I was having a rough week, my BFF, and I decided to go out for a bite to eat. When I tell you the food (crab cakes, corn, mac n cheese, pineapple rice bowl, sweet potato waffles, 20 out of 10 (chefs kiss). The drinks were on point as well. But the icing on the cake was our server "D." D was very attentive, kind, with an inviting spirit. If D is working, I want to be seated in his section. He took great care of us!!!!!!! We're locked in. THANK YOU, D!!!!!!!!

Nouveau in Jonesboro is goooooodddddddd! The vibes and food were a solid 100! The restaurant has plenty of space, and there’s free parking, which is always a plus. We went on a Friday night and caught karaoke night— so fun! The DJ was definitely on point and kept the energy high all night. Our group of eight had a reservation, which I highly recommend if you’re going with a larger party. The drinks were strong and well-made, and the hookah was smooth. I was honestly surprised at how well the hookah held up, especially with the breeze flowing through the restaurant. Great atmosphere, great time—I’ll definitely be back! Be safe and enjoy!

As a Louisiana native, I'm stuck on my foods and I feel other southern states try to copy us or can't satisfy my taste. But this restaurant didn't disappoint. Our waitress, Gabby, was very attentive, informative and fun. She talks fast, but knows the best dishes to order. The price wasn't that and either and the portion sizes are just right. Can't wait to go back. P.S. reservations are not required, but recommended on weekends.

What an incredible vibe to experience for brunch on a beautiful, sunny, Saturday afternoon. The food was absolutely everything I expected it to be, and “D”our server was a 10/10 highly recommend! By the way, I tried the pineapple drink and I only needed one! The fruit was extremely fresh, and the drink was well put together. We will definitely be back soon 🤍

We came in on 8/22/25 and was greeted with a smile but when we got to our table Gabby, our server, was amazing. She explained the menu and how to pull it up. She gave us the top sales and she was right the food and drinks were amazing. Throughout our stay Gabby was very attentive and made sure we were very well taken care of. Thank you Gabby for making our first experience so AMAZING. We will be back.

Our server Krystal was very nice and friendly. My friend eggs wasn't good at all! They use cart eggs and hold them. Other than that everything else was amazing!

This place is one of my favorite places to eat at. It’s always clean & the interior design is really nice. The atmosphere soon as you walk in is lively. There’s music playing, everybody’s singing along to the songs dancing in their seat conversing & laughing amongst one another. The employees are very welcoming, they explain the menu & recommend customer favorites if it’s your first time also they constantly check on you while you’re eating. Reservations aren’t required but are highly recommended because this place is popular & it gets crowded real quick. The ultimate seafood grits are my favorite meal on the menu. The alcoholic drinks are good also I don’t have a specific one I usually switch it up & try different ones when I go. As far as dessert the Hennessy pound cake or peach cobbler cheesecake are good choices. They’re tv’s to watch while you enjoy your meal or if you sit at the bar. On the weekends during brunch there is a live DJ there playing music. Outdoor seating is available & the parking lot is located behind the building. Dress code is causal.

Kristal was an amazing, and attentive server. She kept our glasses full of strawberry mimosas!! She was personalable, and professional. We flew down from Boston to see our bestie in Atlanta, and made reservations at this highly recommended restaurant. The food portions were HUGE!! The food was outstanding, FIVE STARS!!!

This is definitely a spot to check out, Not to many places you can go to and meet the owner. Music,Food,People and energy is definitely there.

OMGG!! Y'all, run to this restaurant! I made reservations for an early bday celebration, brunch--style w/my girls for, Saturday, 11-22. It was 7 of us! Reservations were at 1:45, however, due to unfortunate circumstances, we were LATE...no fault of mine though, and they were still able to accommodate us!! So thankful for that! The whole restaurant is GORGEOUS!! Very nice decor and spacious! They even have an outside area w/ a stage!! A very pleasant surprise! I will mention though, we did wait a long time for our food to come out, but it was WORTH the wait!! Everyone's food came out hot n fresh! I'm not gonna go through what we all had, but a few of us did get the same thing which was the chicken n waffles!! I'm not too big of a fan of waffles, but it was tasty! Now the chicken.... that stole the show for me!! It was soo good, n seasoned to perfection...chef's kiss! Oh, I can't forget our waitress, ISYS!! She was AWESOME!! Very patient and accommodating!! Needless to say, everyone enjoyed themselves, and for the most part the majority of their food! I will mos. def. go back in the evening/night to experience the night life!

