"Opened in 2024, Nubé may be a comparative newbie in the rooftop space, but it is wowing the masses. Atop the Hilton Fort Lauderdale Beach Resort, enjoy shareables spanning caviar with potato chips to wagyu dumplings. If you’re with a group, roll with the Deuces cocktail, which serves up to four and is a delightful mix of Grey Goose, St. Germain, curacao, and more." - Jesse Scott

Absolutely unforgettable evening at Nubé Rooftop! From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance set the tone—elegant, elevated, and effortlessly chic. The view alone is worth the visit, offering a stunning panoramic skyline that pairs beautifully with every bite and sip. Speaking of bites—the oysters with yuzu foam were a flavor explosion: fresh, briny, and perfectly balanced with that citrusy foam. Truly an unparalleled taste experience. I also had one of their signature smoked cocktails—a showstopper both in presentation and flavor. Bold, smooth, and just the right amount of drama. Service was equally impressive. My server was attentive, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure I was well taken care of throughout the evening. The rest of the menu did not disappoint—everything was beautifully plated and bursting with flavor. It’s clear the kitchen takes pride in both creativity and quality. Nubé Rooftop is the full package—a feast for the senses and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates exceptional food, stellar service, and a view that leaves you breathless. Can’t wait to return!

We had a girls' day out on a Sunday afternoon, and everything was great. The view, decor, service, and food was all excellent. Of course, it's the beach, so the price was not inexpensive, but I found it better than Miami Beach prices. For the food, We had Tostones Cup, Wagyu Dumplings, Coconut Shrimp Two Ways, and Steak and Eggs. We had 2 rounds of Dueces, which served 2-4 people. We did have an issue, but it was taken care of swiftly. I recommend this restaurant and will most definitely visit again.

Very nice vibe, wish we would’ve made it before the sun came down to really enjoy the view. We sat at the bar while we waited for our table since we arrived early to our reservation. Highly recommend the empanadas and calamari! My boyfriend said the oysters were very fresh. The drinks were good too, our favorite was the Smoke Cloud. Our waitress, Ivanka, was amazing, I told her I wanted a drink similar to a Carajillo (not on the menu) and she spoke with the bartender and they were able to deliver and wow it was absolutely delicious (I told her they should put it on the menu, I even gave her a name for it - A Morning in Miami) ☕️ If you’re in the area, i recommend visiting

Reservations made this special, it was our 15 year anniversary and they greeted us accordingly. The view of the beach was beautiful and the service was great. The waitress knew the menu and brought our food out fast. We will definitely return here.

My husband and I recently celebrated our wedding reception at Nubé with close family and friends, and it was truly a wonderful experience! The food was absolutely delicious—weeks later, our guests are still raving about it. We received exceptional service from Lori, Amira, and Ivanka, who were all incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout the entire evening. One of our bartenders, Henri, also stood out with his fantastic service and friendly demeanor. Unfortunately, we did hear from several guests that the other bartender was less accommodating and at times dismissive when they tried to order drinks. That said, the overall night was filled with fun and joy. The space we rented—the Lunar Bar & Fire Pit—was the perfect size and atmosphere for our group of 50. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Nubé to anyone planning a special event!

Google
Upscale rooftop bar. Railing tables were all reserved, so if planning on staying in for more than a drink, call and reserve. Loved the view of the ocean. The bar was nicely decorated and great HH. We were on bar hopping spree, so didn’t get to eat. Make sure you come in proper attire, dress control is enforced.

Google
Nube Rooftop is an absolute gem! I absolutely loved the experience here. The view is breathtaking—perfect for sunset or a night out with friends. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was impressive. The ambiance is both chic and relaxed, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. Can’t wait to come back!

I was recently denied entry to this lounge due to what was claimed to be “casual attire.” I respected their policy, even though I was dressed decently. However, what made this experience especially frustrating and unacceptable was that shortly after, I witnessed someone who happened to be white being allowed in wearing flip-flops and shorts, attire far more casual than mine. This kind of selective enforcement is not just inconsistent, it feels discriminatory. Policies should apply equally to everyone, regardless of race or background. As a paying customer and member of the community, I expected better. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary changes to ensure fairness and integrity in how guests are treated. Being that my date was allowed in I made it my business to go up and take a photo.

