Bait and switch. This is now called Series 31 and looks like a wino's delight. The liquor that we went to buy, advertised as being available, wasn't even known by the staff... they offered Hennessy instead, which is the antithesis of what we wanted. Ignore the pretty pictures and look elsewhere.

Just off of work and this place closed at 12a. I left my bag at the office and had to transfer some $ around to purchase my liquid dinner. It was 11:42p when the guy at the counter handed me a phone and said the owner wanted to talk to me . The owner said the store is closing NOW! I gave him the phone without saying a word, knowing I'd NEVER walk in this store again. That was so awkward and weird. There's too many liquor stores in NYC for that ish. Part 2: Will figure out how to properly reply. But Sir/Madam -- the good first!! Your store has great prices. Your employee was very kind. You, however, are lying. I did not chat on my phone for a 1/2 hour. I was aware I was on video camera. I was figuring out how to move money by phone. Something I am not used to. Look at your video again. At least, don't lie. Another good note, it was late and I think it's great you look out for your employees. Still weird you called. Now 3 stars if that will make you happy even though you couldn't make a customer happy.

Papa has the best customer service. When you walk in, you are greeted with a warm welcome. The place is very nice organized and clean.
