"Regulars to Nova II Sushi Bar in Midtown swear by the daily lunch specials on the menu, like the sushi and sashimi combo that comes with one regular roll, three rolls for $17, or the teriyaki or tempura bento boxes coming in just under $18." - Beth McKibben, Caroline Eubanks

Came her last week with a friend. The service and food was incredible. I had the Steak Hibachi & they had the sizzling plate. May I say the portions were a great size and we left satisfied and enough to take home. 10/10 would recommend a visit here.

Google
Went here for lunch with my coworkers. Menu is large with a variety of options. I had what I think was stir fry. Chicken, shrimp, and beef. It was tasty but almost a bit salty. Everyone else loved their food. The service is good too. Literally no wait once you sit down for your order to be taken. I would go back.

My husband and I had a great time at Nova Sushi! The portions were fantastic and we even had some to take home for later. We got the Steak Teriyaki and the Chicken Hibachi. The flavors were tasty and the vegetables were cooked so they were still crisp. I've had a hard time finding a place with good Teriyaki sauce and they nailed it! Bottomless green tea for $2 is definitely a bonus. The service was also good! Will be coming back for sure.

Google
Below average sushi. The rolls had more veggies than fish, for example we ordered a salmon avocado roll that was 70% avocado 30% salmon so definitely see some obvious cost cutting measures there. The server even charged us a $3 “smart water” fee even though we were very clearly drinking tap and we’re never given the option for bottled water. Also, tip was included in the check even for a table of two which I didn’t appreciate as this is usually only the case for large parties. You’re better off grabbing sushi at Whole Foods, not worth coming back too.

Google
Nice place. Enjoyed everything I ate. I think the spider roll was a bit bland, maybe not enough sauce, but not completely sure what was missing. Other than that, seemed like a nice place. Nice selection as well. They have Uni, which I find to be a little more rare lately, so that was a plus. But I didn’t get it since it was a tad out of my price range. Service was good, the server made sure to stop by periodically to check on me. I would go again, but will try other things to see how some cooked items are, as well as other rolls.

Google
My friends and I walked far to get here and were excited however our experience was disappointing. We got sushi, teriyaki chicken, and Sashimi. I have had $13 rolls that have tasted so much better than this $17 roll. The yum yum sauce was awful. It tasted like it had soap in it. The Sashimi was flavorless. The only good part of this meal was the house fried rice and that wasn’t even tasty. I truly wanted to like this place but I will not be returning. All three of us agreed.

Google
Ordered the scallion pancake. Never ordered anything but classic sushi. This was amazing 10/10. Waitress was sweet. My husband is doing low carb and asked if instead of rice he could have a little soup, and she brought that. He ordered sashimi and it was a very beautiful presentation. Will definitely be back!!!

Google
Tried Nova II Sushi and Bar for lunch. They had quite a few Sushi 🍣 choices. The Sushi is fresh. I had a Wonton Soup and a Summer Roll. The summer Roll has itown sauce drizzled on it. It was not overpowering and has a pleasant kick to it. I ate the edible flowers with it.

Yelp
Another lunch date! I ordered their 2 rolls for $14 and got the spicy yellowtail and the Alaska roll. I also got the shumai as an appetizer (not pictured). Love their deals!

Sophia B.

Yelp
I can't see where all these rave reviews are coming from!!! I had to call several times because the gentleman kept hanging up on me because he couldn't hear me. (All bars on phone) The portion size is that of a toddler. They added on extra fees to my Uber order because i asked for soy and teriyaki sauces which should be a given. The food looks gross! The vegetables look stale. I mean I'm too upset!!! 1 soy sauce and 3 teriyaki sauces with no utensils. I feel like I was bamboozled. DO NOT GO!! You've been warned!

Isabel L.

Yelp
Wow, a secret little gem in the heart of Atlanta. Parking was easy because I literally parked in front of the door. The restaurant ambiance was cute with a blue hue and everyone wore friendly faces. The food was amazing! We ordered entrees, sushi, and cocktails. Everything was amazing! I can't wait to pop back in :)

Cacey A.

