This place deserves 5 stars in all dimensions, I have tried the most delicious burger ever, first I tried kobe beef burger and it was amazing and exceptional and since I am traveling the next day, I felt curious to try one more option which is homemade Wagyu Pastrami burger and here was the shock!! This is the best thing I have eaten so far in burger categories, wow!! One bite and you will be in another world, it might be at high price, yet it deserves every penny. I love this place and the atmosphere and most importantly the staff are amazing and very friendly. If I visit Tokyo again, it will be my first destination.

I wanted to get the double pastrami burger, but it was so overpriced that I got the double cheeseburger instead. It turned out to be the best burger I've had in Tokyo! It was extremely juicy, very saucy, and the bun was very light, fluffy, and delicate. The bun was also buttered and seared so that the outside was crunchy. The 2 juicy patties were too much, so I took one patty out and then the ratio became perfect. So I do not recommend the double cheeseburger, but the single cheeseburger instead. I highly recommend this place if you are willing to pay for a pricier gourmet cheeseburger that is worth it in my opinion. The staff were very friendly and spoke English, which was a plus. The restaurant's interior is well designed, though there is very limited seating, but everything is very comfortable and very clean.

Nov 2024: My oh my... That pastrami sandwich was all you could've ever dreamed of. I had the double, which you should as well, and it came with a mountain of thick-cut fatty wagyu pastrami slices that were melt in your mouth tender. There isn't much sauce, but that's because you'll want to savour the natural beef juices from the glorious pastrami. The bun is nicely buttered, toasted, and soft. I also ordered a single cheeseburger, which managed to hold its own alongside the glorious pastrami. The beef patty was juicy, well-seasoned, and topped with a healthy amount of cheese. Like the pastrami, condiments and toppings on the cheeseburger are kept simple to allow you to savour the wonderful natural beef flavour. All things considered, this has to be the greatest pastrami sandwich I've ever had, and definitely in my top 5 burger joints of all time. Do be sure to come early just as they open as they only serve 10 pastrami sandwiches a day! Update: Revisited for lunch on 12 June and had the pastrami burger (large) with lunch set add-on consisting of fries and a drink for ~550yen. The pastrami burger is now much more expensive, with less meats as previously. Before, it was ~4,400 yen for the double pastrami, but now they have added a "large" size that goes for that price, and the double which now goes for ~5,900yen. Granted, the economy is not in the best of shape, but I still think the price may be a little off-putting to many customers now as there is less meat in the large compared to the double but is the same price as before the double before the introduction of the large category. On another note, I'm not sure why they don't serve onion rings for the lunch set, as the fries I got were soaked in oil. Although they were hot and crispy, it felt really hard to eat given all the grease that still remained in the fries (see picture). Furthermore, there seems to be more air than potato in the fries, which is not a good sign. I think they should switch to wedges. Lastly, the portion of fries was also quite little. As they are shoestring fries, a handful will not suffice. I hope they rectify this french fry situation. Overall, it is still a tasty pastrami burger, but the price and the fries leaves room for improvement.

I go to beef restaurants in Japan every day. And this is my third trip to Japan. This (large pastrami sandwich) was probably the best food I had in Japan and maybe in my entire life. It was probably even more delicious than the a5 fillet I had the other day. Yes, it’s is that good. Worth every penny. Standard is enough for a lady. Large will make a rugby player full

The restaurant is at the top of a building in a business district of Tokyo. We ate really well and chef Norimitsu Takai served us a great ButterMilk Fried Chicken Burger, the best I've ever eaten. I highly recommend this restaurant, you can go there without hesitation 😊 Compliment from the French people 😉

Ordered Pastrami Single & Kobe burger. Pastrami : 5/5 Kobe Burger: 2/5 French Fries: 3/5 When I ordered two sandwiches, someone came out from the kitchen and told me if you dont finish them you will take it home..... That was rude.... The place has 6 tables (double seat) and a couple of bar seats. When I went there for a lunch, there was only one customer. I would come back for the pastrami and would order Double as the portion was small.

The food was great. Well prepared and very tasty. Went there twice for lunch. The Lunch set was nice but the Buttermilk chicken from the lunch menu is good as well. I tried both and will come again when in Tokyo again :)

Let me start by saying that I love Japanese food, I have worked in Japanese restaurants back in the States. But after 10 days of great Japanese food, we wanted to try food that reminded us of home but still with that Japanese twist that we love. Everything looked amazing on the menu and we had trouble deciding, until the Chef came out to greet us and to offer his recommendations. We started our meal by sharing the house pickle plate, literally the best pickles we've ever had. Then we shared the grilled vegetable salad, which was amazing with its tender but not over cooked veggies in a flavorful curry sauce. My wife doesn't eat meat, so she ordered the shiitake burger and loved it. She even dipped her last few bites in the curry sauce because she loved that so much. I, on the other hand love meat, and was undecided between the pastrami burger and the cheese burger. The Chef was torn but ultimately recommended the pastrami burger and the beef burger slider so that I could have the best of both worlds. I did exactly that, and they were the best burgers I think I've ever had (and I've been to Katz deli in NY). Both perfectly cooked with the most attention to detail I've seen in a long time. We ended our meal with another pickle plate and a smooth Yamazaki highball. But I can't emphasize enough how amazing these pickles are, please try them with your meal! I just want to thank Chef Takai and the staff for an amazing dining experience with the most top notch ingredients. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking to change things up a bit, but still wanting that Japanese touch of greatness.
