Very nice place. Phenomenal customer service. The staff here is very interactive and knowledgeable of the products they are offering. The menu is clearly posted on the wall, so you can decide what you want while waiting in line. They offered a few sales, which we took advantage of. Very large selection of flowers and edibles as well. We were in town for the weekend, and this was the only dispensary we visited, and we were not disappointed. When traveling to Vegas, this is definitely the place to get what you need. The parking lot is a bit tight but doable.

I trust NuLeaf above most dispensaries. New leaf is reputable & I recommend if you are visiting Vegas! They have a great variety. We purchased flower, prerolls & a disposable. We did pay a decent amount. First timers get a deal. They have great weekly deals. Monday especially. Quality is great! They will also answer any questions you have, so don't be afraid to ask. I prefer sativa, my husband indica. I wanted something more uplifting and they gave me great suggestions. We could have opted for cheaper strains (that are still great), but we decided to splurge this time. The flavors are amazing! The higher quality is like smoking air, so smooth!

Employees were extremely friendly, conversational, and knowledgeable about the products and had great recommendations. Prices were good and in line with what I've seen in the area. Variety was great. Personally, I'd like to see a bigger array of accessories and pieces too, but that's just personal taste. I definitely wish they offered tap-to-pay, but it's posted that they don't, and I'm sure it'll be coming in the near future. WARNING: The one thing that prevented the 5 star rating, is that after being told they will accept card if I have the physical card, they refused to accept Chime, they don't have it posted anywhere, and the gentleman who helped me got a little snarky with me just because I was informed. I'd definitely return though.

I'm a Las Vegas native and all this time I've been spending $60 every time I've been here, but have they told me AS A LAS VEGAS NATIVE I COULD GET 10-15% OFF ? ! NO !!! They never told me about the rewards (I'm an older patient when this shop first started, I came back 5 years later & new management obviously took over, so no points are automatically added to your account like old days) _------------------- EDIT ::: They fixed my points for me, I really appreciate that ... I will return to this shop again ❤️

Great deals throughout the day and night. I w been twice travelling from out of town and the employees are always kind and helpful.

First time here. My favorite dispensaries will have quality products, great deals, and efficient pick-up. Curbside preferred but not required. NuLeaf has all 3, and that’s why they get my 5-star review. I loved the ordering process: so easy to navigate between products using my phone. Unlike some dispensaries, I loved how Nuleafs site allowed you to shop, and the sale discount would be applied immediately. Not going to lie, i was was a little concerned about the street in front. Looked a little.. tough. We drove in and parked in back of the building, which all of a sudden seemed a lot safer. Curbside stalls are all clearly marked. Service was friendly and quick. No verdict on the product yet as I’m literally just about to rip into this Trendi cart. I’ll report back if I’m disappointed in any of the products I purchased, but if you don’t see any updates to this, I’m sticking with a solid 5-star review. I’m just a tourist to this great city, but next time I’m in town, this will be one of my first stops.

Was a bit disappointed I understand that prices are diff and I'm coming from CA to NV but I can easily get 3.5 for 9$ in Cali and the good stuff 34.1% but yet I'm here asking the bud tender info about the prices and he tells me there's no diff in price and ended up with 4g's for 35 bucks with really crappy weed! Never going back. Store is a very high end shop and beautiful inside. However I need it for extreme chronic pain and this weed didn't get me any relief at all. Also no specials for first time customers.

It's ok. I know it's off the strip, but I thought it was pretty pricey. No medical discount. which is a deterrent for medical patients like myself. i work down there so it's good in a pinch. The place is nice enough , good ambiance, and the staff was helpful.

My new go-to. My first time visiting here and they did not disappoint. The aesthetic and decor are a nice vibe. I came here on a Wednesday morning at 2AM solo. I was the only customer there when I first arrived, but they have security so I did not feel unsafe or uncomfortable at all, despite the location being in a sketch area. This is the BEST dispensary I've found in Las Vegas other than overpriced Planet 13! They had Camino edibles for $19.00 versus the $35.00 that their competitor charges ... a WIN indeed. NuLeaf has a great selection, reasonable prices, friendly staff, and quick service. My budtender was awesome and hospitable which made the experience even better. 10/10 would recommend.

