Loved this store. Super friendly staff and a great selection. You can create your own gift box — such a fun idea. We picked a beautiful black-and-orange boxes with 8 sections filled with nuts, dried fruits, and chocolates. The Dubai chocolate almonds were my favorite. Everything was fresh, tasty, and well-packed. The gift bag was elegant too. Totally recommend if you want a stylish, delicious present.

We visited Nuts Factory on 6th and ordered the Dubai Strawberry Chocolate Cups—absolutely delicious! Lisa helped us and she was fantastic from start to finish. She went above and beyond, even offering us a sample of the Matcha Chocolate, which was such a thoughtful touch. Amazing service and tasty treats—highly recommend!

Google
I really like the products here — everything is fresh and tasty, especially the dates covered in Dubai chocolate, they’re amazing! However, the customer service could be much better. The staff didn’t seem very friendly or helpful, which made the experience less pleasant.

I had the pleasure of trying the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup at Nuts Factory, and it was an absolute treat! This delightful dessert combines the richness of Dubai chocolate with the fresh zing of strawberries, creating a perfectly balanced and luxurious taste experience. The chocolate is smooth and decadently rich, while the strawberries add a fresh, juicy contrast that elevates the whole dessert. Nuts Factory continues to impress with their innovative treats and high-quality products. Whether you’re a chocolate aficionado or just looking for a sweet treat, the Dubai Chocolate Strawberry Cup at Nuts Factory is a must-try.

I really wanted to try the Dubai chocolate. I had already seen videos and finally got to try it. Simply WONDERFUL 😍🤤 Everyone recommended Nuts Factory to me and the service at the store was exceptional, Vi helped us and explained the product to us and was super friendly with us. The other attendants were also very friendly. It was an incredible experience.

Nuts Factory is a paradise for nuts, chocolates, and candy lovers! While they’re known for their famous Dubai chocolate, I was more intrigued by their rice mixes and picked up the Majadara mix (just cook it with rice, and you’re set). I’ll definitely be going back to try their Dubai chocolate next time!

Google
Tried their version of Dubai chocolate... OMG was it good! Perfect amount of chocolate to pistachio ratio! I didn't get her name, but the cashier (Hispanic?) who checked me out was incredibly kind to me and helped answer all my questions. I hope the management team over at Nuts Factory recognize and award her appropriately.

Yelp
I have been dying to get Dubai chocolate ever since I first heard about it a few months ago. All my friends who has tried it have been raving about it being the best chocolate they ever had. So not the night the stars aligned and the chocolate gods blessed me, I coincidentally passed by this place on my way to an event all the way out in Astoria. I had to buy one even for the overpriced value of $20. The cashier was nice enough to point out that I could find it only at the cash register and there weren't a lot left since it was nighttime. The rest of the store had sweets and you guessed correctly...nuts. After having my first Dubai chocolate, I must say that even though the top coating of it is so smooth and delicious, it's definitely not the best I've ever had. I dare say it's a bit overhyped and I won't most definitely be buying this expensive chocolate bar again. But I had to have it at least one and I don't regret it.

Yelp
My daughter suggested to me to try the Dubais chocolate. This was advertised in instagram. But unfortunately the Dubais chocolate was done. It's so popular that ppl buys them like hotcakes. But they did recommend few. We got one that had few pastries to try. I loved it. Sweet and not too sweet. It smelts in your a mouth. This was the best dessert I ever tried. I definitely recommend

Yelp
Nuts Factory is a chain of stores with 10 locations in the New York City area. The concept is very good. You choose the size of the box you want and then go around the store filling it up with your choice from a huge assortment of nuts that are covered in various flavors. Pistachios, peanuts, cashews, hazelnut and many more nuts are on display. They come coated in such flavors like BBQ, honey mustard, chocolate, Nutella, halva, etc. You will find flavor combinations you have never seen in your life. There are more than nuts as well. They also have a wide variety of dried fruits, candies, spices, and jellies. The inventory and quality of the goods here is top notch. However, the price is way too high for this type of food. It is $15.00 for a half pound. You'll end up spending $30 easily.

Yelp
It's unfortunate. However, I will no longer support this business. I made a very long trek to this location only to find it was closed, although everywhere online and the hours state, it should have been open. I emailed them to which no response. I reached out to them via their media page, and initially, they read with no response. Then, after following up up again, they finally responded, saying they oh they gave feedback to the manager and that's it. There is no consideration for my time wasted. No apologies, nothing. So, since my time was not valued, my business is not valued, so I'll take it elsewhere

Yelp
I am obsessed with the roasted and salted macadamia nuts. They are scrumptious and very fresh. I have to control myself when I buy these as I can eat a lot and then will become fat and broke as they are expensive. All the nuts that I have eaten here are delicious. One hundred times better than Trader Joe's. Granted that it is more expensive but isn't it better to have a few tasty nuts than something that is second rate? I also enjoy the stuffed dates. These are $1.49 each. Pistachios, pecans and walnuts are stuffed into the dates and these make a lovely snack. Everyone who works here is kind and I have been given samples before I make s purchase. The space is large and the nuts are stocked nicely with plenty of bags to fill up the nuts. Gelatos are not recommended as they taste synthetic.

