NY Crêperie

I checked this place out coming off the plane at Laguardia. The place smelled so good walking by, I couldn’t resist. I tried a chocolate crepe without walnuts. It was delicious and definitely satisfied my sweet craving. The service was a little slow and the crepe was pricey, but I figured it was on par with airport prices.

My flight was delayed and I wanted something sweet, so I gave this place a try. I order the Nutella fruit crepe and the cashier asked if I would be ok to wait for 15 min. I told her I’ll go sit down and come back. It did take more like 20 ish min but I had the time. The crepe was a little crisp but with the Nutella and whipped cream, it was overall a nice combo. There was a good amount of fruit in between the crepe layers as well. Not bad if you have the time.

The people who work here are lovely, but the food is only as good as the ingredients, which totally suck. Avoid this place like the bubonic plague. Plus, it’s absurdly overpriced. I ordered 2 ham and cheese crêpes, 1 small mocha latte, 1 small bag of potato chips, and one small bottle of Pellegrino. $60. With tip.

I decided to purchase an egg, bacon, and cheese croissant. The serving for price was fair. The first one they gave me the bread had been burnt so I asked them to redo. The 2nd one wasn’t burnt. They didn’t have any napkins! How can a manager allow this to happen!!! The employees are not friendly. No one greets you. I hate establishments like this because as a customer you don’t feel appreciated. The service was very slow. It took about 10-15 minutes to get sandwich. They had 1 young man completing orders and using a small oven. They should invest in better equipment to help speed up process.

One of the best airport food spots I’ve been to. Loved the parfait. The two men working were so friendly, it felt like I was at my neighborhood coffee shop. Great care taken in making the breakfast sandwiches. I will be back.

The crepe I got was really good. Filled with bananas and strawberries, and tasted delicious. Service was great too

What friendly service at 5:25am! Line was much shorter than Starbuck’s. Special coffee order request was done right. Breakfast sandwich was good.

My son and I stopped by on or layover. You'd think crepes are fast, it was the slowest service ever. We got 2 savory ones and a dessert... they made the dessert before.. so then by the time they made the savory ones the dessert one was cold. It's over priced, the dough was not good, not thin enough to be called a crepe, and not cooked enough... they all came out so white, it was wayyy undercooked. Ans I am french, so it was actually painful!

I ordered a pumpkin spice latte with oat milk and an avocado toast. This was one of the simplest avocado toast, yet it was probably the best I've had. Toasted sourdough bread topped with diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper. That's it, no fancy fluff. It was absolutely delicious and very satisfying. The pumpkin spice latte was made to my liking, half sweetened. I was very happy with my order!

I'm sure that the food is fantastic! But they have real issues in the kind of characters they hire to represent their brand. I got off the plane Sunday and I needed to take a high blood pressure pill and I went over and I said to the young man at 8:50 PM on January 18, 2026, could I have a little cup of water so I can take a pill? He pointed across the entire terminal and said "there's a water fountain somewhere over there" and would not give me a cup of water to drink so I could take my high blood pressure pill. Someone made a mistake in their hiring standards.

$15 for a tiny flavorless egg sandwich on a burnt brioche bun, and a hot tea. I regret not waiting on line at Starbucks. At least their egg sandwiches are flavorful and half the price of this place. The staff was very nice though

Peanut Butter Açaí Bowl = surprisingly the perfect post-night-out breakfast ‍ Honestly hit the spot after a long night of drinking the peanut butter + fruit combo + chocolate chips was elite and super refreshing. Easy airport breakfast. Coffee was pretty good quality compared to a lot of other places. The bagel was tasty and they put a ton of cream cheese on it for me! The chocolate almond croissant was also nice and tasty. It took a little bit to get everything from my order, somewhere around 5-10 minutes probably but I wasn't in a rush or anything so it was perfectly fine for me. Some great seating nearby.

Ordered the Nutella Fruit crepe while waiting for my flight and unfortunately I wish I hadn't. The texture of the crepe itself was chewier than some of the bagels I had while visiting New York. Service was fine but I'd recommend going elsewhere to eat if your flight gets delayed.

Picked up two of their lunette-shaped paninis with the thin pita-like bread to eat on the plane. They heat up the paninis and pack them a plastic container (that leaks if not flat, careful!). The Chicken Fajita was the more flavorful one, but it was pretty similar in taste and texture as the Italiano; the difference being cheddar versus mozzarella. They tasted overwhelmingly like shredded chicken and melted cheese, so much like a quesadilla. They were okay, filled the tummy for the ride, but definitely a bit oily. I didn't like how there were no sandwich prices on the menu or the display area, so it was a surprise when each panini was $17 each (I know, I know, airport food, but still!). Probably not trying the sandwiches again and would stick to their namesake item instead if we come back!

Aside from the service and for the fact that this spot is in the beautiful LGA airport--everything else was extemely subpar and disappointing. I got an egg and cheese sandwich on a brioche bun (it was burnt) and had no flavor & was wayyy too much bread. I also tried out 2 desserts--a strawberry shortcake & vanilla cupcake. Both were so cold it was hard to eat and they just were severely underwhelming. I ate 2-3 bites of everything and threw it out. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Though this NY Crepery location was out of bananas (one of the two fruits included in the Nutella Fruit crepes), the strawberries were fresh, the presentation was neat, and it tasted delicious. The service from the staff was average in terms of speed and friendliness. And because this is located on the edge of the food court, there are a fair amount of tables available for you to eat -- I'd recommend eating near the fountain so that you can enjoy the water shows that happen every 15 minutes or so.

Apparently the cook hasn't actually eaten a crepe before. This was a pancake with a small amount of filling ingredients. Threw half of it away it was so bad. Also, American cheese has no business being in a crepe.

Tried this crepe spot at the airport--apparently a city favorite! The crepes were delicious and super light, but they were out of strawberries, which was a bummer since it's such a key ingredient. Still, I'd definitely check out their main location next time I'm in NY!

0/10 horrible excuse of customer service I have ever seen from a business. Talked to the customers like they were stupid, I walked away immediately. I do NOT recommend this place!

over $10 for a breakfast sandwich and they got the order wrong. it's an airport. unless you're delayed, no one is going back to fix it because they're on a plane already. terrible way to start a trip.
