Nutshell has been an excellent CRM solution for us at Main Executive. We operate four related businesses that work together while still functioning independently, and Nutshell allows us to manage that structure efficiently and without confusion.
One of the biggest advantages is visibility. From sales representatives to schedulers, our entire team can see the full history of each customer interaction—from the initial estimate, to signed contracts, to completed work. This continuity keeps everyone aligned and eliminates guesswork or duplicated effort.
Nutshell also excels at long-term follow-up. Being able to track past projects and schedule future outreach—such as reconnecting with customers a few years later for driveway sealing—has been extremely valuable for our business model.