Yelp
I was in the city for a concert and walking around with my daughter beforehand. We happened to walk by this store and I remembered I had wanted to try the Dubai chocolate bar. Since it was a weekday morning they weren't yet sold out! The clerk at the counter was very friendly and helpful. Just be prepared to pay $20 for the chocolate bar. I knew the price ahead of time so I wasn't surprised but I can imagine it would shock some people. Anything that is trendy and popular will cost more. The milk chocolate is creamy, rich and flavorful like Belgian chocolate should be. It melts on your fingers if you hold it more than a few seconds so have napkins. It snaps when you break off a piece. There is a good amount of pistachio cream filling with the crunchy bits. I know a lot of people have criticized the color looking unappealing but that's childish. It's not as sweet as I expected which is nice. The crunchy filling really is spectacular! It reminds me of a finely diced toasted coconut consistency. It's not coconut but like a chopped up crunchy pastry dough I think? The combination of creamy rich chocolate and crunchy nutty center is lovely and the pistachio is not super strong. We really loved it. Expensive? Yes. But worth it in my opinion. We enjoyed it immensely.

Yelp
A good place for a nut like me to get something good. It has so much to choose from it's nuts. Nuts Factory is a pretty new place. Has a couple locations around here. This one is in lower Midtown. Has more than just nuts with additional items such as candy. It of course has candy that contains nuts but there's some that don't. There's also food and spreads that can be considered part of the nut or legume family. Jars of hummus and tahini are some of these items that are kind of but not really nut based. Prices are good. It's about a dollar for a piece of the Turkish candy. These are big pieces. A lot of items and not just nuts to choose from. It's one of a couple locations in Manhattan. This is on 6th Avenue at 23rd Street.

Yelp
I'm so disappointed in this place. I picked out $15 worth of a range of specialty marshmallows for my kids, and they're all so stiff that you can barely bite through them. Like it actively hurts. They were not soft at all, and I have 6 different kinds in my bag. Either there is something wrong with the candy itself, or their storage method allows them to dry out. I wouldn't return for a second purchase.

Yelp
You will go nuts over Nuts Factory. Opened since March 2020 (who knew?), they have a lot to offer. Located right on 6th Avenue, the store draws you in with some specials out front. I bought a jar of Basmati Rice for only $1.99. As I browsed around, I noticed many varieties of nuts--from walnuts to pistachios which were roasted, salted or raw. A guy near the entrance of the store was actually roasting almonds with a machinery resembling a coffee roaster. There was a generous candy station: chocolates, gummies and more. An aisle containing different varieties of honey and preserves. A section with spices and herbs. A coffee station and a Gelato bar. So much. Along with the rice, I treated myself to a Ginger and Turmeric iced tea infusion ($3.99). It was so delicious. There is a section of teas and various infusions. Overall their prices are reasonable. The person who checked me out threw in a nice reusable bag at no extra charge. Looking forward to returning!

Yelp
Great offer of not only nuts, but different spices, trail mixed, dried fruits, asian crackers... and my beloved chickpeas! Anythinng you are looking for, can possibly be there. Everything seems clean and hygienic, so pretty comfortable buying there. Just beware of the prices! Mots of the are set on half pound basis

Yelp
Somehow this business is open and operating for your dry goods and nuts needs. I had no idea I needed either of these but their prices aren't bad for things such as oats and quinoa and they have plenty of things you'd need to make something from the eastern side of the world. The staff was helpful, perhaps a bit too helpful. There's also a wonderful colorful tea display where you can bag up bits of fruits and herbs to make tea. A good addition to this cookie cutter area of flatiron.

Yelp
Amazing gelato and chocolate covered nuts selection. Pistachio gelato was the best! Service staff was super friendly.

Yelp
I go to the Nut Factory all the time because I live 30 seconds from their location on Bleecker Street and it's a way to procrastinate when I'm working at home and want a reason to walk away from my computer. But, honestly, there are no nuts in their chocolate covered nuts. It's all coating, which isn't particularly good. If you actually want a nut, go to the ones that have other coatings. But these are usually stale. I haven't tried their uncoated nuts. (BTW, for some reason I'm listed as living in CA. I live in NYC.)

Isabella S.

