Numinous it’s a great little coffee shop in marble Falls. It’s in a pretty good location at the corner of 1431 and 281. It looks to be a house converted into a coffee shop. They have indoor and outdoor seating and the staff was super nice and friendly. They have a variety of coffees and smoothies and pastries. For coffees they have house-made syrups, which are pretty tasty. I had the caramel latte which was great, although a little on the sweet side. Overall, it may not look like much from the outside as it still resembles a house, but the inside looks like a coffee shop with a few different sections for seating.Overall, thumbs up for this coffee shop.

Love this place and make it a point to stop when traveling through each week. Plenty of nooks and crannies for seating. Team is usually smiling and food tastes like a chef prepared it every time versus a microwave.

This spot is awesome. Marble Falls is fantastic, and I hope it doesn't change much or lose its unique charm to outside influences, just like this coffee shop has managed to keep. The service is top-notch and the coffee even better, all in a lovely setting with friendly faces from start to finish. Big thanks to Malaia, the tall, super-friendly young lady. Excellent coffee and freshly baked scones, muffins a cookies. We had the lavender latte, caramel macchiato latte and the orange cranberry scone. All were delicious. Glad we looked up coffee shops in Marble Falls as it started our day off extra special.

Really great prices on coffee. The latte was smooth and had a great taste. Nice rich coffee without being bitter and a great foam top. I only ever get medium hot latte with 2% and 1 stevia. It was done right and thaw atmosphere was pleasant and interesting.

Friendly, welcoming, comfortable coffee shop that also has excellent coffee! Coffee is the only thing that I’m a snob about. I just can’t do that burnt coffee that so many people seem to enjoy. Traveling through rural South Texas, I was having some trouble finding a good cup of coffee. The great online reviews about the spot are accurate! Fantastic coffee! I am sipping a beautifully lightly roasted cup of single origin Oaxaca coffee well, comfortably getting work done with great Wi-Fi and adequate seating. yummy snack options, too. A great stop if you find yourself in marble Falls, TX.

We absolutely love numinous. The code and scones are all amazing. I just have one request…. Make more scones and kolaches!!! lol I am not an early bird and it’s by luck if there’s any left. But 10/10 service and food. I’ll keep coming back!! 😊

We came here twice while we were in Marble Falls, primarily for the blackberry lavender scone! I would definitely recommend their baked goods--specifically that scone. It was so good it inspired me to go home and replicate the scones myself! Our lattes were fine--pretty average. It seems to be a decently popular place for the area. Service was friendly enough. It's a smaller place that has less seating than a Starbucks, but there are some tables inside and outside.

If you are anywhere near Marble Falls and want to stop for great coffee and friendly service this is your place, nice, comfy, quiet, delicious coffee... perfect to unwind for a bit and enjoy a well made cappuccino specially if you order a cookie or even an ice tea!!! The chocolate chip cookie was really special, the ice tea was so refreshing (I tried the peach one and loved it)

Coffee - about a 4.5 Small inconspicuous location a friend recommended. There are a few other decent coffee shops here in Marble Falls but always willing to check out others. The parking lot made it seem like a very popular place. Easy enough to place an order and had what we wanted. I am not a coffee drinker but my friend said the coffee was very good. They also have some baked goods and I bought a small boule of sourdough. Having spent a lot of time in Northern California I can say this is NOT sourdough bread. The center was not fully cooked and ultimately, we ended up feeding it to the deer in our backyard. But the worst part of this visit was the three text messages and two emails we received after paying!!! I NEVER signed anything saying I agreed to emails and/or text messages. I don't want to receive an email but typically don't care too much about getting an email receipt even if I didn't ask for it. But to blow up my phone with text messages... I NEVER signed anything nor asked to be texted. The owner has been contacting me asking me to "update" my review. The simple FACT is I did receive multiple text messages (as you can see by the attached photo). The owner blames this on Square but yet no other business I have been to will send me text messages so this must be something on Numinous they need to work out with Square. The law is very clear about this and they must receive my consent to send text messages. But it's just so creepy how just using your credit card, a business can start texting you. This update is because the owner keeps emailing me. I stand by my previous review. This was my experience no matter how much the owner doesn't want me to write about it.

Nitro cold brew! I didn't see it on their wall menu so I'm glad I asked if they had a cold brew, but when they hit back 'nitro' I was excited...but then my mind was blown when I tasted it: incredible depth of flavor and smoothness, they use Nicaraguan dark roast so for sure strong chocolate & mild smokiness but I'm picking up on nutty hazelnut as well, wow. Lots of times I get nitros I feel like they almost use hot coffee bc it's so acidic but this is super smooth so u can tell they brew it cold, and the nitro accentuates those delicate nutty undertones. So basically a Nutella cold brew! I'll be sipping on this all day on my enchanted rock hike thanks, what a find this place!