Yelp
Nubé Rooftop is a vibe! At the top of the Hilton at Fort Lauderdale Beach, it's got some of the best ocean views in the city--especially on a day like yesterday when the sun was shining, and the breeze was just right. Perfect spot to kick back with a cocktail and soak it all in. Tried the salt and pepper calamari as a snack, and it hit the spot--crispy, well-seasoned, and just what I wanted with my glass of wine. The whole experience was super chill, and I'll definitely be back. Whether you're a local or just visiting, this place is worth checking out.

Yelp
Visited Nube yesterday for a birthday celebration! The view here is amazing, overlooking Fort Lauderdale beach. We were greeted by the hostess at the lobby of the hotel and were taken an up an elevator to the rooftop venue, where we were greeted by another set of hostess along with a manager who sat us at our table. We had a lot of the menu items listed as it was a group of 8 girls and we did tapa style. Not one of those food items disappointed. Everything came out as it was ready and the taste was amazing. They are a little bit on the pricier side but well worth it! After we ate and some girls left we went outside by the fire place to overlook the view and grab a few drinks at the bar before ending the night. I am also participating in dry January and they had great mocktail options.

Yelp
Nube is a rooftop cocktail bar that also serves some small plates for food. My experience here was one of enjoyable cocktails, delectable bites, and a stunning view. My partner and I shared 3 appetizers and a dessert which were all decent. But the real showstoppers were the well crafted cocktails. Expensive but does come with a fabulous panorama of the Ft. Lauderdale beach and blvd. Definitely a place to visit to take pictures of the scenic views with a refreshing cocktail or two in hand!

Yelp
My cousin found this rooftop on tiktok and boy am I glad she shared it with this girl from MD. If you want a table I suggest you make a reservation. But if you are fine with the bar , then there's indoor and outdoor seating. The bartender you'll want to make your drinks and have a high energy time with is Yaya!! She is a skilled mixologist and made my cousin and I both a coconut passion fruit Margarita that I will be dreaming about for days to come! Don't delay; come today and visit Yaya!!!!! Thanks so much for a great rooftop experience!!!

Yelp
Great view from the top of the Hilton, but mildly obnoxious staff and aggressively priced. 5 star ambience: come here for the view, 25-26 stories up, right on the Atlantic. They have glass railings and a stunning wraparound view. 2 star service: almost across the board, every interaction ranged from frosty/unfriendly at best to obnoxious / why is this person interacting with the public. Staff retraining in customer service would be a good idea. 3 star food: the food and beverage is good but nothing extraordinary. The wildly aggressive pricing is extraordinary.

Yelp
It's been a while since I put this on the to do list. Glad I was finally able to check it out. It is best to make reservations. And it's good to note, if you'd like to sit near the glass closer to the water, let it be known when booking. The view is definitely worth it. The whole place is great. Inside would be good to sit and dine as well. The outdoor experience is just one of a kind. There were many drinks to choose from. Moonlight mojito was very refreshing. I tried the empanadas, the plantain cups, and the steak entree. The food was all fresh and delicious. My favorite-- the empanadas; warm, very flavorful. Sad the order only comes with two. I will definitely be back here.

Yelp
WOW. AMAZING - This is hard to even put into words.. Breathtaking view, service was quick (but not rushed) everyone was friendly. Drinks were delicious- food was incredible.. everything was presented beautifully and very creative!! A different experience than usual, I am very happy our friend recommended coming here !!

Yelp
The experience here was good and bad but not too bad. We sat outdoors to see the view but they located us on the side of the building that was super windy. We asked if we could move to the front and they pushed back a bit saying it would be just as windy (it definitely wouldn't have been). Another not so great aspect was the timing of the food being brought out. We ordered a lot of food and weren't sitting at a large table. They served us almost everything at the exact same time. The seafood platter took up the most space. Speaking of the food though, it was all 5 stars. Everything tasted great and was nicely plated. I would come back here for the food for sure. I would also come back to just have a nice drink as well. They played great music and the vibe seemed like it would be a great date night spot.