We went at about 4 pm on a Saturday. Their kitchen closes at 4:15, so we ordered a bunch of appetizers and they did not disappoint. We ordered Deviled Eggs (Delicious! They had some kind of sweet sauce on them that was tasty.), Buffalo Shrimp (They were huge and delicious.), Crab Cakes (Amazing and super thick!), and Lamb Chops (Great flavor, just a tad over cooked), and Fried chicken wings and Parmesan Waffle Fries. All in all the food was delicious, the frozen drinks refreshing, and the mixed drinks tasty! Our server was friendly and professional. Since we went kind of late, it wasn't as turnt up but the music was still good! Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures! The fellowship was great!

We can on a weekday without reservations and just sat at the bar. The waitress was nice and attentive. Didn't take too long for our food to come out. It's was served hot which is always a good thing. The fries were delicious and the chicken coating was well seasoned. I had a virgin passion fruit Lemonade and it lacked nothing! Very flavorful juice. My only concern and issue with this establishment is the cleainess of it. The bathroom was nasty/smelly and area's by the ice machine at the bar that had black build-up. I'm observant and couldn't unsee it since I was sitting at the bar. I wanted to get a hot rag and Bleach that metal pieces down cause it's disgusting to look at while trying to enjoy food.... especially if you are clean freak like myself. I have no desire to return even though the fries and drink was on point.

Had reservations but still a 30 minute wait. Took forever to get our drinks and food. All day brunch menu. Had plastic ware but gave a metal spoon for the grits. My Sister's birthday day party so it is what it is... 18% gratuity auto added for parties of 5 or of your check is $50 or more.

This is a beautiful establishment located in Jonesboro. The location is nice and I felt safe parking across the street. There is ample , free and uncomplicated parking. We attended on Karaoke night with an extremely large party. The service was commendable considering a large party. I don't know how our server did it but she deserved every bit of her gratuity. I had the Nouveau Honey Wings, substituting the fries for red beans and rice. The wings - delicious. This is a high-quality wing, no black stringy veins inside. Just meaty, cooked perfectly, sticky and tasty. You'll be licking your hands and wanting more. Now the red beans and rice (insert trash emoji)- maybe that's harsh but based on the $3 up charge and the tantalizing description of the dish: "Slow cooked red beans bursting with flavor mixed with white rice and smoked turkey" - I had very high hopes only to be extremely let down. I'll still give them 5 stars because everything else was excellent and maybe there was an off night on the rice, or they used something pre made. Go check them out for yourself!

My favorite brunch spot is a hidden gem that I eagerly travel over an hour to visit for its mouthwatering dishes. Each visit feels like a mini adventure as I anticipate the delightful flavors that await me. The ambiance is warm and inviting, with cozy seating and charming decor that sets the perfect backdrop for a leisurely meal.

We arrived at this location by mistake. Our reservation was for the Main St location but they accommodated us. Vee was our waitress. She was very friendly & helpful. Be sure to ask for her when you go. The vibe was chill. The was a private event happening while we were there

I went to Nouveau to celebrate a birthday with my besties. My bestie was celebrating her birthday. We were seated fast. The food and cocktails were delicious and Brytni took great care of us. They have yummy grits and the catfish was on point. The DJ had a great music selection and positive energy & a time was had. I love this location.

I came here around 1:30 pm for a birthday lunch for myself. The establishment was very spacious and lively . I love how I was greeted at the front by the host and I was excited that they had outside seating options that's one of the reasons why I came . My server was MiMi and she did a great job with taking her time elaborating my options for the foods I was leaning towards . The drinks as well as the food was fresh and delicious . I will definitely recommend the restaurant and thank you so much for your service.

I was probably one of the first people to review this restaurant when it opened... We came during "peak hours" and the restaurant was empty. Nonetheless, it was a bad experience... In 3 years, this place has really fallen off.... Slow service, Obnoxious servers. Bad drinks. Yall need to fix it...ASAP. It's Downtown Jonesboro, the restaurant should be so much more! The only plus was that there was seating at the bar on a Saturday night...

Service was OK. This restaurant is a bit expensive since they add in the tip. OK. I don't go often, but it was just OK.

Decent food ambience is very chill and inviting. Service was great for the crowd that was there. Waitress was attentive and friendly when we had problems with the food.