Good barista, shit vape. Wouldnt charge bc it broke on first insertion, same as every legal place, "we sell shit but refuse to be better" there are better providers but why should they care? Vape will last a weekend if needed. If its close and you want edibles, good prices.

Went and got some pre rolls well half of them came with a quarter of the weed missing.., I know I didn't get top shelf but I definitely didn't get bottom and that's what I feel like I got. The pre rolls packaged were poorly taken care of. Not sure if y'all do this on site but whom ever does please fix this.. we already gotta pay some money for weed now and well I would just like ones that are full.

Great products with a sizable selection, fast service, friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Appreciate the free gift on birthday. Their prices are way better than others closer to the strip; this will be my go to place anytime that I am in Vegas. Their in house infused pre rolls are a great value.

Came from NY; got scammed on the strip... But a sweet woman at the counter gave us the best advice, and showed us some great bud. Highly recommend! Prices were fair for what we got. $300+ There was even a $9 deal on a 100mg edible bag. I had the opportunity to taste the salted caramel espresso, and loved it.

Very disappointed with the way I've been treated twice coming in there after I've been a loyal customer for 4 years on. With that being said when I asked the bud tenders name she refused to give it to me twice when asking so I can complain on her attitude. First a month ago I couldn't use my "code" bc I used it already which I never did. Second tonight she tells me it's not for the carts I'm getting yet tbh every time I've come in there and not dealt with her not one person has told me otherwise. She stated she will go out of her way to make a note on my account to not be able to use my 30% coupons?? Make it make sense. Dark hair very thin blue eyed girl. Don't know her name used the corner register straight ahead when walking in. Absolutely awful experience. Crazy part my mom went in prior, had no issues with her and she bought the same exact thing and used 50% off. Again make it make sense please. If you don't like people don't work with people then.

I have been ordering delivery from them for a few months now. Wait times have improved from 4-6 hours for delivery to 1-3 hours, which is cool. But what is uncool is they recent sold me an empty container pre-roll. Not mad about that mistakes happen but when I called to see about a credit the person on the phone was disinterested in helping and suggested I bring the empty container back to the store w a receipt, I don't live by your store and I don't mess up, I would think it's east enough to look up my order and given me a credit. It's not the money it's the principle and the poor customer service needs to be addressed.

Very helpful staff. Nice selection. Great prices. Highly recommend. But don't walk from strip lol, it's further than it looks on maps.

Though Nuleaf has been my primary dispensary for a while, I was upset to see this visit they sold me a bad wax cart. I discovered this after attempting to charge my battery various times, then purchasing a new one. When I called about the issue- I was told I needed the packaging (which I threw away already) to get the product information, & there was nothing else they could do. Being that I've been a long term customer/rewards member for quite some time, I was extremely disappointed no further effort was made to fix the issue. Especially when I have a feeling they're able to see the information from my last purchase in their system.

Went to this place while visiting Vegas for the 1st time. Haven't tried any of the product yet, but the environment and vibes were super chill and Jesse was super helpful! Giving us his fav options, explaining the differences, the whole 9 yards! We were waiting for our Uber and he ran out and explained that he had accidentally overcharged us and fixed his mistake instantly! Most people would have let us leave and not said a word, that meant a lot to us !! I highly recommend this place, although it's in a sketchy part of town lol! Don't judge a book by its cover is all I have to say! I'll try to update post with the results of our purchase!

The security staff was hella cool. They helped me out and gave me fire recommendations. It's fire and affordable!! It's a four because I haven't been to many dispensaries but I only wanna hit the good ones yknow? This is a very good one.

I've been a loyal local for over a year now and I've been having problems getting ripped off on my carts. Usually I check in store and they're okay with swapping it out for a more appropriate/filled cart especially for what I'm paying, when I can go across the boarder and get the same thing for $20. But lately I keep forgetting to check and when I get home about a quarter of my cart is already gone when I'm paying for .9 and practically getting .7 which is a big difference in carts. Now I just called to ask what the heck is up with that and why they keep turning out like that and how it's okay to sell... basically I was told that's just how their made and because of the pressure and packaging that it's leaking and/or "looks" like there's less in the cart, and I can look it up to understand the process better, and that's cool, already know the process, but I'm still paying for a .9 and deserve a .9 not anything less especially for an in-house made brand !! I just hope y'all can fix it cause you're amazing in every single other aspect as a dispensary. Cause I can easily have my stuff delivered and cheaper but choose to go to Nuleaf for the culture and fun everyone brings to it!

