We stopped at NUDO for a quick lunch and really enjoyed it. The pho broth was flavorful, and the fried rice was tasty. I’d definitely recommend the veggie spring rolls. Service was quick, and the staff were kind and courteous. A great spot for Vietnamese food!

I ordered the shrimp fried rice that’s been recommended and it was no good. Rice really wasn’t flavorful nor were the shrimp they place on top. The dumplings were average. Definitely not worth $26.

I'd give Nudo a 4.5 Food was very flavorful. I got the Bun Bo Hue and my son got the plain Pho. He is very picky and said the pho broth was so good. I'm only knocking off 1/2 points because it was so hot in the building. The service was great. They were busy not only with dine in orders but also togo orders & uber eats orders. I'll definitely be back!

Food was pretty good! I got their shrimp fried rice while another friend got their bun bo hue. Shrimp fried rice was good but wasn't as flavorful as I like. They put the shrimp on the side (in the picture). I think their bun bo hue was amazing. Really liked the broth which was very beefy and clear of the seasoning residue you may typically find in traditional bun bo. Would come back to try their other dishes!

Delicious spot to get Vietnamese food in the New Orleans area. I got the Vietnamese chicken wings and they were one of the best Vietnamese chicken wings I’ve ever had. Perfect crisp and flavorful batter on the outside and the inside was very juicy and soft. Even their special Vietnamese coffee drink was very unique and Delicious. The drink had condensed milk, jellies, and maybe pudding of some sort. Highly recommend this place and would come back.

Came a little after 1pm on a Monday and did not expect to see how pack/busy they were! Granted the parking lot is small, and it does not take that many cars to make it full so that plays a factor, but I still had to park nearly at the end of the side road cause so many cars were already there. Although the restaurant is not that big, it was still relatively a decent size to house maybe 30-40 customers. Decor is nice, and the establishment had great music playing. It really set a good ambiance. Service was okay. Could’ve been better. Could’ve been worse. I ordered the Vietnamese iced coffee, crab rangoon, and pho dac biet (combination pho). Coffee was very sweet so be mindful about that. I let the ice melt to dilute it, and it was still good. Crab rangoon was okay. Had more cream cheese than crabmeat. The pho was delicious! Great portion for its price and so much protein! Loved it. I also appreciate how hot the broth was. I hate getting served lukewarm broth so I was happy when my pho was hot. Overall, I enjoyed my first visit and can’t wait to return to try other dishes like their wings, banh xeo, bun bo hue, and banh canh! Heard many great things about those items so I’m excited to try them!

I did a phone order for the jumbo shrimp fried rice. I blindly ordered. When u picked up my order I left because I was working. Upon opening the box, I saw meat in the “shrimp fried rice”. I have been eating shrimp fried rice my whole life and have never had meat in the rice. I called to ask if this was meat in the rice, the lady confirmed that it was and said that I should have told them no meat. I said that they should disclose that there is meat in the shrimp rice as I ordered shrimp rice and never had it with meat. I explained that I pescatarian and don’t eat meat. They were not empathetic at all. Not even offering to fix it or remake it. I am extremely disappointed because if I order shrimp fried rice, I expect to get shrimp fried rice not shrimp and beef fried rice. I am just taking this as a loss and will give to someone homeless or hungry. I will not return here. If you are pescatarian please ask if there is meat in any of their dishes before ordering. This was $18 wasted.

Tried this place again in July. Still very impressed with the food and the service! Vermicelli and Bahn Xeo were on the table this time. Excellent!

I'd been eyeing this place for months, and finally decided to give them a try last night. I ordered the brisket pho and crab rangoons. I wasn't the biggest fan of their crab rangoons. The filling was thick and creamy with mild flavor; however, the actual wonton tasted quite stale. Three people tried them and we all said the same thing. It was disappointing because this is one of my favorite appetizers. Nonetheless, the pho was everything I'd hoped for. The broth is probably one of the best around these parts. It was bold but smooth. The brisket was tender and flavorful, and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. I really enjoyed it! Someone else picked up the order so I can't comment on customer service.

FOOD - Nudo Fusion Wings: 6 wings stir-fried with jalapeños and onions. Sooooo good! The wings were huge! 5/5 - Banh Xeo (Vietnamese Crepes): filled with shrimp, pork, onions, beans sprouts, and green onions. Served with vegetables and fish sauce. Crispy and made as ordered ( no bean sprouts). Good but very messy to eat. 4/5 - BBQ Pork Banh Mi: BBQ pork with Vietnamese mayo, sliced cucumber, pickled carrots and daikon, cilantro, and sliced jalapeños. Very good. 4.5/5 SERVICE: Service was decent. Food was ready in a timely manner. Food came out hot! I burned my tongue and the roof of my mouth tasting my kids' pho. 4/5 FINAL THOUGHTS: I would come back. The food was good. I specifically came to try their pork belly bacos but they didn't' have any. All the other options were meat with lemongrass and I don't like lemongrass so I wasn't able to try it. Bummer.

