INCREDIBLE! Yesterday we went to this beautiful and delicious restaurant. First we got some non alcoholic drinks, tasted good :) after it we got a welcome dish! Also magnifique, really good balance in flavour and texture. Also the presentation was also very beautiful. I really enjoyed every bite during this dinner. I have a really good taste for different flavours and also I am very sensitive to colors and the way it looked. So beautiful and stunny. Really well surprised 🥹🥹🙏🏽🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 a lot of nature elements in the dishes , and I loveee nature as well🥹🍂💚the fish in the second dish was absolutely amazing, outside the crunchiness 😱
For the main dish we got Hamachi, incredible fish as well, prepared in two different ways. Tasted like heaven. Also beautiful to look at. One of my favourite I think 🥹 but actually cannot choose. Later on we got the langoustine !!! Wauww what a fish meat , soo yummy , also so special with the “spek” in between likeee how do you do it!! Art on the outside but also incredible taste in the inside. Well deserved Michelin star ⭐!!
We got another main dish with two different types of meat, pumpkin fudge and ravioli also with pumpkin. A lot of autumn colors on the plate and every element was just perfect. If you eat the meat together with the pumpkin fudge or with ravioli, it always tasted so good!!!🥹🤌🏼. For dessert we got witte chocolade met kiwibes!! Like wauw so fresh but exactly enough sweetness. Some butter milk (Karne melk) and also some basil and mint. Also some melon and cucumber garniture!! DELICIOUS, SPEECHLESS! 🤤🤤 (couldn’t take photo before the cucumber garniture but it looked also like a art piece again, so beautiful with the color green 💚💚
Afterwards I had the chance to speak to the chef himself!! Daniel Duijster Gomero!! Waaaa grateful for this beautiful dinner experience and thanks to you all at Novaela for the great service and food. Can’t wait to come back for another new experience!🙏🏽