We didn't have coffee but we had sandwiches and they were fresh and yummy. Very simple.

Took a break for lunch today at this place and was pleasantly surprised. Very fresh and flavorful sandwiches and a great nitro-brew! Friendly and helpful staff all around. It was a nice sunny day on the patio as well. One note of encouragement, there's a lot of potential on the patio with just a little work. Maybe that is planned for the Spring. Inside seating is very accommodating as well with a warm

This place is so cute and such a vibe. It was very clean and the barista was very nice. She was able to make a coffee and change add ins to meet guest needs. The coffee was really delicious and not to overpowering while still being different then your ordinary starbucks . The drink was not overfilled with ice. Great coffee and will definitely be back!

This place is adorable! It's in a cute little house on a hill, that looks straight out of a J.R.R Tolkien book! They roast their own coffee, you can even see their giant old coffee grinder! The employees are extremely sweet and they will tell you the history of the shop, and how they started making the coffee there, even the history all of Marble Falls if you let them! They can also make the cutest latte art! This place is super comfortable for a little coffee date, your early morning pastry and espresso, or even to just sit and study while sipping some tea! Also they have some ready made food, and things they can make fresh for you! It's such a sweet little place, y'all should go check it out!!

I'm giving 3 stars because my boyfriend loved his black coffee. I give my latte that I had 0 stars because it was not good at all. I didn't even drink 1/2 of it. We were the only ones ordering, and the barista didn't even let us know when the drinks were ready. She just walked away from the counter and left them sitting. Customer service could definitely be better. Otherwise if you like black coffee this is a cute shop to come sit and work.

Numinous is a breath of fresh air! Walking into the woodsy/ naturally decorated space stirred up a sense of ease in me. I planned to grab my coffee to-go, but the environment was perfect for taking some time to sit and relax as I enjoyed my coffee, so I did. The staff was super friendly, and it was calm; with just the sounds of clicking keys on laptops accompanying the humming of coffee machines and quiet chatter. The coffee I ordered- a decaf cortado with rosemary syrup and oat milk was also delicious and reasonably priced. What a great find! The next time I find myself in the Texas hill country, I'll be sure to stop in again.

The vanilla cappuccino was very good. Also had an English muffin sandwich and that was also tasty. The place was really cute and looked like a cozy little house. Would love to come back in the future.

Great latte/cappuccino/chai tea! Loved the atmosphere here, worth the wait when they are busy!

First, good coffee. The staff are friendly and move the line along quickly. The wifi is amazing with choices! I had a scone and it was nice with just the right crumbly affect. Art and literature on offer gives the space a creative feel. Parking is plentiful with east off and on to a busy street.

This coffee shop is an absolute gem. The plain coffee is terrific, as are the craft drinks. They're also very reasonable priced. Great atmosphere for working or socializing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Such a refreshing respite from the $8 lattes and aloof staff I'm used to in NYC

My husband and I visited this week several times. The coffee and food was excellent! Also a great value. Service was timely and we were always met with a smile. They make fresh sourdough bread that's for sale. Their beans are sourced from the owner. A map on the wall shows where they come from. We bought coffee to bring home for our kids who are coffee connoisseurs (snobs maybe). Can't wait to hear what they think. We played our game every time we were there. The crowd was multigenerational every time we were there. I would HIGHLY recommend this for your coffee stop of choice. Job well done sir. Can't wait to return some day. WOW..... that's all I can say is WOW. Kudos to their baker because these are the BEST scones I have ever tasted in my life. No joke. I don't know if we just got lucky because they were still warm and had just come out the oven or what, but omg they were super buttery and scrumptious. I got the lavender one and the cinnamon chip one and both were 10/10 but the lavender was my favorite and it truly blew me away. The baristas were friendly and offered up suggestions when asked and had a smile the whole time. The inside is cozy and I love that they have the coffee roaster inside so you get a sneak peek into the workings of the coffee shop. I would come back here in a heartbeat and in fact I plan on coming back tomorrow to load up on more scones and try the breakfast sandwich and the sriracha turkey sandwich for lunch! Can't wait!! The latte that I got was the vanilla lavender with oat milk and that was also really good, I give it a 9/10. My wife didn't like her iced latte too much but she said it's because she thinks it was too sweet but the syrups are made in house so maybe she needs to play around with the amount next time. Overall 9.9/10, I recommend this spot to anyone visiting Marble Falls, and definitely come early so you can get the scones FRESH!!!

They make a very good cappuccino, maybe second only to their kolaches and blackberry scones. Plus this place just had a good vibe to it. People lauch, but when you eat out as much as we do, you can "feel" restaurant energy. Felt good up in there...

