They have a few different selections for burgers. Ordered a burger with burrata, fig jam and bacon and side of fries. Food came out relatively quickly. Overall had a nice balance of flavors, but the bun was a little heavy compared to amount of toppings/ burger. They have gluten free buns and lettuce wraps as an alternate option. However seems like it may be a shared grill/fryer, and staff not super knowledgeable about this, so likely not safe for people with celiac.

Just wanted to drop a quick review about this burger spot I tried recently. Honestly, their burger was bomb – super juicy and flavorful, definitely one of the best I've had in a while. The place has a cool vibe, and the staff were pretty friendly too. If you're a burger fan like me, you've gotta check it out. Highly recommend it!

Located in the corner of the Timeout Marketplace, Nu burger serves excellent burgers and fries that blend in beautifully with the market's vibe and drinks. Despite being located in a marketplace, everything on the menu was reasonably priced, and I got the umami truffle burger with truffle fries. The combination of fried egg, beef patty, truffle, and arugula in the burger was delicately presented and I enjoyed every bits of it. The fries which came in huge portions, were also perfect complements to beer and cocktails that I got from other vendors nearby.

BEST veggie burger ever? I think so. The spicy cauliflower burger is packed with flavors that a veggie burger shouldn’t have, but does. Parmesan truffle fries were a perfect compliment. Please do yourself a favor and go try it now. Added bonus: price was $17 total ($12.5 for burger, $4.5 for fries)

A hidden burger gem! They made my patty exactly as I wanted - medium rare. The bun was so soft and bricohe-y. The fried egg was cooked well too - sometimes restaurants overcook the egg but this was perfect. I deVOURed it. $16 burger w/tip and tax was $20 but honestly worth it. It was a good quality burger Fries were alright, not amazing but not terrible.

My husband got the Fenway burger and parmesan truffle fries. They were so delicious! The onions on the burger really made it even more flavorful and yummy. Would eat here again if we lived locally.

Google
Thought I’d try this place as it was burger time. I tried the Fenway burger as it was listed as what they are known for. But this burger is trying to be too many things and the main thing, the beef is lackluster. The bun was stale, and it was served not even warm. It was probably left on the counter until my name was called out. Anyhow, all the flavors just clashed into no district memorable taste. Did I say the beef was flavorless? The sauce used, I couldn’t tell you what it was. Again nothing distinct about it. As I ate the burger it fell apart, not from being too juicy, but just too much stuff going on. Over priced, over hyped, and over done.

Google
I ordered through the app. Food took a little to be ready. The Korean Bulgogi Burger was amazing . We added an egg to it also. The quality of the thick burger was incredible. The favor of kimchi sauce with slaw just blended perfect together. The bun was so butter and perfectly toasted . This is worth the $12. I had to order another one to go. Highly recommend

Yelp
Came here after a Red Sox game. The Time Out Market is a really nice food hall. After looking on Yelp at the options, I chose Nu Burger for my meal. I ordered the spicy cauliflower veggie burger and halloumi fries. Taste-wise, the burger was so delicious. Just layers of flavor that all worked really well together. Not too spicy. My only issue with it was that the burger was just too flimsy. It did not hold together well and wasn't really firm enough to be called a "burger." Also the halloumi fries were not what I expected. I thought I was getting french fries with like pieces of halloumi on top and a sauce. Nope. It was just fried slices of halloumi with a sauce. They were... interesting. It's weird, I kind of liked them? But I really only wanted to eat maybe half before I was good. They're more like mozzarella sticks. And the sauce was like kind of sour and fragrant spice-wise. I didn't hate it but I didn't love it either. It was just not what I was expecting and a little bit weird. But it was kind of cool to try something different. Seating is these long communal benches, which is kind of meh. Wish they had chairs with backs, but what can you do.

Yelp
Great place to come with large groups! They have lots of long communal tables and lots of different restaurants all in one place. I was very pleasantly surprised with the quinoa cauliflower burger, but would not call it spicy.

Yelp
I went to Nu Burger with a group of coworkers. I got the Cauliflower Burger and we got a scallion fries and truffle fries to share. The spicy cauliflower veggie burger was really tasty! I liked the toppings on it. It had an avocado pesto red cabbage slaw on it. The NuSauce was tasty. I would have liked the burger more if it didn't have cheddar in it personally. The buns were softer than I like. The burger itself was a really solid veggie burger, soft and juicy, and held together well. The fries were thin and crispy. The truffle wasn't overpowering which I appreciated. The spicy scallion fries were a hit! They weren't too spicy but I liked the kick of flavor. Both the veggie burger and scallion fries were interesting unique combos of flavors I haven't tried before. Nu Burger is a pretty good option at Time Out Market.

