"The owner’s parents used to sell mì quảng, noodle soup from Central Vietnam. The shop is named ‘Nu Đồ’, a transliteration of the word ‘noodle’. The menu boasts four versions of mì quảng served in traditional bamboo baskets like in the old days, each with a special broth to highlight the key ingredient. The snakehead fish variety with pronounced turmeric aromas is not to be missed. Tables are laid in the covered patio, surrounded by greenery." - Michelin Inspector

NU ĐỒ Kitchen - MasterChef Noodle

This place serves some of the best noodle soup I’ve ever had — absolutely delicious and perfectly balanced in flavor. Whether you choose fish, chicken, beef, or the vegetarian option, every bowl is rich, fresh, and deeply satisfying. At around 100k VND per bowl, it’s a bit pricier than regular street food, but totally worth it for the quality and taste you get. The atmosphere and presentation match the Michelin standard — a must-try spot in Da Nang!

Not sure whether this count as foreign tourist trap. Most visitors are foreigners, at least I don’t see any local here. I believe it’s due to the price is high compared to other local pho choice The selling point is its chill environment, but maybe not the food. Beef noodle is not bad, but beef portion is really little. The service is nonexistent, have to go to the counter get menu myself after I’m seated, trying to wave hands multiple times but the staff is just too focused at the counter, so in the end I went to counter again to order more. If the premium price comes from the environment, I would expect the service is better too.

Very nice atmosphere. I recommend showing up early. I arrived around 3pm and the quality of the food was not as others described. I do not return food, but it the soup was cold and the chicken was not as described, a bit too chewy for my taste. Still worth a try bc even cold, the noodles were acceptable. The coconut water was excellent.

I wanted to give this place a try because of the hype. Like other reviews said, only tourists eat here because of the price point. Which is fine for quality food. This was the 3 bowl of my quang in this area in the last 3 days. I was expecting to be blown away. While the bowl was really delicious, I am not sure it was that much better than one at had at a local restaurant for half the price. That said, I do appreciate how nice the presentation and everything was. The dish was really good, I just had higher expectations personally. Still worth a visit though!

premium noodle dishes, fair prices, nice atmosphere, great service. in the back of the restaurant the tables for groups are nicer. tables for singles, and couples are located in the garden area under a roof. michelin's recommendation 'local snake head fish with noodles in turmeric sauce' is really good. depending on your taste ask for additional 'spicy🌶️ dip with fish sauce’. i visited the restaurant twice. they were unfortunately always playing modest melancholic piano music in the background. you can buy a jar of concentrated home made sauce/broth by the michelin listed chef 'to go', and impress your friends at your next home cooking session 🧑‍🍳 they also offer cooking classes.

Located in a back alley. Look out for the green mural on the wall and the restaurant is right there. Small menu and the noodles are very well prepared. Iced coffee is very nice and worth ordering also. Not too crowded but do try and get there a bit early. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.

Have been here twice and will be going back. Fish noodles had sold out, was more than happy to have the beef mi quang which was outstanding. Went earlier the second time to try the famous fish, did not disappoint. I especially like the coffee here, the cafe sua seems like it’s creamy blended ice. So delicious. Have to go back to try the chicken. Service is 10/10.

It is definitely not the standard Pho. Nice cozy restaurant operated by Top 2 Masterchef Vietnam 2015. Now a Michelin selected restaurant. I love how you need to crack your own craker and mix everything before you eat, so you appreciate what's in the bowl.