Yelp
Great options of food for everyone. The food was amazing! The service was fantastic for our group of 8. We will definitely be back next time we are in Atlanta.

Yelp
I was in town visiting my daughter and had a huge sushi craving! I loved that with Nova you can order online and go pick it up. I decided to try a whole bunch of items (absolutely had leftovers)- - the chicken tempura roll- my daughter LOVED this and has since ordered it several times since I left - the white tuna sashimi- super thick cuts, fresh, delicious - the salmon lover- so many types of salmon, which is my favorite- it was incredible! - eel sushi- cooked perfectly, not too much eel sauce to overwhelm the eel - Paradise roll- deep fried perfectly, still hot and crispy when I picked it up from the restaurant Overall, while it was on the pricey side, it was well worth it. Highly recommend!

Roshni P.

Yelp
Tried Nova for the first time after hearing good reviews. Ordered the lo mein, Panang curry, and kung pao tofu. Not bad but i wish the food was spicier. Service is quick, it was a late dinner but the staff was nice to let us in and eat dinner. The restaurant itself is dark with blue lighting. Not bad for a try.

Madelyn W.

Yelp
sunday night takeout was absolutely delicious. we got the firecracker mandarin beef with fried rice. it was a little sweet for our liking but cooked to perfection. the hot and sour soup was some of the best we've had. we also tried the maki combo sushi entree. the spicy tuna roll is SO good. we also got the alaskan and spicy salmon roll. definitely recommend this spot for affordable asian food ($50 for all shown items.)

Katrina V.

Yelp
I asked the front desk receptionist at my hotel for recommendations on places to eat in the area. First thing he mentioned was "the sushi restaurant down the block." He talked about their great lunch special and good, affordable sushi. I decided to give this place a try after I settled into my room. I strolled into the restaurant around 3pm, but I saw that they were going to close in 30 minutes. I asked one of the staff members if the kitchen was still open and if I'd be able to order anything. She said I had until 3:30pm to order whatever I wanted. I found out later that there was a bit of confusion on her end, because my real server told me the kitchen closed at 3:15pm. My server was really nice about it though and didn't want me to feel rushed. I thought that the menu was interesting. I felt that the items were primarily of Japanese food, but there was Southeast Asian food like Thai. I thought that was so random, but then I realized that the place was a sushi bar AND Asian bistro. This totally made sense, especially when I tried their salt and pepper soft shell crab. The flavors and way it was prepared with the grilled onions and peppers reminded me of Chinese style salt and pepper fish or calamari. Loved it, by the way. I was expecting to have 1 piece of soft shell crab deep fried in tempura like from any other Japanese restaurant. I also appreciated how much crab was in the appetizer. I think i had 3 or 4 whole pieces of chopped soft shell crab for the same price of 1 at my own local Japanese restaurants. I got the Naruto roll, which was all fresh fish with a cucumber wrap in ponzu sauce. This was nicely refreshing. The Surf and Turf (shrimp tempura & steak) roll was fairly average. I've had better wagyu rolls. The meat was dry. The Royal king (tempura lobster & spicy kani) was pretty good. I honestly couldn't taste the lobster, but I got an overall prominent crustacean fishiness.

Michaela J.

Yelp
I really want to like this place because it's in the neighborhood and has really fast to-go service. Unfortunately, both times I've tried the food it just hasn't been for me. It's a little bland and greasy. There are a lot of vegetables in the lo mein, but overall it lacks seasoning and flavor. The grease is a little excessive and smothers the food. Wish I had a better report but overall it's a little meh.

Juliana S.

Yelp
Perfect spot to go to with the girls. We stopped in for lunch, and we did not regret it. The food is fresh and the service is always great! The sashimi lunch is officially one of my new favorite things.

Rena G.

Yelp
Love this place! I go all the time. Love to bring my work colleagues from out of town to this spot. It's close to the property and has amazing lunch specials!!

Amaia C.