Yelp
I had saved Nube for a future visit to Fort Lauderdale and during a recent visit, conveniently it was located at the top of our hotel (The Hilton Fort Lauderdale). Every time we were in the lobby, I would see guests dressed up going to a special elevator so I did some investigating... Once I realized Nube was at the hotel, I quickly made reservations. This rooftop lounge use to be a mechanic room and Hilton had the vision to turn it into a restaurant. I would describe Nube as a semi-casual rooftop lounge. It has high ceilings, modern decor and all of the staff are dressed in the same attire. They reminded me of fashionable stewardesses. When you get off of the elevator on the 26th floor, you are greeted by staff and a sign that says "welcome to the top." For seating, I opted to sit by the glass window since I didn't want to be outdoor if it got cold, but I still wanted a good view. Please note, seating requires a reservation, but the outdoor bar does not. Nube has a collection of small plates, however a few orders definitely can equate to a full meal. I started off ordering drinks with my party. I went with the Smoke Cloud because this drink had a smoke treatment and surprisingly it was less than $20. The Tequila mixed with the orange and peach bitters made this drink more refreshing than I was expecting and forced me to order a second one, because why not. I ordered to share, the coconut shrimp two ways (coconut fried and ceviche), the Cesar's Hand Dip which was a Cesar salad dip deconstructed and the short rib empanadas. My favorite was the short rib empanadas. What was amazing about these dishes was not just the taste but Nube's interpretation of it. Lastly, I ordered the smashed double wagyu cheeseburgers, which was three nicely sized burgers with fries. Everything about this restaurant and this experience was amazing. For now, this restaurant is a staple when I'm in town and if you are thinking about visiting, make the reservation now.

Yelp
Me & my bestie came here for girls night out and we had a great time! She had the tostones and I had the calamari. The tostones were sooo good give me 14 of them lol! Our first rounds of drinks I had the drink with the vodka and lavender so delicious and she had the mojito which was equally yummy! Our waitress provided awesome customer service. We took some cute pics and it was a perfect day to cozy up next to the fire!

Sheyanne M.

Yelp
I enjoyed everything I ate. The short rib empanadas were soooo full of meat and the sauce was plentiful on the side. The pasta wasn't as spicy as my Caribbean taste buds could handle but it definitely had a kick. The restaurant itself is in a lounge type of area that has cute little tables and the outside rooftop overlooks the beach. They were even nice enough to write a note for our anniversary.

Samari B.

Yelp
If you know, you know! Great spot for good drinks, small bites, to get away from the crowd of the beach. The service is impeccable - probably my favorite part. Made reservations but plenty of tables for walk ins. Will more likely need a reservation for evening/night time. The oysters were very different from what I'm used to - with a cava & pomegranate granita and yuzu foam - but was delicious! It's a small bites place so eat before/after or just be prepared to spend more for multiple small plates. Definitely a classic Fort Lauderdale experience!

Amanda A.

Yelp
Finally got to come here and check this place out. The views are great but it did get dark early. So if you want of you definitely go when they open. It did get chilly so they did bring out the heaters. It was quite windy up there on the roof but we sat underneath by the bar and the wind wasn't that bad. We decided to split the flatbread and they came back out with another apparently the first one they didn't like the way they sent it out so they gave us another one. Which was really nice. My drink was great and the bartender was awesome. There is Street metered parking if you're able to find any.

Yelp
Nubé Rooftop is brand spanking new and just opened about 4 months ago. Located on the rooftop of Hilton Fort Lauderdale with a stunning view of the city and beach. Absolutely breathtaking. They only take reservations for parties that are dining in the space otherwise it's first come, first serve for bar seating. We stopped in on a Saturday night for after dinner drinks. we arrived around 8:30 PM and the place was packed! We walked around a few times and there was barely any space to sit or stand around the four bars located here. There are two separate bars inside and two separate bars outside. After walking for maybe 10 minutes, we were lucky enough to catch a couple leaving at one of the inside bars and snagged the bar seats immediately. We were so stoked! Our bartender was Yaya and she was great! You can't miss her because she has cool long red hair and it was braided really cool. Plus she just looks like a badass. Not to mention she hustles! We ordered a Nubé cocktail and Smoky Cloud cocktail. The Nubé was a super cool presentation with dry ice. The Smoky Cloud was also a cool presentation with a literal "smoky cloud". The drinks were fabulous. We also ordered a couple of small bites, the truffle fries, and salt and pepper calamari. The truffle fries or great except it could've used more actual truffle flavor. I could taste it, but my friend could taste any truffle whatsoever and wish it had more truffle. The salt pepper calamari were really tasty and reminds me of the salt and pepper seafood options at Chinese restaurants. Highly recommend Nubé Rooftop for the drinks and apps. The space is fabulous and the view is unbelievable. I'm sure it's even cooler during the day. Service was awesome. We will definitely come back here!