Great little coffee shop in marble falls. I always make sure I leave a few extra minutes every time I'm in town to pop by and get a rosemary latte.

Always love sitting down here with a friend and chit chatting over coffee. The pastries are always good and so is the coffee. The only thing is that you have to really pay attention to when your coffee is being called (not your name), which can be difficult to hear during their busy times. Their parking lot is a bit tricky, as well as trying to leave. Just be extra cautious!

Today was our first visit to this hidden little gem in Marble Falls. If you are looking for grandma's comfort food this is not your place. We arrived at 10am on a Sunday, our bad!! Most of the pastries were already sold and they were down to just the breakfast sandwiches which were amazing!! I am not a coffee drinker, but absolutely love teas!! This is one of the best iced teas in town. Deep, rich, slow brewed!! My son got an americano and his girlfriend did an iced coffee. Both were great!!! Love that the drinks are not super sweet but you have the option to add sweetness to your beverage. I am a dog mom of 3 beautiful fur babies. I greatly appreciate that my fur family is welcomed and there is plenty of outdoor seating where my fur children can sniff around in the grass. It interior was nicely decorated and has a warm and cozy feel. We will be here again for sure!! And on a side note, yes you have to add your own phone number in order to get the text messages and monitor your points. They do not know you cell number or email without you typing it!! Some things are user error and not the business fault! Like they would just know your cell number or email? And your credit card companies do not share this information when you pay. It is clearly printed on the screen asking if you want to sign up, and easily you can text STOP if you mistakenly signed up.

Got a Mocha Latte with coconut milk and it was good! They didn't mix it together which was odd trying to drink it with a straw but after a bit of cup twirling we got it all situated. ~$6 Also got a bag of French Roast Smoky Dark Chocolate and they ground it in the store for me. 12 oz for ~$12.

The coffee here is really good and I like the decor. Chocolate chip cookies were excellent. Unfortunately, on Sunday morning, they didn't have most of the items on the menu. The breakfast sandwich was microwaved and not very appetizing. It's too bad, the scones and other menu items looked good.

Because of the corona we dint take any vacation in the spring break nor in summer, kinda stuck at home, so we decided to go for a long drive to marble falls and did a quick yelp search to see if there's any coffee shop we can stop by and Numinous caught my eyes. Numinous is a home turneD into a cute and cozy coffee shop, with ample seating in the front porch/patio and backyard. We ordered coffee, mocha frappe and pinacolada smoothies. Coffee was good, my husband liked it. mocha frappe was good with bold espresso flavor and chocolaty, it wasn't too sweet just thE way I like it, but whipped cream was total disaster, it was thick n dense, tasted weird, I just couldn't take it so took it off and enjoyed my frappe. My son like his smoothies, took a sip, nicely balanced flavor of pineapple and coconut. Definitely recommend this place!

This coffee shop tops ALL the chain coffee shops EASILY. It's simple here, you CANT get a better cup of coffee ANYWHERE around than at Numinous.. you just can't. The atmosphere is superb. The Associates here are superb. Come here. It's simply the best.

Definitely the best coffee in Marble Falls. The staff are very attentive and kind. It's a great place to grab a quick bite and enjoy a good cup of coffee.

For peek sake give me a break, I went in getting a coffee and scone I ask what kind she say's cinnamon and raisin, ok I buy it walk out take a bite and bite into chocolate chip. I took it back and said this is t raisin it's chocolate chip. She says I said cinnamon chip. I said no I didn't and got another one I think she expected me to pay for it I just looked at her!! High schoolers have a lot to learn about acceptance of making a mistake and not lie about it!!! Not on my radar this coffee shop anymore! Next person could have a chocolate allergy!!!

My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday afternoon and we were not greeted, there were no bakery items, and the young person behind the counter seemed more interested in chatting with another server than helping us. It was a cool space but the overall experience was not enjoyable.

The best coffee around so good we order it from California. We discovered this shop while visiting marble falls. The Coffee was soo good that we have orders from numinous for 7 years & will continue to only use numinous. Alex the owner great he cares about his customers. And is great with his communication. Thank you A+

Enjoyed lake life at Horseshoe Bay and stopped in for some coffee while perusing the thrift shops in the area. Great place for coffee where they roast right there in the cafe. Tables were placed around to allow for social distancing. You can tell how plugged in they were into the community and how much they love to give back. They post local artist art along the walls, and donate loaves of homemade sourdough bread to the church or families in need. Even a portion of the yeast can be sold as a starter for your own sourdough adventure at home. Loved this place so much, we can back on another day. Great owner!

