I’ve been wanting to visit Nourish’d for ages — always driving past, telling my fiancé how much I wanted to try it because it looks so cute from the outside with all the plants. Sadly, the reality inside could not be more different.
We walked in around 8:15am and were completely ignored. The guy behind the counter didn’t greet us once — in fact, he made a clear effort not to. None of the staff bothered to acknowledge us either. We sat down, still nothing. My fiancé eventually had to go stand at the counter, where all the staff were gathered chatting, and even then no one stepped up until he directly asked if anyone was actually going to help us.
The service was not just disappointing, it was downright rude. No warmth, no welcome, no basic courtesy. For a place I was so excited to finally visit, this was a total letdown and honestly an embarrassing way to treat customers. First impressions matter — and this was a disaster.
If I could give zero stars, I would. One star only because Google won’t let me go lower.
Also they don’t have toilets despite the big yard where they could easily put out a porter toilet up. Instead they sent me to Bacini’s next door which opens at 9am. Note that was at 8:30 surely the staff are well aware it’s still closed but they sent me there.
Also no sweetener which is fairly odd for a health conscious store.