Yelp
The food and the service were just alright. Visiting from out of town. Ambiance was nice. It was a very chilly night but wanted to eat outside. Said yes to outdoor seating but only if they could turn on the heaters. Hostess and our waitress said absolutely. Fast forward 20 minutes we were told the heaters were not in commission for the night....at this point I'm freezing. Very disappointing. Moved inside. I noticed everything our waitress recommended was truly the most expensive items on the menu. Food was ok but I wouldn't come here again.

Deannah R.

Yelp
The newest rooftop bar in south Florida! It was fantastic! The view is out of this world. I am still dreaming about it, Especially while at work We tried a couple of their cocktails. I had the signature Nube and my husband got the smoke cloud. They were delicious and different. I always love artsy cocktails that you can only get at a place like nube. We didn't get to try the food. But we We will definitely be back for a date night. Just a FYI there is a dress code. Men must wear pants and no tennis shoes. The hostess was very helpful and to add to the eliteness of this place they have their own private elevator.

Shenika T.

Yelp
I finally had a chance to check out this new rooftop. I was in the area and went here impromptu but they appear to be RSVP based and were strict with it. The bar was standing room only. We were able to snag seats overlooking the ocean but were told its RSVP only. A really sweet server allowed us to sit and order drinks until the RSVP showed up 2 hours later. They have some interesting drink names, but since were were already out drinking I got a regular mojito and it was nice great. We did not order food. The views here are breathtaking and the number one reason for me to return. Maybe a sunset RSVP is in my near future.

Kathy G.

Yelp
I really enjoyed the atmosphere!! It was a challenge to "GET" to the rooftop, problems with the lobby personnel trying to get us all to the right place. But once arrived it was great! Our server was fantastic! Awesome cocktails&view! The food was very good, but everything took a long time to come out for as "empty" as it was! I will be back!!!

Kavitha P.

Yelp
Visited here on vacation Really wanted to sit outside for the view but unfortunately the weather did not cooperate so we had to make do inside That said we had a lovely time , the food was decent but very expensive and the cocktails were delicious Staff were excellent and friendly It's small inside but we were able to walk around outside once the rain cleared up and what a view- this is the selling point!! Highest rooftop bar in Fort Lauderdale and the ocean view is incredible!

Rich B.

Yelp
I took a friend out for a birthday dinner recently at the brand newly opened Nube Rooftop Bar & Restaurant at the top of the Hilton Hotel on Fort Lauderdale Beach at 505 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd. The entire experience from start to finish was a 10/10. We had an 8 pm reservation but arrived at 7:30 because we wanted to check out the bar scene for a bit before our table was ready. The ambience, decor, and views are absolutely stunning. This is sure to be one of the hottest new spots in all of South Florida, not just Fort Lauderdale. They offer a variety of specialty cocktails. I started with a "Moonlight Mojito" with Bacardi Superior Rum, Toasted Coconut, Passionfruit, Mint, Lime, & Club Soda ($16), while my friend had an "Ocean Escape" consisting of Ketel One Vodka, Red Bull, Coconut Berry, & Citrus ($16). Both of us really enjoyed the drinks and by the time we finished them our table was ready. Our server Shirley, was very friendly and attentive. Most of the dishes are small plates meant for sharing, and since everything sounded so good we ordered a whole bunch of food to share, including: * JUMBO SHRIMP COCKTAIL Cocktail Sauce * Spiced Crackers ($22) * COCONUT SHRIMP TWO WAYS Coconut Fried Shrimp * Shrimp Ceviche * Coconut Sauce * Coconut "Bacon" ($18) * "CAESAR'S HAND" DIP Prosciutto * Romaine * Caesar Dip * Fluffy Green Goddess * Umami Sourdough Crumbs ($16) * SHORT RIB EMPANADAS Ají Amarillo Aioli * Salsa Criolla ($17) * SALT & PEPPER CALAMARI Lemon Sumac Aioli * Thai Vinaigrette ($21) * WAGYU DUMPLINGS Tonkotsu Sauce * Truffle Pearls ($22) And as a nice birthday gesture, they also gave us a complimentary dessert. We opted for the KEY LIME PIE PARFAIT with Waffle & Nut Crunch, Ginger Crumbs, and Grand Marnier Chantilly (whatever that is lol) Total tab including tip was $203. Highly recommend this place. The whole experience from the ambience, food, and service was a total home run.