I drive from Henderson to get my green at NuLeaf. Let me give you the full break down: I know there are other locations but I'm loyal and return when I get the same service for years. I remember when this place was not remodeled. I like their "member" card but HATE all the spammy text messages from rando numbers which IS why they get 4 starts. OMFG it's annoying AND on the daily too! I'm so glad I changed my number - I mean even thinking about it now as I drop my review I want to give NuLeaf a lower star rating. 100% As far as the reason why I go there, I'm never disappointed. The prices are reasonable, and the quality of the product is always acceptable. The price I pay is worth the drive from Henderson. Straight up! Sometimes I have more stems than I want, and it certainly will never compare to what I got in dispensaries while living in San Diego, BUT the potency of the green and variety of srtains for indica, hybrid, and sativa ARE worth the drive. The staff is always friendly, although not too personable. There is security, even in the parking lot behind the venue (which does have the potential for being sketchy.) The hours ARE later than a lot of locations, but the parking lot is also a little more on the grimy at night. JS The location itself is not in the best neighborhood, but I'm not bougie either. I like the decor on the inside and it is very clean. Each budtender cleans their service window after every patient. Some places either feel like you're going into a trap house, or FBI set up and that is a "not gonna return" for me. The places where the security have semi guns also are we a no for me. NuLeaf is not as big as some places but the menus are easy to read, the inside boasts a vintage all tile apothecary style with a guest seating area, and I'm usually in and out in 5 minutes. REASONS TO VISIT: 1. Great Selection 2. Reasonable Prices 3. Friendly Staff 4. Quick Service

Best of the best, great service, very friendly. And cheap!!! I'm from the NYC area and this stuff is easily 25% cheaper. I'll definitely be coming back next time I'm in town

If you are looking for weed at super high prices this is the right place, I do not understand what is wrong with them, I really wish I could leave zero stars, I tried to give them a second chance despite their bad attention and it is very clear to me that this place is by far The worst dispensary in Las Vegas, their products are of very poor quality, and definitely the worst customer service, apparently my passport is not an ID for them because it is from Mexico, that is basically discriminating, hahaha it really seems like a joke in bad taste, I'll never set foot in this place again

They offer free delivery with a purchase of $65, well I checked out with a total of $140 and the only options were to pick up or curbside pickup. Decided on the curbside pick up and was checked in for twenty minutes without being served our order. Ended up just pulling off. Definitely won't be ordering from this place again. What a waste of time.

Mr. Sam, I know it is comfortable for you to shake any involvement in this incident and tell yourself I am a problematic person and You did right, as you know there is a two sides to every story, and sure I was upset, sure my attitude was disturbed, did I do my best under the Circumstances? I absolutely did! even though it was super uncomfortable for me, I didn't do anything to damage your business. Yes I told him he parked half the way on the line it was an observation only, but I don't think his reaction was appropriate. So again, thank you for kicking me out, it opened me up to a mew strain of weed I didn't consider while being hooked on your business. Don't thank me for anything sir because your response towards me was Exaggerated, unjust, ungrateful, embarrassing and frankly will damage your business more than it does me. Just being honest.

BEST dispensary I've found in Las Vegas! I'm a regular customer. They have a great delivery service, great flower, awesome gummies, tinctures and everything I need! They've also got a knowledgeable staff, great delivery drivers and they're just an all-around wonderful dispensary on all possible levels. I've got medical issues and need their products for pain and they've always come through on time with my correct order and no issues. I've been going to this dispensary for about a year and haven't had ONE bad product ever. All their products have been amazing! There aren't many businesses that earn a 100% perfect review. A dispensary is a business and should be run like one. NuLeaf understands this and runs a clean, respectable, professional business. Huge thanks to NuLeaf for having HIGH standards when it comes to quality, and customer service! This is my favorite dispensary in Las Vegas and I very highly recommend it...and in this case, I do mean HIGHLY! Great job, NuLeaf!