Yelp
I went to the west village location and they were so unfriendly. Be prepared to pay $20 for .65 pounds of nuts. Total scam.

Yelp
They have excellent collection and staff is very friendly. The owner himself paid attention and did a walk thru of entire store. Their collection is endless and on top of it you can try if you're sure what you want to take with you The store is clean, and not much expensive. You can visit if you're looking for options.

Yelp
Stopped into this new store after walking pass in the last few weeks and I am glad I finally walked in. If you love anything dried fruit, nuts, oats, spices, teas, grains and gelato then this is the place for you! After walking around the store for a few mins, a gentleman came over to us and started explaining different things they have and how to make certain things. We had some samples of their gelato which was amazing and we ended up purchasing some of their loose tea. I love the fact that their loose tea is edible, there is no waste at all. You can literally eat the dried fruit with your tea. We purchased the Lychee Infusion Tea and the Apple Cider tea. The tea was $24.98 per LB.

Yelp
I've been to this store about 5 times in the past couple of weeks because it's near my job. I usually a few hours before lunch to get a light snack. However, the last time that I was there, I saw an older gentleman customer use his bare hands to help himself to the peanuts to put in his baggy. He didn't use the scoop. I discreetly told the person who was working in the store at the time and they just looked at him until he was finished, but didn't tell him that he's supposed to use the scoops for sanitary reasons. Also, the M&M peanuts that I picked up tasted stale. I don't think I want to go back.

Yelp
Nuts, nuts, get your nuts. This is probably one of the most random weird stores along sixth avenue. A little/lot over-priced but there are some random good finds: they sell gelato. Lots of gelato and it's right there in the window facing the street. I've been tempted about 8,000 times to try it but haven't yet. Recently came in and actually got a package of walnuts and a package of some kind of dehydrated vegetables upon someone wanting to be healthy (not me). They were a bit expensive but eh. About $11 for a half of bag of each in total. The interesting parts about this store which for me were not the nuts or dehydrated things is that they have a large variety of unique candies. They also have a fantastic selection of spices. Which the next time I go to trader joes and find that they don't have sh&t aside from ranch and cheese seasoning I will most likely end up here now that I know this. They also sell teas and coffees. Like really anything if you're looking for snacks or maybe gift items. I thought this store was useless and now I get it.

Yelp
We accidentally found this place in him glad we did. They have quite a few different dry goods that are at a great price. They even had quinoa and exotic rices $1.99 per container! The selection of nuts and international confections were also good. We purchased some of the pride (Turkish homemade bread) and cookies. Both were delicious and I know will be back soon. The cashier, was super nice and informed us it was his last week at the job but we should still come by and patronise the business.

Yelp
I am glad I walked in after passing by many times. In addition to the variety of nuts and grains they have - you can find spices and healthy sweets. The hummus is delicious and very fine and they give you chips for free - I am now a regular and buy all my raw seeds there. The prices are good. You can also make fresh peanut butter and almond butter at the shop.

Yelp
Quality: 5 stars Variety: 5 stars Price: 5 stars Service: 5 stars A great cup of coffee (I got mine with frothy milk) and a French pastry for $1.99 - outdoor seating available! The best deal!!

Bradley M.

Yelp
Overpriced to say the lease. They also post price for 1/2 lbs which is misleading. Would not recommend at all.

Mark A.

Yelp
Defiantly a good place for nuts and desserts. It's become a frequent stop for me and my friends to get some Gelato of all different flavors. Staff is super nice too and are quite efficient. They have a pretty large selection of candy, desserts, and nuts (hence the name). My only gripe would be the prices for the quality. I wouldn't say it is anything stellar; but the food is good and it's worth a look inside while passing through. It is a cool place to check out with friends as it's nice, open, and has a friendly atmosphere.

Kira B.

Yelp
unbelievably high prices. $35 for half a bag of mixed candy. beyond overpriced. they'll go out of business.

Lauren F.

Yelp
if you go here ask for ANDREA!!! she's absolutely the best. I would have never known about this place if it wasn't for her. I had a news anchor visit and thought it would be nice to get a box for the camera crew. She helped me make a beautiful gift box which was a great hit. Every time I go there she greets me and my coworkers with a smile.. The first time I went there she had me wanting to buy the whole store. The rest of the staff can smile a little bit more and take lessons from her however overall a great place! Not sure if I'd be a customer without Andrea though! thank you sooooo much for your help every time I'm there!

Yelp
I love this place! They had some amazing samples, and they showed me the nut machines, I had no idea this place was here. I live very close I'll be coming back for sure. And the manager was very friendly.

Yelp
The jar of nuts I purchased the trail mix, it had stale corn nuts in them. Everything is $15/lb at least sell good quality. I rather buy Traders Joes only from now on. I can return no questions asked.