Yelp
I really enjoy Nova II. I've dined in and gotten take out several times. Today I dined in for lunch. They serve lunch portions of certain items until 3:30pm. It is smaller than the dinner portion and less expensive, but you still get a good amount of food. I ordered the lunch beef lo mein and the yummy roll and still had enough lo mein left to take some home. I always order the beef lo mein because the beef is so tender and delicious. I enjoyed the yummy roll but didn't love the mango salsa on top. I did appreciate that I was able to sub out tuna for eel since I don't like tuna. Service was really good! It took us longer than usual to decide what we wanted. Our waitress was very patient and checked in on us several times. The ambiance is nothing special. I will say the restaurant is very clean.

Blu L.

Yelp
Bottom line: I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. Fish is flavorless/low quality, most of the food was bland, better sushi for similar prices elsewhere in the area. Service was good though. Preface: I've been here a handful of times for their 3 regular rolls for $17 lunch special. I didn't like the fish, but since it was cheap I figured why not. I stopped going because I liked the Publix $5 sushi Wednesday deal better. I came back this time to write a solid review of the experience, and it was all the same as when I used to go more often about 7 months ago. Atmosphere: Very clean. Mid-light ambience. Very spacious. Very quiet so you can enjoy conversation with your party. Food: I enjoyed the $5 sushi Wednesdays at the Publix across the street better. The Miso Soup interestingly had more flavor than the last "higher end" sushi restaurant I went to, but their veggies didn't seem that fresh. The seaweed wasn't tender at all, very tough. The ginger dressing for the salad was pretty bland and they could have done a better job pulling apart the salad. The pieces were very large, not easy to eat in one bite. The Saké Mule did not look very aesthetic at all and tasted watered down. We got the Maki Combo under the Sushi Bar Entrée Menu which includes three regular rolls and the ginger salad for $22. The Shrimp Tempura Roll had decent flavor with the eel sauce, but the tempura itself wasn't as crispy as I expected. On a scale of sogginess to crispiness, I would give it a 6/10 The Caterpillar Roll had the best presentation in my opinion, but also had a somewhat similar issue. The Alaska Roll should have been my favorite since it had the most raw fish which I love. Unfortunately, the fish itself did not have any flavor. The spicy Mayo was also very scarce. As you can see in the photo, it's very easy to miss that they included it at all. I would rather them have drizzled it over the entire roll. The end pieces were also obviously neglected. Overall, the fish(the most important part of sushi) was very bland. I didn't enjoy it. Service: I went later in the evening about an hour and fifteen minutes before closing. It wasn't busy. We were seated immediately. We didn't feel rushed at all. Our waitress visited us frequently to make sure everything was fine. Our food came out very promptly. I accidentally dropped my chopsticks. The waitress noticed from across the restaurant and immediately brought me another pair without being asked. I do, however, enjoy a wait staff that feels more relatable and friendly to talk to. Not to say she wasn't very kind/polite. Overall very satisfied with the service. Overall, I would give this restaurant two stars if it wasn't for the great service that our waitress provided. Nevertheless, I wouldn't visit this restaurant again. You can get better sushi elsewhere in the area for the same price.

Yelp
Did I again come back for Nova's sushi lunch special? Absolutely. Is it still the best sushi in Atlanta? Definitely not, but for the price, you can't beat it.

Anna J.

Yelp
We came to Nova on a Saturday evening around 7:30 and we were seated immediately with a party of 4! Immediately we could tell service was great as we had multiple people checking on throughout the evening which was great! I got a beer to start which was great. For my main, I ordered the spicy salmon roll and the chicken fried rice. Now the chicken fried rice wasn't the best but I still thought it was good!! Maybe just a little expensive so I would stick with the sushi because... This was one of the best spicy salmon rolls I have had. And for $9??? Wow it was AMAZING!! Next time I would get a maki combo and pick a bunch of rolls because the sushi was the star of the show. Would definitely try this to go or even just come again to order more sushi in person.

Megha D.

