11 of Eastern Washington’s Best Restaurants | Eater Seattle

"Spokane has plenty of charms, not least of which is Nudo Ramen House. Try not to fill up solely on the first page of the menu; the pan-fried gyoza are perfect when covered in black vinegar, and it’d be easy to wallow in them, but you also need to save plenty of room for the ramen. Traditional and unpretentious yet sophisticated, Nudo has given diners the closest thing imaginable to quick ramen without compromising on the quality. The spicy seafood ramen is rich and spicy but not overwhelmingly briny, and the tonkotsu has a deep complexity. Pick something from the expanding sake list to take any meal to the next level. Both locations, in downtown Spokane and on the North Side, are worth a visit." - Teo Bicchieri

One of the best Ramen I have had in recent times. The food was flavorful and reasonably priced. The lunch specials were priced appropriately for the smaller portion sizes. Highly recommend getting lunch here if you are closeby.

Great ramen spot if you’re looking for a good meal. Me and my wife had the Shoyu and Tonkotsu ramen, it was by far my most favorite soup I’ve had in a long time. Katie (our server) was super welcoming and a delight. Would 100% recommend this place every time.

I was in Spokane for a week and I ate here 3 times. EVERYTHING I had was amazing. This town has a lot of incredibly good food. Nudo is good, reasonably priced, great service and it was a block from my hotel. I’m just bummed that I missed Happy Hour on 2 of 3 visits.

This place was right across the road from my hotel, so I stopped in for a late lunch. The restaurant was very clean, with simple décor and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly—Katie helped me choose since I wasn’t sure what to order, and she recommended the fried tofu. It was absolutely worth it! I’ll definitely be stopping by again to try more dishes.

I had the spicy miso Ramen and the ingredients were fresh and flavorful and it had a good kick of spice. The staff were friendly and accommodating. It would have been a five-star review if the Miso soup had been a bit stronger but altogether it was a very authentic Ramen experience

Absolutely love everything about this place! The woman helping us was super sweet and attentive. She was very caring and cautious when it came to my gluten and nut/peanut allergies. The comics on the walls and the vibe is rad! And the food was AMAZING. I had gluten free chow mein, it was delicious. And the portions are massive, it was about three meals for me and made great leftovers. Can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I just checked in at the Davenport Hotel, it was very busy, so I thought I would see what other restaurants were within walking distance. Right across the street was this great little place. We walked in and there were only 2 other tables. I wasn't sure about that. We sat down and looked the menu over, lots of great choices. I ordered the crisp coconut shrimp appetizer. All I can say, is i could have just ordered another and called it a great night. It was one of the best My wife and I have had. I was torn between about 6 dishes, my wife focused on the Miso. I finally settled on the teriyaki chicken. I opted for the half order, and was glad I did. It was a full meal and with the shrimp was the perfect amount. My wife had 2 of the shrimp and her Miso. Her bowl was big enough that I kept an eye that she didn't fall in. I sampled some of her soup and agreed that she had made a great choice. By the time we got our food, we were no longer alone in the restaurant. Every seat was taken. Life was good, service was great, our bellies were very happy!

what a cute little spot - from the food to their service it’s phenomenal - i needed ramen 🍜 and theirs was delicious! idk why this place isn’t a 4.8 at minimum. anyone saying the food or service is bad doesn’t know good japanese food or service. must try!