The food (5.7/10) wasn't terrible it was definitely over salted so much so, that it overshadowed the good flavor/regular seasoning of the fish and grits The breading was pretty great and the consistency was really good fluffy and well cooked with a crispy finish and nice crunch to it at the end, they have a lot of fried items so them being cooked good was expected! I found that it is a consistent seasoning recipe put on the fish but as stated it's well over shadowed by salt killed my vibe lowkey. The grits were just as salty though, the sauce on my grits went crazy with the catfish that saved them overall like 6/10 for the food. Definitely not bad overall for the food. Service (2.6/10) was AWFUL, granted they had quite a few people there, so i expected delays BUT my party was neglected on SEVERAL occasions, most times it was at least 20-30 minute gaps before we got a glimpse of our server again and when we did she wasn't coming to our table but to help other people. We attempted to get another hookah because the first one was already barely lit/smokable, we never got another A lot of drinks never even got refilled and im sure we were there for almost 3 hrs. One entire hour we literally spent waiting on the check! 1/10 service needs work for sure and the servers should display way better attitudes ! Ambiance (4.5/10) because we were outside in the patio area it was pretty cold, the heaters were helping a little, it's very chill & when the dj arrived it added a bit of life to the party. Song selection was fairly decent for the crowd, the host was engaging with a lot of guests and dancing, being open, and having fun with friends and strangers was definitely encouraged!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Made reservations for 7pm for my mother's birthday (7 ppl). Got to the restaurant and they wanted to put us outside when the inside was empty (literally less than 15 people in the entire restaurant). The Hostess told us parties of 5+ could not sit inside. After counting the ONLY table inside had 7 ppl, the hostess agreed to sit us inside. The waiter was nice. The drinks were either weak or too strong. My mom asked for a little more pineapple juice in her strong drink, and she was charged. Heads up, they have Happy Hour but they act very stingy about it. We ordered our food at 7:25pm, we received 3 out of 6 meals at 8:45pm! We asked SEVERAL times to cancel our order, and they kept telling us the food would be ready in 7-10 minutes. An hour later, after noticing a table of 5 (that came came in at least 30 minutes after us) was started to receive their food, I politely walked up to my waiter and told him I was canceling my food and wanted to pay for everything I had so far. Not only was he not willing to cancel my order, the cook hadn't even started on our food, and he involved another server. The other server then proceeds to put food in my face (with an attitude) insisting that my food was ready. The food she was trying to give us wasn't even ours and it was unsanitary to put other people food in my face while we were talking. Needless to say, we will NOT be back! We also noticed they didn't have soap in any of the restrooms, and all of the servers had on gloves. I can only assume they're not washing their hands... HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!

Food was excellent! Sweet potato waffle with 3 fried whole wings. So yummy! I will return soon.

Service is a little slow but love it here! Food is always a 10! Love the chicken and waffles entree.

I have mixed emotions about this place. I went at about 4:30 on a Wednesday about three weeks ago. When walked in we were greeted ok, but the waitress had an attitude, when she walked to the table she say "first of all you're looking at the wrong menu " we just opened it up in our phones we didn't know what we were looking at yet. It was downhill from there. The food was good, but I felt she ruined my first experience. The atmosphere was ok.

Love love love the sliders. So happy they have vegan/vegetarian options that are nut free. Service could've been better, I ordered a burrito last time and it was nothing like how it's described on the menu. Different ingredients and all... However it was still tasty and I can't wait to go again!

I went for Sunday brunch. Good food, good drinks and good service. I had the honey butter chicken biscuit and spinach dip. The chef walked around speaking to patrons, which I thought was a nice touch. Separate checks were provided due to our large party, which I also appreciated. There was a DJ and he was fun. It did get pretty loud so if you're looking for a quiet brunch, this isn't it lol. free parking in the rear :-)

Service was horrible because the waiter was working alone or so we thought until it was time to sing Happy Birthday then an entire staff appeared out of nowhere. Drinks were okay. Biscuit with honey tasted like it was cooked in dirty cooking oil, they served the dip with stale chips, and we waited for simple items like water. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

