First time here. Great place, straightforward process. They literally take care of you here, no need to wrestle with a kiosk. Just tell them what you’re looking for and you’re good to go. All you need is cash or debit card to pay for your goodies. Not expensive at all. Love the vibes here and I am happy they are open late. Walked in there at 1:30am and got served with the best.

Kass (Cass) deserves a massive shoutout, consistently one of the best when it comes to genuine customer care and overall experience. Every time I stop in, the service is top-notch. You’re greeted immediately, the energy is friendly and welcoming, and they always follow check-in protocols quickly so you can get right to shopping. The staff here is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, they actually listen, offer suggestions, and make the whole process feel easy whether you’re a regular or trying something new. It’s one of the few shops where customer satisfaction is clearly a priority. I honestly love stopping in just to see the team. They make the entire experience warm, efficient, and professional every single time. Highly recommend New York Cannabis Co (9th Avenue) especially if Kass is there.

they recommended a vape to me that burnt my tongue and stops working instantly (Kushy Punch). charging it at home did not work. a simple google search shows you how terrible this brand is to buy and I can’t believe they’re even selling/recommending it in our neighborhood. this was after they tried to sell me on a $100 vape. these guys do not value doing business in this neighborhood and they just want to upsell you on terrible products. i’m out $60 on this one. the other options in the area are much better.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS. I bought a Jaunty Live Rosin cart (0.5g) from these guys after a recommendation from one of there workers.. doesn’t hit at all.. seems almost defective.. went into the store and told them about the issue and said they were not able to help. Seems like horrible customer service/no one willing to help when it’s clear it’s a manufacturer issue. They told me to contact the manufacturer? Why is that something I NEED to do? That’s there issue. Bought from many cannabis stores in NYC and nobody has this level of customer service. They tell me that I need to have the manufacturer packing and it needs to be “unopened”. How am I supposed to know it’s defective if I can’t open it? 🤣 STAY AWAY

Easily one of the best curated experiences I had. First off- all the people working here are beautiful, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their products which I love.. I told them the experience I was looking for and they came up with a couple of products and also gave me a lot of good input about some things I hadn’t tried. I asked about an item that was on the pricier side and I appreciated that they mentioned the cost right away. My friend and I took the products for a spin right away and it was definitely the experience I was looking for. This store is a vibe and I would definitely come back. They have a lot of cute unique glass pieces too!

With a lot of places having a self serve option you tend to forget what it's like to be catered to like a valued customer. I'm pretty indecisive and with so many choices it can be overwhelming, but Vlad went above and beyond to help me make the right decision. He was not only extremely patient and helpful but more importantly kind. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning. If you're looking for hands on customer service or the option to go to the screen and just checkout quickly, this is the perfect place for both!
