We’ve stayed at NUO Hotel multiple times, and it truly feels like a second home in Beijing. The atmosphere is calm and luxurious without feeling stiff or overdone. The rooms are large, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making longer stays especially enjoyable.What stands out most is the service. The staff is warm, respectful, and genuinely kind, always ready to help without being intrusive. The hotel maintains a quiet, relaxing environment despite being in a busy area of Chaoyang. It’s a place we trust and look forward to returning to every time.

The staff is courteous, efficient, and very professional. The Chaoyang location is ideal for both business and leisure, with easy access to key areas of the city. NUO Hotel is a standout option in Beijing and never fails to impress.

NUO Hotel has become our regular choice whenever we stay in Beijing, and for good reason. The hotel is consistently elegant, peaceful, and impeccably maintained. The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly quiet—perfect for unwinding after a busy day in the city.The staff is always professional and attentive, and they go out of their way to make returning guests feel welcome. From check-in to check-out, everything runs smoothly. The Chaoyang location is convenient yet calm, which is hard to find in Beijing. NUO delivers quality and comfort every single time.

On a so called 5-star luxury tour of India and China with Imagine Cruising this was the only hotel which lived up to expectations. A beautifully designed standard room with all the mod cons and a great attention to detail: a walk in wardrobe with dozens of hangers; a wonderful Nespresso machine and a posh tea selection with a China tea pot and cups; a large pull out fridge; mineral water a plenty: thick fluffy white towels in abundance; the best hotel slippers and robes I've ever had: a dressing table with makeup mirrors and lights in a huge double bathroom with a gorgeous bath. All was immaculately clean. The micro brewery right next door serves wonderful home brews and great pub grub. An excellent stay.

Exceptionally Poor Experience – Absolutely Not a 5-Star Hotel We stayed at NUO Hotel Beijing from 20–22 December (winter), room 2220 and this was hands down one of the most disappointing hotel experiences we’ve ever had. Despite branding itself as a luxury 5-star hotel, NUO Hotel feels more like a basic business hotel, falling far short of true luxury service standards. Calling this a 5-star hotel is frankly misleading. 1. No Porter Service Upon Arrival When we arrived with our luggage, no porter came to assist us. What made it worse was that the porter was standing indoors, watching us struggle, and never once offered help. I understand it is winter and cold, but for a hotel that claims to be 5-star, basic service should begin at the doorstep. Porters are often the hotel’s first point of contact and are considered brand ambassadors. Instead, we were left struggling with our luggage, feeling ignored and unwelcome. Our disappointment began the moment we arrived. 2. Faulty Air-Conditioning – Unresolved for Our Entire Stay We were assigned a room with faulty air-conditioning. After calling housekeeping, someone came to check but could not fix the issue. Shockingly, he even admitted that other guests had the same complaint. This is completely unacceptable — why would the hotel continue allocating faulty rooms instead of fixing the problem? Later, maintenance staff came and confirmed that no air was coming out from the main unit. Ironically, the air-conditioner in the bathroom was colder than the one in the bedroom. Their so-called “solution” was merely adjusting the air-vent flap, which did nothing. As a result, we suffered for two nights in a stuffy and overheated room, unable to open the windows. This is not a minor inconvenience — it completely ruined our stay. 3. Humiliating and Unprofessional Checkout Experience At checkout, a staff member, Ms. Lu Yuan01, demanded that we produce a receipt to verify the payment mode for our deposit refund. At this point, our disappointment had reached its peak. Shouldn’t a hotel of this supposed standard have a system that records how deposits are paid at check-in? We were forced to open our luggage in the lobby, in full view of other guests, just to retrieve the receipt. What made this experience even more insulting was that Ms. Lu Yuan01 stood there watching us search, making us feel as though we were being treated like thieves. It was deeply embarrassing, humiliating, and disrespectful. Overall, this stay was nothing but disappointment, frustration and embarrassment. The service quality and staff professionalism are far below what is expected of a 5-star hotel. If there were an option to give zero stars, I would do so without hesitation. We will never stay at NUO Hotel Beijing again, and we seriously question how this hotel obtained its 5-star rating. Highly not recommended.

Nuo hotel in Beijing is the best hotel in my life. Its really luxury experience. It's worth money.||Firstly, they granted my request and gave me the room on the highest floor, 28! It was beautiful view of the city. I really like it.||Secondly, they made a surprise for us at the room, because we had an anniversary, it was lovely, and I love 🌹 ||Thirdly, we checked in early and they made our room at this time and when we check out, they help us to store our luggage, and we went for a walk. I really appreciate it.||The room was fantastic, new and fresh. The view is beautiful, the bed is cozy and bath is relaxing. ||Pool and sauna were the best!!! It really relaxing experience, they have alsl free swimming caps and slippers for you❤️||Cleaners are good, the room was fresh all the time.||The breakfast was good, European and chinese kitchen, i like your juices, especially watermelon. But I think, it's not a big choice of food, for me, but it was really tasty.||Interesting thing, they have a small tea ceremony things in your room, so after the busy day, you can drink some tea...||When I lived, I didn't see any problems, because they did everything for us. ||Metro is not far, like 10 minutes. Around the hotel were several restaurants and bars. And also park, it is really nice .||If you think, do I need go to this hotel or not? You need!!!

We stayed here for the 3 nights 24 to 26 October 2025. |PROS - The hotel looks great and the rooms are very well presented with a lovely big bathroom. We were on the 23rd floor with a great view. The breakfast offers a very wide choice as did the buffet in the evenings. The curtains are controlled electronically that take a bit of getting used to as does the variety of lighting switches.|The toilets in the public areas are both impressive and clean. |CONS - The service in the restaurant is a bit hit and miss and some of the staff had difficulty understanding our requests. We also had a problem with the air conditioning which necessitated a change of room late at night.|The rooms could do with a night light switch that operates in the bathroom only and not under the bedside units, which creates too much light. However, turning this light off could present difficulty going to the bathroom in the middle of the night!!|However, overall we enjoyed our stay.|I would like to say a special thank you to Frank, the duty manager, in the way he dealt with our air conditioning problem and change of room. He was professional, understanding and he dealt with the issue quickly. We really appreciated his personal involvement and his follow up care. I would like his managers to take note of his excellent customer care and of our appreciation.

After travelling for almost 24 hours, we arrived at the hotel for the employee to tell us that the room that we already booked and paid for is not available and that we should wait for an hour almost for another room to be cleaned. which is unprofessional. However the staff attitude was very nice but it is not okay to pay for a room and not to have it!
