The 37 Best Restaurants in St. Louis, Missouri

"What happens when a master of pho wants to open a ramen restaurant to rival the best in the world? He gets help. Qui Tran, of Vietnamese institution Mai Lee, and executive chef-partner Marie-Anne Velasco hired Shigetoshi Nakamura, one of the world’s four “ramen gods,” as a consultant and worked with the legendary Sun Noodle to develop their noodle recipe. After years of R&D, Nudo opened its doors in Creve Coeur in 2017 with a menu of seven different ramen styles, along with a small sampling of pho. Start with the Classic Nudo, a traditional tonkotsu ramen; the broth is clabbered and rich, the color of the inside of a cloud, while the noodles retain their firm center. The diverse menu also includes a selection of cold Asian salads, fresh spring rolls, and the city’s most delicious crab rangoon, and there are four different banh mis that are great for dunking into Nudo’s broths — as long as you don’t mind stinkeye from fussbudget foodies." - Holly Fann, Joel Crespo

The 32 Essential St. Louis Restaurants

"At Mai Lee, the beloved Vietnamese institution, Qui Tran makes pho so stunning it landed on the cover of Food and Wine. So what happens when a master of pho wants to open a ramen restaurant to rival the best in the world? He gets help. Tran and executive chef/partner Marie-Anne Velasco hired Shigetoshi Nakamura, one of the world’s four “ramen gods,” as a consultant and worked with the legendary Sun Noodle to develop their noodle recipe. Start with the Classic Nudo, a traditional tonkotsu ramen. The broth is clabbered and rich, the color of the inside of a cloud, while the noodles are cooked to retain their firm center, a key to traditional tonkotsu. Beyond ramen, the diverse menu includes a selection of cold Asian salads, including a lotus root and shrimp salad, and a Vietnamese shredded chicken number. Fresh spring rolls and the city’s most delicious crab rangoon are made daily, and there are four different banh mis that are great for dunking into Nudo’s broths — as long as you don’t mind stinkeye from fussbudget foodies. Like elements coming together in a good bowl of soup, the immense work, collaboration, and study that went into opening Nudo make it all that more delicious." - Holly Fann

Google
Dinner with a friend at the Nudo House and had to have the ramen of course. Plenty of seating, very cool vibe. The broth is amazing, the noodles are sturdy, and they have extra sauces you can add yourself to spicy up or flavor the broth more to your liking. A perfect serving size for one to feel full, no need for leftovers. Would definitely eat here again!

Google
I met a friend here for dinner because she said this was her favorite. I was impressed with the speed of service and the flavors of the food. Not exactly fast food however service was very quick and without pretense. Definitely a great place to stop for a quick bite to eat.

Google
Food is great but order accuracy needs improvement. They missed my order for extra protein for my miso spicy bowl. I paid $5 more for the $16 ramen bowl. Kind of disappointed.

Google
My kid ate a lot of noodles and she was about to finish she wanted the chicken, and as I feed her the chicken I noticed the chicken is raw. I just hope that my 3-year old wont get sick. 🤢 😢 and the food is pretty expensive too so we just wasted money.

Google
Good spring rolls, tamarind fried chicken was a generous portion. Papaya salad could use more lime juice and some spiciness

Lakshmi Avadhanula

Google
I had the Curryup Ramen and the Papaya Salad. The papaya salad was super good — fresh and flavorful. The ramen had potential, but it was too sweet for my taste. Plus, they were out of chili oil, which was a letdown. That said, it’s still a nice spot to grab a warm bowl of ramen, especially on a cold day.

Google
I don’t know if St. Louis realized how good we have it. The food scene here is off the charts and Nudo House right in the thick of it. Both their ramen and the pho is exceptional. They have an amazing team and you’ll leave feeling great!

Google
Friendly greeting. Quick service. Clean atmosphere, plenty of seating. Food came out maybe 7-10 minutes!(or less). Great portions. The broth felt like you were sitting by a fireplace. It was hot and soothing. Creamy with a hint of spice. Delicious of course. The crunch of the bean sprouts gave it texture. The pork was tender.. yummy in my tummy!

