Nova Joe's

We love the changes under the new owners! The fries are so delicious and the chicken sandwiches are always so fresh. The chicken is very good quality, so we never get a bad piece. They offer amazing drink options, too. I love being able to order ahead on the app. The restaurant is VERY clean inside, too! There aren't many restaurants that are as CLEAN as Nova Joe's!

Try this again I got a salted caramel and added peanut butter it was really good and I definitely add more peanut butter to it!! Definitely love the frozen coffees. Redid this review didn't mean to one star you!!

The gal that helped me place my order was a tremendous help. I had never been to Nova Joe's until that day. And she was able to get the stuff that I wanted and it tasted so good

My wife and I stopped in for the very first time today. The girl outside was really nice the building was beautiful. The espresso milkshake was perfect. But the sandwich and french fries were not edible. The chicken was over cooked, cold and very dry. The french fries were cold and tasted like paper. We tried to eat it but could not. Two chicken sandwiches two french fries and two shakes cost $31.45. Hopefully this was a fluke. This restaurant has a great opportunity if they can nail down serving fresh cooked quality food. We ordered our food about 5:30 pm (charge was posted on our credit card)

They never get my order right. Food or coffee. At least 3 times my chicken has been still frozen in the middle. Several times my kids bfast sandwiches were missing something. Its happened so many times im thinking they must just not want my buisness. Service attitudes have improved over the last year so thats a plus.

Usually love going to Nova Joes but the last time i went I received raw chicken. Definitely not something you want to eat.

This place is the BEST! I love all their drinks and I adore the people who work there. I'm a huge coffee drinker and their specialty drinks are great! My husband and I ground our own coffee at home as well and we buy their whole coffee beans and they are fantastic! Love this place! Update 3-5-22 This place is still amazing. They have added food to their menu and it is amazing. Their chicken is so yummy!

I don't do coffee, but me and the kids love fries and wanted to try them out. We were not disappointed. They were delicious! I feel like their ranch dressing is also underrated, because it was soooooooo good. We'll be going back for our occasional french fry treats. Also, the service was great. Very sweet young man took my order and another promptly brought me my food.

Service is friendly, always fresh, very timely!!! The shop is convenient, and prices are fare!

Went back this year when we were in town and my chicken sandwiches were not near as good as last year. I got one deluxe sandwich and the chicken was just not a great piece. The order was missing my fries, so once that was straightened out, they were not crispy (soggy) and my other regular chicken sandwich was even worse. The chicken was chewy and just not good (hard to explain). The service was good other than getting the order wrong but they fixed it pretty fast.

The food and drinks are good sometimes but when the service is great when one of their worker Ambrose taken my order. He there every time when I go there my service won't be that great if he wasn't there. He does lot at Nova Joe I seen him taking trash out, cooking, and plenty more other stuff I seen him do. He been there for months and should be a manager one day.

I love the food that's the only reason I keep going here, but there's a few things this restaurant needs to work on. Firstly, the employees. Every single time I've come to the store I haven't been given something I asked/PAID for or I would get charged for something I never asked for ( and I somehow still wouldn't get that? ) About a month ago I ordered a chicken sandwich which is around $3.79 I think, usually after taxes it's around $4. Anyways, when I go to pay usually the lady will hand me the device to put my card in and an option to tip, she didn't hand it to me that day she just asked for my card so I handed it to her. I thought maybe they decided to not do virtual tips anymore I wasn't sure but I didn't think anything of it. Later that day I go check my bank balance and I was charged like $9 and some change. So, I believe the girl put her own tip on there that is the only thing I can think of that would explain why it was that much and why she didn't hand the card reader to me like they usually do. Another issue I have is when another employee told me she personally put sauce in the bag when I asked her, so I believed her and drove off. Whenever I got home there was no sauce in the bag. I'm tired of the cutting corners and laziness. This place has potential and their food and drinks are amazing but the employees especially two of the girl workers there are a big reason I don't go there a lot anymore.

It is expensive and always busy. The food is ok as long as you eat it right then. The coffee is good.

We are up here from North Texas visiting Harding for football combine and stoped here in the morning for a coffee and a macchiato, super friendly staff which I actually think was the owner and got us in and out fast, I'd be over here every morning if we lived up here, also had great selection of smoothies and bfast food. We will definitely hit up again!

I felt like something sweet and creamy with a double shot of espresso. My first time at Nova Joes, and I am impressed! I got a caramel milkshake with extra espresso, and it is AWESOME! I will definitely be back!

I'm so glad this hip little coffee shop opened up!! Great owner and yummy ice cream! Will definitely be back!!