When I got to the register my card didn't work as I filled with anxiety the guy assured me everything would be fine. He charged my phone I approved the transaction and walked out with my desires! *birthday celebration week Jan29th-Feb4th* So this was the first Mary Jane stop for the BF b day as a little treat and diff the most expensive. it was a very cute store filled with cute photo props and all however I wish I did a tad bit more research on affordable Mary Jane spots . This place is sooo over priced it's not even funny compared to the 2 spots we continued to go to for the remainder of the trip . But it was a good experience and the cashier was very helpful and knowledgeable just wish he told me to go else where lol

Regular here, this review is mainly for Curbside. If you're choosing curbside pickup be prepared to wait 15+ minutes EVERY TIME just for someone to come out and take your ID. On top of another 15+ minutes to come back out. Easily and too often have spent half an hour waiting for curbside and had to get out my car and go inside because the lack of acknowledgment was insane. BEWARE, like another review said, curbside again! Double check your change before you leave because they don't give you back the correct the amount. Had management check the cameras and got my money back. Thieves.

Excellent products with reasonable prices. My favorite dispensary in Vegas. They have "high" quality strains that are true to their name and function. I shop by THC % and never go wrong. Plus, they're open 24/7!!! I tried many shops in Begas and this one consistently delivered the best smoke.

Usually they're on top of their game, but today they had me outside waiting for CURBSIDE for over 20 mins before they even took my ID card to check me in. The whole point of curbside is to avoid having to go in. I could have went in and waited in line to order and still got out before I did curbside. I spent probably 45 minutes just trying to get my order. Stick to the Las Vegas Blvd location.

The nu leaf location on Twain was almost like a field trip to a vintage museum of cannabis the old cigarette machine dispensed boxes of matches which was a dope touch to The dispensary as well as a keepsake or souvenir the prices were hella cheap or affordable for concentrate edibles and flower with a 1 oz daily limit the staff was very helpful and professional whole visit took all of 20 minutes there was several Bud tenders on site so the whole visit was Swift would definitely visit Nu leaf again when in sin City...

First time at NuLeaf was today. My family and I went in looking for carts. I am a medical patient and was helped by Alana. Alana went above and beyond to answer our questions and was very helpful at recommending specific products based on what we were looking for. Nuleaf is a dispensary that you should defiantly must check out. Thank you for the great service!

Wow, this place is very clean and is beautiful inside. The staff is so nice and friendly!!! I believe customer service really sets you apart from others in the industry. I am glad I was referred here.

Horrible. 1st experience I was trying to order delivery around 9pm and was told that they weren't able to accept anymore(delivery ends at 11:30pm) and then it takes over an hour at curbside to get my medicine because they weren't taking my electronic rec I had to print it. Fast forward last night I try again since they carry low cost concentrates. Around 9pm I call for delivery and I get no response until THIS MORNING finally I am told the order is on the way and Sam below says she is sorry and I should ask for her. Considering my order hasn't arrived I call but their number never gets you to a real person. So I call my driver Ron and he says "I'm just a driver I can't give you the phone number" and hangs up. I'm never going here again. They treat you like garbage all around. I get better customer service from the irs

Quick and easy place to get some meds and be on your way. I'm a medical patient from Arizona and was able to order online the first time with NO PROBLEM! In Arizona it would have taken me 30 minutes to get in and out as a new patient. Their express curbside was quick and easy too, would recommend for anyone coming in from out of town or local.

Absolutely incompetent. Accused me of having COVID and refused delivery. Have used them before and not had issues - seems like new management is a bunch of losers who can't read. Better options in town. Will work with local government regarding their discrimination. Response to manager: totally understand! However your low level employees yelling "WE AINT DELIVER BECUZ YOU SAID YOU GOT THE COVID" (which I don't and never stated) and then her manager saying "so are you an old man or something?" are not appropriate business interactions, regardless of the industry. Embarrassing.

I absolutely love the Nuleaf ! I am a very loyal customer who has to visit my 2nd home at least twice a week to buy good treats! The staff are always respectful to everyone, very patient and make sure you get whatever best fits you ..