Yelp
Absolutely delicious! I enjoyed the shroom ramen & WOWWWWW it was everything i could've imagined and more. The flavors were tasty, the mushrooms were perfected picked for the dish, and I recommend this place to anyone dropping by! The ambiance is laid back and chill. You serve yourself for fountain drinks & the restaurant is large enough for big groups. You pay then sit, which makes it easier for bigger groups to pay for themselves. The food comes out quick & the staff is super friendly! Highly recommend

Yelp
Nudo never fails when it comes to taking your order quickly, and bringing out your food even quicker. The tonkotsu broth ramen is delicious. This time I got the beef pho. The flavor was good, just a little more cilantro dominant than my personal preference. I would say I've definitely had spots with more depth in their broth, but this is still worth a try. The crab rangoon are pretty good here as well. The presentation of their bowls are always spot on! Small place, but everything moves quickly, which I appreciate.

Yelp
We came in for dinner, and it was pretty busy around 8pm on Saturday night. It's actually my second time dine in here. I usually ordered to pickup. My favorite is their Nudo Banh Mi and Classic Ramen Nudo. I am always happy with their fast and friendly service. Restaurant is spacious and always clean. I noticed staff here cleaned the table immediately after customer left. I ordered Pho beef deluxe and tamarind fried chicken for the first time, besides my usual order classic nudo. I liked the flavor of tamarind fried chicken. Pho broth wasn't aromatic as I expected, and the meatballs tasted off. It's kinda pricey ($19) for a few pieces of rare flank steak imo.

Yelp
I came in for lunch and it was pretty crowded around 1:45 pm. You ordered at the counter and paid before sitting down. I got beef Pho and it was pretty expensive for 1. Around $17. I couldn't find siracha which I usually eat with Pho. The broth tasted just ok and the portion is average. They do have fresh meat though. I didn't like the where I was sitting since a lot of people walked by and could bump into me.

Yelp
Wow- this was a happy surprise . Located off 270 on Olive, definitely a centralized location for a quick lunch meet up with friends! Service was quick and we had a great visit amongst friends- the atmosphere was lovely and friendly In the bowl today, Pho with Beef with Fresh garnishments A side of chicken (extra protein) Veggie Spring Roll First, this was a lot of Pho------------ The broth was amazing by itself, but I decided to kick it up a notch. For extra flavor, i added the jalapeños, sprouts, basil and lime. The roll was enjoyed by my friend Kayte and was super fresh! Next time I'll try the gyoza and the O-Miso-Spicy Ramen!

Yelp
Me and my buddy stopped in on a lunch get together for a quick visit. It is an interesting restaurant with signed pictures of some famous people who have visited making it a cool experience. You walk in and order at the counter (there can be a long line on busy days) but it moves fast and then you grab a seat and slurp up that ramen. One of my favorite ramens in the area.
google avatar

Eleisha M.

Yelp
The service at Nudo is always top-notch, great friendly atmosphere. Went in to have the lobster ramen (surf & turf) for the 314/STL Day celebration. Was great flavor, and a good quantity of lobster pieces. As always, stop in and check them out. Best ramen in STL...IMO.

Yelp
Great lunch spot! What? I came here for lunch and I got the vegetarian ramen. This is in a vegetable broth. Despite being vegetarian, it has great fragrant and taste. The noodles were good and the broth was great as well. Perfect for lunch and the hot weather! Environment This is located in a plaza so there is plenty of parking outside. The inside can get busy during lunch time. It is like a fast casual spot. You order before you sit and strangely they don't have a number they give you, instead they call your name (it is a good thing that the place is small I guess). Niceness of the staff Very nice staff, she was working 2 registers at one time.. talk about efficiency. I would say she is great for the lunch type of service. We just want to eat and leave.. ha... Dollar With all this inflation... I guess 15$ for lunch is normal these days.. Yes? I would, it is pretty close by and convenient.