I came for the pho. They say it's one of the best in Metairie. It was a Saturday and they were slammed but the server was attentive and I was able to find a seat and place my order. I got the pho Thai and the crunchy egg rolls. Delish!

My husband ordered the bun bo hue and I got the banh xeo. Inside is nicely decorated with lots of greenery and hanging plants. Food also came out super quick and was tasty. The bun bo hue broth was very rich and the banh xeo was light and filling. We would want to come back to try other entrees.

Wow!! Great place to grab an early dinner with a friend. Such a cute Vietnamese restaurant in Metairie. Started with the grilled lemongrass chicken rolls. Chicken with pickled carrots, daikon, cilantro, lettuce, and vermicelli wrapped in rice paper. Served with NUDO's peanut sauce, the spring rolls are so delicious. Get the pho!! The Chicken Pho/Pho Ga was so warm and comforting. Chicken broth with both white and dark meat. My friend really enjoyed her Brisket Pho/Pho Chin. Both were brimming with meat, noodles, vegetables and herb. All soups come with a side plate filled with bean sprouts, jalapeños, Thai basil and limes. Sooo yummy!! The restaurant is so cute and inviting. Love the art work on the lime green walls. Spring Rolls. Bao Bun. Pho. Vermicelli. Parking was so easy. No waiting at 3:30 PM on a Friday afternoon. A great place for Pho with family or friends.

Nudo is my go-to spot for Bún Bò Huế! While I also enjoy their vermicelli and pho, the BBH is definitely my favorite. The staff is always friendly, and even when it gets busy (which it often does), I never have to wait long. It's a great spot for a casual lunch--whether with kids or catching up with a friend.

I loved the food at Nudo! I had Chicken Pho and Chicken Wings on the side and it was great. Food was made really fresh and quickly. I dined in, but it also seems quite a great to go spot and I loved the artwork all around the restaurant!.

Whenever I'm in Metairie, a stop at Nudo is a must. Every dish on the menu is mouthwatering, but I can't resist starting with the Nudo Fusion wings--currently ranking in my top 5 favorite wings of all time. I also always stick with the Shaken Beef, which never fails to impress with its bold and savory flavors. The Spicy Beef Pho is an indulgent side that I usually enjoy by the spoonful, and it's a testament to the culinary magic happening in their kitchen. The service here is always exemplary--patient, attentive, and accommodating, especially when I need to take my soup to go. (A process I admittedly struggle with!) A heads-up: the restaurant is cozy and tucked away in a parking lot with limited spaces, so plan accordingly.

The BBH has gotten so much better since my first experience here. I've been coming once a week after Sunday mass for the past few months and I can't get enough. The servers are always friendly and the food comes out fairly quickly. My go to is the Vietnamese iced coffee and BBH. My partner usually orders the combination pho and he always raves about how good it is. I also love the pickled peppers on the side!

Not great customer service. Smells good. Food came fast. Food is yummy. Pho broth good. Fried bao shrimp good. Wings yes. More than six please. Egg rolls yes!!!!!!!!!!

The service was impeccable. On time, quick & oh boy was the Vietnamese food delic. I went after the Brisket Pho for this autumn season & I am FUQQIN IT UP. That and spring rolls will make your belly full. Can we also take a moment of silence for the art on the walls?

Stumbled upon this gem in Metairie, La and y'all the flavors here were spot on! If you are looking for the real deal in Vietnamese food... Pho, Bao, and Banh Mi's...look no further! Came on weekday and the restaurant was busy, but luckily seated quickly. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The Bun Bo Hue was very spicy and flavorful.

We found this Metairie gem a few months ago and thought "what a find!" Interior is intimate and cozy but floors can be slippery on humid days so be aware with that. We ordered so many dishes and couldn't choose what were our favorite! We ordered the fusion wings that were AMAZING. Crispy, moist, and tossed in a savory sauce! Crab Rangoon's were delicious since it wasn't overpowered by the cream cheese filling. It was just the right amount! Don't forget the sweet dipping sauce! Best pho in the city. Fried Bacos is another dish you might want to add to your visit. Crunchy Bao's stuffed with pork belly and veggies drizzled in this hearty sauce. Loved the service! Will definitely come back!

