The café/ juice bar sources organic and local produce to serve incredibly nourishing goodies to city slickers. Open from 7am – 5pm weekdays and from 9am – 1am on Saturdays. Always beautifully served and delicious, their variety of offerings are sure to nourish your body and soul one sip at a time." - Yellow Door Collective

The 22 Best Restaurants In Cape Town 2024

"If Lisa Frank grew up to become a vegan yoga instructor who lives in a treehouse, that treehouse would be Nourish’d. There’s a lot of glitter, plants, and a sign that reads “unwind, get naked, relax” (please don’t). They serve delicious, inexpensive smoothies and bowls that have been put together with more care than most people put into getting ready in the morning. Don’t expect a leisurely breakfast, though. Nourish’d draws a crowd, so plan on sharing a table or taking your food with you." - bri cave

21 Best Restaurants in Cape Town

"The vegan movement is gaining ground in the Cape Town, and Nourish’d is one of the most authentic, hip spots in which to revel in eating and living consciously. This quirky little café is boho heaven—like a rustic beach bar on a tropical island, complete with granadilla creepers—and makes for a small oasis on a busy street. Pop in for elaborate salads, CBD smoothie bowls, gourmet sandwiches on gluten-free sourdough or rye bread, gut-healing vegan broths, and cleansing juices." - Jane Broughton

Beautiful cafe in the neighborhood. Açaí bowls and sandwiches are fresh and made from organic ingredients. The staff were super warm and friendly as well. I would love to come back!

Unfortunately my mango smoothie bowl was very watery and had basically no taste. I only ended up eating the toppings and leaving the smoothie by itself. However, the staff are very nice and the place itself is very cute

I’ve been wanting to visit Nourish’d for ages — always driving past, telling my fiancé how much I wanted to try it because it looks so cute from the outside with all the plants. Sadly, the reality inside could not be more different. We walked in around 8:15am and were completely ignored. The guy behind the counter didn’t greet us once — in fact, he made a clear effort not to. None of the staff bothered to acknowledge us either. We sat down, still nothing. My fiancé eventually had to go stand at the counter, where all the staff were gathered chatting, and even then no one stepped up until he directly asked if anyone was actually going to help us. The service was not just disappointing, it was downright rude. No warmth, no welcome, no basic courtesy. For a place I was so excited to finally visit, this was a total letdown and honestly an embarrassing way to treat customers. First impressions matter — and this was a disaster. If I could give zero stars, I would. One star only because Google won’t let me go lower. Also they don’t have toilets despite the big yard where they could easily put out a porter toilet up. Instead they sent me to Bacini’s next door which opens at 9am. Note that was at 8:30 surely the staff are well aware it’s still closed but they sent me there. Also no sweetener which is fairly odd for a health conscious store.

Ordered a smoothie bowl and coffee, the coffee arrived and it was almost empty. There was no plastic seal on the cup like when you order from coffee houses like Vida, it had one small paper sticker seal on the drinking spout so most of it spilled out during the trip. Called to complain but they said they can't help me since it was a Uber eats order and it was the drivers fault rather then their not packaging correctly. If coffees will be sent with uber motorbikes they should be packaged correctly. Won't order take-ways from here again.

Atmosphere bad. Venue super uncomfortable. Food disappointing. Bowls looking better than they taste. Only contain like three slices of fruit. Macha tastes horrible. Coffee takes ages, even comes after the bowl.

Angie and the rest of the team are amazing. Great customer service and wonderfully healthy food choices. Prices are not too bad and the portions are great.

This place stole our hearts. They were very busy but they kept the vibe. Kept the smiles and just exceeded all our expectations. Staff was so friendly, we had outstanding coffee and a smoothie bowl we will dream about all the way home. We will 10000% be back when we are in CT again.

Nourished has great food and an amazing location, but the service consistently falls far short. In my experience, staff are often impolite, plates stay uncleared, and meals arrive at totally different times with no apology or acknowledgement. It’s especially disappointing because the owner’s family runs Bacini’s next door, where the service is reliably excellent. The attitude and organisation at Nourished feel disconnected from that standard, and it holds the entire place back. I genuinely hope the owner takes this to heart, because with a real shift in commitment and customer care, this restaurant could be exceptional. To the owner, you should be more grateful for your opportunity and take more interest in your customer service.
