Nutty Squirrel Gelato

Absolutely delicious ice cream! The pistachio flavor blew me away. Super creamy with the perfect nutty sweetness. Easily one of the best I’ve had!

This is what I got for $7.50. I tried the lemon cookie gelato, and it was fine, good, nothing mind blowing. Like another commenter said the cone was chewy in spots. Thankfully, I don't mind that. I feel like it's overpriced for a single scoop of ice cream. Salt and straw is a bit more expensive, but they load up their single scoops so it's not flat on top like this.

Super excited to get gelato but unfortunately the server (with green hair) was really unfriendly. Gelato was good but the experience overall would have been nicer if she had offered a better service.

Great little spot tucked away in a very cute neighborhood of Magnolia. Good quality gelato that tastes like ice cream with lots of great flavor offerings and cone options too. The Turkish Coffee is to die for!

We booked Nutty Squirrel to cater our wedding dessert in May, and we were so happy we did! The cart was adorable, the staff were friendly and attentive (even suggesting that my husband and I pose for a picture scooping the gelato, which is precious), and the gelato was absolutely delicious. We are still getting comments about how much people loved having the gelato cart there -- people flocked to it and went back for seconds. We would highly recommend booking Nutty Squirrel for your event!

Typically when a gelato place has vegan it's feels watered down but I've never gotten that here. I especially love that they use separate scoops for each flavor instead of reusing the same scoop after just running it under water to minimize ant allergen cross contamination.

Decent Gelato, but I've been here a few times and I will never understand why they insist on staffing it with one person at night. I just overheard the lady who served us saying that this is her first day, to boot. No wonder there was a line of 20 people out the door and people walking away. Bananas business decision. I'm skipping it and the hassle next time.

I went here for dessert one time, and now I am hooked. Their namesake Nutty Squirrel is great and I like to pair it with Turkish Coffee. The service has been kind, the food is great and the location is clean. All around 5 stars for me!
