My value-meter was underwhelmed here. There are some aspects of the experience to recommend, like the service from our busboy. Interacting with him was the best part of our meal, actually. Our server was above average, but I think he had too many tables to check on us as often as one would expect at these prices. If it wasn't for the busboy, we would have felt ignored.
Beverages are reasonably priced, but I'm still shaking my head at the $12 dessert. There is no dessert menu, or at least one wasn't offered, so Dear Hubby went inside to check out the options. He chose a blueberry torte, which had no pricing displayed.
Unlike the beautifully presented entrée items, the smallish slice of torte had zero garnish, and was served cold. i.e., no effort made to make it special. For 12 freaking dollars, I'd expect it to be warmed, with a drizzle of a savory sauce swirled on the plate, and a mint leaf or the like.
My burrata toast was quite delicious, and Adored Grandson liked his pasta Bolognese. At $22, the quality ingredients were there, but it's not a very large portion (hello, pasta is not expensive!), and doesn't come with anything like a side salad.
Dear Hubby's Caprese Burrata was underwhelming, and he would have starved if I hadn't ordered the soup of the day. Vegan butternut squash soup apparently only came as a bowl size, no cups, which is a way to extract $9 from guests. Creamy texture with a fresh taste, but under-seasoned is my take on that dish.
They also left us waiting for the bill for a very long time, and overcharged by adding an item we didn't order. That took even longer to correct. By then, we just wanted out. We'll try other options in the area before returning here again.