We hopped on over to Nouveau for a spontaneous Valentine's Day lunch. Our goal was to be the first through the door when they opened at noon. We pretty much succeeded; there were two other parties of two who entered at the same time as us so we were seated fairly quickly. They were operating on a reservation system for the holiday, so all walk-ins had to be seated on the patio. Luckily the 2024 groundhogs predicted an early spring and it was good weather for being on a covered patio. The server brought out a special menu they were promoting for the holiday--dinner for two for $120 (unless you chose a premium entree and the price rises--see photo). We opted to use the QR code to check out the regular menu and both ordered an entree off the lunch menu. Here are the best things about the experience: (1) it's a black woman owned business so you get to support a woman owned and minority owned business at once. (2) the staff are friendly and welcoming and helpful (3) the servers are attentive. (4) the ambiance and design of the space is nice. There's a nice outdoor area and stage viewable from the patio where we learned there is live music in the warmer months. The food was okay. I wouldn't return just to eat any of what we had again but it was okay. It needed some seasoning so we requested salt for the table (both for the chicken wings and catfish filets). Here's what we thought of each dish: Chicken and waffles. Chicken needed seasoning and three wings was not enough. This meal wasn't filling enough and could benefit from a side. The waffle was okay. Catfish and grits. The star is the catfish; it was fried to perfection but it needed more seasoning. In terms of serving size, the fish is plentiful and a perfect amount. The grits did nothing for me. They had way too much going on and threatened to drown out the catfish flavor I love and wanted. I left most of my grits in the bowl and just ate my fish. I'd come back here for an event but wouldn't be looking to be wowed by the culinary experience. Finally, we noticed in the fine print that there is an 18% gratuity added for any bill higher than $50, not just for large parties. Just something to keep in mind. We were able to eat for a reasonable price and our bill didn't get that high.

These are the best grits I've ever had! The catfish was fried to perfection, and I love their bottomless mimosas option. The service was excellent--friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was trendy, with great music to match. Highly recommend!

Ari Lennox is here tonight. I got here approximately 650 and they weren't prepared to sit us. Our waitress was cool at first ...at the 10 pm hour she was a little ghost It's 1045 Ari isn't here and our waitress still hasn't came back She sang two songs and left... I'm good on this. Y'all can't get no more of my coins cause what the fuck... Scamming at its fineness I'm a let y'all have this , but not after... Atlanta nightlife is a scam... Good night

I came to Atlanta to see friend and fellow Yelper, Yo G down in McDonough. She suggested we go here. It was an interesting drive to get here but once you see the area, it's really a cool place! The hostess was so sweet and gave us the option of inside our out. It was a nice evening so we took the patio. I started with the Holy Water, and can I say "Amen"! Sooooo good! I ordered the stuffed chicken breast, and though it did take a while, it was really good! I can see how the prep would take some time. Loved the rice and vegetables that came with! I also ordered a side of the mac n cheese, and their version was very tasty. Yo had the perfectly grilled baby lamb chops, which she gave me a taste....soooooo good! Our server was so sweet and came and checked in on us and apologized about the timing on the chicken. We really enjoyed our evening.

So, I had a bit of a mixed bag at Novo. First off, the service could've been a bit more friendly and attentive, especially at the door. I ended up sitting at the bar, and the young lady there was quite pleasant. But the food wasn't exactly my cup of tea - the fries were cold, and it took a while to get them. I didn't send them back, though, because it took a while to get them. Now, I don't want to be too hard on Novo, but this is my second time having a not-so-great experience at this location. I guess I'll have to stick to College Park if I want to go to Novo from now on. I really love their seafood and grits, but I'm hoping they can improve their service and food quality in the future.

It's a whole Vibe up in there! The food was amazing!!!! The service was great! They did not disappoint, but its easy to run up a tab at this spot....... So prepare!

First time visiting. The ambiance was nice. We enjoyed ourselves. I was extremely disappointed with description of the Ultimate Cajun Seafood and Grits vs what was actually received. If there was crabmeat in there it was transparent. We asked the server about it. We were told it was mixed in with the salmon. Why would it be mixed in with the salmon? To the point where you can't see it. Honestly, we only tasted the salmon and the shrimp of course because it was on top. Maybe there was a tsp of crab finely minced in with the salmon. The grits were extremely good. I'll definitely give them 5 stars for the grits But again, I am extremely disappointed in the $28 Ultimate Cajun Seafood and grits aka Cajun Salmon and shrimp grits.

I was visiting with family from out of town for a graduation. The ambiance was nice, and the service by sever Shan was immaculate. To start we had the spinach dip which was cheesy and delicious. For food I had the lamb chops with sautéed spinach and garlic mashed potatoes. The lamb was delicious! Definitely recommend if you like lamb. Other meals ordered were the seafood dish in the glass and instead of grits a side of the garlic mashed potatoes and the other dish was the chicken and shrimp pasta minus the shrimp due to a shellfish allergy. Everyone enjoyed their meals.The price was a bit expensive but expected. I ordered a Mai Tai which was too sweet for my liking and my mom had the strawberry daiquiri which was good so we ended exchanging drinks. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a nice dinner. I recommend making a reservation because they can get pretty busy.

Food is good, but they try to get you to double tip. Brought me a receipt with the gratuity already added in then when you go to swipe your card it asks again how much do you wanna tip. Me thinking I didn't already tip, said yes and then my total was crazy. Fix that asap. It felt like they knew exactly what they were doing too!

