As one of the best neighborhood bars…ever…i invite you to experience a forgotten time - where bartenders care (but not too much), food is exceptional (but not pretentious), and the vibe is right (just right). Love this new spot in the neighborhood! They have a great food & drink menu, and they are constantly doing really good specials. My favorite being weiner wednesday !! But they have combo specials with drinks + food. The hot dogs are amazing. The service is also great, very friendly. They also have a pool table. Vibes are up here for sure, I’ll be coming here often!

Great little bar with specials including cocktails starting at $10, and weekly specials like $1 wings on Mondays, $2 hot dogs on Wednesdays, and $5 burgers on Sundays. Watching the cowboys win over a burger and beer was a Sunday highlight. They have a few booths, bar stools, and a pool table.

Always a fan of a pup friendly establishment, especially one with good cocktails! Low key vibes, nice chill place to come hang out for a while. The recent frozen (passion fruit something) was a fav. I've only had the burger from the food truck but it was great! Especially on a Sunday when it's only 5$, a steal for sure.

Smash burgers were chefs kiss!! drinks were great!! but what I really liked was the service the bartender was super nice.. it’s dog friendly, has lots of tvs for sports including a large back patio screen.. the back patio has good large space with some table and chairs could be a bit better set up but they just opened so it works.. their specials are great including $1 wings on Monday $2 hotdogs on weds and $5 smash burgers Sundays

The High Five drink is delicious. Very yummy vodka drink. The grilled cheese, french fries, & hot dog was also great. Bartender was fun & sweet. Atmosphere is good. Not near many bars, has residential parking near by, plays sports games.

Bar is fantastic with a great pricing menu. place feels like home and its all fun and games. the bartenders are here for a good time and so are you. enjoy this neighborhood secret while you can!

This is one of my favorite neighborhood bars. Started coming when it was Skinny's. I'm so happy that the decor has remained pretty much the same as has the service, drinks, and prices. It's such a chill and welcoming spot and sadly one of just a couple of locally-owned businesses still operating on 12th. When we have friends visit from out of town we like to bring them here so they can get a good feel of Austin and all it has to offer. The bonus is that everyone is so good to our dog. He's a rescue (very nervous and growly). This is one of the first places we ever took him and he likes going. He feels safe and he high jumps to try and open the door and go in. He only does that with one other place. To me, that speaks volumes. Truly the epitome of a neighborhood spot. A+.

This place is so vibey and cool, with a lot of TVs and a gorgeous bar. That's why I am so disappointed at how bad my food experience was here. I order 6 garlic parm, 6 hot and 12 peach habanero wings to go. They warned me it would be 20-25 minutes after I ordered and the food was submitted. I said that's fine but I really need to leave in no more than 25 minutes. They came out in 35. I take my bag and leave, only to find out the 12 peach habanero were missing. I returned to the bar, there's no phone number anywhere I could find so I couldn't call ahead to ensure they were ready. They tried to give me my hour old wings, I said I wanted new ones and they said that was fine. So I sat there another 30 minutes. I get my food and leave. When I get home I see that 6 were butchered into flats and drums and 6 were full chicken wings. They clearly were cooked together so that makes no sense to me. They did comp the food, but not my earlier drinks. Overall I gave them multiple chances to make this right and they didn't. Such a bummer when my first impression walking in was wow.

Nunya while new (and fun to say!) is the kind of east side bar that feels like it's been here forever -- laid-back, dimly lit, and just the right amount of divey. The star of the menu is their beloved chopped cheese: perfectly seasoned beef, melty cheese, all coming together in that comforting, no-fuss way. No Ponies here! Pair it with a full-size High Life (served ice cold, naturally) and you've got the perfect low-key night. The vibes are easygoing, the pool table's always in play, and it's the sort of place you can roll into solo or with friends. The owner has a 14 year lease so hoping they do well! Pro tip: Check their daily food and drink specials!

Great low key chill bar with good bar food. Definitely coming back. Lots of TV's for sports watching.

Friendly place and pretty quiet at 5:30pm but the old fashioned was a great sipping drink and the food took a while but it was fine waiting since we weren't in a hurry.

Great bar service. Good place to watch an IU game! I enjoyed the patio and the people there.

They have a special on Wednesday $10 for a BOMB ASS hot dog like one of the best in town besides when Frank was around DT and a big beer (I got a Dos Equis AND a shot !!! How can you beat that ???? Also bartenders super nice !!! Easy place to go, just feels good !