Yelp
My friends and I came to Nova for a Saturday night dinner. It was super easy to find in Midtown and you can find street parking or park in the residential deck next door. When we arrived, we were seated almost immediately which I really appreciated on a Saturday night! I had a glass of plum wine which was pretty good, and then ordered the Maki roll combo (3 rolls for $22). I thought about just ordering 2 rolls (1 reg, 1 special), but the regular rolls looked pretty good and figured I would try the combo instead. I ordered the Caterpillar, Alaska, and spicy salmon. Our food came out pretty fast, however, our table was missing pretty much everything (i.e. chopsticks, soy sauce plates, napkins, etc) so we did have to keep asking the staff. However, then the staff kept checking in every few minutes which was appreciated but felt like overkill once we were situated and starting to eat. The food itself was tasty! Pretty standard rolls (my favorite was probably the Alaska and the Caterpillar). Overall, good price point for sushi in Midtown and really attentive staff!

Shayla H.

Yelp
Expensive but the sushi is always fresh! The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because I truly wish they had better lunch deals.

Luke H.

Yelp
We tried this restaurant again. The first couple of times, used their gift card when they first opened. Ordered nova wrap, calamari (Thai style), California and rainbow rolls, and seafood sizzling plate. The calamari was okay, but looked like skinny chicken nuggets. The spicy mayo and avocado was tasty on the nova wrap. A little skimpy on both the rolls. The seafood plate had nice chunks of seafood with a lobster tail, but the chef's special sauce isn't really that special, on the bland side. Service was fairly quick at the start but got my seafood plate a good 30 minutes later.

Joe C.

Yelp
Consistent and fresh all the time. We're very particular about our sushi dinners, move always deliver as per our high expectation!!

Patrick S.

Yelp
Delicious and very reasonably priced sushi, sashimi, rolls, appetizers and thai food.

Joshua W.

Yelp
Before going to see Creed III I decided to grab some grub. I wanted sushi and after looking on tik tok, Nova Sushi Bar kept popping up. Once I seen a few sushi rolls I knew I had to come. No reservation required but parking is definitely hit or miss with parking on the street. (Inexpensive btw $5 for 2 hrs). This place is nice for a date, quiet enough to come and get some work done and there's a bar as well just in case you wanna come solo and enjoy a few drinks. The vibe here is real laid back and the lighting helps. There was no wait to be seated for a Saturday afternoon. Our waitress was amazing. To drink me and my date both had the recommendation she made which was the Midtown Variety cocktail ($10). It was one of their specials and it is a Gin with muddle pineapple, pineapple juice, lychee liquor, grenadine and lime juice. Courtesy of our waitress who made the drinks surprisingly, they were strong lol and just what we needed. For the entree I had the Tornado Roll ($18) which is a roll with Shrimp tempura, cream cheese, topped with spicy kani, jalapeno, tobiko & chefs special sauce and my date had the Volcano Roll ($18) which was Shrimp tempura roll topped with grilled scallop & kani, mixed in spicy mayo & masago. We also decided to share a bowl of chicken fried rice ($12). The fried rice came out first within 7-8 mins and was hot. With some teriyaki sauce on top (a $1 charge for the teriyaki), the fried rice is amazing. The bowl is definitely enough for one individual to enjoy but it's also a large enough serving to where you can share and still have enough. Next was the rolls. The waitress brought both out maybe 5 mins after bringing the fried rice out. The presentation was beautiful and the food was as well. The Tornado Roll comes with 8 rolls. When you bite into a roll the first thing you taste is the cream cheese. The shrimp is good and fresh but on the end of the roll there's a shrimp with a tail so heads up. Outside of that. The flavors are all displayed on this roll once you eat it. Highly recommended. Also the Volcano Roll my date had was delicious too. The presentation of this roll makes it hard to see how many rolls there are but I'll say it's somewhere between 6-8. They come covered with grilled scallops and lots of spicy mayo and masago. The one Volcano roll I did have was tasty but in comparison to the Tornado Roll, they didn't stand a chance lol. Overall this was a delightful and appetizing experience. I see myself coming here again and definitely during lunch because they have a 2 for $14 roll special.

Frank N.