Avesta S.

Yelp
Come for the views stay for the vibes! Ivanka provided exceptional service making up for the lackluster food and drinks. We opted for mocktails which were terribly over-sweetened. The Wagyu was a great value but too salty for me to really enjoy the flavor. The views were even better than imagined. It's a great spot for a pair with a narrow walkway across the glass overlooking the ocean most of the best seats are for two. Indoor you'll find a live DJ making it a great spot for a party or celebration. Bottle service is also available. They have an amazing indoor and outdoor bars with limited seats.

Meagan G.

Yelp
This place is a beautiful atmosphere. Love that it overlooks the beach and ocean. We sat outside. The high top tables are kind of awkward for eating at. The drink I got was okay. I can't remember the name of it. It was some type of Prosecco spritz. The menu is very limited. I usually eat vegan/vegetarian but there weren't really any options for me there so I ate seafood. I got the coconut shrimp two ways. I did not like it at all. The concept was strange. It was served on a bowl of ice which ended up dripping all over the table, getting our purses soaked. My friend got the wagu dumplings and she really liked them. We also got calamari, which was excellent. The prices were very high for what you got. Our server, Ivanka, was awesome. I'm not sure if I would go back. The best part was the view. I saw some others getting old fashions and they looked and smelled great so maybe I would try that drink next time.

Sammy D.

Yelp
The view at this place is breathtaking. Reservation is a must! We went for Sunday brunch. If you want to sit at the roof top there is a minimum of $50 per person. The view of Fort Lauderdale beach is beautiful but I'll warn you it's HOT! There is no cover from the sun. I brought my fan. We ordered shrimp ceviche as an appetizer it was so yummy! I'm not a big fan of ceviche and I was in awe of how good it was! Main course we had the chicken pasta(I added some spicy flakes) it was amazing!!!!! My bf also enjoys the wagyu sliders. Over all Will go again.

Tara F.

Yelp
This was walking distance from our hotel so it was extremely convenient. The views are immaculate! And the vibes are pretty cool - good looking people and great music. Drinks and food were good too. Got an espresso martini and the burger with fries. Our server was very sweet and attentive. Would definitely go back next time I'm in town.

Rachelle F.

Yelp
The food was actually good . We had the wagyu burger and the pasta, both really good choices and good portion. The shrimp 2 ways was also good but only comes with 2 coconut shrimp. I took one star off only because it did take 25 min for our server to come the first time to ask for drinks. Other than that I would deff recommend and go back especially during sunset. Deff a vibe

Sherry W.

Yelp
I went again on a Saturday at 4pm. The hostess told us we could go where we wanted so we sat at an outside table. A staff member then told us we couldn't sit there and that the bars were open seating. I went back to the hostess stand to see if they had any tables and they said no. We saw many tables unattended while we were there. We sat at the inside bar. I asked what mocktails they have and they said only a mojito could be made into one. Most bars these days have a mocktail menu and it was disappointing that they don't. The bartender said I could tell her what I want in a mocktail and she would Make it. She said she didn't know how to many any mocktails. The view is pretty, but service can be improved.

Nicole F.

Yelp
Came here for some drinks with a friend and the views were amazing ! It was def a vibe! It does get a bit crowded because it is a little small but overall it is a nice spot to catch a drink and hear some music! They also have food but we didn't order any.

Rosalyn P.

Yelp
We had an amazing time. The food was great. I had the steak frites which were delicious as well as the short rib empanadas. These were the best empanadas I've ever had. The view and ambiance was second to none. I certainly will be back soon.

Janice H.

