lunch the young lady in green did not really recognize my existence for a while, after she did, it felt like she was doing me a favor by helping me, they have small containers of oatmeal that are dry and need just a bit of hot water to make, I asked if she would please put some hot water in it for me. Her comment was " these are usually to go" I said ok I'll leave with it but can you put some hot water in it for me, she did as if it was a huge hassle. The food may be good, o don't know yet but the service was terrible.

Bex X.

Yelp
Convenient location, and a cool vibe but their products fall short. Their juices are considerably pricier than competitors in the area. Depending on the juice you get it'll range from about $7-11. I don't feel like the quality justifies the price - the juices are prepackaged and don't taste that fresh.

Stephanie J.

Yelp
The smoothies are good, but everything is overpriced. Drinks are $11 for 16 ounces, which is ~1.5x the cost of similar products in the area.

Anna P.

Yelp
Clean and friendly staff. However, everything is frozen and prepackaged. The smoothie bowls do not come with fruit on top either. To be honest, there wasn't a single piece of fresh fruit visible. Not worth the price but located in a convenient spot.

Elizabeth B.

Yelp
Smoothies/juices are good and convenient location to my apartment. Would not recommend the açaí bowl. No fruit on top! If I would of know I would of just gotten a smoothie.

Melanie D.

Yelp
I love going here, highly recommend the green glow and their tuna! Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful with recommendations!

Amanda F.

Yelp
I wanted to love this place more than I did. I have a banana allergy and all but one of their smoothies had bananas in it. At other juice places this isn't a problem, since you can just ask they make the smoothie without banana or swap the banana for another ingredient. While the owner offered me that option, the smoothie ingredients are already pre-portioned and frozen in little bags which means the banana is already touching everything that will go into the smoothie. I ended up getting the Tropical smoothie (the only option with no banana) which wouldn't have been my first choice and I didn't care for it. The price is comparable to other juice places around but is too expensive for a smoothie you don't enjoy. If they change their methods and are able to offer a customizable smoothie, I would be willing to give them another try.

Yelp
I ordered from Nourish Your Soul this morning and was very impressed. I had originally ordered a Morning Glory muffin, but they didn't have any, so they replaced with Banana Coconut. Usually I wouldn't go for such a flavor, or texture, but this was so good! As long as you don't mind a slightly squishy and very moist muffin, the flavor is all there. As for my drink, I ordered a Cashew Vanilla Latte. I don't like strong coffee, but this latte's coffee strength is perfect, and balanced well with subtle vanilla flavor. Highly recommend!

Casey M.

Yelp
The açaí superfood with almond butter smoothie bowl is soo amazing and refreshing ! Would definitely recommend going checking it out .

Abigail W.

Yelp
amazing smoothies, bowls and next level avocado toast!!!!! the staff helps with suggestions and recommendations and are super friendly too.

Shan B.

Yelp
Great addition to the area! Yummy smoothie bowls and smoothies. I'd love to see more fresh fruit options though! (For bowl toppings)

Naomi Z.

Yelp
The almond milk is disgusting, it's thick and chunky. It is not almond milk at all, it's like an almond smoothie. The smoothies are made with the "almond milk" and therefore have a gross consistency and taste strongly like their unappetizing "almond milk". The smoothies are very overpriced and I've yet to have one that was good. Additionally, the person working there was rude. I was standing at the register and she came out from the back and just stood at the computer without acknowledging me for a couple minutes - I was the only one in the store. I asked if they had orange juice and she just said "no. We have whatever is out there." (1) that is a very curt response (2) I feel like they are always out of a ton of juices. The don't press them freshly because if they did, they would be able to make them to order. I'm super disappointed with this place and their customer service. I really wish a good smoothie place would open in Beacon Hill.

Yelp
So I walked in post soul cycle class around 5:30pm on a Friday, ordered a smoothie. While i was browsing the drinks the lady yells to me, "hey sorry, those are for tomorrow I can't sell you them now!" What I have in my hand is one drink, and the only drink of that kind out of the bare fridge of 6 drinks. So she dint want to sell me a drink that she had one of but she was planning to sell just that ONE drink tomorrow to someone, and then have none left? IDK it was just strange and very rude to me. So then I said, all of these other drinks are for tomorrow? Tp which she said, yes sorry. So why put them out at all even in the shelves and in the fridges if I can't purchase them? Then I asked to add Collagen to my smoothie instead of dates, and she says sure, then tells me she put extra collagen in. My smoothie was 15 dollars, because she added extra to it without asking me, but okay. Then I get to the train station, and my smoothie has dates in, which I am allergic to. So that's great. Do us a favor and get rid of this establishment and put in a Juice Press like all the other Soul Cycles. This place is an embarrassment to Beacon Hill.

Yelp
The first time I went here I was THRILLED, it was the best acai bowl I've ever had, all the ingredients seemed fresh, and the menu was full of great choices. The last few times I've been back were odd experiences - twice they were all out of major ingredients (like almond butter for an "Acai bowl with almond butter" and collagen for a smoothie that includes collagen and is probably why it's so high priced). They also limited the number of toppings on the bowl to 2? which seems skimpy (the first time I went it came with 4 which was reasonable and great). As another reviewer mentioned, it would be great if everything wasn't already frozen solid together - the first time the employee kindly removed the bananas no problem, the next two times they told me it was frozen together and impossible to remove. Potentially awesome healthy and convenient option in the neighborhood, hope it gets better!
