NUO Hotel Beijing

For those who are worried about lack of Google reviews in China. Out of the four hotels I stayed at during my time in Beijing and Shanghai, this one was definitely the best. (The others were chain hotels.) The staff were super friendly, the service was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. It also had a nice charm and attention to detail that you don’t usually find in chain hotels. I really liked that the location was a bit away from the busy city — it felt peaceful and relaxing.

The best hotel in Beijing. I have been living in China almost all my life and I remember how great Nuo hotel was 10 years ago. And now we are in 2025 and it s even better. The best breakfast with so many choices with Asian and Western food. Great hotel decor and room designs. They always have some complimentary gifts. Everything is top! This is def my most favorite hotel in Beijing.

NUO Beijing brings a blend of modern Chinese design and concept that makes it different from the rest. Liked it… ||Unlike those city hotels, NUO Beijing located in a nice and quiet neighborhood where it’s easy to get around. Loved the hotel lobby. ||Hardware is ok and well managed. ||Room toiletries were asked upon checking in . Bathing toiletries packaging are not sustainable with few small bottles in shower areas.||Special mention - Aside from a young trainee Mr Zhou at concierge that so attentive in helping me with my 28KG luggage to my room and offered to placed it on top of the luggage rack saying that it’s heavy for me that impresses me during my overnight stay. Met him with a smiling face again while waiting for my transportation at hotel front door to airport. Trainee Zhou greeted me and immediately took my luggage and placed it nicely of the boot of the car. Received a nice wave from him and farewell greetings to welcome me back again. Nice service gesture.

One of the nicest hotels in Beijing currently. The style is modern Chinese with lots of art pieces and impressive interior designs. Rooms are modern, clean and have a great view. Service is very friendly and up to speed. The hotel restaurant offers a wide variety of Chinese and western food für breakfast and dinner. Around the hotel there are some hip bars and restaurants. The hotel itself is a bit off the lively centers of Beijing, but the ride to Sanlitun is not too long. Subway can be reached with a 15 minute walk.

Stayed at Nuo Beijing Hotel last week and loved EVERYTHING about this BEAUTIFUL hotel. Special mention for 2 of their extraordinary staff - Hardy and Betty Song. Extremely polite manners and readily rendered help for information, ideas for food, for spa etc etc. really exceptional service that made our stay even more pleasing. Very thoughtful of the manager too who came up to the room with a gift for my hubby and to wish him happy birthday in person! Apr eh didn’t can’t her name… We were totally floored. Thank you for this amazing stay! Will be back for sure! 😍🤩💖

This is not the first time we've stayed at NUO. We've stayed at both Beijing locations. The reason why we chose NUO again is because we organized an even t at Eudora Station, which is a short walk from the hotel. We loved every moment of our stay at NUO! It's been several year since we've visited, but the service was still the same - excellent. The hotel is a little dated now, but it still has charm and our room was very clean! We'd stay there again and again!

On entering the large airy lobby of the NUO hotel you immediately notice how nice it smells. Check in was efficient and friendly. |Our room was on a fairly high floor with a view out over Beijing. It was a lovely big room with a great dressing area which had a special door way to the corridor for room service. This had two doors so that the staff could open their door from the corridor to place a tray into while guests keep their door shut. Then when the food/drink has been left the guests can open their door and take it out.|The bathroom had a walk in shower, his and hers sinks and a free standing bath next to the picture window looking out over Beijing. It was spotlessly clean, and had robes, slippers and ironing facilities in the dressing area. The bed was very comfortable.|Breakfast was a comprehensive spread although the breakfast room itself had very subdued lighting which I personally found a bit dark.|You can walk from the hotel to the 798 art zone in 5 minuts. There is a western supermarket (April Gourmet) in the residential complex across the road and a western restaurant (Eudoria) at the car entrance to the hotel. There are also lots of coffee shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. Most other tourist attractions are some distance away but can be reached cheaply via DiDi taxis.

Beautiful room with world class service.I recommend Nuo over Rosewood anytime.Every staff member was friendly, helpfull and all spoke english. Very accomodating. Overall traditional but modern design is perfectly executed.Can compete with any western brand propriety and beat it. I chose Nuo over Rosewood/Ritz/Shangri La anytime.