Yelp
I think I average sushi at least once every week. Came here because I'm dropping my son off for college and was looking for a good dinner before leaving. This place was well within walking distance and we were seated right away. It's very clean and the service was outstanding. Like most sushi places we eat at, we ordered quite a selection of rolls and shared amongst the table. I can't believe just how quickly everything was made and brought to our table. Our server was extra attentive and very friendly. The sushi was phenomenal and it's nice to get some different local rolls compared to what I'm used to back home. I'm a fan of the Volcano and Caterpillar rolls but the Red Devil roll is a must try! I will definitely be eating at this place every time I visit Atlanta.

Renee P.

Yelp
We were already in midtown and was in the mood for some sushi so we stopped in for a quick bite. Im happy I did. Our server was attentive and the service was great. Our order came out quickly and the sushi was fresh and very good. I would definitely be back.

Sandy J.

Yelp
Sushi and Asian fusion place located in midtown area- wine and sushi bar area with red/blue ambiance lights. Ordered sushi pizza and a lunch combination of sashimi and sushi. Sushi pizza was surprisingly good and sashimi was fresh. Sushi pizza was tuna with seaweed salad as topping. Avocado functioned as the cheese and the bread was scallion pancake. Was wary at first that it was going to be too many flavors and too ambitious but this was actually an excellent combination. The flavors worked well. Sashimi lunch combo was also good. Fish was fresh. 6 pieces of sashimi, roll of choice, salad with house dressing, and 3 pieces of nigiri. Salad dressing was a little sweet for my liking and not enough ginger- would recommend a revision of the salad dressing for a bit more salt and less sugar. Sashimi was thick in slices and wasabi was adequately strong. We did a take out and the order came out on time and fresh. 15 min wait during lunch time.

Lauren W.

Yelp
So good!! Service was great and fast, and the drinks were amazing. Will definitely be coming back

Kenzie T.

Yelp
Came by after a date night and we were craving sushi! For starters, we got the calamari. The calamari was pretty much inedible due to it being super overcooked. We couldn't even bite through it! The crust and seasoning on the outside was delicious so I was a little disappointed we couldn't chew through it. They have a warning about no refunds or returns in their menu so I didn't bother saying anything about it. For sushi, I got the Volcano Roll and my partner got the Buckhead Roll. The Volcano Roll was super yummy! The shrimp tempura on the inside was a little chewy and overcooked but the toppings really made the roll. The lemon pepper wings are pretty good too, not too much to note on them. Overall I would come back to try more rolls and to try their fried ice cream dessert!

Bridgett C.

Yelp
Tried many places. And Nova II is the Best sushi in Midtown. No question. They also serve Chinese and Thai but the sushi, do not sleep on the sushi from Nova II in Midtown.

Brittany P.

Yelp
I've only ordered delivery from this place so I'll have to update my review when we actually go in-person. Because of that I can't speak on the service but I can say that my food is always packaged nice and they don't forget sauces (spicy mayo, eel sauce) when I pay for them. That's a pet peeve of mine. As for the food - I am obsessed with the maki combo! A lot of places only offer a 'pick your rolls' combo during lunch or, if they do, the rolls are already decided by the restaurant. Nova gives you a huge list to choose from and you get 3 rolls + salad for $28. This is the only place where I've seen a kani tempura roll (fried imitation crab and cream cheese). I always get the Philly roll because it's smoked salmon cream cheese and avocado. Some places make it with cucumber instead and that's not my jam. They use real ginger (not the pink stuff) and the rolls are a perfect size.

Michael Z.

Yelp
I literally got scammed by this restaurant. I was charged extra for meals from random people and never got refunded. DO NOT GO!

Ryan P.

Yelp
Ambience is nice. The variety of options of different Asian cuisines is good. The sushi was fine. The rolls were great,

Eden W.

Yelp
Great sushi, calm and nice ambience, always treated with above and beyond friendly service when I go. Their Lychee martini is bomb

JK B.

Yelp
Loved the abundance of sushi & hibachi selection as well as generous portions. Great prices & a very laid back atmosphere. Server was very friendly & service was GREAT! Highly recommend!

Erma M.