Yelp
Only got the fries, but it was just normal fries with very little seasoning on top. Too expensive for what we actually got. Will probably come back to try their main foods!

Yelp
Came here on a relatively busy Saturday afternoon. After placing our orders, we were given a pager that would notify us when it is ready for pick up. My friends ordered the umami burger with a side of Parmesan truffle fries and the fenway burger without the bun while I got the pesto basilico burger with haloumi fries. Both of my friends were happy with their choices. The shoe string fries were crispy with lots of cheese and prominent truffle essence. I thought the haloumi fries were regular French fries with a different type of cheese on top but they were literally fried cheese fries. They were good but pretty heavy with an already dense and flavorful burger. The brioche bun was buttered and toasted beautifully, a perfect foundation for the fresh lettuce and thick moist patty. Cashier was friendly and efficient with taking our orders. Overall, very good experience and would love to try other burgers from their menu.

Yelp
A little pricey but what do you expect, it's in Boston and has a bunch of competition restaurants surrounding it. I got the Fenway burger without the caramelized onions (unfortunately they didn't have raw onion so I had to get no onions) and a fried egg on top. I also got a side of the parmesan truffle fries. Overall, the food was good; I really enjoyed the fries and the sauce that came with it. I happened to eat here because I was at a flea market that was right outside of Time Out Market. Because of how pricey it was, I probably wouldn't come back unless I happened to be in this area again, but overall I do recommend this place.

Yelp
Before I ordered the Fenway Burger with bacon I looked at their 3-star review on Yelp and was prepared to be disappointed. But, I wasn't. In fact, I was presented with a good-sized, nicely-plated burger and after one bite I was pleasantly surprised. The medium-rare burger was perfectly cooked and the grilled bun made me wonder why more people didn't use Brioche. The only thing I wished was that it came with fries. But, with the amount of TimeOut rent they probably need to pay...I understand.

Yelp
Time Out Market is generally very busy and is in a great location near Fenway. I got the Korean Bulgogi Burger and it was cooked pretty quickly. The burger is generously thick and was cooked medium rare. The combination of the flavors was really good with the slaw and sauce.

Ramsay S.

Yelp
Burgers are not that good. I came here for their truffle fries but they recently raised the prices from like 4.99 to 8.50 and thought that no one would notice lol. They also gave less fries than usual. Not returning. I actually made a point to go somewhere else for fries whereas this place was on the way, but I cannot in good faith support a place that has decided to charge close to $10 for less fries.

Yelp
I have to say, fairly decent. The bun was fresh, a bit sweet. The tomato and lettuce were well picked, fresh too. The meat was a bit stiff (odd that only medium well and medium rare were the only two options provided for meat cook temperatures). The sauce was delicious. In general, I would come back, and try one of their more fascinating flavors!

Yelp
I visited Nu Burger at Time Out Market last weekend and it was excellent. The burger was delicious, and so were the fries. They were definitely very parmesan forward, but still yummy. Highly recommend!

Vanna M.

Yelp
Not the best. The Fenway burger was just average. Underwhelming flavors. The truffle fries had no truffle flavor but so much parmesan cheese with very little fries underneath. If I go back to Time out Market I will definitely not go back to Nu Burger! Too many other choices there.

Yuki C.

Yelp
It's not bad at all for a burger, but it's just me forgetting it has beef in it and I don't eat red meat lolll. But I really like the pickles and the egg and the sauce it out on. Also it's a pretty cheap meal.

Camila O.

Yelp
This pop-up is based out of Anushela.I found it difficult to find even already knowing of it. There is very little labeling or advertising that suggest they even sell burgers. However, now that we've found this place, i feel like we've found a little gem. You won't get a menu with a large selection, but instead, you'll find a few carefully crafted burgers that are so worth the visit. I ordered the kimchi burger and was surprised at how well the Korean flavors mixed with the burger. The burger patty was delicious and you could instantly tell its good quality meat. My one complaint is that the burger came out a little colder than I expected, and I guess that's because of the cold toppings. Another great thing about Nu Burger is their fair pricing. A burger that tasty should not be that cheap (I mean I did use a coupon but even then). If your reading this review, definitely give any Burger a shot

Yelp
They refuse to serve their kids burger although it is in their menu!!! The long haired cashier guy is too rude.

Marie M.

Yelp
The cashier is barely there. No eye contact. No "hello" and not even a "can I take your order." And especially not a "thanks." His long hair wasn't tied back (I was waiting to find a long blonde hair on my food). His hands looked really dirty with chipped black nail polish and when I asked for a fork and knife, uh yeah, he grabbed them not by the handles but by the tines and the blade and handed them to me. If this is your front line, how clean are the folks in the back cooking the food? Burger was good but I was really skeeved out so I didn't really enjoy it.
