The restaurant is elegant and welcoming, with a beautiful Roman-inspired atmosphere that made feel really special. 🍷 The wine collection is unbelievable. I got to try labels from all over Italy during the Wine Tasting, and it was an unforgettable journey. 🍝But the highlight for me was the Risotto Gorgonzola. I honestly didn’t expect gorgonzola to taste this light and refreshing. The mix with crisp green apple and champagne gel was just unreal. The flavors were unique, elegant and unforgettable. The presentation looked like art on a plate. Every bite felt a pure joy. 👏🏻The service was excellent. The menu is truly unique. Bravo to the chef and the whole team for creating such a wonderful experience. I truly recommend coming here to enjoy such exquisite Italian food. It felt like traveling to Italy without leaving Miami. 🇮🇹

From the moment we arrived, Daniela (GM) and Arturo welcomed us with outstanding warmth, making us feel completely at home. The service was truly first-class: attentive, friendly, and always making sure everything was perfect. The food was simply spectacular—every dish exceeded our expectations, with impeccable presentation and remarkable flavors. The combination of such professional hospitality and outstanding cuisine made our experience unforgettable. High expectations met with a mix of hits and misses. The 100% pistachio dessert and pasta were standout highlights of the evening. Unfortunately, the seabass fell short: not as fresh as expected and slightly too salty for my taste.

The location was easy to get to. I stumbled across this gem as I was walking back from my workout during the morning. The menu looked amazing so I figured I gave it a shot, and glad I did! I am sure the restaurant would have more people during prime time, I was the only person there which made the experience for me much better. I really enjoyed how the chef was thoughtful on each dish that was brought out and how it was explained to me before eating. I had the ravioli 🤌🏾 and truffle potato foam 5 🌟! I felt I ate a lot from the menu and the cost of the meal was more than reasonable. I will be going back when I'm in town again. Compliments to the chef and the staff! Merci Beaucoup!

Exceptional cuisine, impeccable service, and an intimate atmosphere make this a dining experience to remember. Don’t miss the indulgent carbonara pasta or the exquisite “special egg” with truffle and Parmesan cream. For a truly unique finale, treat yourself to the surprising mozzarella ice cream!

Even though Miami have a lot of Italian restaurants there are only a few with the entire Italian experience and Novatore is definitely one of the top ones. From the moment you entered the restaurant the ambiance is amazing, decoration and atmosphere are elegant and beautiful. The food is wonderful and even when my favorite pasta is Carbonara their Cacio e Pepe is delicious and unique. The risotto is very tasty and artistic: well done chef Fabrizio and his team. Lastly but not least the staff, you guys are the really starts of the night. Arturo, Belen and Daniela, thank you for a fantastic night. Spoiler alert: spend your birthday here, thank you me later!!!!

I had an amazing experience at Novatore Italian Restaurant. The food has that gourmet touch while still feeling homemade — rich textures, incredible flavors, and beautifully crafted dishes. The service was outstanding; Arturo was attentive and professional, and Daniela, the GM, made sure everything was perfect. A true gem for anyone who loves authentic Italian cuisine with exceptional hospitality.

I wish I could give more than five stars. Our experience was truly spectacular. It’s been a long time since I’ve enjoyed an Italian restaurant in Miami this much. Every dish was absolutely delicious, and the service was impeccable from start to finish. From the moment you step outside and are warmly welcomed by Toni, you know you’re in for something special. They were also incredibly accommodating: one of our friends is allergic to shrimp and another isn’t a fan of truffle, and the team went out of their way to tweak the dishes for them without compromising on flavor. Everything was simply outstanding.