Yelp
A beautiful location with parking available nearby. We pulled right up , parked and when entered we were greeted right away by the staff and seated without a wait. The staff wear face masks but once we were seated you can take off your mask. Very clean facility and restrooms. The bar was nicely light and fully stocked. They have a selection of Japanese Whisky and Sake and quite a few specialty drinks. The menus are lengthy. Providing a variety of options for any picky eater or diet specific individual. I enjoyed the atmosphere and I had great company so it made the meal all the more worth it. This is a suitable date night or friends and family night venue. The plates are sieved with great final presentation and the severs check on you fairly often, paying attention to the details is key to any great experience. Thank you for a great meal and I would definitely be back to enjoy again. Cheers to more good times.

Isabella S.

Yelp
Got seated immediately and then the food was amazing and the service was too. I also loved the prices. I am coming back every chance i get.

Alexis G.

Yelp
Best pad Thai in Buckhead. The waiter was nice and knowledgeable of the menu and drinks offered. Really clean and fresh ambiance.

Patrisha C.

Yelp
Best crab Rangoon I've had in the country. The Naruto Roll was so good and I could have drank at least four of those Thai teas. Will be back for more

Lalo B.

Yelp
Had a party of eight and the staff accommodate us with seating very quickly. Waitress managed all our orders accurately and with a smile

Parnian V.

Yelp
Yup. This is it. Quality, quantity, rice-to-fish ratio. The little candies by the register. 10s across the board, I'll be back.

Ksenia F.

Yelp
New sushi place that just opened next door. When we tried it, it didn't have liquor license so that was a bummer. I understand they finally got it. I didn't find a roll that was appealing to me (I know, I can be hard to please) as most rolls had something fried inside so I went with Seafood plate (sauce on the side) and a side of brown rice. My bf got a hamachi roll and liked it. I thought the food was average and the atmosphere is somewhat sterile but that's just me. Maybe I should give them another try.

Jacklyn K.

Yelp
Very very ehhhh experience. Was so excited to find a place that has sushi lunch specials but was overall disappointed. We tried a three roll special- sweet potato rolls were delicious, but pretty hard to mess up. Spider roll was just OK- quite dry IMO and didn't have the spicy Mayo listed on the menu. It was fine but I wouldn't ordered it again. We also ordered a lunch sized vegetable fried rice and tofu pad Thai. The veggie fried rice was bland and needed a lot of extra soy sauce but veggies were fresh tasting. However l, the pad Thai with tofu was quite frankly inedible. Tasted absolutely nothing like pad Thai. The dish was was super oily and saucy and very sweet. Tasted really like a ketchup sauce. Neverrrrr again.

Sara R.

Yelp
There wasn't anyone there when we went for a late lunch on a Saturday. So we got to choose where to sit. The staff was nice, and the place is cool but small. There were 10 of us, so we actually got to try quite a large selection of the menu. The avocado salad was pricey for half an avocado ($8) but the lunch deals were well portioned. I didn't love the fried rice or the hibachi but the crispy salmon roll was so good. The egg drop soup was good, but I do like mine with green onions and/or wontons which it didn't come with. The ginger dressing was okay. The jalapeño yellowtail was good! The lunch combo boxes were good. There was a nice variety of food and it was very filling. I would go back for the crispy salmon roll.

Benlue P.

Yelp
I went here twice today, Ambience is really nice. Place is well lit and spacious. There is also a bar area for drinks. Very clean as well. I love sushi and I must say their sushi is fresh and was really really good! More so, service from staff was quick and they are really nice and friendly. 10/10 will come back again.

Nikole M.

Yelp
My fiancé and I came to try this place on a Sunday evening, and we are glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the hostess was very nice and welcoming. The place was extremely clean with blue and purple lights, very cool ambience. We decided to sit at the sushi bar. They have a very extensive menu, so if someone in your group isn't crazy about sushi, they have A TON of other options to choose from. Which I would say extend to other Chinese and Thai dishes. Our waitress Yan immediately came and took our order. She was very sweet and attentive as well. For appetizers, we ordered a house salad that came perfectly cold with delicious ginger dressing. We also ordered crab rangoons , which were good but quite honestly it was more cream cheese than crab. Our entrees were the Dunwoody Roll and Shiki Roll, both were fantastic. We will definitely come back!