Yelp
Within St Louis, Nudo House is a nice, fast-serving noodle soup option. However, the quality falls short of expectations. It is a sister restaurant of Mai Lee. It offers menu choices from green papaya salad, bahn mi, pho and ramen. I visited Nudo House with a group of friends during lunch time. Seating is plentiful and service is fast. The order is fairly easy. I tried spicy miso ramen. It comes with charsiu, half an egg and mustard green. The broth is delicious with a nice kick. I love the texture of the noodles and mustard green as well. The part I dislike is the charsiu. It is very tough and chewy with pretty thick cut. I would want to replace charsiu with other protein instead -- if possible. Regardless of the shortcomings, Nudo House is still a fairly OK place to get a hot bowl of Asian noodles in a freezing day.
google avatar

Bob K.

Yelp
If you love noodles go quickly to Nudo House. There are no marginal dishes here - just first class Asian Fusion and wonderful noodle dishes. You can check the wait on line and during dinner hours it can be an hour, so time your visit accordingly. You can't go wrong at this busy, tasty place!
google avatar

Yelp
Good food, fast service, cool restaurant. All good things here! Even with a line out the door at lunch, it moves quick and is worth it! We've been a bunch of times, but I forget to take pictures before we eat and then skip writing a review. Made it a point this time to control myself and get the pics before diving into lunch. (You are welcome!) We got the shroomed out, crab Rangoon and curried up with eggplant. All good, but the curry up is our favorite! Worth a trip to enjoy!

Yelp
I honestly get the same thing every time. Pho beef (a classic) and shrimp spring rolls with fish sauce instead of the peanut sauce. This place is so convenient and whenever you want a quick bite to eat for lunch or a get together for dinner, this is your place. You honestly aren't waiting more than 15 minutes for your food, it comes real quick. Pho and spring rolls are yummy and comes with the fixings. Can't wait to try all the other things. It's calm right after work but if you come on a Friday night, it's packed.

Yelp
I recently visited Nudo House, and my experience can be summed up as fast and casual with decent food. The quick service was certainly a plus for those looking for a speedy meal. However, I found the tamarind chicken to be good, but it had an overwhelming sourness that needed something to balance it out. The pho I tried was decent, meeting expectations, but not necessarily surpassing them. While the quick service is appreciated, it would be great to see a bit more attention to flavor balance in the dishes. Overall, Nudo House provides a convenient option for those on the go, but there's room for improvement in terms of flavor profiles.

Maribeth G.

Yelp
Ordered the Curry Up with pork. Tasted absolutely amazing!! The food also came out very fast which was much appreciated.
google avatar

Beth K.

Yelp
Very tasty food with a feel of quick food to go, more similar to a noodles and company atmosphere than a fast food restaurant, servers were very quick and knew a lot about the menu.
google avatar

Alexis T.

Yelp
Delicious ramen, nice service and fun atmosphere just wish it had less to/go clutter near front however I imagine there are tons of to/go orders so wasn't that bothersome just covers up some of the nice decor. It was my first time in and I wanted to try everything but couldn't this trip. Next time I will need to bring a huge appetite as portion sizes are plenty. I love the variety of appetizers available as well. I'll be back soon!!!
google avatar

Yelp
Some people need Nudo, I just wanted to try it. While I love heat, to sample the food I ordered the Classic Nudo Ramen and the Nudo Banh Mi. The tonkotso broth was rich, creamy, and had some nuttiness. However, both the noodles and the pork were much chewier than I expected, making it difficult to eat. I enjoy freshness in a banh mi, and this one has all the expected veggies (carrot, cilantro, carrot, and jalapeño), but I encountered the same problem with the meat being too chewy. The chicken pate provided a nice texture though. It's good ramen for the area.

