During the pandemic, the company’s headquarters in Orange doubled as a makeshift market, with chefs from Adya, Sessions, Nok’s Kitchen, Cali Dumpling Co., and more setting up tables and selling dishes. Such good bread! Every kind that I've tried from these guys has been the best bread. It's also super affordable and amazing portions. Catch them at OC Home Grown Farmers Market on Saturdays!

OC Baking Co bakes the best bread! I also love the croissants. It's a great place to pick up ready to eat foods. Other local eateries are also located here so it's a neighborhood gem where you can find great eats in addition to the OC Baking goodies such as Indian food, sandwiches, dumplings, barbecue, donuts, and I'm sorry I 'm sure there is more food as well. Highly recommend. Only open on Fridays, so set a calendar reminder to stop by!

Dean Kim has created something wonderful. OC baking company's bread is amazing, but so is everything else I've tried from the local pop-ups like Toast, Hendrix, Chelas, Bosscat, Crema Bakery, and Calidumplings (all fantastic!). Keep up the great work!! The community loves it. ❤️
