NOW Arena

I went to a Windy City Bulls game and it was a very family friendly environment. Ticket prices were decent and if you have a family of four, you can get food vouchers! Stadium was ery easy to enter. Not extremely crowded. Concessions were fast and prices were reasonable, unlike the United Center and Allstate has become. It is a bit far from Chicago but not too bad. Would go back for another game with the family. It's a cheaper alternative to the Bulls at the UC.

Came to Now arena for the hot wheels fire and glow show and it was phenomenal. The whole energy was electric and the event was thorough and very well done would go again

Had a chance to glance at Sonu Nigam event for a couple of minutes and I was amazed to see the amount of audience, the music and lighting set up. I am assuming all tickets were sold since the Parking lot was packed including the Arena. Well organized. Entrance and Exit in various areas including access to Food, Drinks and Bathrooms. Ticket prices were reasonable too.

We’ve attended two high school graduation ceremonies at the NOW Arena, and both experiences were smooth and well-organized. The venue is spacious and clean, with plenty of seating and good visibility from most sections. The sound system was clear, making it easy to hear the speeches and announcements—an important detail for such meaningful events. Parking was well-managed both times, though arriving a bit early definitely helps with avoiding congestion. Staff members were courteous and helpful, guiding people efficiently to their seats and keeping everything on schedule. Overall, it’s a great venue for big milestones.

Went to attend AR Rahman concert. It was a really good experience, to meet the mastero in person !!! For the arena, like any other arena it's good and spacious. Well organized and conducted. Clean restrooms, friendly staff. This is something that I could not find out easily but want everyone to know, most of the times when event happens you may not be allowed to take outside food. Only allowed items are candy/chocolate(protein bars are not allowed) and an empty transparent bottle. There are water fountains inside where you can fill water. There are restaurants inside it (mostly open till 9pm), the restaurant and food options will change according to the event happening but there will be enough options.

Attended an AEW event and it was amazing!! Staff was friendly. Location of this arena was in a very nice spot for shopping and plenty of hotels. Looking forward to my next visit

Great venue! Restrooms were easy to find and plenty of concession options. Our phones had terrible service inside the arena and we were unable to participate in some audience participation portions of the show. Could not open/access QR codes, etc. Highly recommend downloading your event tickets ahead of time in case your service is spotty.

We had a fantastic time at the A.R. Rahman concert! The employees were super helpful and did a great job assisting us. However, accessibility was an issue since my dad was in a wheelchair and needed to sit on the 2nd floor, but the elevator wasn't working. Would love to see improvements on accessibility for future events.
