"The owner’s parents used to sell mì quảng, noodle soup from Central Vietnam. The shop is named ‘Nu Đồ’, a transliteration of the word ‘noodle’. The menu boasts four versions of mì quảng served in traditional bamboo baskets like in the old days, each with a special broth to highlight the key ingredient. The snakehead fish variety with pronounced turmeric aromas is not to be missed. Tables are laid in the covered patio, surrounded by greenery." - Michelin Inspector

The experience and the service was just the best I’ve experienced in Vietnam. And a great price for a noodle dish you can plainly see they are very proud of. Highly recommend this place for an authentic experience. I tried the chicken noodles and loved them.

This is our 3rd time here this visit. We have eaten all over Da Nang and there are plenty of amazing eateries in Da Nang but we were really struck by Nudo Kitchen for their artistry in blending traditional flavors with the modern diet. We especially love that their proteins do not come with bone, which is rare in local eateries here. We love the high quality and beautifully spiced fish, beef, chicken, and even their vegetables. Everything in the bowl of noodle is scrumptious looking and you don’t have to pick out bone and fat off the meat like other places. We absolutely love that. This oasis eatery delivers on both flavor and atmosphere. The noodles are well executed and clearly made with care, with clean broth and balanced seasoning rather than relying on heaviness or excess oil. Portions are satisfying without feeling overwhelming. The space is comfortable and thoughtfully designed, which makes it an easy place to linger (and sip more on their amazing coffee). Service was generally attentive, though a bit slower when they were bombarded by large crowds. We are off to Hanoi for NYE but already excited to return to Da Nang and eat at Nudo. We’ll likely just eat here for the last two days that we are in Da Nang before we head to Singapore.

This place serves some of the best noodle soup I’ve ever had — absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced in flavor. Whether you choose fish, chicken, beef, or the vegetarian option, every bowl is rich, fresh, and deeply satisfying. At around 100k VND per bowl, it’s a bit pricier than regular street food, but totally worth it for the quality and taste you get. The atmosphere and presentation match the Michelin standard — a must-try spot in Da Nang!

Not sure whether this count as foreign tourist trap. Most visitors are foreigners, at least I don’t see any local here. I believe it’s due to the price is high compared to other local pho choice The selling point is its chill environment, but maybe not the food. Beef noodle is not bad, but beef portion is really little. The service is nonexistent, have to go to the counter get menu myself after I’m seated, trying to wave hands multiple times but the staff is just too focused at the counter, so in the end I went to counter again to order more. If the premium price comes from the environment, I would expect the service is better too.

Very nice atmosphere. I recommend showing up early. I arrived around 3pm and the quality of the food was not as others described. I do not return food, but it the soup was cold and the chicken was not as described, a bit too chewy for my taste. Still worth a try bc even cold, the noodles were acceptable. The coconut water was excellent.

Great spot for tourists or first-time visitors to Da Nang. They serve a local central Vietnam noodle dish that’s easy to enjoy — no bones, no strong smells, clean meat, and big portions. Double the price of local spots, but very tourist-friendly and comfortable. Would recommend if new to Vietnam or South East Asia. Noodle dish available with choice of beef, chicken or fish.

I wanted to give this place a try because of the hype. Like other reviews said, only tourists eat here because of the price point. Which is fine for quality food. This was the 3 bowl of my quang in this area in the last 3 days. I was expecting to be blown away. While the bowl was really delicious, I am not sure it was that much better than one at had at a local restaurant for half the price. That said, I do appreciate how nice the presentation and everything was. The dish was really good, I just had higher expectations personally. Still worth a visit though!

premium noodle dishes, fair prices, nice atmosphere, great service. in the back of the restaurant the tables for groups are nicer. tables for singles, and couples are located in the garden area under a roof. michelin's recommendation 'local snake head fish with noodles in turmeric sauce' is really good. depending on your taste ask for additional 'spicy🌶️ dip with fish sauce’. i visited the restaurant twice. they were unfortunately always playing modest melancholic piano music in the background. you can buy a jar of concentrated home made sauce/broth by the michelin listed chef 'to go', and impress your friends at your next home cooking session 🧑‍🍳 they also offer cooking classes.