Alicia C.

Yelp
Gorgeous space and gorgeous IG worthy rolls. Excited to see another sushi place open up in Midtown as we don't have ton in this area. Only complaint was service was really slow after getting those initial apps out. I ordered: - Miso Soup - Hit the spot, was what I expected - Calamari - Really delicious and love the salt/pepper seasoning. Not a big app though. We shared amongst 4 people and each person got about 2 pieces. - Angry Dragon Roll - Really standout roll! Was recommended by a friend, and the presentation and portion was awesome. Not really that spicy. - Spider Roll - Also delicious and generous on the amount of fried soft shell crab included Their rolls are pretty substantial, and I found that 2 rolls was too much food for me with the appetizer and the soup. The other people in my party also felt similarly, so kudos to Nova for generous portions! Ambience - You can wear casual clothing. Most of the customers were couples on dates and dressed kind of nicer, though. (This was during the evening). Lighting is a darker/blue kind of bar lighting. It's classy with high ceilings and open space. Parking - Can be tricky in this area. We walked over from a friend's apartment, but generally I do street parking, or if it's earlier in the day you can park in the free Midtown Publix garage and walk over. Will definitely be paying them another visit!

Nakema G.

Yelp
I had dinner recently at Nova & thoroughly enjoyed it. My friend & I started with drinks I had a lychee martini. Our drinks were brought to our table by a robot. How cool is that! We ordered a philly roll, shrimp tempura roll and a volcano roll. The volcano roll was the star of the night. It was a shrimp tempura roll topped with grilled scallop & kani mixed in a spicy mayo & masago. It was so flavorful. I will definitely return just to get that roll.

Preston D.

Yelp
Very chill ambience, Wonderful service and staff, great food also! Would definitely recommend!

Eric D.

Yelp
The sushi was very good. It was very fresh and came out really quick. The service was very good. Everyone was nice and attentive. The space was exactly like any sushi spot I have been to. Nothing to really say on that front.

Yelp
I have visited this place multiple times. Although it's not the best but it's always reliable. Service is always good, too. So when I'm in town and don't want to travel too far for food, I know I can count on this place for a good meal.

Yelp
Amazing lunch today with one of my best friends from work. Nova is located a block from Publix plaza on West Peachtree. Very busy area with construction on top of that. I really enjoyed Nova. Our waiter CiCi was great. She was very knowledgeable of the menu. I order the Any three Rolls from the lunch menu. I had the Crunchy King Crab Roll, Spicy Salmon Roll and the Kani Tempura Roll with a side of spicy mayo! The bomb!! The service was quick, the food was great and the fellowship was even better. I will most definitely going back and requesting Cici! My friend had the teriyaki chicken bento box and also some sushi (Spicy Tuna and Spicy Shrimp roll). Thank you again Nova. Few pictures to follow.

Yelp
I love sushi and so my boyfriend treated me to this place for the night. If we had to give it an overall score I'd honestly give it a 4/10. He said 2/10 merely for the drinks :/ Let's start off, we arrive and we're immediately seated. It took ab 5-7 minutes to receive water and another 5 minutes for our waiter to come. Pretty typical at any restaurant I think. We ordered our drinks, Juz which was made with gin and elderflower liqueur. Pretty good for me! Babe had a Merlot which he enjoyed. Next were appetizers: calamari and fried dumplings(chicken) The calamari could not be chewed. The dumplings should've been seared. They did remove the calamari from our ticket. Also it doesn't come with any sauce :/ We ordered the fried salmon sushi roll and it was okay just took forever to come. Next were entrees, I ordered pad Thai simply bc the waiter couldn't tell me how the chicken comes on general Tso. Babe ordered the honey garlic chicken. In all honesty, you're probably looking at mall food court type of food. Which the mall food is better. I probably won't visit again.