Yelp
We went on a Saturday night. First off, make sure you make a reservation. We did and when we got there, there was a line of people waiting to get in. We got taken up to the rooftop immediately and were seated. It was tight outside and where we were seated, it was all 2 seater tables and a small walkway in between. Food was ok. We had the shredded beef tostones - beautiful presentation, but salty. The smash burgers with fries were good. Calamari was ok. We ordered drinks - Sea-norita, Serene Sunrise and Botanical Breeze again beautiful presentation, but did not taste good, could not taste any alcohol in it. There was a DJ that played techno music. Our server was good but overall the experience was just OK and with all the hype about this restaurant, we were disappointed.

Delphine C.

Yelp
I have been waiting to come to this place since it opened, and finally made it in. I came for my birthday dinner and had an amazing time! Deanna was our server and she went above and beyond to make it a special night and fulfill all our requests, all with a smile on her face. It was cold that night, so we had a table inside. The only downside about this place, which I wasn't aware of beforehand was that this place is more of a lounge rather than a restaurant, so they don't really have tables to eat at for more than 2 people. They have mostly small round cocktail lounge type tables, and we had a party of 6 so they put 2 tables together and added some additional chairs to make it work. It wasn't the ideal situation but it did the job and we had no complaints. Still had a great time. As for the drinks, everything was super good, and we even ordered a bottle of champagne where they presented it in the bottle service fashion with the LED sign and sparkler, it was really nice. Food was also 20/10. Everyone enjoyed the food with no complaints. Will definitely be back but next time I want to come during the day/during sunset. The DJ was also great and I loved the layout of the place. It's a super large rooftop, which I wasn't expecting either. There's a ton of seating both inside and outside. Definitely recommend this place!

Kathryn P.

Yelp
Went with 6 girls around 7pm and that was perfect!! All the dishes are meant to be shared and can be adjusted to add more if there are more people in your party. There was a DJ, great music, and good vibes for sunset. The service was slow but very attentive. Most definitely make a reservation as this is not just a walk in spot. There really was no open areas or open bar seating as a heads up. I will definitely be back for sunset!

Kimmoi C.

Yelp
Making reservation, arriving, being seated, dining was definitely no hassle. Enjoyed the food, tunes and the views. Food Music Vibes We ordered a few tapas and two rounds of cocktails.

Corswella W.

Yelp
Alex's attention to detail made our experience at Nube unforgettable! Delicious food and great service!

Domonique S.

Yelp
Not sure why the reviews aren't higher because Nube Rooftop is definitely the place to be in Fort Lauderdale! Ended up at Nube on a whim and the entire experience was top tier. Unfortunately, we didn't make a reservation (huge mistake but I know for when I come go back to visit in the future). So, we ended up standing at one of the bars. Luckily, we were greeted by Yaya who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of the entire evening. She even found us a couple of seats in what I would say was a prime location in the venue. The views are spectacular, the service is impeccable, the drinks were for sure following and the DJ was playing a variety of hits. Next time I am in the area my first stop will be to Nube Rooftop and fingers crossed I will see my girl Yaya there lol

Natalie E.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this new spot! With 180 degree views of Ft.Lauderdale beach through a glass-- it was stunning to say the least! If you have Xavier or Erik as your bartenders, you will have an even better time! Xavier makes spectacular drinks and makes great recommendations based on what you like! Super quick service too! Erik puts on a whole show when making drinks and is very interactive! He offered to take pictures and make our groups night memorable. Can't wait to go back again!

Angie R.

Yelp
Ok, well... I got really sick after eating here. Likely because my server did not take my dairy sensitivity serious. I asked her to confirm that what I ordered did not contain ANY dairy. She claimed she did. But, overall... must of not. So sad to say I won't return to a place that doesn't value food intolerances. As for the location it self. I was excited because I was like yay, Fort Lauderdale is getting a cool spot. A lot of pretentious people. Felt like I was in Miami. Also, was expecting to be out in open air. where we sat was covered and indoor. Wore less clothes because I thought I was going to be outside. NOT to mention they left me a voicemail with a "dresscode" specification which my girls and I respected, but it was also annoying to see they don't enforce it to EVERYONE! smh! Food, presentation is very nice. Flavor was ok. But again, because the food made me sick, thou shall never return.

Samantha C.

Yelp
went on March 5th. A couple hours after my boyfriend and I had (still have) horrible food poisoning. Not the kind of joint you'd expect that from. Service was nice and ambiance was great.

sarah f.

