The location for this cidery couldn't be any better. It is within a block of so many other locations to visit and breweries. We went to 4, all within a block and a half of each other.
Walking up, you can tell this is a newer development in town, much like the rest of the city, and they had a food truck right outside that I believe was pizza. Inside, first impression was super cute and well designed and though early on a Friday had a good amount of people that just continued to grow as time slightly moved on.
I will say the ordering process was less than welcoming if I am being honest as we kinda felt like we were bothering the guy behind the counter, and he felt snobbish and really disengaged to offer any information or suggestions. Okay, we get it. It is cider, but your job is to sell your product, so maybe at least talk to your patrons.
We ordered the sweet flight along with the two extras they had on the menu that were listed as sweet, but honestly, they were all more on the dry side. I love ciders and definitely have had more than my share of sweet and dry, and these were dry with one exception that both Ben and I "fought" over because it was the best out of the 6 we ordered.
Would I go back, for sure, to try whatever is new on the menu the next time I am in Minneapolis, but it would only be to try the new items.