Had a great dinner tonight at Nouveau. Our server, Sonny, was awesome. Food and drinks were great. I'd call it funky soul. Not sure if that's what they are going for, but it was great.

Tried this place for the first time. Upon entering we asked if we could be seated in the outdoor patio and was told that we had to have a reservation. There were only 4 people on the patio and the Resturant only had a few people in it. Once seated we ordered drinks. The server dropped off 2 drinks at the table then brought out the others one at a time and place them in front of the wrong person each time and walked off. She then took our order and rushed us through ordering. I ordered the whole red snapper. The menu stated that it came with yellow rice and plantains.(which I was told that they don't sell those sides any more). I ordered 2 other sides. Received our food about an hour later and the Snapper was over seasoned and tasted as if it was cooked in old oil. The sautéd spinach was very oily and red beans and rice was salty and very spicy. One friend ordered honey wings and she stated that they were very spicy. Another friend ordered buffalo wings and she was brought bbq wings. Another friend ordered seafood grits. The grits were cold, thick and stiff with no flavor. The seafood was over cooked and minced up like baby food. When I asked the server for a different side she told me the kitchen was closed.(@10:12p) She then asked what else would I like. I asked for the mashed potatoes. She brought them out. They were cold, brown and tasked like paste. I asked for something else and she was very rude stating that if she got me anything else I would have to pay for another side. I do not recommend going to this place expecting to have a good time with friends on your birthday!!! Staff is very unprofessional and food is horrible. Not worth the money that their asking for. The drinks were just ok. If I could give 0 stars that is what it would be.

I visited with some friends from out of town. We were seated quickly and the service was great. I had the fried shrimp po'boy and fries. Everything was fresh, well seasoned and served fast.

The food was beyond goodt! The drinks were great! We went on a Sunday Saturday for brunch and it was a whole vibe. We did have a reservation. The parking was generous as there was street parking as well as free parking in the parking lot behind the restaraunt. The staff was very friendly and explained everything on the menu as we had questions. I would definitely go back! See my pics & descriptions of what we ordered.

Nouveau Bar & Grill is probably the coolest venue that I dined at during my trip to Georgia. The place had a swank, upscale feel. The brunch menu was packed with delicious options, but the choice was easy for me once I saw the FRIED LOBSTER & BACON HASH! Every single bite made my mouth water. The lobster was fried perfectly and the bacon hash complimented it so well. The friendly waiter informed me they host events such as live performances from nationally-renown, local originated acts! Sadly, I missed out on that. Next time I'm back in town I will have to schedule a visit around a live performance!

The atmosphere was nice. Customer service was top-notch. I would definitely visit again and I do recommend.

Brytin is the best hands up n down this was my first time here my daughter brought me for mother's day the food was delish the atmosphere was amazing I will be back for happy hour n all that they have to offer when my family from Maryland visit this will b my go to for sure..... keep doing what yall doing

This was my first time visiting this restaurant, although I lived in Atlanta for 3 1/2 years. Upon first arrival, there wasn't that many people there, which was good, and we were seated immediately. Our server was very attentive and outgoing. Her personality made the experience even better. We placed our orders and approximately 20 minutes later, food began to come out. My food, however, took an additional 15 minutes. But it was absolutely worth the wait. As you can see from the photos, the martini glass was practically overflowing. And of course I was not able to finish it all. The closer it got to us leaving the louder the restaurant became as the DJ was setting up and had the music poppin. It would've been interesting to stay a little longer just to check out the atmosphere. But I learned that they have a lot of different events at the restaurant and I will be coming back.

Good food and service. Chicken and waffles are my favorite. But it can get really loud and a bit rowdy and a little pricey.

Wanted to find a good brunch spot So I found this location on Yelp app. I made Reservations for 12 which is the time they opened. We were seated, there was good R&b music playing. The menu wasn't extensive for lunch. Our server was really nice and attentive. I ordered the seafood grits buffalo shrimp as an appetizer and chips and Queso as another appetizer. The buffalo shrimp is listed as a lunch option, but it comes w 5 pieces of shrimp w waffle Fries. My gf ordered the crab cakes that was on a bed of fried corn. I also ordered a side of Mac n cheese which came out Luke warm and my server had it warmed up for me in the oven. At this time only the college park location has Happy hour. So this location drinks Are about 14/15 a piece. Overall food was amazing.

Would have given them at least a 4 star review as the drinks and dinner entrees were delicious, HOWEVER, the $13 for a "sliver" of their Hennessy pound cake was absolutely disgraceful! I don't care if it's "precut" or not, there is no excuse for this!