A great place with delicious food! It's kind of hidden away but a great spot for a day trip to the city. Had the bacos (bao buns) and was beyond delicious. My friend had the grilled chicken pho and it came in such a big bowl - definitely filling. The staff were friendly and quick with service. The restaurant is a nice and clean place and definitely a great lunch spot.

Babyyyyyy, if you want Pho please go here! This was hands down the best pho I've ever had! I'm watching my carb intake so I didn't get the noodles but had double brisket. It was so flavorful and rich! The brisket just melts in your mouth! They have an in-house made chili sauce that is something else! Get it! You get quite a bit so this will be a few meals for you! The wings are top notch! Crispy wings tossed in a chili Asian sauce topped with green onions delicioso in my Dora the Explorer voice! Service was excellent! The hostess shared the different teas they offer and suggested the ginger & passion tea, it was refreshing! The place was is very cute, great for a lunch date! Almost every table was filled! Definitely going back!

This is the best pho I have ever had. Unassuming restaurant but the food is amazing. I just got a brisket pho and I can honestly say it is the best I've had- even over many larger cities. The broth is extremely potent. You can tell they don't water it down. The meat portions are heavy and the quality of the beef is top notch. I really enjoyed the rice noodles they use in the pho. They're very chewy in a good way. My favorite part of the meal was the house made chili paste. It had a medium spice level and a ton of crispy garlic. I will definitely return- the ladies were kind and served with a smile.

This is a small neighborhood restaurant. It is small but clean and cute inside. I consider myself very lucky to have been shared this place by a friend. Service is very fast. Everything is fresh Fresh. Made to order. Expect to wait a few for perfectly done wings. We ordered 2 banh mi , grilled pork vermicelli, fried rice and shrimp. All perfect. I can attest to the pork being the best I have ever had. I order a round pho to go. Beautiful broth I could taste the different flavors. All the vegetables fresh and bagged by themselves. The Pho was in a quart container. Best I have eaten. I felt a little piece of Vietnam while there. The staff are very good. Only thing I regret was not getting coffee.

Phone did not eat first which I apologize for but just goes to show how good everything was! We got the chicken wings which had the yummiest sweet and spicy sauce on them. We also got the pork belly boa buns and then the chicken pho. The broth on the pho was so tasty. The restaurant was kinda small but still great service and good vibes. 100% will be back.

The service was nice. They didn't rush us with our orders, which didn't make us feel like we had to hurry up with choosing what to eat since it was our first time here. The decor looked cool as well. There were different drawings on their inside walls that showed various Vietnamese dishes, which looked so trendy! We ordered a bowl of Bun Bo Hue ($16.50) and a bowl of Bun Thit Nuong ($12.00). For drinks, we also ordered the Passion Jasmine Green Tea Fusion ($5.25) with lychee popping boba ($0.50) and the NUDO House Coffee ($6.50). The Bun Bo Hue bowl is a Vietnamese spicy beef & pork noodle dish with spicy broth. The portions were really big! I'm glad that they were not stingy with the sizings because some restaurants can be like that at times. They also provided us with a small plate of cilantro and bean sprouts to mix up in the dish. As for the taste, the meats and noodles were tender & the seasoning was on point, although I wished they had added a bit more lemongrass to extend the flavor even more, but it's not a big deal. The Bun Thit Nuong bowl is a Vietnamese grilled pork bowl filled with dry, vermicelli noodles, pork, carrots, and cilantro with a side of fish sauce for extensive flavoring. In my opinion, this meal was just okay. It wasn't bad at all, but I felt like the bowl could've had more flavor to it meat wise; however, this is only my opinion, as some people might like this meal more that I did. The Passion Jasmine Green Tea Fusion with lychee popping boba tasted amazing! They used actual tea leaves, so it's authentic! The taste wasn't overly sweet and had the right amount of tea taste to it. As for the NUDU House Coffee, it tasted really good! It has sea salt foam in it to add a diverse flavor to the drink. If you're a coffee fan, I'd recommend trying this out. I just wish that the pricing could be a bit lower because meals such as the Bun Bo Hue bowls are usually $12-$13 at other Vietnamese restaurants, but I do understand a bit since this is a small business. I would come back from time to time if I'm in the area. Next time, I will try either the Pho or their Chicken Wings since I saw that a lot of people loved these dishes.

The place was small but pretty comfy and well decorated. I had the Bún bò Huế and it was delicious! On top of that, the fried bao buns were a new, yet thrilling experience for me. Highly recommend this place and will be coming back if I go to NOLA again.