Yelp
A lot to like here... A walk up counter with fast service of good food. Complete four stars. Now, how to get to five stars? Solve what all the reviews say: very crowded front door + counter order + walk thru for DoorDash pickups. It sucks, and it diminishes the experience. I didn't know if eat-in could go sit and order from the table, so I tried it. I was wrong. So, not clear on how it all works. Second, ramen (Nodu Classic) was on point. Nodu Bahn Mi was awesome, though a little too much baguette (just a bit). Drink selection is random, the boba was mostly sold out. All in all, a good place to have on the go-to list.
google avatar

Yelp
So decided to try this place out had a taste for some good ramen and the reviews are great! We were able to get street parking right out front on Delmar so that was a plus. Walked in and explored the vast selection they had on the menu but the young man behind the desk wasn't super helpful especially with it being our first time. We opted for Omiso Spicy. We ordered 3 orders of ramen, Tamraind chicken, and an order of crab rangoon. The total was about $70 which I thought was pretty decent for the portions. We sat down the food came out quickly and steaming hot. The ramen was just okay, crab rangoon were well stuffed, and the chicken was decent. Overall it wasn't much of an experience and the food was okay. The setup of the restaurant is open seating and not much decoration to look at but it was clean and that's always a plus.

Yelp
Nudo is one of my go to ramen spots in the STL area. Once you walk in, you can immediately order at the counter and then go to sit down at a table. They also have a lot of customers come in to pick up their carry out orders. The Spicy Miso Ramen (pictured below) is my go to order for a comfort meal. The sweetness of the miso balances out the chili sauce in the broth and creates such a nice flavor combo. All of the ramen is customizable, and you can add extra ingredients at an additional cost. My favorite appetizer is the Tamarind Fried Chicken, which is super crispy and savory / sweet. The banh mi sandwiches are also yummy options if you don't feel like eating ramen.
google avatar

Rishi J.

Yelp
Nudo House's Creve Coeur location is a great place for both Pho and Ramen enthusiasts! Opting for my favourite Vegan Curry Up Ramen, fried Japanese squash, other delightful ingredients like garlic, ginger, lemongrass and an enticing blend of spices in coconut milk. Being a vegetarian, I absolutely loved this Vegan option. The restaurant itself is small and cozy bordering on chaotic during peak hours, so it's not ideal for large groups, but this place food is well worth it. I will definitely visit again.
google avatar

AT M.

Yelp
On the pricy side but the food is very good. It is not the best ramen I've ever had, but it's the best that I've had in STL. It does kinda suck though because they have you order and pay the register before taking your seat so if you go during a busy time there is a long line and the tables are all taken by family members saving spots. Service is good though and it's a very fast paced environment for the employees!
google avatar

Timira M.

Yelp
I have been wanting to try this place for quite some time and finally got a chance. The service here is excellent and the staff is friendly. The inside is clean and well lit on the inside. I like how the decor ties into the business. I ordered the lo main and crab rangoon. The noodles were okay but salty, and the chicken was okay. I opted not to have the pork included because I don't eat it, but it does come with that. The crab Rangoon was okay. This is on the more pricey side. I spent $18 for a very small portion of food. I'm not sure if I will be returning or not, but if Ramen is your thing, this is the place to be. They have a different of Ramen and Pho options.
google avatar

Paul O.

Yelp
Great food, service, and ambiance. A great ramen spot for any dinner occasion. Many options to choose from.
google avatar

Adrian W.

Yelp
My favorite Ramen dining place. Hebrew Hammer Ramen - Hands down just plain Excellent. My favorite. Service - Still excellent and fast. Ambiance - It has its own magic. Plus many happy smiles and no complaints. You will love Nudo House....I do.
google avatar

Katherine M.

Yelp
A Local favorite for pho. I go at least twice a season and have a lot of memories at this shop. There was one summer where there was a really good mango soft serve flavor... I wish I knew when it would be back!
google avatar

Ellie S.