Yelp
I came here a few weeks ago to meet a friend. It was a bit chilly that night but overall we had an excellent experience! The pizza was apparently a bit overcooked and the chef insisted we have another one on the house. The food and drinks were delicious! We sat at the bar and watched the sunset. I would love to come back when it's warmer next time!

Andrea F.

Yelp
Nube is a new rooftop bar on Ft. Lauderdale! It is on the 26th floor! It was a beautiful scenic view of Ft Lauderdale Beach! You must come dressed to impress as they have a dress code. Guys must wear pants and shoes! We just had drinks and they were very unique and delish. The bartender was super personable and friendly and gave us recommendations as to what drinks to get. I had the passion fruit mojito and it was amazing! My niece had the famous Nube and her husband had the smoke cloud! They were unique and fun drinks to order! I recommend visiting Nube with some friends, getting some drinks and enjoying while seeing an amazing panoramic view of the beach!

Had an amazing experience here. View is unbelievable! Food and service were both top notch

Yelp
Nube rooftop has immaculate vibes with yummy food and drinks. They bring the Nube drink out with liquid nitrogen for a real "cloudy" effect. The outside patio overlooks A1A and the ocean, and is the perfect place for a night out with drinks and friends. The salad was amazing and the tostones cups were great as well. I wish the menu had a few more options, but all the menu items we tried were delish. It was pretty poppin' the night my friends and I went, with great music lots of customers.

Yelp
Nubé is one of those places that you need to experience because of the wow factor in their drinks and bites. The service is quick, the ambiance is very lively but know if you're going on a weekend it's going to be feet congested considering the size of the location. Overall the drinks were delicious and the food was yummy and I would definitely go back.

Yelp
Came here for a birthday dinner. Nice vibe on the roof top with an amazing view of downtown Fort Lauderdale. The good appears to be tapas style but I ordered extra and ended up being full. We had a large party and where they sat us was not ideal. It was right by the door and it was an actual table for sitting that your legs could go under. She should have asked to move us. But over all the spot is great for IG worthy photos and I had no complaints about the food or drink. I'd go again:

Yelp
We got there and ask for a table outside but we told that they didn't have any because they had reservations. I chalk this up to us being 3 woman alone. But we were there for two hours and there definitely were tables outside that were never filled. The drinks were weak, for the price there was very little alcohol. The food was "meh". We had the salmon which was over seasoned with cumin. It was not worth the price, especially if they sit you inside with no view.

Yelp
VIEWS. Drinks, service, a perfect vibe for a girls night out! Great music too. We had ourselves a night and can't wait to go back and experience.

Yelp
Not really a hidden gem as it's on top of the Hilton but such a great venue. It's a cool go to with some very good offerings. Cool party vibe but not overpowering and on the two nights we visited nice music.

Yelp
Let me start off by saying this restaurant is TOP TIER! It's located on the 26th floor of the Hilton and has some of the most breathtaking views you'll probably experience while in Ft. Lauderdale! From the initial greeting, to the walk to the elevator, and finally making it to the actually restaurant, was such an experience. I do highly recommend having reservations. We lucked up and were able to get bar seating ! The bartender was very attentive and pilot overall. The food was amazing! I'd completely recommend you try this restaurant if you're in the Ft. Lauderdale area!

Yelp
Unfortunately I would say the most redeeming quality about this place is the view. Rating would likely be lower, otherwise. Service was lacking. Took 20 mins to get drinks upon sitting, and then extremely slow service overall between ordering food to the time it came out, etc. Whole process took almost 2.5 hours when it really could've been a 1-1.5 hour process. All of the food dishes we ordered were cold when they came out. The short ribs empanadas were by far the best thing we tried, but it was two small bites for $17. The pasta was cold and didn't have much sauce. Steak we ordered medium and it was cold and so well done you could barely chew it. Overall was disappointed in the experience, mainly the food - but would recommend for quick drinks at the bar to enjoy the view.

Yelp
This is a place you definitely come for the views- located on the 28th floor of the Hilton hotel. The cocktails range from $18-25, specifically charging $22 for Casamigos. The food was good, I have no complaints, maybe just bigger portion sizes. On Friday night, there was a DJ playing live music. Our waitress, Alayna F, was great. Make sure you book a reservation otherwise you will mostly likely have to wait! The outdoor dining is weather permitting, but the inside is just as stunning.