EDIT: Alex, thank you for your kind and timely reply explaining what happened. We didn't know that you were low on staff and had an exceptionally busy morning. Your staff were all very nice, but we couldn't understand what was happening at the time; we were very frustrated, hungry and wanting to get back to DFW. I do understand it can be overwhelming for staff to be slammed with customers and things sometimes just don't go well. Thank you for getting back to me, explaining the situation, then making it right with a refund. Good luck with everything and we'll stop by again when we drive through.

Cute spot but horribly burnt espresso. Don't understand the 4.5/5 rating on Yelp, perhaps just another case of small town small expectations. If you know coffee just stay away, it's not the craft coffee shop you'd hope it to be. The kids behind the counter don't know what they're doing.

Great food, great service and the flourless chocolate was amazing! Very nice atmosphere! Can't wait to go during breakfast!

Very good cup of mocha latte. No one called our order out for the coffee that we heard so it sat for a while before we decided to ask someone whose all coffees were there (a few to chose from). So a little disorganized but a cute homey space. We were very warm at our table as the ac wasn't on but it was cool outside. Wish we could have opened a window or door for some air. Coffee was good. We will be back and hopefully their order system will be working better.

I'm a manager of a small coffee shop in ETX but grew up in Marble Falls. Every time I come back home I only go to Numinous. Each time I have gotten a drink from here it has been a perfect 10/10. They also have SO many milk options which I think is great. The soy iced mocha is AMAZING. The environment is so relaxing. I have always remembered Numinous being so embedded in the community every since they opened! Which is why I love small businesses!! Thank y'all for being awesome!

This is the best coffee house in town. The scones, muffins, and breakfast sandwiches are terrific. Mornings are just better when enjoying one of their amazing baked goods with a perfectly crafted coffee. It's definitely worth a stop next time you're passing through Marble Falls.

Stopped here last second to grab a quick bite before heading back to Austin and was delightfully surprised! First off, the iced coffee was perfect. It was smooth, and was just really a great coffee! Also ordered the chicken salad which may be the best I've ever had. The salad had a mix and veggies and I think some fruit (maybe apple?). I also ordered an English muffin for my kids and they wholeheartedly approved it asking to order more! Also, everyone employee wore a mask!! Will definitely be back if we visit this neighborhood again!

We ate here this morning, and it was exactly what we needed: great coffee and tea, delicious food, quaint atmosphere. We were also served quickly. Plenty of seating.

My family and I were last here five years ago, and I remember it being good, so we tried it again. All of us were able to find something tasty to drink or eat. My iced Americano was superb. We brought in some board games to play, too. Found a great-sized table that was perfect. The vibe in this place is so homey. Wish it were in my town so I could visit a couple days a week.

I have been many times through the years when i visit MF. I usually am very pleased with everything i get here. I always look forward to coming here so imagine my surprise when my coffee was basically tinted water today. I must say this is unusual and I will look forward to going back the next time I'm in town. Hopefully today they were training a newbie.

Love at first sip. Move over mermaid chain ... the coffee served at Numinous Coffee Roasters is without a doubt the best cup of coffee to be found and beats the mermaid stuff hands down. We keep stopping in at independent coffee houses because we like supporting small businesses, but it's hit or miss. Frequently we end up throwing it out because it's ... eh! Just not enjoyable. You're probably thinking you, too, will play it safe and hit the familiar coffee chain because at least you know what you'll get. It's predictable. It's safe. The safe play here is to go to Numinous and order your favourite coffee beverage. The cost is less than the chain and the taste is superior. It doesn't look like much when you pull up. We pulled up long after the commuter crowd ... and were shocked to see a full parking lot. Needless to say, we were looking forward to tasting our first cup. My spouse had a cortado coffee, which was two shots of espresso and an equal amount of steamed milk folded in for a smooth cup of rich coffee goodness. The cortado was wonderfully smooth and had absolutely no acidity. My spouse opted for skim milk, and even with the skim it had a full, rich taste. Delicious. I had a lavender latté with soy milk. I'm going to gush here and say that it was the perfect latté. Creamy. Smooth. Nice flavour. No acidity. Great coffee to milk ratio. Heavenly! We bought a bag of their coffee beans to try. They ship their products, and I'm fairly certain we'll be ordering more. We did not try any of the baked items.

Hidden gem. I would call myself a coffee snob and this place had excellent coffee.. We had cappuccinos & Mochas. Lots of dairy free milk alts (almond, cashew, soy, both unsweetened and sweetened). We tried the two gluten free cookies (monster and PB chocolate chip) ... I never wanted them to end! House made granola is amazing ... crispy and lots of pecans :) Their homemade sour dough bread looked amazing ... they also offered gluten free breakfast sandwiches. we also enjoyed the local artwork for sale and bought a cute painting! People working here are also friendly ... busy on Sunday! Lots of homemade baked goodies (cookies, scones, etc.)

Coffee was just ok, nothing special about the coffee. They do need a better menu system there and has lots of potential.