Yelp
Nudo house serves comfort food in a different way. Whether you like pho or ramen, you can find something to satisfy you. Ramen is always a bit heavier, so tonight I opted for the lighter pho. The pho broth is full of flavor and tons of vermicelli noodles! There's also a lot of shredded chicken, and I added more for an up charge of $5. The pho bowl comes with toppings (jalapeño, cilantro, bamboo shoots, basil, and lemon) and you can add in sauces. This is a tasty, filling, but light choice that will hit the spot.
google avatar

David A.

Yelp
The food is consistently excellent! Food comes out quick. Staff is attentive and always friendly. Decor changes. With the exception of two amazing dragon paintings by Brad Fink of Iron Age Tattoo.
google avatar

Cherie R.

Yelp
This was exactly what we needed on a cold, rainy day like today! It is counter order and then you can pick a spot in the restaurant to sit, they'll bring your food to your table! The food came out SO FAST! I was shocked and super happy since I was starving haha. We started with edamame, gyoza, and the banh mi sandwich with pork (great value for the price!). All apps were delicious and fresh. Then our ramen entrees started to arrive! I got the Tantanmen ramen which had ground pork, these amazing shallots, delicious noodles, fish cakes (soo good, don't be afraid!), all swimming a deliciously spicy and flavorful broth. My friends got the curry up (mild yellow curry ramen), shrooms ramen (light and flavorful), Hebrew chicken - flavorful thighs, and miso spicy. I loved it here / exactly what I needed! Can't wait to come back. Everyone was super nice
google avatar

Catherine C.

Yelp
The workers were very sweet and nice when we walked in, we ordered takeout and even though they were busy, there was minimal wait on our food. We sat down and waited for our takeout, and the inside is so clean and so many cool decorations to really make the place feel special. The ramen was fantastic! Would definitely get again, the miso spicy isn't too spicy either, it's just the right amount!
google avatar

Zyi L.

Yelp
Great staff, very nice, clean well decorated, food is wonderful, tasty, and authentic.

Anthony B.

Yelp
Always fresh, always amazing. The low prices make it a frequent stop for me, not just for ramen but pho, spring rolls too! It's quick and delicious and with fresh noodles made daily, I'll NEVER eat ramen from a package again no matter how convenient!! If o could give this place 10 stars, I would!! HIGHLY recommended!!
google avatar

Jo Nell R.

Yelp
Work lunch. Nudo House is hopping, as always! Counter service was quick and friendly! Order and pay before you find your seat. Nduja Bomb Raman is my new go to Raman pick. It came quickly, nice and hot. Delicious!
google avatar

Kari S.

Yelp
Had the Spicy Miso Ramen and it took away the long standing craving. Service was super fast but I also came when the place was at 5% capacity. I had my share of ramen outside of Japan and while the taste was delicious and full-bodied, the noodle was a bit too al-dente for me. I loved the thick char siu slices but I wish it was charred at the end to build another layer of taste. All in all, I would still recommend others to come here and get their ramen fix!
google avatar

Krista C.

Yelp
First time coming to this location. It was for a birthday. It was OK, there was a lot of bread on my sandwich. I got a chicken sandwich, and I had more bread and cucumber than I did have chicken. It was kind of a letdown, especially for almost $10. The other folks in my party got Ramen and they said that they really enjoyed it. The prices aren't that bad and the way people that work there are really friendly. I will say the crab Rangoon were really delicious and so was the spring roll.
google avatar

Jennifer M.

Yelp
I'm pretty happy with their ramen as a beginner. Good service and quick turn around . Was helpful when discussing allergies too.
google avatar

Dan B.

Yelp
Nudo house is a fantastic place to get your ramen fix as well as many other fantastic appetizers and dishes. You can get a variety of appetizers and noodle dishes ramens, a variety of pho soups, and a variety of Banh Mi sandwich's. They even sell their chili crisp for you to bring home to spice up your own recipes! You can also buy their homemade noodles in bulk. For appetizers we had the Tamarind fried chicken which was tender on the inside and crispy on the outside, topped with scallions and Tamarind sauce which is more sweet and sour than spicy. We also had crab Rangoon that were delicious, crispy fried wanton with creamy seafood filling which was hot with good crab flavor that doesn't taste artificial.O'miso spicy ramen, which has mildly spicy miso and some tender chasu pork, and picked mustard greens. It was well balanced and delicious. We also had the Shroomed out ramen which had luscious king oyster mushrooms in a creamy broth with black garlic and bok choy. I also ordered a side of fried tofu which I put in my ramen. Absolutely fantastic, The service is fast, friendly and accommodating. The decor has a lot of cool Voltron posters and is bright and welcoming.
google avatar