This is my second visit, and I definitely recommend going right when it opens at 10:00 AM. It gets busy around lunchtime, and before you know it, it becomes overcrowded.

If I could have given this place 0 stars I would have. This actually the first time I have not tipped, ever! I truly think if I would've ordered Togo I would've gotten better service. Yea, the place is cute but the food was not seasoned at all. The broth in the pho was decent but the chicken and the shrimp had no season added to it. I shop around for pho and good service. I had to walk up to the counter for service and that is not okay. Check on people to see if all is well. Simple as that.

OMG, if you haven't been stop in and try it right now! The food was so good and full of flavor. We had the Fried Calamari, Chicken Pho and Shaken Beef Rice Plate. Be sure you try that red stuff in the jar to die for. The ladies are so nice!

Here do I start!? Food is some of the very best Asian I've had in the States! Spicy beef soup is out of this world. I bought a 2nd one to take home for another day. The chicken wings are super crispy, great crunch, and super yum sauce they are tossed in. The service was quick & very friendly. The ambiance is fun with great music. Will definitely be back.

While my monthly meat order was being lovingly packed up by Mr Mohammed across the street at Houma Market, I came in here to get some lunch. The restaurant is small and offers a great variety of phos and Vietnamese snacks I ordered the round eye beef pho. The bowl was steaming hot and served with an incredible chilli oil. The price was around $13 and was planning to order one of their awesome looking boba teas but was so full that I settled on the pho. Overall a great lunch on a rainy day. I will make this a routine thing when I am down in the neighborhood shopping.

Got the spicy beef noodle soup with some dumplings. The beef noddle soup was the best I have had. Not actually too spicy but extremely flavorful.

They were really quick with the food and it tastes just like how my family makes it, but better. It's really rare to find a place that adds lemongrass and gets the spice right but this one is so 10/10

I came from Los Angeles and surrounded by authentic Pho restaurants. This place has an average combination pho. But it is overpriced. For a small bowl of pho and soda, I paid $20. Where I came from, which is overpriced, a good and delicious large bowl of pho will cost $12. The broth was not slow simmered for hours with beef bones. No deep, delicious soothing broth and flavor. It tasted like a canned broth or an instant pho soup base. There were few beef balls - it was 2 whole beef balls cut in 4 pieces. Barely any beef and onions. Two pieces of hard tendon. Very disappointing. Service was ok. Restaurant is clean and open.

This is a great addition to the Vietnamese restaurant collection in Metairie. The pork rolls and fried bao are delicious! The Vietnamese crepe and pork noodle bowl with spring rolls were wonderful. The service was friendly and the prices, while high, did seem to match the quality and quantity of the food. I got a side of the pho broth to go, and it is really delicious. Next time I visit I will get a bowl of Pho!

Tried something different on this go around at Nudo. I had the beef bacos (fried) and they were amazing. Atmosphere was amazing as always. Staff was and service was excellent. Of course I had the fusion wings again. Surprisingly it was as crowded. I went at lunch and it was a normal flow. However the phone lines was definitely busy. So order ahead if your planning on taking it to go

Great Vietnamese restaurant! Our favorite in the area. Faves are pho, banh xeo, fish sauce wings and the lemongrass pork rice plate! Come for the great tasting food.

While looking for lunch in Metairie, stumbled upon Nudo! We are so happy that we did. It's easy to find and such a cute and laid back atmosphere. My husband and I chose our seats and poured over the menu. I knew I wanted today's special, spicy beef noodle soup- it was written on a chalkboard outside. Food Ordered lemongrass chicken bao buns, which you can get steamed or fried. We opted for steamed. 10/10. Spring rolls. Grilled shrimp. 10/10 Chicken wings. No words. Amazing. Grilled pork and egg roll vermicelli bowl. Also 10/10. Nuac Cham was good but I would like a little more fish sauce. Spicy beef noodle soup. Outta this world, my husband was obsessed. We also tried a mango green tea with lychee popping bubbles, it was so good! Service Outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and talkative. Very attentive and ready to help you make good choices! The owner talked to us for a while, and told us about their pho, the broth rolls for more than 12 hours. Definitely getting it next time. Also adding fried bao bun to our list for next time. Overall a wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back.

Absolutely love the pho tai. The broth for the pho is made with love. It is not strained like many restaurants do. Authentic. Service was just as amazing.

I had a hot pha on a hot day in NOLA. It turned out to be a good decision. The real beef soup base seemed well tended. Lots of meat in their combo pha if cut too small for me.

DELICIOUS! I had both the specials when I visited. The staff is very friendly and they have cozy seating inside. I will be going back to try everyday menu items soon!
