"If Lan Zhou is the old and classic favourite for hand-pulled noodles, Nudo is the young, upstart challenger. Expect cheap bowls of brothy noodles that will warm you from the inside. —Tim Forster" - Kaitlyn McInnis

The food is delicious here and affordable. The noodles are handmade and they taste so fresh. It's the best noodles I had in an Asian dish. I like that there are also side dishes you can choose from. We got the braised beef and it was very flavorful. We also had the scallion pancakes and it was perfect. I ordered the braised beef soup, it was so good. The meat was very tender and the soup was well-seasoned. This is definitely a place to go back to!

I came here to try their pulled noodle soups. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was directed to my seat right away. Glass of water was served instantly at the seating. There seemed to only be one server, and she was fast and attentive consider the amount of customers that were at the restaurant. The menu had a good basic selection of Chinese noodle soups. I was recommended this noodle place, and after trying it I was a bit disappointed it wasn't as good as described to me. The soup was average in taste and lacks that umami flavour I crave in noodle soups. The hand pulled noodles were fresh but not the best skills were put into the the art of noodle making. Noodle strands varied in sizes significantly. There was little chew to the noodles - its texture is closer to well-done Korean instant noodles. Overall just ok and standard for noodle soup.

Good place for something quick and cheap. This restaurant is located in the basement of a building. There is street parking along both sides and the entrance to the restaurant is from the streets. They offer a small menu but have extremely quick service. They have really cheap side dishes that are pretty good. Their noodle dishes here are ok.All noodles are freshly made everyday. You can see the chefs make your noodle through the open kitchen. Their dumplings are pretty good. Hot and freshly steamed when ordered. Overall, decent place

This is the place where we go when we feel for soup and noodles. The broth is always good. I would like to have more vegetables on the plate but I guess that is the style. I like that you can see the preparation of the noodles and you can see the kitchen. For the aesthetic part, the place miss maintenance, if you look the plafond or the walls are not clean. That why I give 4 stars. We go for the tasty broth.

The hand pulled noodles here are great. We've been a few times over a couple years and the quality has remained consistent. The service is efficient and it is a pleasure to watch the noodles being stretched and made. There isn't many vegetarian options with the pulled noodles, but that's ok. What they do offer is delicious.

The service was very nice and I wasn't sure what to order so I asked for a recommendation. She gave me a few ideas and I picked the bbq beef udon which was an amazing choice. She made sure I was happy with what I ordered coming by a couple of times but was never intrusive. --- The noodles were amazing, thick and full of taste. The broth was also very good. High quality broth from what I tasted. The vegetables added a nice soothing taste and feel to the soup. Especially the cucumber which surprised me when I saw and tasted it. --- When I do come back I will be sure to try different soup/noodle. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're looking for an amazing soup in Chinatown Montreal.

This place was delicious. Ordered 4 noodle dishes and all 4 were amazing, quick, perfectly cooked noodles, and steaming hot. Prices were $10 per bowl which was very reasonable for the flavour and portion of what you get.

Nice hand pulled noodles in a very basic basement location. Good place to stop in, warm up, and have some decent inexpensive noodles.