Yelp
Can we talk about how AMAZING it is to pop into a restaurant and get quality ramen to soothe my cold soul on a winter day? Nido House is a quick service style restaurant where you walk in and order at the counter. In rare form they have pho and ramen which always makes me skeptical but the ramen was perfection. They also have a mixture of appetizers which are the perfect compliment for your warm bowl of soup. 10/10 recommend!
google avatar

Dylan R.

Yelp
Nudo House is my wife and I's favorite spot for ramen and pho! I've had a lot of Pho around the US, and nothing compares to how good it is at Nudo. I always recommend this place to anyone I can.
google avatar

Solely E.

Yelp
I mean the ramen is okay. I like the shrimped out the most. But honey the Crab Rangoons are to die and cremated for
google avatar

Raymond J.

Yelp
Will start by saying I haven't been to a straight up Ramen place in a long time, I've been to places that serve Ramen, anyway this was best I've had!!! The presentation is like artwork. The ingredients taste fresh, the flavor incredible, you pick the protein. Order at the counter. Busy lunch place during the week. Came with a local friend that comes here all the time so his opinion is a solid choice
google avatar

Bernadette A.

Yelp
I ordered takeout due to the raving reviews about this restaurant, but unfortunately I had a much different experience. Once I got home and opened the bag I noticed immediately that the broth was so little. I took a picture before opening it. It was about 1/4 full, it's skinnier at the bottom so it was even less than you think. I then poured it into another container and added the noodles and you could barely see the broth. The broth is the entire experience of ramen and it was skimped out on. That was a huge no-no for me, I couldn't taste any great flavors because the meal was thinned out and it wasn't cheap to purchase the meal either. I gave 2 stars because the banh mi was very tasty and well-proportioned.

Olympia A.

Yelp
The pho was delicious and the staff was very nice even though we got there late (near closing). Thanks for a great dining experience!
google avatar

Joan R.

Yelp
I eaten here a couple of times and every time I do I wonder why I don't eat here more often. Food is delicious, there is plenty of parking and seating. I like that they have several vegan options and can make more things vegan. Today I ordered the Curry up! Ramen without egg and the Japanese squash tempura. I wanted to order ice cream but they said their machine was down. Bummed they don't have wifi as I wanted to do some work online while I ate but I just used by phone as a hotspot instead. Food came out really quickly. I have seen this place busy before but at 11:30 on a Friday I did not have to wait in line. Follow me on IG @eatveganwithjoan

Yelp
Good solid Ramen and spring rolls. Love that it's the spin-off of Mai Lee because that family has been in the restaurant business for decades. Love this place, slightly pricey but worth it.

Yelp
----- ----- ----- Current visit January, 2023 visit (2023-01) One more great lunch, again with our daughter. January 2... later-than-planned lunch thanks to errands. Apparently MANY other people were in the same situation... because we arrived at 1:30 and the line was out the door and every table was filled. The line moved quickly; by time we had ordered we had a table. The line remained... by time we left it was back out the door and the outside table was also filled. BECAUSE... Nudo has great ramen! The staff was wonderful gracious and friendly, as usual... This time we enjoyed... - our daughter enjoyed the Hebrew Hammer / Beef Ramen Hebrew Hammer [GF] chicken paitan, shoyu, braised chicken thigh, menma, bok choy, black garlic & Aloha Drink... Lilikoi (passion fruit) - one of the best drinks in the world - I enjoyed the Shroomed Out / Mushroom Ramen WITH fried chicken on the side... Shroomed Out [GF, V] mushroom broth, king oyster mushroom, bok choy, menma, black garlic & Tamarind Fried Chicken tempura chicken, tamarind sauce, napa slaw, fried shallot, green onion (similar to how we enjoyed ramen in San Francisco a couple months ago) The chicken can be enjoyed on its own AND also be fully eaten with Ramen We left with yet another smile and filled bellies Thank you, Nudo! ----- ----- Previous Visits October, 2022 visit (2022-10) We have visited Nudo a few times before and I have really enjoyed their ramen bowls. (previous review is below) I now can confirm that Nudo also has wonderful stir fry bowls. This visit the front door announced the day's amazing story fry (no broth) special: Pancit Sweet and spicy fattened calf Filipino smoked sausage, chicken, celery, carrots and onions I confirmed the spicy was less heat and more flavor and ordered the Pancit. The pancit was GOOD! Ramen noodles on the bottom with chicken and celery and carrots mixed in. Shallots and the sausage and some crunchy flavors on top, capped off with a lemon nicely cut in half with edges alternating directions. The lemon was nice and so juicy that it requires several squeezes to flavor the entire bowl, which it did nicely. My wonderful wife enjoyed the chicken ramen and our amazing daughter enjoyed the mushroom ramen. While really liked the stir fry pancit, I'm also thankful each of them shared some ramen broth with me, too. We will visit again, soon, Nudo! ----- ----- ----- September, 2022 Visit (2022-09) Today we enjoyed the - Mango salad - Hebrew Hammer Ramen both excellent. Thank you, Nudo! ----- ----- ----- Best tasting ramen we've ever had ----- ----- July, 2022 Visit (2022-07) Our daughter discovered the band Greta Van Fleet early summer, 2022, and quickly found that they would be playing in Peoria, IL, and she recommended a road trip. We had a great time, thanks in part to Nudo, on the drive home. As we drive home from Peoria, we missed lunch in southern IL and decided to get food closer to home. As we drove along I-270 our daughter noted "Nudo!" She had been before but I hadn't... I am glad she introduced me to Nudo. We have had ramen elsewhere, and that has been quite good. Nudo takes this to another level... just right freshness on the sliced onions; noodles also just right And the broth Ohhhhhh the broth Sooooo Amazingly Wonderfully Flavored... So Many flavors So good. Friendly staff Great interior; lots of local bumper/window stickers. AND the Aloha juices (made in Hawaii!) in a can... Lilikoi (passion fruit) for us... so good BUT While Lilikoi is a wonderful juice I just couldn't finish the can there... The ramen broth was so good I didn't want to lose the flavor, so I finished the Lilikoi later that evening. Thank you, Nudo! ----- ----- -----

Yelp
I come here for the ramen which is flavorful, hearty and worth. The pho, I'm not too sure what's happened, but the broth is too sweet. I've always enjoyed Mai Lee's pho in the past and have always thought it was on the sweeter side however just tried it again recently... and it was overwhelming and ruined it for me. I do enjoy their slushies.

Yelp
We came here for dinner with friends, and didn't realize this was a fast casual, order at the counter place. Either way, we placed our order and were served our food pretty quickly. The menu was straightforward with lots of options. We came here for the ramen, and it didn't disappoint. - Classic nudo (4/5): really good tonkatsu broth. Savory, with just the right amount of spice. Pork was really tender! - O'miso spicy (4/5): so yummy! Perfectly cooked and loved all the toppings. The egg was perfectly soft boiled, and the pork was amazing. - Crab rangoon (3.5/5): pretty basic, but loved the crunch and the flavor. Honestly, the best ramen we've had in St. Louis and in Missouri so far. We will definitely be back!

Yelp
This highly rated ramen (and more) restaurant lives up to the hype. The classic ramen was very tasty. The broth is comforting. The yellow curry was superb - slightly spicy with great mouth feel and texture. We had the crispy chicken with the yellow curry. Would do that again. The food is served very fast and hot! Wish I lived closer!
